Got the chicken noodleful bowl, upgraded to the bento box, with springrolls and tempura shrimp as the sides. The shrimp were to die for! SO GOOD. I can't wait to go back. I will just eat shrimp, haha. The rest of the meal was also very good though.

I used to come here for heavy meal and the the usual cashiers are nice BUT if the guy who does cashier while doing food it is NOT IDEAL! he wears plastic gloves- mash rice- receive caah payment- give change- back in mashing rice all is done with those gloves on! Made me cringe????

I go here all the time and because i ask for extra sauce they chince me on everything else.. and water down the sauce.. when confronted he said he does it to all of the sauce not just mine.. so they admitted to watering it down.. we asked if we could just get water and they gave us 4 warm water . ( actually warm water no effort to get cold or even ice ..) All around very fed up because we spent 60$ and they water down the sauce.. ill pass on that.. and i will also be phoning someone hiring up...

Fan of Edo, but not this place. One other table in the place, and whole place was dirty. Three people working, no excuse. The counter where they place the orders was littered with receipts, condiment counter was filthy and stained, several tables were dirty. Guy who took my order sauntered to the till. Charged me for the brown rice I asked for in my bento box... but put it had white rice. Unimpressed. Not busy at all, there are no reasons as to why it was so dirty or attention to orders was so lacking.

Wow! The portions have become small. Udon soup was over half liquid and the sushi is now tiny and just a wee dab of wasabi. Maybe it’s just this location ?

Great service, kind and welcoming front end guy, service with a smile. I'm just not sure if the noodles and rice was over cooked for my friend and I's boxes because they were rather soggy. If they hadn't been it would have been a 5 star review. Otherwise I'd go back to try one more time.

Amazing! I got the shrimp udon bowl and I got like 12 shrimp in it for $10.75. I've never had a place be so generous with their shrimp; you normally get like 5 shrimp in something like that. It was actually the first time I wish they added a bit more noodles lol. And it was really tasty! We got a dynamite roll too and it was very good.

Wow has service ever gone down hill! I am sitting in a seat waiting for my food alone and on my phone. They call out a number and keep repeating it louder and louder before I can even finish the sentence I am reading. I look up and what appears to be the manager is looking directly at me, the place is almost empty and there are two of them up front. Obviously he knows it's me. I didnt hear a number when I ordered. Don't shout at me and if it's that slow would it hurt to walk it over or give me a minute?? Very disrespectful! I'm not rushing back to spend my $$ there any time soon!!!

Always love the food here! Tried the newer chop chop bowl and enjoyed the raw vegetables mixed in with the crisps. Perfect balance in one dish. Was a little discouraged when Edo increased their prices. Adds up when picking up supper for the family. But I keep returning.

Delicious! There was an oops with my meal which wasn't discovered until we made it home. After phoning in Pinky had me come in at my earliest convenience. I explained the issue, she then remedied the problem promptly, efficiently, and with a smile on her face. Thank you Pinky!

Absolutely horrible, we love edo, but not this one. Staff isnt very nice or professional, portions are alot smaller than any other edo, and our edamame was burnt. We drove for an hour to get to this place and it was a major let down.

I ordered the noodlfull bowl with chicken, 3 scoops of sauce. Didnt get chicken didnt get sauce. I did get raw vegetables though yum. The women at the till was on the phone the entire time my order was going in and everbody after mine. I can see the ear bud and you keep talking to your self. This was a real disappointment i live out of town.

Sushi made fresh when ordered. Always very good friendly service. Offers kids menu and has highchair for young children. Can call in advance to pick up order as well if you are in a hurry and know what you want. Offers other Japanese food options like stir frys and a combo bento box with main course and choice of 2 sides. Nice spot for a healthier fast food choice.

I love edos, but today was a disappointing visit for me. I have a chronic lung issue and when I went into the store it was very smokey. I ordered my food which is still awesome and asked the girl why it was so smoky. She said she shut the exchanger odd because it was too noisy. I replied about my lungs and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I understand she is there for me, but it really didn’t feel like that. I don’t think customer service is the job for her.

Been here only once, Sunday for lunch. I found the cashier lady to be very helpful and actually walks around the lobby to ask customers how our food was. She even went above and beyond, when I asked if they served vegetarian sushi rolls, she made em herself to make sure it was done correctly. I don’t expect fine dining service, but I do appreciate when people put effort in what they do.

Always friendly service and good food! Edit to add: Just a warning to those wanting to order using the app; I set my pick up time an extra 10 minutes past what the app said was the suggested pick up time, in case they were busy. I didn't get my order until 15 minutes beyond that, so 35 minutes from when I ordered. Not good when you have a toddler and are just trying to run in quick for take-out.

Double charged me....when I realized it when I got home, went back for my 12$ and was told they don't give cash back .... had to order something else...not worth the fight... Ridiculous policy ( if it is policy) will be sure NOT to appear there again.

Typical edo food. But here's why the bad review... You cant order online for pickup, and when you try to phone in an order ahead so it's convenient and ready when you get there, the staff refuse to answer the phone and were even courteous enough to pick up the phone and hang up on me without so much as a greeting. Perhaps these people don't want their job? In times like these (covid) when they can be so easily replaced by someone who wants to do what they're hired to do. So, I drove all the way from out of town to place ny order, waited roughly 15minutes, was charged extra for a noodle substitution and get this they got it wrong and failed to sub the noodles. Quite dissatisfied
