Seems like the owner could be cheap. Or maybe the bartender is trying to help the cheap owner but if I order a B52, it should come with 3 layers. Or 2 layers with a clear milky top. Kaluha and Bailey's doesn't make a B52. Put some god damn Grande mariner in there. It's what you pay for not to mention it's the only 40% liquor in that shot. Don't be such a cheap place. I may stop going here

Good place but the server took our beer away before we were done. The next time she told us we couldn't order fries because the cook would get mad (5 minutes before the kitchen was closed) and proceeded to bring food out to other tables for the next half hour.

A warm comfortable place, but how hard would it be to bring in one or two craft beers to have on tap. Everything else about this local watering hole is spot on. Friendly staff, warm welcoming environment, numerous screens to check out, but only your standard mass produced beer selections. I'm all about tossing back a bud or two on a warm summer day, but when I'm only dropping in for a casual drink, I prefer something a little tastier. Beer selection aside, I will definitely return.

First time there was awesome. The staff was friendly and the wings were fantastic! Plump juicy and tasty. That was the 3rd of February. We loved it so much and was given such good reviews from 630 ched. This time tonight March 24 we went to have the same experience but we're greatly dissatisfied. We sat at the bar and ordered wings and they were smaller and over cooked. Sent back and they were better but not the same. Overall we loved the place and will give it another chance for our Friday date.

It’s an okay place, went here for a paint nite. The waitress was so slow and rude and even though it wasn’t very busy, kept feeling ignored and like our service didn’t matter. It was so frustrating! The food was okay but nothing amazing. Thankfully the paint nite was fun.

The environment was chill and the staff were very friendly. Refills were fast and plentiful. The fish tacos were good. I liked the crunch and the variety of toppings. I think it needed a bit stronger sauce though. Maybe thicker and more spice? The fries were very interesting. They were beautiful and crunchy, but they were all crunch. I like my fries crunchy on the outside with soft potato on the inside, so I enjoyed them a bit less. If you love crunchy fries though you'll love these. The gravy was wonderful. It had peppercorns!

It provides what is sorely missed in the concrete jungle of Edmonton south, a place to relax and socialize. Hahaha! Whoever called this a lounge has never visited one. Lowest class place ever. One guy was boasting of how he got out of jail early. Karaoke was awful, the sound system was from 1948 at the earliest. My friends and I are on a road trip and stopped in to eat based on previous Google reviews. Food was okay, server was very lovely, but never going there again.

i have been here a few times now the food and drinks are awesome!! the only problem we had there is the tall red headed waitress that I find is very awkward and un professional. the few times I have been there she seems to always be working. I was with a group of friends and she would hit on all of us which made it uncomfortable we came in to have a good time not get picked up by a giant. she seemed to be hitting on all the guys that come in the bar. either the kitchen staff we were noticing. this has happened every time we have came in and I don't think we will be back do to her non professionalism.

Disappointing. My order was rung in wrong, when my proper order was brought out TWENTY FIVE minutes later, all my other guests had finished eating... the pizza was "discounted" 10% I don't think any of our group will be back again :( Poor service

Very tasty food! I personally tried the bend burger and the salmon and they both tasted really good. The salmon was perfectly cooked and was almost creamy in texture. The bacons in the burger were very crispy but not burnt and the patty was thick but cooked through and very juicy. The whole burger also tasted fairly smoky, most likely grilled on a coal grill and the buns were most likely toasted on the same grill as well. Staff were friendly and nice and attentive.

I sauntered in, drunk as a wee skunk, as I have 1000 times before. I was taking out money to try my hand at the VLT's, as I do most weeks. I went to take some cash out of the ATM, as I have done a million times. I was swaying, left and right. Jonsin to hit that spin... I grabbed my cash from the ATM. Maybe a little too quickly... I looked down and noticed that I was short $60. I stumbled up to the bar. I was talking to the waitress that I have gotten to know well enough. I explained that I may have lost $60 while withdrawing cash. She told me that she wasn't going to help me. She grabbed the kitchen manager... who came out and told me to call the ATM company. They weren't going to help me. I have come to the bend, day in and day out... for special occasions. For regular occasions. I have brought friends. Spent a ton of money... and they wouldn't even care to help? Even take a look? If this is how the treat their regular customers, I'd hate to be a non-regular customer. That will be the last time I ever spend at the bend. The last dime I ever spend there. It was definitely my fault. The cash was still in the machine... but the attitude that I was met with... You won't be friends at the bend. You're just a customer... but I won't be a customer anymore. Not here.

You get the classic offerings of a neighborhood pub, like a pool table and VLTs, but with food that easily outclasses any similar establishments (recommend the burgers, waffle fries and wings). A real gem in Riverbend.

Always enjoy coming here. Tina the karaoke host is so much fun and the staff there are so kind. The only thing I'd change is the actual location of where the karaoke is held as there isn't a defined area to stand while singing So either I'm at someones table or blocking the entrance to the door. A small sacrifice I'm willing to making in the name of singing. :) Besides this those it is a great place to come and hang. Anyone is always welcomed and treated with a cheerful hello! Server stopped coming to the table after a bit, probably because we were not there ordering drinks every 15 minutes. Had some wings, salt and pepper, more salt than pepper. I feel like anything they deep fry tends to be overcooked. One time my french fries were almost inedible. And this last time I went the spicy fried chicken sandwich seemed a bit overcooked as well.
