this review is for the mississauga location, straight forward no nonesense rental, i rented a 12 psnger van, no bullshit fees like other rental car company, the insurance and other fees are all included in the price, they allowed me to pick it up late with no extra charge and return it early morning with no extra day charged. thats how business should be run. if u go and get a quote from other rental company, so many fees and charges. theyll even charge u fee for crossing to the us.

How do I rate 0 stars? They apparently send drivers around the city that don't look before changing lanes and almost caused not one but TWO multi-car accident on the QEW this morning !!! If you're employees are going to be driving around the city with you logo, maybe make sure they know how to drive first

This place is HELL they work in partnership with tow truck drivers who pick u up when u r in a car accident and shocked and desperate for any help and cant think straight. So u get a rental car brought right to the place of accident and before u can relize your insurance company could have provided u with a more reputable car rental place u signed all kind of things and now a crappy car costing u 50 bux a day which they wont let u return untill ur insurance claim is done Omg this place is just pain hell.

Worst place to get a rental. Women that works here has the worst attitude. STAY AWAY!! Worst rental company by far!!! They deal with scummy tow truck drivers. They will try to make you sigh all kinds of paperwork that is not nessassary. BEWARE!!

I made a visit to this location an hour before closure and needed a rental for the next day early morning. I did not have a credit card on me and thought VISA debit would suffice. I waited for someone to show with a credit card and notified the employee about it which she treated me like garbage. A friend of her's showed and she was in a rush to go on with whatever she needed to which is her business of course. Just five minutes before closure the person i waited for was just turning the corner and the employee locked up and said "well, i guess there is no time and no one is showing" she went on and locked up and left with her friend! This experience was ridiculous and i was referred from a local auto shop down the street. NEVER AGAIN AM I GOING TO THIS PLACE and i do not recommend it whatsoever!!
