The only thing that was really "gourmet" were the prices (according to their menu they even charge a split meal fee of $8, should you decide to share your main course with your partner). The food tasted quite average, the pasta with tomato sauce for the kids seemed to contain no salt or other spices and was only edible after adding some salt and pepper. Which had to be brought by the waitress and couldn't reside on the table. The service was professional, but not really friendly and I don't know why it takes so long in many Canadian restaurants to get another beer. No matter if it is from the tab or a can (like in this "gourmet restaurant") and this restaurant was unfortunately no exception. Dessert was ok, but nothing special as well. We had more fun and even ate better in the Brewery in Jasper the day before, while paying significantly less.

As an local, here's my spin... always a great place to dine and service top notch. This seasonal restaurant is one of my go to place when I have visitors. Situated along the Athabasca River, the patio or the window section offers an amazing view.

My partner and I loved it here, our server Allison was fantastic and very knowledgeable & friendly! We are both vegan and tried the cauliflower bites, crab cakes, and Reuben sandwich, with sorbet for dessert. This was some of the tastiest vegan food we’ve had, the chef did an amazing job! The prices are comparable to other restaurants in Jasper, but the atmosphere and food definitely made our experience a step above others in town. We will definitely be back in the future!

Very nice little restaurant, food always has been very good. It's a simple Buffet Cheese, Hams, Fruit. They have a Pastry and Toast area with Cereal. Also hot bacon, sausage, eggs, and potatoes. Orange Juice and Apple as well as good coffee. Was a very welcoming place with really nice views of the river and mountains.

Becker"s is truly high class gourmet restaurant in Jasper National Park. The elk dish, crispy root vegetables and jack fruit plus deserts are delicious. The chef has a great culinary imagination and talent. What is absolutely fantastic there is plenty of gluten and lactose free options. If you are looking for healthy delicious meal in the settings of beautiful mountain by the lake you must visit this place. I wish I can eat there more often.

Fantastic food Some really tasty dishes. Even the burgers are probably the best you will ever have. Just ask them to go easy on the special (mac) sauce on the burger.

Not exactly "gourmet" but the waitress we had was very lovely! Just a note to anyone that it is pricey. Service great! Food just not as gourmet as expected from past gourmet food experiences.

Had to do a takeout of breakfast due to province’s covid restrictions. The food was well packed, tasty and good portions. Fair price! They have a lovely dining area and patio that we hope to try it out next time

What can I say other than this restaurant is nothing short of amazing? We sampled something from every course - appetizers, dinner and dessert and were equally impressed with all three. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Despite the challenging times of COVID they made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a nice dinner spot in Jasper to give this place a try.

Amazing place. We went inside a bit hasitant due to small amount of reviews, but boy were we glad we did. The food was amazing and got many "Wow!" calls from our group. We were 4 adults, ordered 4 entrées, 4 main dishes and 3 desserts. All of them were either amazing or good. Higly recommended!!

The resort and atmosphere of the restaurant were great. Our drinks were also good, and the crab and shrimp cakes were delicious. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with one of our courses, the elk steak. The plate was 44 dollars, and was not cooked medium rare. The meat was completely brown and very chewy. When we asked the server about the meal being overcooked, she responded that 'this happens often, it is the lighting in the restaurant'. She did bring us back a second plate which was better, but there was no formal apology from our server. She was very cold to our table for the remainder of the meal, even after we gave her a generous tip. Overall the food was not worth the high price, and the service was below par. On a side note, the chicken salad and mushroom spinach lasagna was fairly average for the price. The smoked pork chop was great but hardly made up for the other plates.

The view is nice but the food is really bad ! The elk is tasteless and very hard to chew, the salmon has nothing better than a frozen one and the "champagne vinaigrette sauce" is a scam, it is just vinegar. By far the worst restaurant of my 2 weeks trip in Canada ! The 2nd star is because the waitress and the manager did take my disappointment into account and accepted to withdraw 1 plate from the bill

Located about 10 minutes from town the views are amazing. You will feel like you've stepped back into a lodge. Great atmosphere and service. The food was amazing. I ordered the salmon it was cooked to perfection with a side of boursin mashed potatoes and veggies. I could have just had a whole plate of the potatoes. You could see as we were sitting there the measures they were taking for COVID. everything was getting wiped down. Highly recommended place to go for dinner.

Overpriced. The meals were ok, nothing special. Don't go here if you have food intolerances other than straight GF, it was quite disappointing how uncomfortable they made me feel. The view however is lovely.

Just a quick visit to one of the local restaurants. Happy to be away from the crowded town site. Quaint, affordable & tasty!! Desserts are amazing - the banana split should be shared!!
