I organised a surprise dinner for my partner at Stages and I would like to pass on my good review and gratitude to Restaurant Manager, Shashank and team. I went to the hotel a week before to find out my options for dining, and I was greeted by Shashank who said for my party size I could use the back room of the restaurant where they usually serve the breakfast. I wasn't expecting to have such a big space given to us and free of charge so I was already impressed. On the night, we setup a large table and had someone come in to decorate and place a photo backdrop, all of which Shashank oversaw and was happy cooperating. During the night of the surprise gathering, we were given a private table in the bar for pre-drinks and nothing was too much bother for them. We were served by the lovely Ruby , who was so professional and very helpful and even delivered glasses to our room afterwards. We had a cake served free of charge to blow out the candles. We felt very well looked after by the staff at Stages and by the hotel as a whole. The food and drink were wonderful. Thanks again Shashank & Ruby!

So here we are first time eating here! Highly recommend by the front desk staff at the Home 2 suites were I stay on a regular basis but never found time to come in and enjoy this place! Started with the Broccoli Fondu on crusty bread was very good and not overly bearing which was what it expected due to the cheese fondu part! I actually would find only one issue with this as I found the fondu part not hot rather luk warm at best! Still good but surly the fondu must be hot!! Next the Cajun ribs with mash! They are great but just a hint too spicy. I squeezed a zest of lemon over them and it changed them in my opinion for the better! The serving was large and I could not finish the plater even though I was truly hungry! Finally cream brûle! Excellant no other words required! Let’s not forget my favourite part a cold Guinness! One and only one negative point even though the place was most definitely not busy I had to ask two times for a glass of water which sound like the easiest thing not to forget. Final and last point of you stay at the Home 2 Suite you get a 15% voucher nice to save money on a good meal!

Wonderful selection of brunch buffet items. Food was fresh and tasted great. Our first visit and the waitress, Diane, was very attentive, answered our questions politely and even walked us over to the buffet. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Clean, tidy restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Some of the worst coffee I've ever tasted. I could drink half a cup. It got worse as it got cold. At one point I took a mouthful and my eyes started darting around looking for somewhere to spit it out. Otherwise, great service. We were visiting from Vancouver and needed a spot to meet up with some friends and visit for a few hours. We set up camp in the back corner and enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staff were very accommodating and kind to our toddler and let us hang out an chat for quite a while after breakfast.

I came here for a Conference and I was very impressed with the quality of food. I choose the buffet option to have lunch since we had to get back to meetings, and it was excellent. Very impressed with the fish and it's sauce. There was also a lot options of desserts. They all look amazing. My favorite dessert of the whole world is macaroons, and I could not believe when I saw they had macaroon available as dessert option. The macarron was incredible. The macarron was a good as "Duchess" (famous Edmonton Bake Shop), and Laduree. (The world famous French macaroon bake shop.)

Friendly, welcoming staff who were quite attentive. Since this was our first visit, waitress Diane, even showed us to the buffet area. Very good selection of buffet items; all looked fresh, hot items were hot and items eaten were very yummy! Price was comparable to other breakfast buffets. We were politely thanked for our business and were invited to return. Overall, a great buffet was enjoyed by my spouse and I.

Ordered the Canadian pizza... was very dry and the bacon bits were super hard. Service was stellar however the pizza was disappointing.

If you agree, hit the like button.. I've stayed and dined here many times since Hilton took ownership, it's a better place here now. Clean and well kept facility primarily utilized by mid - upper class for the most part. The ambient music and the variety of seating options catch your attention when you arrive. The menu is short and simple with a dish for most any taste. I recommend the fish tacos, as well as the butter chicken. They are both great. The coffee is Starbucks, so it is strong, ask for extra creamer. Great staff , a few of the ladies have been there for years.

The team is what differentiates this place from the rest! Very friendly, welcoming and fun to talk to. The menu is updated regularly and the buffet has lots of great options! I highly recommend Stages for business meetings and family gatherings!

Stayed at the Doubletree Hilton, attempted to call down via phone 12 times. They do not awswer the phone. Had to walk down to place an order - only to wait 20 mins for cold food. Go out to another restaurant. They will not survive at this rate.

I have eaten here quite often and always had good service. The food is fantastic and staff is always friendly and helpful. Had the lunch buffet there today and Sharon was a delight. She was very helpful and made sure I was looked after. Regular menu has a lot of options. I would recommend the clubhouse or the Cobb salad. Buffet Menu changes every day and always a good selection to choose from. Keep up the good work!

Disappointing for the price. The ceasar salad had a good portion but was very bland and had almost no dressing. Butter chicken might as well have been plain chicken on rice. Very bland as well. Food quality after waiting 10 minutes of being ignored and then seating myself was very disappointing.

The food would be ok (not terrible)but l almost choked on several little bones in pulled chicken tacos. The burger we got was just bland. I will not be coming back
