Navin, the Service Manager is the best! I stay with Ford because of the royal treatment I always receive because of him. Whenever I have to take the long drive from Whitby to service my vehicle, I know that I am in good hands. Recently, I had to get new brakes on my 2013 Escape. I've been going here for years as they have extended hours - vehicle was purchased elsewhere. Chris and the crew are straight up with me. They always prioritize the work that needs to be done. I have no issues with the service department that can't be addressed while I'm there. I understand that it can be sometimes a long wait for my vehicle but, I'm a waiter so that is something I prepare myself for. The shuttle service staff are always helpful and if I can be accommodated, they will assist and If I need a to get to work, I'm always able to get a lift.
I went to Yonge Steeles Ford to sit in some cars. Apparently the largest seller for Fords in Canada (as multiple sales people reminded me while I was there). The service was horrendous and I left. I knew more about their product than the sales guy did. It was chaos in there and at one point my family and I were waiting in a dark (no lights?) large parking lot waiting for a sales guy to come back, who turns out, was busy dealing with another customer. :/ largest dealer in Canada? they must be giving good deals there because they're not selling cars based on their service, that's for sure. grind them on price for all their worth IF you do go there. but my advice, find a different dealership!
I have been a customer here for more than 20 years. Bought all of our cars here. The service used to be very good. In February they made a change and now the organization of the service is abysmal. It took 1.5 hours just to talk to a service rep to give them my car. The people are nice, competent, the work good. However, whomever put this new service process in place needs to rethink it. Don't have staff telling customers you open at 7:30, when you don't open until 8.

It was an amazing service today at this location like never happen before Since I bought my car from this location Sale persone was incredible, he’s pretty nice friendly and always great sevices I went to dropped off my car for regular check up today. Something changed. Normally, I had to wait for service. Seem employees at the service zone had no sevice mind. Today i went on time as usual. I hate to be late. I saw a manager I guessed he was. I could feel an energy from him. He was very direct person. He helped customers and listening then moving the line faster than usual. Accidentally, drama was happend when I woman who was late from her appointment and trying to make a scene worse for the service. I felt bad for the manager who was helping the customer but get angry from unreasonable customer. I staged to the manager his name is Mark Silverman. He is the best customer services which i never seen from this location since i bought my Mustang from this location for 2 years. Love to give the review today to encouraging him who knew his work.

Hey everyone Just decided to share the experience at Yonge Steeles Ford! Lease renewal was up this month. Got 2018 Edge (SEL) on White. So, I upgraded from Escape (2015) to Edge (same dealership). 0 down with %2.49 interest on 48 months lease. Our Sales was Emad however, he is manager of pre-owned and new cars. His room is in service department at the right side. He did a great job even we changed the color several times!! He was extremely patient during the process. All took only a week to get the vehicle. We had a chance to meet Owner of Yonge Steeles Ford, MR. Gagan! He is really young & friendly and he is taking care of all customers. I recommend to stop by on Saturdays to have a delicious sandwiches and have a test drive. Their prices are the best in town. 5 stars to Yonge Steeles Ford & Mr. Emad. Bought a Lincoln corsair several days ago. The sale representative Dishant did the great job makes a good buying experience for us. Also, it's a great car. I didn't leave a comment at first place because it takes time to feel how comfortable of the car.

Amazing experience purchasing my 2018 Ford Fusion Energi in Ruby Red from Sumit Kapoor at Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln in Thornhill. The Staff was all so caring and attentive to us. The fixed operations manager, Mark Silverman in the service department was the person I spoke to regarding a concern I had and a service I did not want to get done at the time. He agreed to make an exception for my request however, he was completely unprofessional and had a rude tone for a manger to be speaking to a loyal client to the business. He commented on how I don’t want to pay for a cheap service, and I don’t take care of my vehicle. For a manager to pass blunt judgments on how I choose to take care of my own vehicle and imply things like I don’t know how to take care of my car and I’m cheap for refusing the service at that time is completely inappropriate and out of line. Regardless of when I wish to get a service done and pay for it, he was not in a position to have an opinion on the matter or imply such things with inappropriate comments.

I purchased a brand new Ford Edge with Derrick a year and a half ago. It was a really simple process and I left the dealership with a great impression. Fast forward to this past week: my family size grew and I needed to sell my vehicle. Ford credit instructed me to go back to the dealership where I originally purchased my car to have them sign the loan over to a family member. I certainly suspected the process was going to be tedious, however Sara Dawoud from the dealership far exceeded my expectations. She made the loan switch over paperwork seamless and timely. I live all the way in Barrie and she went above and beyond to make the process easy so I just needed to come in once. Although this wasn't a large monetary transaction for the dealership, I was treated in such a great manner as if it was. Thank you Sara for your suberb customer service. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Dishant Sardana. I can honestly say he gave me what I was looking for. Hard to express my entire experience in words, but the way Gagan and Sumit handled it was unbelievable. I had ongoing issues with my Mustang Ecoboost, feeling helpless contacted Gagan and the way this guy handled my problem, I could never expect such help from anyone. He looked at history of my car and managed to get my car exchanged and getting me a brand new Mustang GT 2020 and I love it. I have bought cars before too but this deal was life time experience, only because of Gagan and Sumit. Thanking you guy cannot be enough.

The gentleman we spoke with was nice, but was mistaken on the phone with what car we were looking at, even though our online inquiry was directly linked to that car. My husband called again to confirm the car was there before we left, repeating the model, year and price, and the gentleman again confirmed it. We drove over an hour with 2 screaming children, waited there 15min to see the vehicle, only to have him lead us to a bright orange, 2015 for $20,000 instead of the black, 2015 for $10,000... Apparently the vehicle had been sold weeks ago, but the ad on Ford was still up... We bought elsewhere, but I'd be careful to double check with 2 individuals about whether a vehicle you're looking at is available.

If I could give no stars... I would! This was the worst experience I've ever had. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty job. Instead they destroyed a bunch of parts while fixing the original issue. Then when they admitted that their technician's poor workmanship was the issue... it took them 4 months to correct all the damage he had done... or had they? Now I'm noticing a new issue with my vehicle so I take it to a different dealership and they say that the workmanship that was done was poor, that parts were missing and that my car was nearly falling apart thanks to the work of Yonge Steeles! Also since I dealt with Yonge Steeles for 4 months I can say that they don't call you with updates on your vehicle status, they don't return calls or voicemails, basically my car was held hostage for months. Everyone do yourself a favour and do not under any circumstance take your car to this butcher and chop shop because you will regret it!
This dealership is just amazing I had an issue with my vehicle and it couldnt be resolved to my satisfaction at the other ford dealership it was at. I was referred to Yonge Steeles by a friend. All I can say is I am glad I listen to my buddy. I took my vehicle here and from the start dealing with Ozzie when I walked in to being directed to Joe to book my vehicle in and of course having the opportunity to speak to the mechanic Tony who took the time to listen to my concern. Not only did he advise what the issue was just from talking to me. when I got my vehicle back it ran better then it did when I took it in..In picking up my vehicle I was treated with the utmost customer service from Michelle. And to my surpirise a few days later I recieved a follow up call to find out how my experience was which was just amazing. Now that I have had the pleasure of dealing with Yonge Steeles Ford. I wont go anywhere else.. You dont have to take my word for it give this dealership a try for yourself you will be glad you did. The Service Manager is very lucky to have employees like this on his team.

I had an appointment at 11 in the morning for the oil change, nothing extra and I've been told it will take about 30-40 minutes and vehicle would be ready. One hour passed and I decided to give them a call to follow up and my vehicle was still inside the shop. To make story short my vehicle was ready at 1pm. Carl...this is an oil change...
I am so glad I gave Yonge Steeles Ford the opportunity to work on my turck. This use to be called Northtown Ford and I wasn't impressed. with the previous experience I had with Northtown. I have heard great things about this dealership ( yonge Steeles Ford) so I thought what do I have to loose. Upon arriving I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Ozzie, what an amazing guy his level of customer service was awesome set me off in the right direction. I was directed to Joe I believe he is the front end service manager. I was amazed of his knowledge and patients walking me through the booking process of my Harley F150. The mechanic Tony who happend to be at the front desk turned out to be the one who was going to repair my truck. Tony took the time and was very detailed on the issue with my truck and what he needed to do to fix the problem. As he promised my truck was done on time and given back to me cleaner than I originally brought it in. I am so greatful for the EXCELLENT service provide by Ozzie, Joe and Tony. If you are looking for the right place to go. I can assure you the Guys at Yonge Steeles Ford know how to treat you right as a customer. I did not have the greatest experience going to Yonge steeles ford. I went in to have service done on my brakes and got my truck back with a damaged custom grill. The wait time was very long and the service was adequate. After waiting for a few hours I was told my vehicle was ready and it would be brought around for me. I went outside to where my vehicle was waiting and I did an exterior inspection which I always do after having my vehicle at the garage. I saw that the front grill was hanging off the vehicle which was very apparent. The vehicle was left outside and the mechanic went back in and said nothing hoping that I wouldn't notice the damage and drive away. I immediately went back in a spoke with the service manager Chris who was attentive and very helpful. He came outside with me inspected the damage then went back inside and confronted the mechanic who admitted to causing the damage. I made some arrangements with Chris to resolve this issue. I left for the evening and not even driving 5 minutes I noticed a tremendous amount of vibration in my steering and some drifting while braking. I was very upset especially after the damage done to my vehicle. I went back at my earliest opportunity with my concern suspecting it was a problem with the brake service. The shop foreman and I took a drive in my vehicle and he concluded that it was not a problem with the brake service but didn't determine what the problem was. I ended up checking all of the lug nuts to make sure the were on tightly. After that I checked the air pressure in all of the tires and they were grossly over inflated so I had to let the air out. This remedied the problem. This should not have been an issue because the week before they had balanced, inflated and installed all my winter tires and they were performing fine. I must say in regards to the damage to my vehicle Chris the service manager was very attentive and even purchased me a new grill but it was determined that the part he purchased for me was not what was damaged on my vehicle. The mechanic that damaged the vehicle made an attempt to fix the vehicle and it was still not repaired properly and was not flush with the vehicle. I am an independant contractor so the more time that my truck is off the road I could be losing hundreds of dollars. I accepted his unsatisfactory repair attempt for two reasons. The first is that I can't have my vehicle off the road for so long when I have contracts that I need to fill and the other is I did appreciate the effort that the service manager made. Two months later his shody repair is revisiting me and what ever fastener he used is completely coming undone and the damage looks worse than ever. I have had these custom/after market parts on my vehicle for more than two years and have had my vehicle repaired at different garages without incident for over two years. If the mechanic was more experienced or took more care over all with my vehicle I would have never had to write a review. I have never ever written a review before. Every time I see this damage on my vehicle I am irritated because it should never have happened. What can I say, men love their trucks and motorcycles...

Purchased my first Ford vehicle from this dealership and to be honest with you my first experience of this place was horrible. First of all, I agreed on a deal with a salesperson than their manager Declines the deal. I said OK then decided to leave when I was close to the exit door another salesperson called me and told he will talk to another manager and told me to just wait he came back to me.and said your offer was accepted I said ok. Then guess what happened for the time of the delivery I realized that many things were missing. Like the car didn't come with original floor mats or plastic mats, they didn't give me back my $500 security deposit. They told.me.that they don't have cash here so I have to come back another. I said ok when I.went back there they said they said we don't have a cash again! I gor angry and after long discussion they said we will give you a paycheck. It didn't finish there ai visited their service departments today to do some job on my vehicle. I went there by appointment the service consultant told me to wait. I waited for 6 hours and after nobody called me back I decided to go back and Follow up on what is going on The consultant told me that my vehicle wouldn't be ready today! I asked why didn't you tell me that before? She said I already told you which she didn't plus show was yelling. I asked to call her manager and she pointed to.me.another consultant and said he is my a manger like.I don't know who the manager. She told me to take my car and leave instead of apologizing me for what she did to me. So disgusting.

Oct 3rd, 2018: I bought a brand new Lincoln in August. The purchase process was wonderful, great thanks to Bill( a 5 star for him). Their team is just amazingly efficient. As an objective person, instead of a customer, who really loves the Ford-Lincoln brand for so many years; I can confidently say that the service is standing at the same, or even higher level, comparing to other luxury car brand, such as Mercedes. Again, Yonge-Steels Ford Lincoln showed their great care to customers, and I personally would buy or recommend my friends buy vehicles from them in the future.

Where do I begin? Julian, what a guy! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and when he knew a good deal was coming up, he took the time to follow up with me (even after weeks had passed) and got me a great deal on my first car! He is great at communicating and making sure that your every need is met, even if it's with a coffee when you come to visit! He is really good at writing out every detail so you are not surprised at any hidden factors. He was the first "sales professional" that I have dealt with at any dealership that I did not feel pressured to buy a car from. I would highly recommend seeing him for your every car need, regardless of what dealership he is at. He is the only one I would trust with my car buying needs.
Wanted to buy a new car. Salesman promised me over the phone that he had multiple vehicles in stock. Took time out of my day to drive over only to be told that he would have to confirm stock and today I find out that they are unable to get the vehicle for me. This is typical Ford and Lincoln tactics to get a customer in through the doors. I wish people would be more transparent. You're better off dealing with honest dealers which I hope are still around. I recommend going for other brands, for the same price you're better off with an Audi or a Mercedes vehicle.
I've been doing my ford services at this location for 5 years everytime the guys there don't even look up, like they don't even want to help us, this time I was helped by Daniela Calucci. She is absolutely wonderful, she genuinely cares what is happening with the car and is very experienced and knowledgeable. She resolved an issue that we've been trying to get fixed for almost a year! And when we didn't know what a certain noise was she was able to determine the problem and had it fixed for us!

I will never buy or lease with this ford again. My father has a fleet of vehicles with this dealership for his company ranging from mustangs to f550s. When I come in for service, the customer service is below average at best. They are very pushy to upsell you things in a condescending tone and tried to argue with me that I need to pay extra to have my tires changed. They wouldn’t even give me shuttle as I waited. As soon as he looked up the account and saw my fathers name on it, the attitude changed drastically. I don’t care if you have 1 or 50 cars with a dealership, the customer service needs to be held to a higher standard regardless. They have lost the next generation of our family company.

I was a customer here for more than 15 years. I bought my first car form here which i was extremely happy with the car and services i received from this dealership. Recently i wanted to do an upgrade and the dealer told me that they have the car that i'm interested and in they will have it in few days. After a week i got a phone call that they don't have the car however i can get something similar. A month passed and still no car. I have asked for a rental car but they weren't able to give anything. Finally I had to escalate to get back my deposit. The management office was rude and disrespectful.

Absolute terrible service experience with his dealership. Highly recommend avoiding them. I took my car there for an warranty issue (didn't purchase here) and I kid you not, the kiosk beside me I overheard a woman complaining about damage to the exterior of her car. I went to pick my car up and yup, here was a huge scrape and dent on my passenger side rear bumber and rear side door. I was very close to missing it. When I went back in to talk to them - they made an issue about it and were very unprofessional. Could get me back in for two weeks to fix it. Had to go back in and leave my car there and practically tell them they must pay for my rental. Not once did I get and apology, sorry for the inconvenience. It's quite clear this is routine here. They might be the highest "volume" dealer - but certainty far from the best. Highly recommend Yorkdale Ford and or Heritage Ford. Stay away from here!

The Sales people here are very good and help you find the right car, that is until you purchase it and then you get given the run around. I purchase ny car almost a year ago and up til now i am still having to deal with bad service. I had multiple problems with the vehicle and and the main issue has still not been resolved. The head mechanic here starts off being helpful and the promises to do repairs on a particular date and then doesn’t come through and then after testing tell me that there isn’t an issue but when i go back to have another issues resolved he then tells me there are problems and that is the reason why i can feel the issues when I’m driving. If he had done the full checks on the car in the beginning then he would have resolved the problem month and months ago. When i was asked to come in and discuss the problems i was having the manager i was taken into the office and surrounded by 4 other men. I think it was some sort of intimidation practice. I am now in the process of escalating this issue to Ford Head office for an investigation into the whole ordeal. If this is how ford deal with their customers then this is the last time i buy Ford! I’ll update once i hear back from head office. If you buy from this Garage then i wish you the best of luck and hope that the gods are on your side.

Recently purchased my 2019 Ford F150 Limited from Mr, Q at this Dealership and I can say that were extremely happy. Q took the time to go over all required information on the truck and financial details to make the decision making process much easier for us. I recently brought my vehicle in for servicing. Usually the customer service is OK at best. This time the customer service was amazing. Daniela Carlucci was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely bring my vehicle again, only if Daniela Carlucci is my customer service rep. She deserves more than 5 stars.

Another Five Star experience at Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln. I came in today to have my new winter tires put on. The tires were ready for installation when I arrived and I was in/out of the dealership in a very efficient and timely manner. My regular tires were nicely wrapped and placed neatly in the back of my vehicle. As always, Mark Silverman and his Service Team were efficient and very professional. Keep up the great work!

Just picked up my first Ford Escape from Malay. I cannot express how much delighted I am with the overall experience. This is my first car in Canada. Malay helped me to shortlist the best suitable car within my budget without compromising on my favorite features which included AWD + Panoramic Sunroof. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED. It was first time to go to Ford just to see what are the options. It was really a good fortune to encounter with one of sales associate named ”QUE”. He was not just a sell person, he was really a very thoughtful guider. He helped me like a friend who is concerned whether his friend is taking right decision or not. you never feel like Que just wants to sell a car to you, you find him as a very honest friend which helps you get best choice. Absolutely RECOMMENDED.
I made the appointment to service my vehicle and was very clear with what needed to be done. When I get there, they tried to get me to come back as I wasn't clear with it was that my truck needed done thus they didn't allot enough time. After sorting that out , they tried to get me to leave my vehicle overnight which I could not as I don't live in town. So when it came time to pick up my vehicle at 10pm (they close at midnight) my truck was blocked in by 4 other vehicles thus they couldn't get my truck out. I have never had one single positive experience with the service department or sales department. When I ordered my brand new truck, they estimated 9 weeks but it took 6 months for the truck to get here. No apologies, no reasoning and acted like we were impatient when we asked for the status of the car. They make it really hard to remain loyal to the Ford brand.
I'm not sure where to begin. I took my car to Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln Sales Ltd. to be serviced. Now to their credit whoever I booked the original appointment with did engage with some due diligence. I booked for my maintenance check-up windshield wiper blades replaced and to have the navigation system updated. The woman did get back to me 3 days later to advise me that in order to have my navigation system updated I could only do so Monday through Friday during business hours. Which of course does not work for me given my schedule. So I took that off the table. This evening when I arrived head of my appointments about 40 minutes early and there were only two service reps on duty with other staff milling about socializing amongst each other .... so I just stood in line for about 15 - 20minutes and watch the dynamics. Then clearly some type of manager came out from the side and directed me to a seat called someone from the back to process me and then was checked in fairly quickly . I found that the service rep that I was dealing with really pushing additional service's that I haven't scheduled for servicing on my vehicle when I book the appointment and had specifically asked what was required for maintenance. The one thing I did ask for him to find out for me what the the cost to upgrade my navigation system which is only 2 years old.... which seems to be quite often outdated when searching for new locations or addresses. This gentleman provided his assurance that he would find out costs associated if any and let me this evening. Then he proceeded to tell me that my original appointment that would originally be about an hour and a half was now extended to 9 p.m. then I was directed to go to the customer lounge and wait . To make a long story short well waiting in the customer Lounge area I've never been so shocked around the blatant disrespect lack of customer support or service and the openly demonstrated level of unprofessionalism with the number of Yonge Steeles Ford employees to the point where this evening the showroom patio doors where opened in this cold windy weather for an hour and 45-minutes. It was evident that they were going to be changing up the display vehicles. What's was frustrating was about 20 minutes nothing was happening no vehicles were being moved doors wide open and customers kept complaining about the winds and how cold they were to the yonge-steeles employees and it appeared as if employees laughed off and disregard the concerns of paying customers. it was so bad and cold that the majority of people had to move from the customer lounge area & huddle by the parts and merchandise area just to try to restore some warmth. A lot of the employees seem to be self-absorbed socializing amognst themselves gossipping and openly criticising ridiculing other employees at that particular dealership. It's a sad commentary how much this dealership has changed. Originally when I purchased my car the salesperson promised a lot of things and certainly did not deliver. Shame on me I should have picked up on that from the start now directly or indirectly the openly display behaviour and messaging from Ford employees appears the customers clearly are not valued at this dealership ...once they have your money. The level of unprofessionalism would appear to be something that is supported and condoned. To add insult to injury after paying for everything I had to end up paging the service rep who failed to follow through and get me the information that I required around the navigation system unbelievable
We upgraded our f150 to the Lariat. The whole process was great and easy. Staff, amazing. Showroom, amazing. Highly recommend!
Great place to take a break after a long day of shopping and walking. It was really hot today outdoors. Ford seems to be a really popular brand for trucks and I was surprised by their inventory. Since there are actually multiple dealerships in the area, right on Yonge Street, it's no surprise that the selection and choices are plentiful. I would have liked to see more electric cards and innovation in this space, I guess only time will tell. I plan to check in again the next time i am in the area!
Now on my fifth Ford truck from Yonge Steeles Ford and their sales and service are still five star all the way. Always treated like a customer should be with respect and valued. Went for service this morning on my Explorer , snows and oil change and was in and out fast and efficiently. Thank you to Chris and Razzaq for another great experience. In fact, I have been to many car dealers and I have met many sale agents trying to sell me a car, but what Que behaved was the only reason I chose Ford for another years term of contract. Service is continually slow; I get estimates of 1.5 hours for things like an oil change and get the car back close to 3 hours later. Service employees are pushy and try to get you to buy services several hundred kilometres before they're needed (as laid out in the owners manual). Appointment makers and service employees also do not give the same information. Made an appointment to have my car looked at for the documented transmission problems, and was told that it would take half a day. When I dropped it off, service told me that it would take at least a week, had no idea why the appointment coordinator would say half a day, and offered no rental car. The only reason I go to their service centre is because I got free oil changes for the life of my car. The day I pay this car off so I don't have to deal with them anymore can't come soon enough.

Bought the Ford Escape WITH extra coverage - an additional $5000.00 - during the time of the extra coverage I had issues with the vehicle and the $5000.00 coverage did NOT cover my issues, so I had to pay an additional $1000.00 to have it fixed. I no longer have the extended coverage as my coverage has expired. I am still dealing with the engine light on and telling me I have a flat tire on the dash. I can't pass emissions and they still will not fix it. PLUS, it costs way too much to have it done at the dealership. Plus the wait time. However, when I had my recall done, they were very professional and worked at making sure I get my vehicle back. Plus they drove me home and then picked me up with the car was done. Overall; I am still dealing with issues with my vehicle and have been since the day after I purchased the car. I am almost afraid to continue to ask the service department to help me or to come to some agreement about fixing my car; they make me feel like I am bothering them when I have a question or give them a call. Almost feeling guilty for even having a question. The receptionist can use a bit more training on kindness to customers. Remember - the first call represents the organization. If the receptionist is mean, then the rest of the staff follows.
The sales man name is Cyrus he has very nice manner and care you. When I went for pick up, the lady name was Nina ( delivery coordinator) very nice and take care very professionally also the finance manager lidia. To wrapup, I will recommend these location for buying Ford.
worst scammers i leased 4 -f150’s over a 8yr span and they never gave me equity towards next lease my last lease i took to formula ford and they gave me $7100 in equity off a purchase of a 2020 F250
Where do I start. Been going to this dealership for the past 4 years for service. Joe Gabriele and Ozzie are both always very pleasant, greet with smiles always.They both make me feel welcome and at home. The Customer Service experience that they both have provided over the years is outstanding. I hope the general manager and owner realize what great employees they've got working for them. We are in the process of buy an SUV from your dealership and it was interesting to read the various reviews about your Service Department. After all this is the most important part about buying a new vehicle; what kind of after sale service one gets from the dealership. We are not new to this location though under previous ownership and did not have any major difficulties. I guess in any business, there would always be people who are satisfied and those who are less satisfied and those who would not be satisfied no matter what. For me what the owner's responses are to the complaints are important because I like to know what he/she is going to do if I'm not happy without having to call Ford of Canada offices. The owner's responses on the reviews I read have been very responsible.
I would go with 0 stars, but this one star was only because of the good service provided by Gilles! Terrible customer service after purchasing vehicle from them. How Ford senior management lets the service end of this dealership run is beyond me. Save yourself the headache, rudeness, and waster of your time and to to another dealership. Gilles helped me to buy my car in 2017, and 3 months before the end of my lease (August 2020) my car had an engine issue (under warranty) and I was told that my car was 16th in the line and it would take 2-3 months to get fixed (I prepaid the lease in April and I did not owe them anything). It took them 2 days to diagnose the issue and right before August's long weekend they gave me the news. I asked them if they can provide a rental car since I was supposed not to have my car over two months and they said sorry it is not our problem! I called Ford and after 2 weeks reviewing the complain, someone from Yonge and Steeles dealership called me to go there and get a rental car! I got there and I was told that we can only give you the car for 5 days! Why did they think that 5 days would be enough I had no idea! Mark Silverman and Dave Miller were so rude and even without telling me, they had the regional manager on the line to listen to our conversation! These guys acted so rude and liked they were doing me some sort of favor! "Mark told me you only used our free oil change service and now you expect us giving you a rental car?" They gave me a rental car and after 5 days asked me to go there again to change the car! Such a waste of time! Clearly Ford only paid them 35$ a day for my rental and the previous car cost them 50$, you can imagine how cheap a dealership can be! They gave me a very dirty car and told me the tax and insurance is on my! after 20 days and buying a Q5 I returned the rental and ended the lease and walked out of this terrible dealership. I called Ford and asked them if they can reimburse me anything since I did not have the car for three months and you can expect their answer! The only good thing about this dealership is Gilles who helped me a lot in this process and helped me to have less headache.

I went in on Monday to have my Ford Fusion serviced and it was my first time at this location. I live in Mississauga but my girlfriend lives in the area so I figured I'd get it done over at Yonge and Steeles Ford. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the experience was one of the best I've had from all my visits to different dealerships for service. I dealt with Mehdi and he made the process efficient and simple. I had a few things planned out for the day and told him I was on a bit of a schedule and he managed to have my car done with the time we agreed on! I'm definitely going back there next time, I'd recommend dealing with Mehdi as he is a true display of what customer service is all about! Thank you to the whole team over there, I appreciate you guys for such a pleasant experience!
After four long years of complaining to Pine Tree Ford, we were told that there would be no repairs of my known transmission problem (2014 Ford Focus). The refused to address the problem after performing 2 useless computer adjustments. Last July, when in for the last service before my 60,000 kliks expired, they did not even try to hide their exasperation with my complaints. I wrote to Ford Canada and they explained that the transmission problems I had been experiencing WERE under warranty, and the transmission is covered to 100,000 kliks. They suggested another dealer. We went to Yonge Steeles Ford and not only were they not dismissive at all, but offered to do an assessment of the vehicle. The result of this was the ordering of the required parts (4) and, finally, a repair of the vehicle. It's like night and day. We were treated with respect and goodwill. Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln 5 stars; Pinetree - Boo!.
First class sales. Third class service. Bought my second vehicle from them. Great sales people, no pressure and no haggle pricing. Service department needs improvements. No option for appointment, Ticket based system always has long wait times to the point that better to skip free oil change dealer provides, and get it done elsewhere where appointments could be scheduled.
This dealership has some of the best prices on new Ford products in all of Ontario. The sales people are friendly and helpful. That being said what is lacking is back of house customer service after the initial sale. This dealership is so big and busy that they could not provide personalized, attentive service when you bring in your vehicle for service. It appears that the initial sale is more important to them than the after sales service they provide. This is why they have no problems giving you free oil changes for life when you buy your car, they know that you will rather take it elsewhere and pay for better post sale service than taking it back to them so in the end those free oil changes don't cost them a dime. Remember the saying, " you get what you pay for". I regret not paying a little more and getting the personal service my local Ford dealer provides.
Booked an appointment for 5pm with the Senior Sales Consultant. He came to greet my mother and I at 6:30pm. 1.5 hours late - let this one slide. He asks us to follow him to his office. As he's walking, he mumbles, "do you like the color red on this car?" (pointing at a red vehicle inside the show room). We responded "yes" but because 1) his back was against us and 2) he couldn't hear our response, he flailed his hand to his ears multiple time while bobbing his head symbolizing overtly that he didn't get a response. In my opinion, if you wanted to hear a response, look at the customer you're speaking to. Let this one slide. We sat down and we asked for a break down for both a lease and finance option. My mother was confused on the calculations and asked questions. The Sales Consultant responded with a condescending tone. Kinda like a "geez ... Why do these numbers matter to you?!" type of response. Let this one slide. My mother asked if she could get a print out of the break down for the finance option. Keep in mind ... We were going to buy the car today. We just wanted the calculations for our own record keeping purposes. The Sales Consultant responds: "No. YOU PEOPLE (I'm Asian and he wasn't... I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that "you people" meant "customers") will just go to another dealership to compare prices and try to get a good deal." If we were still looking, of course that's what we'd do! Furthermore, this is a $50k expense we're talking about - not clothing on a rack or groceries. Of course I want to be smart with how I use my money. Plus ... It's none of his business to judge us that way. Not letting this one slide ... We left. Horrible experience. Won't be going back. Hope no one else experiences this.

One of the most frustrating Service departments to have to deal with. If you are lucky enough to actually get through to a live person on the phone- that person is generally, rude, arrogant or completely uninterested in why your calling. The attitude of "I have no idea what you're talking about" or "What would you like us to do" are NOT great customer service skills. This dealership is quick to sell vehicle off their lot but don't have the means OR competent staff to deal with the service needs of high paying customers. Management of this dealership could benefit greatly by going undercover and experiencing what it's like having to deal with this service department. Free Oil Changes for life aren't even enough to get me to come here- I'd rather pay else where than have to deal with Yonge Steeles Ford Service In Response to "The Owner": Correct- and as its going currently I won't be coming back. I dread the wait times and the constant telephone tag and of course the ever increasing price tag to service. For Example I FINALLY got through to a real person earlier this morning, only to be told to call back after 12 and speak to Ruth. I'm not sure why the person who took my call couldn't understand my request or why there is only 1 individual person who can handle this request? I can only imagine after 12 I wont get through to Ruth either, as shes probably got quite the line up of customers. Dodge and Deflect is not customer service- Your service department needs to live up to the Sales Reputation of your dealership otherwise, Sales will be affected to!
I’m not a Ford owner but I’m dropping a 1 star because one of the shuttle drivers cut through the Hilda Mcdonalds plaza and almost caused a huge accident with me. If my honking won’t get your attention, hopefully this review does. Learn to drive and don’t hire people who don’t know how to follow lines on the road/cement.
I absolutely love the service, best experience I have ever had for a new car purchased. Paul helped me get this new car where no one else would help via email. He was able to get me in and out within an hour and placed the order for me. Joseph and Sarah made picking up the car a dream. Sarah was very thoughtful and pointed out my ability and requirements for direct deposit. It was a very enjoyable experience walking through the options with Joseph. Edit: I bought a car two years ago due to a malfunction in another(their) vehicle that failed to repair for a few months, and as a result I purchased this vehicle, in addition I purchased with the vehicle an extended warranty that turns out to have just taken money from me and no warranty. - The vehicle hit the road in April 2017 The factory warranty expired in April 2020 (60,000 or 3 years). - I purchased the vehicle in June 2018. - The extended warranty (called Premium) for 3 years or 80,000. - Extended warranty (from the word extend) intends to extend the existing warranty that comes with the vehicle(factory warranty), this means that once the warranty has expired (April 2020) the warranty I paid for it begins. - The dealer claims that the extended warranty (the one I paid extra) begins to count from the moment the vehicle hit the road. Here is the problems: 1. Why should I pay extra for an extended warranty if I get it already from the factory? 2. Why should I pay extra for an extended warranty and agree that the warranty will start a year before the vehicle is even with me? 3. I was told what they understand I paid for 20,000 more if I did, is there anyone who would pay $1,200 for 20,000 miles? 4. Why is the Bill of Sale listed on the same location of the warranty that the warranty starts from the date of purchase of the vehicle? This warranty was for another year (June, 2018 to June 2021)after the end of the factory warranty or 80,000 miles The dealer had no answers, the only thing they could tell me after I wasted talking time was that this is what I have and I have no responsibility, they have no explanation for why I paid nor an answer to my questions Very disappointing answer, or lack of answers to questions even though they understand that it does not make sense and understand that $ 1200 was just taken from me, extended warranty in parallel with existing warranty

When being asked about how to handle our existing lease which still has a couple of months before its mature date. Bill has offered several professional solutions and those are good suggestions. Not a great experience I was buying out a car off lease for my daughter. To be fair had lots of questions and changed our minds on buying or returning. That being said, waited forever for answers, had maybe 50% of emails / calls returned ( eventually went around him and to ford direct) and eventually waited an hour in front of the leasing guy for him to get off the phone to answer My opinion- they just want to sell new cars
Purchased a factory order F150, from start to delivery. I was always kept updated on the progress of the truck. Any questions were promptly answered. I dealt with Que and Haroon, and both were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

My wife wanted to purchase an Explorer Sport. The salesperson at Yonge Steeles wouldn't even show her a car much less drive it unless "her husband" was with her. She went to Markville the same day, test drove it, loved it, and the rest is history. Fast forward to service a few years later, Yonge Steeles was VERY helpful with some warranty work (5 stars there), BUT after the work was done, front end still making horrible sound, Yonge Steeles service claim they couldn't hear it and blamed it on old tires? (3 year old tires with less than 30K on them). Took it to Markville, immediately diagnosed bad bearings and covered it under warranty. Not sure why Yonge Steeles dropped the ball so bad as previous service has been good.

Dealerships are never my favourite place to be but the past two times I have been in for an oil change at night...there has been no pressure. It is quite organized and clean. I was in and out in a few minutes. There are snacks and coffee for those who might need nash while waiting. The staff are pleasant and efficient. I have changed my rating this visit.
Once you sign the deal they stop caring about you. Picked up my new 2016 Edge in early November. Before the delivery date I specifically requested for the vehicle to be given a good look over as it had been sitting on the lot for two years. After taking possession of the vehicle I immediately noticed that the brakes were pulsating. The next day in the daylight I noticed damage to the rear seat leather and condensation in the left rear tail light assembly. Also dirty foot prints all over the rear floor mats. The vehicle was clearly not looked over before delivery. I made an appointment for the next week. First thing my sales lady said when she sees the leather issue is "does that really bother you?" As if delivering a new vehicle less than perfect is even remotely acceptable. I dropped it off after work one evening and specifically requested for it to be done the same time the next day. Not a difficult task considering two parts just needed to be ordered and the rotors is no more than a 1-2 hour job. I call at noon the next day to see about progress. Service advisor tells me Chris will call me back right away. 2 hours later I call again as he hasn't called me. Again I'm told he will call me back. Finally by 5pm Chris calls me and says the parts are ordered. I asked about the brakes and he said they will be done by tomorrow....I had to remind him I had already wanted my vehicle by now so he had to scramble to get the brakes done and I picked up by 8. Upon arrival I inspect my vehicle and notice that the technician chipped paint on my door. They ordered me a paint stick. Leaving that evening on the highway I notices the brakes are still pulsating. So my car effectively left the dealer in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I called Chris on this matter. Left a voicemail and was never called back. Took 5 weeks and a bunch of phone calls after to get back in for my parts that were ordered. Again dropped it off after work and requested it to be done the next day at the same time. At 2 the next day I was informed the brakes and leather were done it was just the tail light assy that needed done. But they may need my car till the next day. The tail light assy takes 5 min to do so that's unacceptable. I showed up at 430 to find out they lied and the brakes weren't done. But the tail lamp was done. At this point I decided to take my vehicle since a day to do brakes is too much to handle. I checked my vehicle over again and the tail light assy was very loose where it installs in the body. The tech ripped out the grommets that hold it tightly in and never replaces them. Also the tech must have used a screwdriver to remove the old assembly as my paint was again damaged. All Chris could say was to book for the new year and he would need my car for 2 days to fix the issues. This service department is an utter disaster and doesn't care about their customers. I will not be returning. I am going to another dealer who actually cares and can actually get work done in a timely manner. Stay away people

Very pleasent experience buying (leasing) my new 2019 F-150. I had lots of questions, uncertainties and plenty of joy to see that everything was so easy to transition thru the sales process. The Sales Rep Jerry Gu was very attentive and made sure that I was happy with my final decision. Would definitely consider going thru an upgrade of vehicle in the future.
I just picked up my 2019 Lincoln MKC. Absolutely 5 star service. Bill greeted me with a friendly and happy service experience. He really helped me a lot. Anyone can get a great review by selling you a product or by providing a service. Its when something goes wrong, then you know whether they actually care about their customers. I've owned Ford vehicles since 1978. This is the third vehicle that I've purchased form Yonge Steeles. I brought my 2018 Fusion in for an oil change mid-September and to let them know about my leather steering wheel flaking. Pat was my Service Technician. Service took pictures and said that they'd forward them to Ford to get approval for a replacement steering wheel. After a week I hadn't heard from Pat so I called him. When I was able to actually speak to him he hadn't contacted Ford yet. Pat later called me and said that Ford said that the pictures were blurry. On Sept 18 I sent him pictures and copied my salesman, Sunny. On Sept 27 Pat sent an email to me saying that my pictures weren't clear enough and wanted me to come in to get them to take new pictures . I came in and they took new pictures. Reading through the Ford Fusion Club Facebook Page, leather steering wheels flaking is a known defect that Ford doesn't want to acknowledge. The next time heard from Pat was Oct 31 saying that Ford declined to cover the steering wheel saying that it was gouged and not a defect. I asked Pat to send me the declined email from Ford and he said he couldn't. He suggested that I call Ford myself. I agreed and asked him for the person he spoke to and the case file number. He said that the would email it to me and he would also to speak to Mark Silverman (Field Operations Manager) for me and let me know. This is where he dropped the ball. I have never heard back from Pat, Mark or any one else. I also never did get a copy of the work order so presumably since I got a request for a review that as far as he is concerned, the case is closed. Usually I get a phone call from Yonge Steeles to see how things when prior to getting a survey as they expect an "excellent" review. However, when you really have a concern, this doesn't happen. In view of all this, and being a long-time Ford and Yonge Steeles customer, that Ford and/or Yonge Steele would replace my steering wheel as a Good Will gesture. This has not been the case. As I said, you really know what a company's customer service is like is when there is a problem. This clearly will be taken into consideration when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle.

My husband and I just recently received our 5th Ford purchase from Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln. From having an F150 and currently both driving our second sets of Escape and Explorers. We love the vehicles- always reliable, not only for long drive travel ( which we've done) but also reliable as my company truck. Owning a business that requires an SUV for deliveries but also doubles as one for my family..well this was my first choice ( my picture below was taken Sept 2016 shortly after I received it- I love it). The Explorer XLT is comfortable, spacious, lots of leg room and the foot activated lift gate for my business is genius. Rahul has been integral in each one of our purchases, provided exceptional quality service each time. He truly treats us like family. We have referred many people to him including some of my cake clients- he's always given an amazing deal and has taken care of their needs too. It's a Cake Thing might be worth a mention to Rahul ;-) This recent purchase had us meet some new faces too. Sara D organized our paperwork faster than anyone has before and the organization made all the difference in less wait times. It was refreshing to meet someone with a personality like Peter in Service who had our plates transferred and on the car faster than ever. His smile, pleasant demeanour and dedication to customer service, didn't go unnoticed. Lastly, Gagan- the owner- we were introduced to him on our way out. Within 10 mins he listened to our experience and we spoke about the improvement in wait times since the new building went up and the experience with some new employees too. As he left he said "here you go" handed us an envelope out of his pocket and walked away. He gifted us his tickets to a Jays game. So gracious and unexpected. Even though we were unable to go, we paid it forward to another lucky recipient. Gratitude...it's what should be shared when you have a great experience. That is what we've had...maybe a few minor, fixable hiccups over all the years of the trucks...but,overall fantastic. We believe in sharing our truth and good experiences since most people like to focus and only share when it's negative. I love the extra touches she did, which I only noticed after I brought my car home: she cleaned my license plates which were filthy! Three months ago they replace my fuel pump and that time my vehicle was under warranty and now I have the same problem when I take them back they telling me that I have to pay for it I tell them why am paying for something that they just recently get fixed they telling me that the warranty pay for it Either they didn’t replace my pump or they install used pump on my vehicle now they’re telling me if I pay for it they’re going to give me a two year warranty on it how come I don’t get no warranty that they just recently install they just ripping people off they telling me that this is the Ford policy if you when you buy aftermarket parts they giving you a year warranty never go back again

SALES VISIT - NEW "Absolutely BRUTAL" I purchased a new 2018 ford explorer and i regret ever stepping foot into that dealership , It was the worst purchasing experience i have ever had with anything I've ever bought. It would almost make my stomach turn to even thing about it all, I haven't even received my second key fab for the car and have been waiting since Jan 25,2018. They are horrible at replying telephone messages and emails so for someone who lives an hour and half away, a quick drop by is not an option. In closing i highly recommend using another dealership, any dealership except for Yonge Steeles Ford. ***********UPDATE: This dealership has held my second key fab hostage now since i purchased the vehicle and they managed to loose the original second set. I have as repeatedly asked to pls send it to me by mail because of the one hour and a half drive from where i live. I'm truly at wits end with this dealership. I believe my next step will be to look into small claims court.

Zero stars - is that possible? STAY AWAY!! I have NO idea how these guys are still in operation in terms of the absolultely terrible customer service they give their Ford customers AFTER they've purchased their vehicle from them. These 4 and 5 star ratings are all sales and then when you cut to service or other warranty issues, you see the real reviews. How Ford senior management let's the service end of this dealership run is beyond me. Save yourself the headache, rudeness, and WASTE OF YOUR PERSONAL TIME and go to another dealership. Avoid this one.

Mo and Karan did a fantastic professional job today for me in a place that I moved from NS to ON with my Ford Edge. I was confused by complicated service Ontario processes to change my car plate. They just managed to solve it in just 5 minutes. I even don't need to go to Service Ontario to apply, everything was completed at the dealership quickly. I appreciate their time and effort. Artin at service center also was accommodating made it possible for me to visit Mo. The staff seems to be very professional and attentive at my first visit.
This dealership is the one that I always go to for all my Ford needs. All staffs are very helpful and work in a very resspectful manner towards clients specially my salesperson (Que) that until now I bought 4 cars from. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL and I always recommend him to all my family and friends.
We have been a Ford Yonge Steeles Lincoln customer for few years; purchasing pick up trucks for the company. We are 100% satisfied with their great services both in sales and service departments. Our experience there have been both pleasant and thoroughly professional. I would highly recommend this dealership, our salesperson Joseph, and the sales manager Paul Carlucci as they went the extra mile with customer service. All in all a very enjoyable experience.
Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience. Gagan the owner and Jerry Gu the salesperson were fantastic. The add-on accessories (tonneau cover/bed liner) weren't installed well and that was my only gripe. Otherwise everything was great and I'll still recommend my friends and family at Yonge Steeles dealership.

New latest Ford and Lincoln have some of the best quotes I've ever come across in Toronto and also a pretty impressive lineup of used cars at a very competitive price point. They also have winter tyres. All in all I was a satisfied customer when I left the dealership and will recommend to everyone in the market for a car or car accessories.
They sold me 2016 Ford Focus and they didn't even mentioned this car was having a transmission problem & recall. That I did not know about it. They sell extended warranty and rust protection which is not covering any major problem, So they basically sell you air. Big mistake for first time car buyer. Now I still have lots of debt with this car and bunch of transmission problems. What I suggest, just stay away from Ford
Updated service review. It's unfortunate that you can only write one review. So as to not loose sight of previous outstanding service quality, I have decided to add the details of my latest service experience with YSFL to ky previous review. I had concerns with the front end of my vehicle, I called and spoke with Chris again. He told me to bring it in and he will have a look at it. Upon arrival, he took it for a test drive and before he got out of the lot he stopped and pulled over. He told that he feels it's unsafe to drive this vehicle and he was getting vibrations and pulling on the steering. Chris said I know you have to get your kids, so here is a service car to use for the day and he will get my car repaired. All of this was done with very little input from from me. I was just amazed at the service level and care he took for my kids. I appreciate that more than anything else. By end of day my car was ready for pick up and I received my car back with brand new tires and front end serviced. The car drives like new and I can drive with no safety concerns. Thanks Chris for always going above and beyond for your customers. I see you are genuinely this way with all your customers. Looking forward to my next purchase at YSFL as I know I will be in good hands. I had my 2017 F150 serviced at Yonge Steeles Ford. I drove from Ajax to Vaughan because I had a safety issues and the service manager Mr. Chris Rajmohan told me to come in and he will take care of it immediately. Prior to calling YSFL I called the Fraser Ford in Oshawa and was told they are super busy and couldn't service my truck even thought my safety was at risk. To make matters worst this is the dealer that sold me the truck. Chris at YSFL expedited my check in process and put me into a rental replacement car within minutes of me arriving at their dealership. He was very professional in handling situation and showed genuine concern for me and my family. He called me the following day and told me that my car would ready for pickup the following morning. I advised him that I can't come till about 9 pm to which his response was" thats not a problem, I will wait for you to ensure you're ok when you get your car". I was pleasantly surprised of how magnanimous he was. He took his time to wait around for me to return the rental, check me into my truck and thanked me for being a YSFL customer. I cannot thank Chris enough for the level of service he showed and his professionalism. He has definitely made me a forever customer of YSFL.
After 18 months of an on going issues with an aftermarket DVD at Fords recommendation and nothing being done. Was in contact with Service Coordinator Slavica. She was finally able to assist me and get my message across to service management that this matter should have been resolved months prior. With her excellent and professional customer services she helped action the attention needed to resolve my issues with the DVD player from the Service Manager. She showed that she understood my frustrations and really sincerely cared that my DVD player should be fixed. Thank you for sending the message and having the Manager follow up to have the aftermarket company technicians fix the DVD player at time convenient to me and my schedule.
Just got my first EcoSport from Malay. He helped me a lot. From picking up from my place to dropping back. Incredible buying journey. Never heard of such experience at a car dealership. I would say before doing the guess work about these guys, just go and experience it. It's worth and they will not let you down. Amazing finance rate and superb support. Lilly was exceptional in the way she handled me from the beginning to end. To be honest she still reaches out to ask how the vehicle is and how I am liking it. It was one of the most memorable experiences I have had with a person of a car dealership because of the genuineness of our conversations and how we are able to narrow down a deal. Throughout the process she didn’t get frustrated at all and was very patient even though I went a few times and on the last ya sat for nearly 4.5 hours before we finalized the deal. I was more impressed with her personality and how she spoke a about everyone at the dealership including the General Manager Paul. Paul - He was straight to the point and came at least about 5 times To Lilly’s office during negotiations and was down to earth and very understanding throughout the negotiation process. I do want to mention the belief outside from other people is they are not good with customers. Please go and experience it yourself because I was blown away with how they treated me and I am really glad I drove from my house in Oakville to Yonge. Lilly was awesome even when I came to pick up the car as I had my parents and she was very nice to them as well. I am glad I went to you guys because I have dealerships next door but I was recommended by my friend Daryll as well who is a GM at Holiday Lincoln. Thank guys and keep up the great work. I leased a 2017 F150 back in 2017. When my lease was about to be up. I met with Nash El Barbary who somehow is a manager. He did not at all listen to the options I wanted in a new truck. And when I asked how much more the truck he was showing me would be with the options I wanted he told me just add x amount to the total. I could have sat at home and added features online. I didn't need to make an appointment and waste a Saturday. While speaking with Nash he also said a few things that where not true. When making such a large purchase I don't appreciate being lied too. That being said I left the dealership furious and solely because of that interaction I did not end up purchasing a new vehicle from Ford. While negotiating my lease buyout I was introduced to Sumit who was extremely help full. If I had met with Sumit prior to dealing with other dealerships my new truck probably would have been a Ford. It's unfortunate that this one person gives the dealership such a bad apperence. But he isn't just a salesman he's a manager. So that speaks for the entire team at Yonge Steeles Ford. If you are in the market for a new Ford truck do yourself a favor make an appointment with Sumit.
Loved the way I was served by Sinnon. Amazing dealership with an unmatched ambience. It has that positive vibrations when you enter their store. Loved the dark coffee available at their cafeteria. If you want to boost up your energy, this is the power house.
Over 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. Nobody communicated that there would be a delay. When I asked why it took over 2.5hrs for a scheduled oil change; nobody would advise or even apologize. Customer service was poor right from the start, unwilling to speak with me, could not provide insight to why it took so long, no apologies and unwilling to waive any fees. Last visit here was pressured to write a positive review as I was waiting for my vehicle to be driven from the shop to the service desk. Was told to write a positive review, when I rated them 5 starts they asked me to go back and write the name of the service provider. They went to the extent of asking someone from the back to come help me locate the rating web site. Extremely unprofessional behaviour last time and again today. I do not recommend this location for service.
Just recently purchased an F150 at Yonge and Steeles. I had the pleasure of dealing with DJ who was recommended to me by a friend. I have been buying cars for the last 20 years but I have to say that this was one of my most pleasant experiences. DJ was very knowledgeable, virtuous and professional. He took care of everything. He answered my calls and text messages even on his days off. Hope to repeat my experience with DJ for years to come. I would highly recommend DJ to all my friends and family. Great job DJ. As our Ford Edge's first service was due and I also intended to install winter tires I contacted Mr. Haroon , our sales manager and he arranged an appointment for the next day. He took the time to take me personally to the service department and introduced me to Dino, the super friendly service adviser with very pleasant personality. Swift job, everything was done in about an hour to our full satisfaction . It was a very pleasant experience. I do hope to have the same experience every other time. DISAPPOINTED ... Being customer for this dealership for about 3 years. Double the estimate time. Once. I spent my time for about 3 hours and half for only changing oil and filter. Anyways .... My vehicle makes a very bad noise while I am driving. Although they had found out my vehicle problem by road test and booked for me another appointment to fix it; but the day I showed up they said there is nothing wrong with it and sent me back with the same issue. I still have the problem. According to them my vehicle needs some trim on rear right side?! but who is gonna fix it only God knows. Poor internet connection. Staff are nice and friendly; trying to do their best in terms of customer service.
Someone had side swipe my new f450 dually and I didn’t want to take it to any bodyshop other than ford. I’ve searched for different dealership around my area and even the dealer I purchased my truck didn’t had their own body repair shop and would sub it out to other shop. I didn’t want that and I mange to find these guys, I also didn’t mind driving far just for them to fix it as they were the only ford dealer ship that had their own bodyshop. That being said, I had an amazing experience with the body shop team and their service was top notch, even the body work repair was high quality. Their communication, advice and process throughout was outstanding and Chad the bodyshop manager was exceptional. I recommend anyone who wants a ford or Lincoln certified dealer for your body repair. Great team.
There are 3 things I hate doing. Visiting a dentist, getting a colonoscopy and buying a new car. At least with the 1st two events you get an anesthetic. So I don't buy my cars there. However, they do have a reasonably good service department and that's where I get my car serviced. A friend of mine bought a car there recently and was very satisfied with the sales process.

I didn't plan on buying a car when I walked into this showroom. I had a few obstacles to overcome. Had many questions I needed to answer before buying a car. I was also being very strict with the vehicle expenses I was budgeting for. I walked into this showroom out of curiosity, just to get information, and get a feel of the cars. Then I met Dishant, the sales and leasing consultant at the showroom. He talked to me, answered all my questions, helped me resolve all inquiries about car ownership, helped me overcome all the obstacles I had, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I am a satisfied customer. A week later, I picked up the perfect car, with the perfect color, at the perfect price. I am in no way paid or reimbursed for this review. I am just a VERY happy customer who got a VERY good deal!

Absolutely the worst dealership in Toronto! I dont know a single dealership that dosnt let their customers test drive a vehicle other than this one! My first encounter with this dealership was a couple of years ago before the remodeling, I went in with my dad to look at a truck. The salesmen said they had nothing in the model that we were looking at on the lot, we said okay so can you show us something similar? He said no and to trust him it was nice and continually asked us when we wanted to pay! Why would we pay? We haven't even seen anything? We hadn't even test drive anything! We left and bought a ram! Best decision ever! Never the less, we went back so I could look at a new 2019 mustang. Wow what a difference! This time I actually got to see the car! Did I test drive it like a normal customer at a normal dealership? Hell no, same thing! The salesmen said "oh no, no one test drives mustangs, I'll order you one and you pay for it then that's when you test drive it". Are you freaking serious! What kind of dealership is this? It's a $26,000 car base price! Iv test driven $100,000 cars off the lot at multiple dealerships and no problems! Will absolutely not be returning to this dealership! And I suggest anyone who actually wants to go to a REAL dealership, there's East Court Ford and Downtown Ford. Or better yet, ANY other dealership.
It was not a good experience. I was not treated with respect as the potential buyer. Sales rep was not knowledgeable or excited to sell. Finance department individual was discriminatory and unpleasant. Very pushy when I stated no upgrades. I was left with a bad impression and ended up shortly after purchasing my car at a superior dealership. Do some research before you walk into any Lincoln.

I bought my ford escape from them. They gave me free oil changes as long as I own my vehicle. I go there ever 6 months for the service. Recently I got letter for a part recall. I kept calling and asking for the appointment but somehow nobody on the phone could help me , I was getting frustrated.Finally, on my next oil change appointment I have met RUTH BELL! What a miracle! It was a pleasure to deal with her! She was an amazing person and able to help me immediately! She understood my issue and took every effort to help me out! She booked my appointment for a part replacement. It took her only 5 minutes to book my appointment , which I was trying to get for last 10 months! RUTH BELL makes this dealership 5 stars!

After service, I want somebody can help cancel "MyKey" function, this should be free.because just confuse the function. And costumer service number tell me I can ask dealer help. Last time the technician tell me need two keys. This time I bring the key. Then different employee tell me 82$ for reprogram. This is the ford car function, not fix. Just teach costumer. Not fix!!!!!Ok, search the Google. Inset the second key, then clear it. Done. Only 3sec. Why somebody can charge costumer by anyway which they want? Who has same confuse, just let me know. Free for help.
Have been leasing with this dealership for 8 years and I have to say this dealership really goes above and beyond in terms of giving you the best price. What has prompted me to write this review recently is of course, this place had gone through a massive renovation and it really has changed a lot from what it was 8 years ago. If you had asked me a few years back if I like their service, I would probably say it's not so great because it's an undeniably super busy dealership with long wait times for oil change each time I go. But today, it was totally different. They had changed their policy to "first/come, first/serve" for oil change. While it does have its drawbacks (I heard from the customers who had complained), I think the good outweighs the bad. I got there super early - the wait time was like half of what I use to wait for an oil change before. Before this new policy of theirs was implemented, I would call and it would be like a week or two later before they can get me in for a simple oil change. Now it's like at my own time and convenience. I like that. They have a super duper comfortable waiting room now stock with lots of goodies while you wait. And really, if you go first thing in the morning like I did, it went by really quick for me. Let's just say it was an unexpected and happy surprise compared to my past experiences with them. Glad you guys are trying to implement new policies to make the dealership work more efficiently!
After an unpleasant experience at another dealership I went to Yonge Steeles Ford and met Julian Kercz who who immediately went out of his way to make my wife and I comfortable and happy with our car shopping experience. He did everything he could to get us the best possible deal and model that fit our needs and budget. I highly recommend giving him a call if you're looking for a car.
I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln. From my new purchase from salesperson Benny Yim and the sales manager Hooram, to Shazam in parts and accessories, and Chris Rajmohan in service - they have all been an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is my first Ford (I love my F150) and I am glad I bought it from them. I only wish they had a bigger parking lot but I guess being in the city, space is at a premium.
The Sales person we dealt with lied over EVERYTHING!! Within an hour she told at least 4 lies. We loved the vehicle so we bought it and ended up dealing ONLY with the sales manager Len. I was very happy with my experience at Yonge and Steeles Ford Lincoln. Dishant (sales rep) took his time trying to find me the truck I wanted for the price I wanted to pay which wasn't easy during a pandemic with limited stock. He came through and I was able to pick it up within a week. Staff were all friendly and helpful without being pushy. On delivery Lana took the time to show me all the new features, set them up and make sure I knew how to use them (this is my fourth Ford truck and no one has ever done that before at other dealerships). They were great with my kids too, usually the kids are bored and begging to leave but this time they left happy and excited about their experience too. I will definitely come here first for my next vehicle.

EDIT : I did get a call from the new Service Manager. He said things are different now. I'll adjust this review if and when I need to take my car back to the dealership and see if they treat me any better. EDIT: Went there on Dec 23. Service from Pat was exceptional. He underpromised and over delivered which is exactly what I want. His service was 5/5. My revised rating is also reflective of my earlier visits to the dealership. Edit : 4-24-21 when I bought the car, I told the rep I wanted 5 years financing and a 5 year warranty. Today, I just learned I was signed up for 6 years of financing. I am not pleased.

EDIT: Rick and team at the service department were able to rectify the issue in a professional and courteous manner. ------------- We bought our Ford Edge here brand new with extended warranty which is soon to be expiring. When we brought in the car for a small issue the service advisor (Ravi) told us to bring it in for a full check up and they would fix everything under warranty and only charge us one deductible. He made it quite difficult at first by only giving us days that he was working to bring in the car. Finally he allowed us to pass the case on to someone else, so we brought in the car at 7:30 in the morning, quite a bit away from our normal commutes, to drop it off for the person he was passing the case too (Lena). The problem is Lena is not coming in until 3PM today, which means we could have done our commute normally without making all sorts of concessions, or perhaps have brought in the car at another day. Now we are not sure if the car will be fixed today which would be a huge hassle for us to deal with especially considering we brought in the car at 7:30 in the morning. Bad for the peace of mind of our dealing with this dealership, and it will be worse if we have to bring in the car again on another day. I'll buy another Ford but not from this dealer. Even normal oil changes take a very long time and often it seems if you are not peskering them constantly they will not actually get to working on your car. I was once waiting for 3 hours to change my oil and the cabin air filter because they didnt start work on the air filter until I asked them where my car was after an hour of waiting.
I have bought a used car in September 2018. At the same time, I bought 3 years extended warranty. They refused to provide road service and it caused lot of problems for me. Now, the only explanation is system mistake. As they have no control over their systems be careful about buying their products or services.
I recently bought my Ford truck and the entire place is a massive inventory with no haggle and friendly atmosphere with such an outstanding staff Sunil and Monika who made my recent vehicle purchase a more than pleasure! Apart from that, the other services like financing was equally as accommodating and satisfying. I would definitely recommend to approach them who are looking to buy a truck. I can see that the owner cares because he is responding to many of the reviews. I deal with Rahul. He gave me a price on a Ford Fusion that no other dealer could match. The service department is slow because they are too small and busy. My recommendation to the owner is grow. You are upsetting customers because of the poor service. You have the money and the dealership is outdated. Time for a re-haul. I have recommended this dealership to Friends and Family and I will continue to do so.

Have not received better service nor had a car be running so well after 6 years, my 2011 FORD Escape is now at 225K but running as good as new. Nav Kotecha constantly goes above and beyond and does a great job managing his staff, they make sure customers are well taken care of from the early morning until late at night at all times of the year. A good dealership makes all the difference in the world and helps avoid the hassle of taking your car to other servicing companies at which I've always had bad experiences.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I will never buy from this dealership again. The only good thing about this dealership is they have a large inventory and they have some good sales staff. Once the sale is done, forget it. They won't help beyond what is mandatory in their job description. I purchased a new Electric/Gas Energi Fusion (which I picked up uncharged) and after a few weeks of driving, it left me on the side of the highway. The battery died (while in gas mode). This and a few other problems, I realized I bought a lemon. With no lemon law in Canada, consumers have no leg to stand on. In this instance, I was dangerously parked 1/2 in an active lane as the car didn't give me time to pull over safely. While on the phone with Roadside Assistance, I was mislead that the tow on the scene would be covered. Why wouldn't it for a vehicle that hasn't even had it's first payment, right? Nope. They only cover $75 because the Roadside Assistance didn't tell me that I needed to contact one of their pre-authorized tow companies. When I asked for help on this issue, I got nowhere. The service department kept the car for almost a month then released it back to me without knowing what went wrong. I lost all confidence with the vehicle. I approached the dealership to work out another deal to trade it in for something else. I knew I was going to take a hit on this but I drive a lot and want to feel safe on the road. I was told there is nothing they can do. Now they are just ignoring me. The sales person hasn't contacted me about the problems I've been having and the Operations Manager isn't replying to me. Absolutely no support. On top of these issues, I had words with a senior car attendant who told me I wasn't allowed to charge my electric car there. I ended up being allowed after the attendant told me, "It's a good thing you're cute". Wow. How about you don't hassle your customers that help keep you employed? PLUS I stopped by there one evening to pick up some things from my car since it was going to be a while. After 45 mins of waiting, the staff figured out that a mechanic drove it home for the evening. I didn't like that, but fine...but why did it take 45 mins to figure that out? What a waste of time. Mark Silverman - the next time a customer comes into your office, stand up and shake their hand like a proper businessman. You sit back in your chair and act as if you have some clout within Ford but I have yet to see it. I'll remove this post once you help me with the $500 tow bill.
I came in for an oil change today. Arrived around 9:45am. This is my first time after they have put in some new policies -- "First-come, first-serve". So you can't book appointments in advance and once you come in, you've got to take a number and wait. They have also removed their complimentary shuttle service. So you can't even get a ride to work. I took a number and waited and waited and waited. Finally got called around 1:30pm. Went to the service advisor and, to top it off, his computer was not working. Finally, I managed to drop my keys and then had to wait for 2 more hours before the work was actually done -- so about 6 hours for an oil-change. I bought my car from here and got complimentary oil change passes for as long as I kept the car. I am guessing they have given this to too many customers and this is now a deliberate shift to discourage people to come in for just oil changes at this place. Whatever it is, it is pretty ridiculous ...
The dealership management obviously needs to review how their employees treat customers. My friend's father passed away and we had to finish a lease transfer before his trip for the funeral. The financial manager for the lease transfer was rude, unprofessional and he was complaining from the volume of the work and accusing us from the beginning. He did not respond to my email and the voicemails in regards to what we need to provide before I drive 65km to this dealership for the lease transfer. After arriving at the dealership it took almost 3 hours to complete the documents he asked for which could be easily done if he would have just answered one email or the voicemail. Also they are still avoiding to provide an invoice for the charges. Obviously they overcharged for the registration and plates which I will follow up with higher regulation bodies. Overall I recommend people to avoid this dealership. There are many good Ford dealerships with a short drive.
They offer best deals in town, much better service than previous dealer (east Court ford ). Felt welcome from every staffs since walked in. The service manager Emad was really nice, he called me and offered me additional discount after I signed the deal while waiting for the truck, that's is unbelievable! Just got my 2011 Ford Focus services at the guys over at Yonge Steels Ford Lincoln! They’re the best! Always accurate wait times, amazing staff, and wonderful experiences every time I visit. Truly an amazing dealership.
I will never ever go to this location and, after the leasing period is over I'll never ever lease or purchase a car from Ford. 1- I called to book an appointment but got advised it is First Come First Serve. They have toggled between walk-in and making appointment 3 times in last 12 months. So I wasted 3 hours between 5:30-8:30 pm sitting there. 2- They forced me to perform tire rotation and pay 39.95 CAD despite I insisted I've NO problem with tire rotation and I do NOT need it. 3- I eventually ended up spending 334.91 CAD (replaced rear break pads as well) but the service adviser refused to wave 39.95 CAD. Got advised by him if I spend at least 700$ he will wave it. (Sorry for myself to select Ford!) Probably I could spend 50 CAD and 30 min in Mr. Lube instead! Conclusion: Ford will loose a customer of 40,000$ for earning 40$.

I purchased my vehicle from ford 2 weeks ago. DJ Daljit Multani was our salesman, he was great, helpful and friendly. He made things very easy for me when i purchased the vehicle. He knows his products, and answered all questions that were asked. There was no high pressure sales tactics, He let the product and price speak for itself. Everything we asked for was done. The vehicle is great and was ready exactly as arranged. It was a great experience, everyone there was friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that want to buy a vehicle.
Imagine posting a review and having the dealership respond. Pure imagination. Tasked the service department with brake repair, oil change and tire rotation. They damaged the abs sensor and had the nerve to tell me to drive it for a while, it might reset. Try taking ownership of your mistakes, and return the owners vehicle repaired as expected. The service manager is skilled at not listening, or rather not hearing the nature of your complaint, the essence of which is admitting responsibility and fixing the problem before returning the vehicle to the customer. While overhearing phone conversations it seems this is common and not the exception. Only in my dreams will this service department improve.

My experience getting my truck repaired in the service department was amazing. I was initially upset, because my three week old F150 Sport got rear ended. However, upon calling Navin, I was told my issue would be fixed right away. Navin was professional, and put me right in touch with the body shop manager, Maribel. Maribel’s team fixed the damage, and also detailed my truck, returning it to me as if it was a brand new vehicle on delivery day. Maribel also arranged a rental F150 for me to use while she fixed my vehicle promptly. Thank you to the Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln Service Department! As always, I am pleased. UPDATE: I brought my F150 in for scheduled service and Hafiz was amazing in answering all my questions and making sure my car was serviced quickly. Hafiz is great, thank you sir
When travelling from out of town a headlight burn out. I was able to drive in and have the head light replaced within the hour at a VERY reasonable price. I greatly appreciated the quick, affordable and friendly service. Everyone was very courteous, especially Dino and the young man in the parking lot helping with directions!
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Everything from oil changes to dealing with issues on my lease. I have had better customer service from a used car dealership. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Once they have your money they refuse to fix their mistakes.
When I bought the car, they told me that I can get the basic maintenance like oil change there for lifelong free. However, after 4/5 times I got free oil change there, they forced stoping the free basic maintenance for me. Because they told me I need to do their suggested maintenance which I needed to pay hundreds but my car didn't need to, and then I wrote on the paper saying i rejected the free car maintenance. I feel they cheated on me at the first place. They was not supposed to say they will offer me a lifelong free car maintenance, but they couldn't do it. I feel very disappointed of them. Shame.
Today 04/27/2018 I picked up my Mustang GT Premium. DJ, provided me with exceptional service throughout the entire experience.. He is very courteous and always caters to the customer and he has always addressed all of my concerns. He is very punctual and a pleasure to deal with and most importantly he is always very honest and I appreciate the level of dedication that he provides to his customers. Lora from the service department was incredibly rude to myself over the phone. Making me feel as if I was not a valued customer after purchasing over $3,800 worth of parts, and needing to ask a very simple install question, which she brushed off and did not answer. Advising me "to call another dealership". Guess I will be calling another dealership when I need to order more parts. Very disappointed with the level of service provided! They gave me a great deal on a 2019 ford F150 but once I signed the deal they had no concern for me afterwards and getting though to the financing managers was a hassle. I was going through a lease transfer and it was like pulling teeth with them to get them to send over the lease transfer agreement and because of their lack of regard for me I lost out someone that wanted to take over the lease. I resolved this by having to call head office and complain. I also had a cracked light that needed to be fix and it took two days of calling to get them to set up a date to fix it so I ended up buying the light and installing it my self.
I just want to give a big thank you to Chris and his competent staff for another great service experience. Last week I was in and out fairly quickly for an oil change, tire rotation and lubrication of all the doors on my Escape.I would like to encourage everyone to continue the fine work.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I bought my Escape years back and they told me that i would get free oil change as long as i owned my car, I also purchased extended warranty up to 7 years with Roadside Assistance. A couple years ago, i was parked at Costco at Dufferin and Wilson and it wouldn't start. I called Roadside Assistance to have it towed or boost so that i can take it to the Dealership, lo and behold i was told my Roadside Assistance expired after only 3 or 4 years into my extended warranty. and it costs me about $400 to have my battery replace, this is also the place that costs me $100 to replace a light bulb (it took less than 2 min to change it, youtube). These dealership is great when you purchase your vehicle but once you do, their service dept BLOWS! they upsell on everything. After my 1st oil change, they said I need to have my engine flushed and do an alignment on my first 10K??? their promised of free oil change as long as you owned your car is LIE!!! i was told from my last visit that it will be my last free oil change, unless i do a $100 light bulb change! this dealership turned me off buying FORD forever!!!

My trade in broke down before the transaction was completed, which was unfortunate but after a discussion with the manager they were able to help me out a bit, which I did appreciate.

Been bringing my 15 EcoBoost here for service since I bought it. Service was pretty bad. My agent was Ravi and he would never attend my calls or call me. Didnt really seem like he cared. Had to get part of my engine replaced and took 6 months. Didnt have my car all summer 17. But this all changed when my boy Pat came in. Dropped my car off overnight. Get a call at 8am. My man woke me up but did I care? Hell no. Calls me later at 1 PM saying they fixed the misaligned hood from engine repairs and did my oil change for 5 bucks. Shout out to pat.

My brand new Aviator was brought to this dealership by Lincoln Canada for warranty repairs. It has been there for 2 months. Apparently we have a client rep named Brittney. Only spoken to her once. She was supposed to email an activity report on the car, in April. Never has. We have left MANY messages, never returned! The service manager returned my call once to say he was having the car Diagnosed and hopefully would be returning the car the following week.. that was 3 weeks ago. Again have left several messages. None returned! The absolute worse Customer Service I have ever had. Plenty of other Ford/Lincoln dealerships to deal with that have far better Customer Service!
So I'm not one for doing reviews. But the service that I have recieved at Yonge Steeles needs to be told. We as customers are quick to complain when things go wrong but not as quick when things go right. Well I can let you know my experience started with Joe in service the I had the pleasure of dealing directly with Tony the mechanic who took the time to explain what the problem was and what was going to be done to resolve the issue. Upon going to get my Truck after service Joe was gone for the day and I dealt with Ravi in his place. I can say that from start to finish my experience was amazing. Thanks to Joe, Ravi and Tony the mechanic I was left with the feeling this will be the only dealership that services my Truck from now on.

Quoted me $3761.00 for a part, another Ford dealer quoted the part at $463.00. I also paid almost $400 for diagnostic and received a hand written piece of yelllow paper with some part prices and "may need" items.

Thought i would update this post as i just traded in my 2019 Navigator for a new one and also traded in our explorer for a new 2020 Aviator. The process of trading in, buying and leasing is made so easy by the whole team. Literally just discuss the values and the next thing you know they are dropping off/picking up both sets of cars in Windsor just a few days later. thanks to the whole team again! Old review: I dealt with Sumit when i bought my 2019 Lincoln Navigator. The process was made easy from start to finish. I bought my car a year and half ago. Sales rep was great, we really liked him. Since then dealing with anyone has been a bad experience. Service department is rude - no customer service skills at all. I have left messages and no one returns the calls. No one wants to go out of their way to help you, definitely do not feel like they care. Wait times for scheduled oil changes are ridiculous. My last vehicle was bought at the Ford in Scarborough and was a totally different experience. I will not buy another vehicle from this location.
Saw an ad for a car that this dealership was selling on carpages.ca but the ad had no price and said “ contact us for details”. I then emailed and went on live chats with workers from the dealership regarding the price of the car and every time I got an answer back basically saying “we will contact you about it”. I never heard back from the dealership regarding the price of the car or anything and it’s been quite a while. Like how hard is it to tell me the price of a car you guys have listed for sale.

I was nervous about booking an appointment with dealership because of the reviews on here but it is the closest to my house. My appointment was for 8am, when I arrived the service department was so busy I had to wait for 15 minutes to see an advisor (Lana - who is amazing!) I left my car and went home. They called me once to confirm the service I was looking for based on a light that had come on while I was driving. within 3 hours of dropping it off my car was ready. They didn't push anything that I wasn't looking for. Waiting for my car was a bit longer than what I have previously waited at other Ford dealerships but it was also a Saturday and it was very busy. Overall I had a great experience and would go back there

I brought my car here to service for an oil change and never in my life have I had to wait 4 hours. Not to mention when I came to pick up my vehicle somehow no one knew where my keys were located. However there were two younger males one had braids and the other had somewhat of an afro approached me and ensured that they would take their time to locate my vehicle. They found my keys and even brought my car to the front for me. After all my trouble they offered me extra floor matts. They showed me professionalism and the customer first policy. I thank these gentlemen for their help and making sure my concerns were resolved.
Julian did a fabulous job helping us purchase an F150. He got us a great used vehicle at an amazing price. Hi there! I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Yonge and Steeles 3-4 weeks ago, and let me tell you, unlike all these reviews I had an outstanding experience! So first I was nicely greeted by about 10-15 of the staff and they all made sure I was being dealt with, had big smiles on my face and made me feel extremely comfortable. They asked me if I needed anything and constantly made sure I was attended to. The salesman was extremely professional, dealt with me in a great manner and made me feel like family. Their pricing was outstanding!!! Only 300 less per month than anywhere else! So overall great. Now as for these other reviews I know that every month they need to move a minimal of 500 vehicles meaning on the low side 500 customers are leaving with a vehicle, the reviews were written within a two year period let's say so 12*500= 6000 a year times two which is 12,000 customers on the low end leaving with a vehicle so let's say even 100 were unsatisified so 100 over 12,000 so in reality this dealership has an 83-90% satisfaction rate and to be honest the people with the poor reviews seem to be the pretentious people with no manners that nobody likes anyways! Cmon that's fantastic nowadays!!! Easily the best dealership on the planet and highly recommended!! Keep up the great work guys!!

I recommend staying away from this place. I went in there with a family member to pick up a brand new vehicle and to inquire about another one. The initial impression was pretty good - we were greeted in a very professional way by the receptionist and a few minutes later, in the service area, by a member of the service team who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. And then, we talked to the sales guy delivering our vehicle. He was rude, had ZERO knowledge of the vehicle I was inquiring about, and every time I asked a question he didn't have an answer to, he kept getting more and more annoyed and aggressive. So I gave up on inquiring about the vehicle and started focusing on our delivery. This is when the sales rep began making additional requests for items that were not a part of the trade-in deal and at one point, refused to deliver the car. He even wanted to keep my relative's cell phone to make sure we would bring the items that were NOT a part of the deal! After some arguing, my family member managed to get the car released. Oh, did I mention the car wasn't ready to be delivered when it was supposed to be? Even though it was all arranged six days prior. So an hour later, the car is finally ready. I inspect it thoroughly and find eight scratches on the passenger side! This is a brand new vehicle and is delivered damaged. Absolutely amazing. My relative was so sick of problems with this place at this point, that ended up accepting the vehicle the way it was just to avoid any further conflict. So yeah, I will never be doing business with this place again.
I bought my car in 2014 with the agreement that i would receive free oil changes for the duration of my ownership of the car (Value add service offered during sales). For the past 4 years this has been the case until my most recent visit of which i was told that i will no longer receive free Oil changes unless i do my maintenance with them as well. I understand that new Management is making changes moving forward with new customers, but if you want to dishonor an agreement made with your previous customers that then puts me to question what else i can trust at this dealership. Anyway, I will be taking my oil changes to my local mechanic, I don't really care about the money, i care about the principal that an agreement made with me was broken after 4 years.

The past 5 months of my experience with this dealership, I am so disappointed and regret. I purchased a brand new 2019 Transit van in May 2019. A few days after I picked up, I found two problems with the vehicle and reported it to the dealership. 1. The van's side door doesn't open or close normally. 2. Only one part of the van's side door is repainted and it's different from the original paint color. What really frustrated me was that the dealership promised to solve these problems, so I took the van to the dealership more than 10 times, but my van is still in it's original condition there's been no result for 5 months... I don't think they have the ability to solve the problems. I believe every customer should be treated courteously, professionally, and with integrity!

Bought my Ford Mustang a few years ago and the service I received then was great. Upon purchasing the vehicle I was told I would receive free oil changes as long as I own the vehicle and for the first year I had no issues regarding that. After the management change they are telling me I need to get my services done at the dealership in order to receive my free oil change. This was not part of the original agreement with my salesperson . I would not pay a arm and a leg to service my car at the dealership just for a oil change. Furthermore my last visit for a oil change I was told I need to book a appointment and another representative told me that I didnt. Wasted my time to come over just to get sent back. Complete waste of a customers valuable time. Horrible experience here.

I was out of town when I had a sunroof issue on my F150. My sunroof was stuck open due to a broken glider! A dealership a couple of hours out of Toronto wanted a small fortune to fix it. Further more, they could not fit me in to look at it for a week and advised the assembly could take a month. I pictured a lake inside the truck by then. They further told me that the assembly was difficult to get (one customer waited a month) and the glider only was not available anywhere in North America. One call to parts at Yonge Steeles and Shazam sourced the sunroof glider I was looking for. I drove down, got the part and I installed it that afternoon with the help of my son and youtube. Job finished. Shazam came through with the parts! The repair was done without the need to replace the entire assembly. Thanks Shazam!!
I just leased a 2018 Ford Fusion. DJ is the kindest and most honest sales rep I have ever dealt with at Yonge steeles. We have purchased vehicles there for the last 10 years and my dad recommended DJ to me my dad also purchased a car from DJ about a week before me and had a wonderful experience as well and DJ did the work for my car to find me one and get me close to my current price before I had even decided to bring my previous car in early. He was very patient with me and there was no pressure. He had my car ready for pick up in perfect condition and any little imperfections were cleaned before I took it off the lot. This has to be the worst dealership I have ever been too. I had been leasing f150's from them for 8 years and I have only been disappointed. I had a 2013 FX4 in the second year of leasing, as I was driving my back window just shattered for no reason. I took the truck in and Yonge and Steele's Ford replaced it under warranty. 1 year later the exact same thing happened! I took the truck to Ford and was told that the warranty is over and I had to pay the $1800 bill to fix it. No one at the dealership seemed to care about my issue and if I had a child in the back, I was left to deal with this problem myself. I spent over a month going back and forth with Ford Canada about the issue until they agreed to pay for half of the window cost . No one even tried to help me about this issue, when I asked to speak with the manager, he took me in the back of the shop to speak. Assuming he didn't want any customers to overhear that there's nothing they can do and incase I would have made a scene. A few days ago I went in to see about getting a new truck lease and was given some numbers that seemed quite high considering that I have been with them 8 year. After much negotiation I was give a guaranteed rock bottom price . I told them I would think about it. I went to a different Ford dealership and asked to get a quote on the exact model I had picked at Yonge Steele's and not only was the price $30 a month cheaper I also didn't have to pay the $3000 deposit the crooks at Yonge Steeles were asking for. I ended up saving over $4000 on a 3 year lease just by not going to Yonge and Steele's and getting ripped off. If your thinking of getting a Ford truck, don't make the same mistake I did. Find a dealership that aims at keeping their customers happy and not just making a sale.

This is 2nd time I have contacted this dealership for new F150 Truck, Last year before I got my lease from another dealership cause my friend got his truck. and this year again I tried just to give them 2nd chance. but seems like sales guys here are not here to help customer but instead here to rip them off by using dirty sales tactics. we all know that currently shortage of vehicles in market this dealership are taking full advantage of it. I contacted dealership via web and they assigned me sales guy, whom I have spoken to provided all details which he asked and requested him to call me back with update, 2 days passed and no phone call, I sent text no reply. I called and he said " oh the payment you are paying we cant do it. " I said at least have some curtesy to call me or text me and mention same thing. well, one thing for sure, not buying from them. and if you are planning to buy, please avoid this dealership. as they had reputation to provide good deals, now according to me is reputation for ripping off by using word GLOBAL SHORTAGE.
Absolutely the worst dealership ever! Sold my mom a car added 5 additional warranties on to bump up the price then when confronted the guy was fired and it was reversed we had a problem for The last 5 years with this car constantly bring it in for service not just recalls but just problems in general and they don't care about their customers. Sad part is Ford Canada is just as bad steer clear of Ford and this dealership nothing but big scam artists taking advantage of elderly people they should be ashamed!

I visited the showroom last week, and to my surprise the secretary looked happy to be working there... she was attentive towards me as soon as I walked in while she managed to help fellow coworkers and answer phone calls simultaneously. Previous times I have been in the showroom I was ignored by a disheveled elderly lady who proceeded to screen me by putting the temperature reader directly on my skin multiple times, and previous to that a rude girl who was short with me and seemed to be miserable working there. After having some brief conversation with the secretary I was shocked to hear she was new to the business as it seemed she had been here for years based on her customer service and ability to maintain her composure in a busy environment. If I was the manager I would consider having this young lady as the face of reception day to day, or hire someone to match her aura. Thanks Katie!

Its so upsetting. After four months of back and forth finally the car put me in the road . Such a strange coincident that exactly the day my car was towed to the shop the new engine arrived. They knew the engine has serious problem from the beginning but still put me and my children in danger and let me, a single mom, drive that car . It's terrible. I'm shaking from the time I understood how dangerous it was.

I decided to call this dealership up for service based on the reviews, but the customer service I received over the phone was condescending and rude. First I was told they don’t schedule appointments for new customers and I just need to attend in person with ownership. I was then asked for a recall number for my vehicle, and when I said I can only provide the VIN, the employee blurted rudely, that was what she asked me for. If not booking appointments for new customers is how you do business, that is fine, and I may have considered attending and lining up. However, you have your rude employee to thank for you losing a new customer.

That shop foreman, Wojtek Kotasinski, is one of the best in Canada by far. Fast service, amazing people skills and someone who actually knows what he is doing. Ivan, the service adviser is a good person who is quick, efficient and and reliable. These guys did great service for me which would take other dealerships days to do but these guys are very quick and on time Thank you guys very much for looking after me and my Ford F150. PS: Thank you mechanic who worked on the car. Everything is the way it is suppose to be.
My Focus ST was working fine until I got a recall letter and took it here. After the recall the told me that they ran a diagnosis and they charged me 600$ for the engine. A month later the check engine light came on, they charged me another 800$ and said the car is in perfect condition and I'm set to go. Once again the engine light has come back on and my cars performance is awful. I took the car back emphasizing that all was fine until I brought it for the recall. The manager Mark, said they ran a diagnosis and there is a problem with the exhaust and they can't do anything about it. After charging me 1500$ for useless diagnosis which made it worst than its previous condition, now they can't fixed it. Wasted my time, my money and broke my car.
We had a great experience buying our new Ford Explorer ST at Yonge-Steeles Ford. Special shout-out to Dishant who was very transparent, knowledgeable and easy to work with from start to finish. He provided us with a thorough overview of the vehicle in the showroom and spent an extensive amount of time explaining all the different functions and technical details while we went on a test-drive. Dishant went above and beyond on every question we had and at no time were we pressured into the sale or rushed. Hello, Its my pleasure to share my service experience here . I bought F150 here in 2013, get oil change since that time here. I got very bad experience before, technician did not tight the oil pan screw. oil slow leak, took me two weeks to figure it out. engine light was on, truck cant drive. its nightmare! last time I came back for oil change , Costin showed me how nice service right now. I even start thinking to replace my truck to 2021! keep going! Costin!

I bought a new escape 2018, and found transmission oil leak only after drive one day! I went to young/steels dealer, they fixed and also provide me with rental car. although I am very upset with my new car, how can it leak with only one day driving? but I am still happy with the dealer service.

Looking for 10 stars :). Today I picked up a new F150 (for my second time, I bought my previous one here too). I was treated like gold, and the entire experience was top notch. Pavlin took the time to ask what my needs were, and got me a great deal on a great truck. When I came to pick it up, being a Saturday just after lunch, he was of course working with another customer but took the time to come out and make sure I knew he would be right with me. Enter Marlee who stepped in, and got all of the paperwork signed and out of the way so I did not have to wait. She then came out to the truck and showed my wife and I what was new compared to the truck we traded in. I have attached a picture to my review. This picture is over the door at the entrance to the showroom floor. I can attest, this team not only puts this on the wall; they live by it. One hell of a happy customer here (again). Today October 28, 2021. I had an oil change, fuel injector cleaned and cabin filter replaced at Yonge Steeles Ford. The service representative was Hafiz Seyad, he provided excellent service. My car was serviced quickly and my car is running well and smoother than prior to service.
Worst people to deal with. At the time of purchase, as part of the negotiated price, they promised free lifetime oil change. Later they changed their mind to the end of the booklet. Also, their attitude is very disappointing. Overly aggressive and disrespectful. Never trust them. I would give zero stars, but this is unfortunately not an option.

I have purchased over half a dozen vehicles over those years you not oniy get a great deal on vehicles but the service on those vehicles is second to none. I just call my service advisor Ivan Cristofoli and tell him whats wrong or if i just need maintenance and he lets me know when to bring it in. My mechanic Tony Santoro is the man. He takes care of my vehicles. You have to have people you can trust to work on your vehicles .they tell you what is needed if any. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a vehicle from Roy Lichtinshtein at Ford Lincoln Yonge-Steeles. We are extremely happy with the great customer service and found Roy to be very knowledgeable regarding Mustangs. We had visited several dealerships prior to this one and no one was able to assist us in finding what we were looking for (2020 Mustang GT in the colour and package of our choice). Don't want to say about people working at this dealership but for one person only. Very disappointed with sales person named Gilles Lefebvre. I bought F-150 two yeas ago through him. I was new to country and didn't know much about the process. Neither my English was good at that time. He arranged financing for me for 4.69% per annum from some bank. He "forgot" to mention that Ford financing was available at 0% at that time. It costs me now around $2,300 extra every year. For two years it's $4,600 that I didn't bring to my family. I put $20,000 toward my purchase. So I was eligible for Ford Financing. I'm sure he gets paid for "deals" like this from that kind of financial institutions. Otherwise I don't see the reason. He also charged me extra for things that usually comes with car like rubber floor mats. He charged me for wheel well liner but it was never on the vehicle. So I do not recommend to even talk to this person. Shame on him. I hope not all of the sales man like Gilles. And I hope he is not there any more. But I'm not going to buy from this dealership anything anymore. Considering upgrade my truck for higher trim level. My advise for everyone Please see what you sign and read everything carefully! Your trust will be used against you :(
My name is Ben and I'm writing this under my wife's gmail account. I would like to give my recent experience at Ford a rating of ZERO however a 1 star is the lowest rating option they have. I just spent the last hour writing up my detailed experience only to discover I have exceeded was past the character limit. Over the span of 2 days and 15.5 hours later I left ford wondering how I could ever return for service or lease a new truck with them. I came in with a flat tire and left that evening with what I thought was a fixed tire. On my way home I noticed the PSI counting down. I pulled over and put my head to the tire and I could hear the air draining quickly. When I left the delarship the PSI said 37 and when I returned 20 mins later it was reading 22 PSI. Daniella Carlucci was the service consultant and she was helpful. However Wazu the technician and manager Mark Silverman had every excuse in the book. I came in the next day at 830 and at 4 when my truck was finally ready I found 3 tires in the back of my bed. One of them was my spare tire, and my receipt says my spare was reinstalled under the truck. The other 2 tires were the ones they took off my truck. I had no choice but to replace 2 tires because one couldnt be plugged. I dont understand why they would try getting rid of the garbage in my truck. I paid $410 for 2 new tires and the ladies behind the cashout counter had no problem charging my card but nobody was able to assist me for my $35 refund for the failed plug the day before. I was promised a refund and told to come back on Tuesday, as today is Saturday, because that would be the earliest time that someone competent enough was in to process a refund. I would like to share my story in full detail with you guys and Im waiting patiently with your response on how to do so. Until then, Ben

Happy with my 2020 explorer. Great team work especial thanks to Nina for her. help and DJ for great deal. However, the service department is HORRIBLE. The don't book any appointment and this is just a waste of time. To get a FREE oil change, they force you to rotate the tires and charge you for it. If you refuse the rotate tire, you will not receive the free oil change. Different personnel give you different pricing for the same service. There is no consistency among staff. I hope this feedback is received by the management team and they correct the issue and culture of the dealership, poor customer service.

It used to have the best staff in the service department, however there was a change in service managers a while back and since the change, service quality has gone downhill. I located the dealership where the previous manager is and now bring my car to him where the high standards of service at that dealership has earned my future service and new car business. Update; The way the people at Yonge Steeles deal with complaints is to ignore them after promising that they will look into it and get back to me. I wasn't given the courtesy of a response as what steps will to taken to earn my business once again. Not unexpected at all!! If I could I would rate at 0 stars.
Was having trouble trying to find parts at another dealer. Was referred to Shazam in the parts department and he was AMAZING! Found all the parts I needed and had them ordered and ready for pickup within a few days. Very pleased with the service. This has been my go to dealership ever since!

I got a very good deal whem I bought my SUV. Unfortunately the service department is slow as molasses. Absolutely ridiculous wait time just to get an oil change done. I have been waiting two hours and they still have not started. This is not my first experiemce with their service department. Had I known upfront about their service issues, quite frankly I would have purchased the vehicle from another dealer. I have had an excellent conversation with Mark and have upgraded my review. I certainly understand the situation service is faced with, when the dealership sells about 400 vehicles a month. Extremely difficult to service everyone. The oil change system implemented has improved the situation and hopefully rhis will continue. Thank you Mark

Howard Wagman was very helpful. My trade-in vehicle had a warning light go off 3 days before I was expecting to trade it in. So Howard arranged me for me to get a rental car from Enterprise at the Ford corporate rate for a few days. That was very helpful. Working with Yonge-Steeles Ford was helpful because of their huge inventory. I was able to get the car I wanted in the colour I wanted immediately because of their huge inventory. The pricing was very competitive and I am pleased with my vehicle.
This is a great dealership to shop around. Our sales consultant was D.J. and he was very helpful. We went to other dealerships as well but you can tell the difference on how they treat their customers. D.J. gave me the best deal compared to the other ford dealership that we went to.
I bought my Lincoln here a number of years back and have found the service department to have gradually gotten worse and worse over the years. When the business was smaller the service was great. Now you can't even get a call back from the service department. A few months ago I called for an appointment for an oil change. They gave me an appointment one month later. Nevermind, I took the car someplace else. Over the past week I have left three messages, including one for the Service Manager, in an attempt to get an appointment for an "urgent airbag safety recall." No response. Again, I will have to find another Lincoln dealer to do this "urgent" recall. Nice to know my safety and the safety of my family is such a priority. If I can't get my car serviced here why would I think about buying my next Lincoln from Yonge Steeles?
This dealership is the ABSOLUTE worst. Avoid at all costs to refrain yourself from headaches. Their service is the most terrible I have ever seen. What’s the point in getting a car from there and not being being able to service it as required without them giving you headaches and lying to you all time? You pay for a service yet you don’t even get it. Save yourself your time if you value it and your money. These are the type of people that make you lose faith in humanity. They keep you waiting for hours and hours until they fix your car with the excuse of “we have other appointments as well” despite you calling weeks ahead and booking an appointment. That’s why people book appointments. I strongly recommend you consider conducting business elsewhere. There are many car dealers that pride themselves on honesty and integrity this is not one of them. The people working at service don’t care about customers and everyone else working at this dealership starting from the lowest to the highest person at this dealership they all couldn’t care less either. They are least interested in attending to customer needs. Even after booking an appointment, they didn’t have my car ready on time and you just sit there for hours and hours waiting for lazy people to do their job. Go with a reputed dealership instead of this to save yourselves all the hassle. Unethical business practices, rude staff. This was an utterly disgusting experience. After they make you buy the car, you are treated like garbage. You will regret and be deeply disappointed that you have stepped on the threshold of these bandits. I strongly recommend you consider conducting business elsewhere. There are many car dealers that pride themselves on honesty and integrity this is not one of them.

The process was so incredibly fast and easy. They over delivered on my expectations more then I could ever describe. I sought out a 2 year lease on a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer. I was unsure if I wanted the ST or the Platinum, but their team guided me through the process by gaining an understanding of what features were most important to me. Worst customer service experience I have ever had experienced in my life, my vehicle was in 3 times for the same issues with them never getting closer to resolving the issues, not until I got involved myself by reading Ford forums and speaking to mechanics (not employed by Ford) I found out that the first time the truck was in there they installed the incorrect parts causing all the issues I was experiencing, on top of that they would only take half the responsibility for installing the wrong parts and indicated they had received the parts incorrectly packaged by Ford. The only positive experience I had with them was from my Sales Rep when I purchased the vehicle, if I ever purchase a Ford product again it will definitely not be from Yonge & Steeles Ford & I can ensure you I will never be back again for them to service the vehicle. This is the first time I have bought a Ford & if this is the service that "the largest Ford Dealer in Canada" I am scared to buy another Ford product.
I have to say that I'm extremely impressed with the Staff at Yonge Steeles Ford. I purchased a 2018 F150. I had nothing but problems. In the shop 4 times in 6 months. I was spending more time in rentals than I was in my own vehicle. I was beyond frustrated I spoke to the owner Gagan who did what he could to make sure the situation was resolved. All the key people made me feel like a priority to get to the bottom of the issues. Service manager Mark Silverman kept me posted along the way with the assistance of sales rep Sumit and service rep Daniella Carlucci. They treated me with the utmost respect and fought for me to get answers. When all was said and done my truck is running like a dream. I had a Roush cold air return along with a Borla S exhaust system installed that was arranged by parts manager Shazam. He took care of me and made it happen so fast. I can say enough about the staff who worked together to deal with my frustrations and concerns to pull it all together while keeping all their promises. STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Sure you might get a a vehicle cheaper here than surrounding dealerships but trust me it's not worth it in the long run. I have spent over a hundred thousand dollars on vehicles at at his place and my last two f150s have been the most troublesome I had a 2013 ecoboost with a massive power delay and going through the service steps i was told they didn't know what's wrong and dangled a new truck in front of me which I am in now. Later I found out they knew what was wrong but chose not to fix it. Now I'm in a 2015 f150 5.0l and from the beginning I was yelled at over the phone by my sales guy when asking a question within the first few weeks my dash cluster stopped working had that replaced twice and my transmission is making a a grinding noise for 2 years now. It's been in and out of service the services manager lies to you about parts being changed almost every time I get my truck from being serviced there's some kind of damage on it. They keep telling you that "we don't build them" which is bs you sell ford you stand by Ford and have to deal with the outcomes. Can't exactly take it back to the factory for service can you. I could sit here for hours and explain the type of service your bound to get from buying to service but I wont. Just take it from someone who has experencend the unprofessional service you get from these clowns.
My husband Jeremy brought in his Ford F-150 king ranch to the service department to get the panoramic sun roof fixed and Pat the senior service advisor did such a good job at dealing with the situation. The rest of the service advisors and receptionist are useless. they were supposed to call him two months ago and never did. Pat got everything done in 2 hours. Pat saved the day thank you!

I could not have been more disappointed and frustrated with the poor level of service I've got here today. As a Chinese-Canadian customer, I was racially discriminated by Daniela Carlucci, an employee at this location. When I arrived at 9:15 am on May 28, 2020 to change my car's oil, I was informed by another employee who told me that this service would take approximately 3 hours. I saw another customer who came in afterwards at 9:25 am to also change his oil, and similarly he was also told to wait 3 hours. Today was not a busy day, there were just a few customers. I gave my car key to Daniela Carlucci at 9:30 am, but she told me that I could only pick up my car at 6:00 pm or else I'll get no service at all. That would be a full 8-hour and 30 minute wait time, although I knew that 2 hours is enough time for them to finish. However, I noticed that the man who arrived later than me, at 9:25 am, was able to finish getting his oil changed at 11:10 am and enter his vehicle at 11:15 am. In comparison, when I asked about when my car's oil change would be finished, Ms. Carlucci told me that I would need to come at end of the day. I found out that actually my car's oil had finished being switched at 11:35 am. I even saw that the workers had finished and left as well as sent out the final documents to Ms. Carlucci's desk. So outside of the building, I patiently waited to receive a call to retrieve my car. After half-an-hour of waiting, I went into the service center to ask about whether my car was finished or not... In order to share this unfair incident, I recorded this lady's name and the time it happened as a evidence of being discriminated by Daniela Carlucci as a Chinese client. If I was able to give the service I got here today a zero, I would definitely rate Ms. Carlucci's service a 0/5.

I recently had my 2016 Explorer in for service and dealt with Hafiz. Excellent service as usual. Hafiz kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and even had my vehicle washed prior to pick-up. Would highly recommend the dealership and especially the service of Hafiz.
I have been visiting this dealership ever since I purchased the car in 2011 for all minor and major repairs and servicing. My experience has been fantastic overall, especially today when I went in for a routine servicing, where the Technician "Franklin" caught a major flaw in my car and recommended a fix. Franklin and my Service Advisor "Hafiz Syed" both worked promptly on it and have provided me with a quote and timeline for the fix. I would like to place on record my thorough appreciation and satisfaction for Hafiz and Franklin to ensure my car's well being and more importantly my safety. They don't make an appointment for the oil change and tell you can come directly. When you was there in the morning they just opened and told you all day was full. You have to call them before coming. Why not just make an appointment for your work with customer if you don't have capability to service in this way? Do they really want get rid of these customers for the free oil change they promised when selling the car? The service manager, please change the rule to let customer make an appointment. We don't want to come many times for an oil change.
Zero customer service, spoke with 2 salesman, unprofessional, clearly not interested in selling cars. DJ and Dishant both do not return calls or take sales seriously. First conversation results in yes sir we have 13 exact vehicles your looking for. Second conversation is we dont have any in stock! Meanwhile they advertise them everywhere, so either they are lying or just simply don't want any business that doesn't result in over msrp sales! What a joke! Take your business elsewhere like i am to a professional dealership. I really hope ford is reading these reviews to see how they are represented. As a long time and current ford owner i would be ashamed of being represented this way! High pressure tactics (repeated requests to come in to the dealership) and asking over msrp for base cars! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Am trying to buy a used car from this dealership. Sent a text with an offer. Was told they are closed and would call me the next day between 9 and 930. Nothing. Texted. Apologies, was busy (during covid). Made appt for test drive for today at 5. Couldn’t be yesterday as they needed a day to get the car out of the showroom. Rearrange my afternoon to drive the 40 mins to this dealer for my test drive. While on my way, I get a call: sorry, forgot to take car out of showroom. Terribly disappointing customer service.
I purchased a mustang thru raj at this dealership, it came in pretty fast. But when I went in to pick it up they were a bit disorganized and raj who was supposed to be there to help me seal the deal didnt come in. But Monica was there to help me and she took it upon her self with a full heart of determination to sort out the whole mess. So at the end of the day ford at young and steeles were a bit unprepared for my pick up but everything got sorted with a little explaining.

Overall a fantastic experience here! As soon as you pull into the parking lot there are lot attendants that help direct you to parking. The receptionist was super friendly and polite. I had made multiple visits over a couple of days....was really nice that she remembered me. Salesman Julian was very kind and professional. Took the time to sit with me and listen to my vehicle needs. He picked out the exact car the brought to this dealership. Thank you for your time and being so courteous. 5 stars to Chad and his team in Body Shop! My F150 was in a collision and they helped me out in the best they can. I had no insurance and they knew I was paying out of pocket, so they tried to save whatever parts that can still be used. I told Chad I need my car in a week because I don't have the budget to pay rentals that long, so he rushed the work but still quality is there. Everything is perfect and hassle free.

Crooked sales person never told me the full truth about the ford focus I purchased. I wouldn't recommend dealing with anybody in this dealership. Had transmission issues for the 2nd time and my car is still under 50,000 km and I am a very responsible driver. Looked for a solution from a sales manager; he ended up trying to sell me another car and raised my payment by 200 a month. That's how much they cared!! Stay off this **itty place if you are not **it yourself.

Yes he wanted to sell me a truck, but he did want me to be sure I was getting the right vehicle, and then he jumped through hoops to try and get the deal I WANTED. Boy did he deliver.....Every possible discount, every perk, if he could talk the manager into it, I got it. I never felt pressured, I never felt like I was getting a "sales job"....I hate shopping for vehicles....these guys were top notch. Even the Finance manager found a way to get me the additional warranties without it costing me more than what I was originally quoted. Bravo. They want customer loyalty, they have mine. Very satisfied.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Yong and Steels, I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership back in 2011 and again in September of this year. My experience with Anil in 2011 was excellent in every way, which is why I returned to purchase my new 2018 F150 in September of this year. On arriving at the dealership I noticed there had been a lot of changes since my last visit with the new sales building being separate from the service department, which was quite impressive. At the reception counter the staff was very courteous and friendly and I requested to have Anil as my sales agent. They indicated it would be a few minutes before Anil was free, which was completely understandable as I had dropped in unannounced. We were shown the new lounge and wide assortment of beverages to pass the time until he was free. Although it had been 6 years since I had last visited the dealership, it was apparent that things hadn't changed and I would not be disappointed. Although the vehicle I was looking for was not available on the lot, I knew I was not going to be purchasing a new 2017 Ford F150. Anil pulled out the books and before long I had ordered a brand new 2018 Ford F150 Lariat with all the bells and whistles. The hardest part now was having to wait the 8 to 10 weeks for my beauty to arrive. Finally the big day arrived getting a call from the dealership to let me know my new had landed on their secure storage lot and to setup a day to pick it up. I was not disappointed with the delivery, Ximena took me through all the paperwork, which required multiple signatures. It wasn't long before we were sitting in the truck where she explained all of the new functions and controls. It wasn't long before I drove off the lot another very happy Ford F150 owner.
The service, the sales, the CSR are HORRIBLE! Since they change the management. When i bought my car, it was guaranteed and promise to have a LIFETIME OIL CHANGE, whatever the condition is, it was on my original invoice and i still have a booklet of gift certificate. But , They told me they will charge me for OIL CHANGED IF i decline the service they offer. How in this world will i spend hundred to thousand of dollars and get a $30 oil change. This is literally a ROBBERY. I bought my car from this location 8 yrs ago, my cousin, my brother-in-law, my best friend, the whole family and closest friend i refer this location as it was a good service years ago. No i share this experience to my colleague, family, officemate for them to be aware that FORD will promise you everything to sell a car but once you get into it. PROMISES are made to be broken!. This should be bring into the social media and BBB complaints.

I purchased my Electric Ford Focus back in the fall (which was a great experience on its own!!) with these guys. I had to bring my car in for servicing (I've put 9100km on it in 3 months!!) because I noticed a noise coming from the back probably my shocks or suspension due to the terrible winter weather we experienced and infamous Toronto potholes! Anyways, I was easily able to book my service online and received a response quickly. I met with Ivan (service consultant) who was actually really pleasant and who explained the process and offered a reliable & realistic time frame and told me straight up that the service would take a few hours. Ozzie (really great guy who went above and beyond for me here) and his concierge crew arranged for the shuttle and the shuttle driver Jack was also very professional and courteous. All in all, the entire process was really easy and comforting :)
My Ford is currently here being looked at and inspected for a past safety. Not only is the price amazing. But the service advisor was great. I have never come here before but it felt like I’ve been coming for years. I will definitely come back and buy a future car from this location as well!
I live in the western suburbs. On the advice of a friend, I went to Yonge Steeles to buy a F-150 a few months ago. Got a good deal. Afterward, I was told I couldn't pick up the in stock vehicle for six days because they were "too busy". When I complained I was told they sell hundreds of vehicles a month and they are backlogged. I told the girl, if they were so busy, why don't they hire more people?. Awkward pause... I finally received a call at 6:30PM, on the day before the planned pick up date. I told them it was too late in the day and already had commitments. I went the next day at a planned time, and still had to wait two hours to pick up the vehicle. All paperwork was dated the day before I actually pick up the truck. A greasy move. I was going to argue, but thought I just wanted to get the hell out of there and never come back. I was given coupons for "free oil changes". No thanks. I'd rather pay full price rather than waste half a day waiting around. I think the people are generally capable. I just think they are severely understaffed and disorganized. If I were to do it again, I would have paid more and bought closer to home.

The staff were well verse and knowledgeable about the products they were selling. They did their best to facilitate the concerns I had with my troubled 2016 Ford Escape that constantly, but not in close proxomity in time, stalled or or sparatic jerking. Over the course of 3 years it stalled 4 times. Each time the dealership was willing to accommodate and remedy. In short, we agreed on a price for a newer 2017 model Ford Escape . I was completely satisfied. Thanks to all the staff, especially my sales associate.

I came by this dealership with my brother and father, to lease a Ford pick up truck. We spoke with Sumit, who went through the process thoroughly. I didn't give him a set time for a follow up appointment, but he did have Haroon take care of us. The process for the preparation of getting the vehicle was a breeze. Thanks in part to both of them letting us know what documents are required and they kept in contact with us, throughout. Luckily, they also were able to have the car ready in a timely manner. Upon arriving for vehicle pick up, Lana was given the task of finalizing the remaining paperwork. She too was thorough with all the paperwork, answered and explained any questions we had, to the best of her knowledge, otherwise she would ask someone who knew. Her honesty and communication skills were top notch. All in all, our experience here was professional. They kept in contact through the entire process, be it through phone call, text message and email.

Would never recommend getting any service done at this dealership, It’s nothing but a money grab. I had a faulty oil filter as there was oil leaking from the vehicle and when I visited the dealership I had informed them of the issue, however they insisted they must do a $150 diagnosis to figure out the issue. They later informed there was an issue with the oil filter and that there quite a bit of oil that had leaked - I wonder who mentioned that. Will never purchase, lease or service any vehicle from this dealership after multiple bad experiences and horrible service.

Yesterday after 3 days that I went to pick up my truck the service guy MARK and his crue was laughing at me since I have got so mad and I was not able to speak fluently. Their poor service which caused me to miss my job for 3 days was not bothered me as much as their rude and disrespectful attitude. I`ve have 4 free oil change and while I wanted to use them for the second time they kept my key and they asked me to pay 200 dollars to get my key back. I have had a very bad time yesterday but as much as I have had bad experience with service the salesman Mr Q helped me to fix my problem and save my life. Thank you again Mr Q.

The reason this is two stars and not one is because of two people I dealt with who saved the day. Marlene in service was so helpful in coordinating and understanding my frustration and Chad in the body shop department understood my concerns and I look forward to coming to see him. My problem is with the service I was given. Upon explaining my issues I never felt like I was listened to. I have a bad ticking noise from my engine area as well as some serious paint defects. I explained this to the service advisor. It took them 8 hours to finally call me back and tell me I wouldn’t have my car and I had to leave work early to rush to get a rental. When I finally got a call my car was ready I was handed a paper for a “knocking noise like a diesel”, this is NOT a sound rhat is remotely close to my concern. Also, turns out the service advisor never did anything about my paint issue, and I was never followed up with. Upon following up with the body shop myself I find out he had forgotten all the areas of concern and never followed through with anything. I might as Well sit behind the desk and take care of myself. We’re going on week three of me dealing with something that should have been iver and done with within a few day period. Also no one ever picks up your calls, just voice mail.
Kasha was extremely helpful I have been here since I bought the truck and no one has told me about owners reward till now and I find that ridiculous. She also said she would try and see what she could do for my previous visit in which I did breaks and spent over $1200. Also she can and told me a few times what they were doing and how long it would be. By far the best service I've gotten here since when I have been coming. Also I'm not the easiest customer so even the wait didn't bother me this time.

I told him I wasn't happy with your service and what you did with my car. He said" If we are not good why are you coming to this location DO NOT COME HERE!!!. I bought my car from this location on 2010, because it was a good deal and they offered FREE LIFE TIME OIL CHANGE as long as I own the car . since 2010, nobody called me from service or survey to ask how they are doing all of a sodden Mr. N calling me and telling " you are coming for free oil change if we are not good DO NOT COME HERE!!!. A day after my conversation with Mr. N, Mr. S called me and he told me he is not from service department. he was from sale department and he want to solve the problem. I told him I do not want a favour or special treatment. What I want is for the Ford to do their job and keep their promises, respect the customers and their time and cars. OIL CHANGE WITH APPOINTMENT 4 HOURS , WITHOUT APPOINTMENT 8 HOURS NOT ACCEPTABLE . LEAVING NONE REMOVABLE GREASY DIRT ON CAR NOT ACCEPTABLE ( SEE PHOTOES)

Worst customer service. Long waits. They are nice until you the car. As soon as the transaction is completed their way of dealing with customers changes completely. Sales and service need to come together at this dealership to resolve customer service issues. Ps: I would recommend the owner to fix the customer service issue in order to continue sales. Dealt with Hafiz in service the last time I took my truck in and even though it was one of the most expensive visits I have ever had to the dealership due to required service at certain millage also my purchase of winter tires, Hafiz made it as painless as possible. Terrible dealership. Dropped my car off for repairs, quote was really high and contained multiple items that were not needed. Quote almost higher than value of vehicle. Currently car has been there close to 3 weeks. Service advisors do not return calls and as per my experience very unprofessional. Would not trust my vehicle to this location again.

I have leased/financed and cash purchased over 15 vehicles with Ford Steels over the past 10 years. This included myself and my family and friends which have followed my lead. The dealership has gone through changes recently in management which to be honest was a concern for me in the beginning. That concern was quickly put to rest and turned into much pleasure. The service is much better. The attention to detail and communication is now incredible. The ownership group may be responsible for the changes but in my mind the real accomplishment goes to the sales and service teams. In particular I want to call out Pavlin in sales and Chris in service. They are the MAIN reasons why I continue to show my loyalty to the dealership. If I could put a zero I would. I booked a service appointment a week prior to the date for 12:30 pm for an oil change and safety certificate. 4 hrs later and they haven’t even touched the truck! Staff don’t seem too concerned and complacent that it is, what it is. Seriously, if I knew it would take 6 hrs to do oil and safety I would have never brought it here. I definitely will not be back. Do your homework before you book here for service

Floor staff/sales are great but upper management at this dealership is shady and not honourable. They do not do as they promise and will not honour their words or deals. Be careful and get everything in writing.
I would like to share my latest experience with Yonge-Steeles Ford Lincoln. I was recently involved in a minor collision and was rear ended. After the usual Insurance protocol, I took my Truck to the Collision Centre at Yonge-Steeles Ford Lincoln, being that I purchased my F150 there. I met with the Collision Centre Manager Chad. This was my first dealing with Chad, and I'm completely satisfied with the professionalism that he exerted from the initial repair quote, to the completed repair. Chad was informative, and very detailed in his explanation with respect to the repairs. When I arrived to pick up my Truck.It had been cleaned, and presented like it just came out of the show room. I’ve owned a few cars of different makes and have visited their respective dealerships on many occasions. But, I have never experienced such amazing service being provided by someone that is extremely knowledgeable. I am impressed with the support and the experience I had with Pat. He went beyond any of my expectations by carefully investigating and resolving the intermittent issue with the car as he worked closely with Ford Canada, resulting in its successful resolution. Really happy with the customer service at this place. Sales manager Sumit helped out with the quote, later met Finance manager Karan who processed and getting approved my application. He is always thoughtful and patient, answering all my questions with his professional insights. The best part was getting the car delivered, Nina who took care of documentation and delivery, she was equally helpful and knowledgeable as the first two, she provided all necessary details related to the car. All in all, nice customer service by the team. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.
Poor customer service, zero value for customer. Their service created fault in my car and they are not ready to accept it and repair the fault. Moreover, Fixed operations manager was rude and not ready to listen.
The service is awful. I have never seen any place treat customers the way the service department here does. Brought my car for an oil change arrived at 0930 and as of 1:40 I am still here. Told my car was next in line and that was 40 minutes ago. Spoke to the service manager who informed me he was going to deal with it right away and does not have the common curtesy to come back to me with an update. My next stop will be the GM. A warning to everyone please do not come here for service David Miller was suppose to came and speak to me but like everything else did not happen and he walked right by me with the service manager Mark S who knows nothing about customer service it is now 2 pm and still waiting
Amazing service at Yonge and Steele’s Ford. I couldn’t get over the care from my service advisor Daniela C. She explained everything to me and what was happening, gave me her cell phone number so she could keep me updated on my vehicle. Daniela even went as far as saying if I couldn’t get to the dealership she would get me on her lunch. Amazing advisor Thank you for being awesome!!! Awesome Services with Daniela again, went in to change the tires on the car and she spent the time explaining what service was important to start with, with the car. I can't thank her enough for all she does, Daniela makes it a pleasure to come into this dealership.

The friendliest staff in the business! We were immiediatley greeted from about 3 different people in all different directions which was nice.. the staff were quick to check us in, offer us coffees or a shuttle ride while my truck was being serviced. They were quick to change the oil, top upnthe fluids and do a multi point inspection so we drove away with no problems. There really is nowhere else to go! Job well done. I. Williams

Had two horrible experiences with this dealer. The first one was the maintenance experience I did for my leased ford 2014 escape three month ago. They asked me to change brake pads when my car was only about 25000 km. I rejected. Then they charged me 432 dollars for oil change, brake checks and labor. The second experience happened several days ago. When I do safety test, my machinist showed me the brake pads are not evenly wore. One side pad is about 60% left while the other side is completely wore out. He also told me it is caused by caliber problem. Since my car is still on warranty, so I went to this dealer to ask them to check if this issue covered by warranty. Then I talked to a guy at their service. At the beginning, he said he cannot check the caliber because I had already replaced the pads. I said that's understandable. Then I asked him what did you check when I did maintenance here. He went to his computer and lied about the maintenance date, tried to make us believe our car is off warranty of the maintenance. After I find out he was lying, he started saying he don't know anything about the maintenance and got inpatient. At the end he started yelling and threat us to call 911. I waited there for his calling but he stopped. During the whole time, he was making excuses, lying about the maintenance, and threat me. And no one came to stop this from happening. After having these two horrible experiences, I will NEVER NEVER go to this dealer again. Their service is the WORST I have ever seen in Canada! By the way, that guy's name is XXX Itwar. Update: It has been two weeks since I wrote my above review here. They replied that they were "forwarding to service manager". But nothing has happened. Nobody has contacted me to talk about my experiences and nobody has given me any update. So I can draw my conclusion that, instead of working hard to improve their service, they just PRETEND hard that they care about customers' feedback here. I think this is why they get 3.1 only while at least three other dealers get 4.5 in Toronto.
We where looking for a replacement SUV after our previous one was totaled following an accident. We looked everywhere and finally located one online at Yonge Steeles Ford. After connecting with Pavlin I advised him that i would and could only come out to his location if we could take the SUV home with us the same afternoon since this dealership was a long distance from home. Story short, Pavlin went out of his way to make this happen! I would certainly recommend this Ford dealership above all the others.

For the first time in 6 years I had a very pleasant experience dropping off my Ford for service. It was quick, parking was a pleasure and shuttle service was great. Seems like the new Service manager has whipped this place into shape. It was a seemless experience. Shuttle driver named Costin was a safe and professional driver.
Today I took my Lincoln to get an oil change which is complementary for lifetime.It took approximately 2 1/2 hours and I was upset that it took so long for an oil change. Lana was the customer service rep that was looking after me even though she saw that I was upset she was still very polite, courteous and helpful. She personally brought my car around and to my surprise my car was not only washed but throughly cleaned on the inside as well. I now understand why it took so long and appreciate the effort from the team at Yonge and Steeles service department especially Lana. Job well done, thank you.
I had a bad experience with this dealership. I realized that lying is their main method of selling cars. In some points , I agreed that Ford is one of the best car manufacturers but I should have leased my vehicle from the honest dealership. it's up to you to deal with the liar salesman. it was my experience with this dealership and you may figure it out by yourself. Would give zero stars if I could. Had multiple dealings with this dealership and it's been a gong show every time! You get a different answer depending on who you speak to. A job that should take a few hours ends up taking days! I had to take my vehicle back multiple times before it was fixed properly. Upper management is just as useless as their service advisors. They are extremely condescending and make promises they don't intent to keep (they just try to get rid of you as quickly as possible without actually wanting to resolve the issue). This place is a total waste of time. Your vehicle will likely end up worse than when it went in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Read this before going to this dealership. We took our Ford Escape 2017 for repair to them for the car not turning on. They kept it for a few days and changed the starter and the battery and charges us 1440$. The same day we picked it up, it turned off and did not come back on. We took it back to them the same day and they said they will take a look. We left the car there for a few days and when we picked it up, one week later, the same thing happened.they could not fix the issue, charged us for something unfixed. Now the car is not turning on anymore and is dead in a public parking lot and might get towed. My son sat in the car for hours waiting for it to maybe work again. Also, the manager was not very sympathetic. We are very very unhappy with the service and their unwillingness to take it seriously.
Service is always great! Love that they are open late during the week and also really appreciated Daniella’s help along with way with repairs to my vehicle. She kept me posted on progress, explained my options in a way that was easy to understand and ensured that I was happy with the outcome. It’s obvious that she takes special care of all her clients like they’re family which goes a long way!
I recently bought a Ford Escape from Vera Krcic, a very experienced and attentive salesperson. I got exactly what I wanted and she offered me a very good deal. Straightforward and focused on keeping customer satisfied. I did have a small hiccup with the car after picking it up, but Vera and the service mechanic handled it quickly, and respectfully. I like the commitment to excellence that is clear from this dealership and its team. I'd happily recommend to everyone. It also helps that Ford has such good product.
I have never been treated as poorly as I have recently been treated at this dealership. After the engine of my 2016 F-150 Sport blew up due to a known Ford issue the dealership left me stranded for a month and a week with no vehicle. My vehicle was leased, which means that the vehicle is owned by Ford and I am essentially renting it from them as a service. In this case if you are left with out a vehicle because of a Ford issue should I be left stranded and still be responsible to pay my lease. What am I paying for. I lost 1 month out of 24 no vehicle!!!!
Worked with David Miller on a lease for a new F-150 while trading in the old vehicle. Once we connected the process was very easy and he was great to work with. I brought my car in for servicing. Christina, my advisor, was extremely helpful. She arranged for a diagnosis. When I found out that the car needed a new transmission & gear assembly I also found out that the cost of repairs was more than the car was worth. Christina gave me the time to make the arrangements to have my car towed to where it could be traded in for a new car. She is compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend Christina as a service advisor.

Service Dept. Customer service is absolute pits. Parking is a zoo there; has been since at least 2014. Service desk staff sit around like it's a coffee shop in some European village and ignore waiting customers while they chat amongst themselves. Takes them hours, if ever, to return voice mail messages when they don't pick up. Really no idea of the value of treating customers with respect. Never again. Update... You asked me to elaborate on the low score? What do you mean? I'd have scored 0 if possible. The entire experience was so frustrating and the sales manager I did escalate to had no interest or empathy for the situation. "La la, heard it all before", kind of thing. And one further subsequent experience. An exhaust mount had been severed and they put on a wire to temporarily secure until they could get the part in two days. Cost for new part and repair was to be $180. Service rep reported that the rear shocks needed immediate replacement and that this could be done at the same time. Total of $1200. Red flag... Went to a smaller dealership in another town... Shocks were absolutely fine. Cost for new mount and labour was $74. I went back to these guys. Major BS. Will never, ever, go there again.
I recently purchased some parts for my 2017 Explorer. Thanks to Shazam in the parts department, the process was seamless. He even went to the extent in sending me some images to ensure we ordered the correct parts. Highly recommend to deal with Shazam if ever the need for Ford genuine parts!

My lease was due to expire. I had planned to move from Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln for two reasons. Reason 1, I live downtown, it’s a 35 minute drive to get to there for service and there is a new Ford dealership close to my home now. Reason 2, Kim Chaudhuri had retired, so the only loyalty I had to them was Ruth in service. I hope she is there for ever, she is absolutely amazing. I went to Yonge Steeles Ford after getting a call to “come and look”. I parked my car and was greeted by Ruth who just happened to be outside. How does she manage to remember my name? The person who called me to “come and look” was busy and passed me over to Jason Joseph. He was great, he listened to what I wanted, he was patient and knowledgeable. And, the best part, he didn’t try to “sell me”. He allowed me to compare, he showed me Fords and Lincolns. I made my decision and he helped me to make the deal. I picked up my new car yesterday, another great experience working with Jason. I dealt with Kim from 1998 to 2015. I hope I am lucky to deal with Jason for as long. Don’t lose him Yonge Steeles, he is “Gold”. And I look forward to dealing with Ruth for many more years as well. A great team! Love my new MKC.
A terrible experience from the moment we called the dealership to inquire about a used car. We were bounced between a sales person and we don’t know who with multiple calls, it was very confusing. Finally we have our eyes firmly on a vehicle and book a 4pm appointment to see and test drive the car. We arrive (50 minute drive for me) to be informed the car was already sold. Wouldn’t you call your prospective buyers the moment it sold? We hung around for an another hour waiting to be shown other vehicles, none of them materialized, so we both just left. Thoroughly disappointing experience. Should have known, the moment we arrived and met the rep, he said they were always understaffed. Ultimately the dealership is at fault here, not the sales rep.

Wasted my time completely. Wanted to buy a specific vehicle they had in stock. Called and spoke to sales person about it. Agreed to come the next day to see it and drive it. I get there and the vehicle is not on their lot. Not impressed but stuff happens. Make arrangements to meet at 10 am the next Monday. I arrive but the sales person is 25 minutes late getting to work and the vehicle was sent back to the other lot over the weekend. I wait for them to go get the vehicle. As I am sitting in it and about to test drive it the sales person tells me it's sold. That was the only on they had and I was very clear that it had to be this particular vehicle. Even though it was sold he still said I could test drive it. I did not drive it. I found that to be unethical and was already upset with how much of my time he wasted. NOT going back again. Response to Owner: The vehicle I want is not easy to find. Your sales person is DJ. I know the vehicle in the spec I want is not easy to find but do not waste my time. I was very clear with my request and very clear that I need to purchase the vehicle asap. Most likely I am not able to wait for something from factory. It appears the Engine. I want high roof, extra long body, and 3.5 ecoboost.
Our experience in this dealer was disgusting. We came to buy a car cash because our Lexus 350 was stolen from our driwayThe sales person the guy with the turbant didn't even introduce himself. We want to find out about the Ford explorer and he told us that it was very expensive dor us. He think because we are not dressing with very expensive cloths we can not afford to buy an expensive car. You better train your sales person to take care of others with respect. Never again in our lives we will step in a Ford Dealership.

I was really happy with my purchase of the 2018 Ford Transit 250 medium roof. I looked at it in their website talked to Caran at Ford and he got his sales rep Summit to get it done for me, no test drive or even looked at the vehicle in person. Caran gave me the best deal even though it was a 2018 being purchased in 2019. When I went to pick it up I was More then satisfied the vehicle came with full covering inside which would of cost me alot to do, it was mint, Summit also made sure I was happy when I left with the best invest for my HVAC business. I recommend these two if you ever get a chance to go Younge and Steeles Ford they'll make sure you get the best deals and leave that Ford approved with a vehicle.

*UPDATE* We had purchased 4 New Hancook winter tires from Yonge/ Steeles for our 2017 Ford Escape and three days later the front right blew out while driving on the 401. It took much longer than expected to get this matter resolved but it was finally resolved and Yonge/Steeles replaced the tire at no cost to us. As a result I have changed my rating to a 3 star and thank Yonge/Steeles for stepping up and doing the right thing. *Original* Would never buy Ford or use Yonge Steeles Ford again or recommend them in any way. They don't stand behind their product its been a Nightmare. Horrible service it took a month to get a call back and the issue is still not resolved.
I have been dealing with Shazam in parts for years, both when with an insurance company and now with a body shop. You can't find a better parts guy! The check engine light went on in my car, so I brought it in. They called me later that day that they had to order a part from the US, and I would have to bring my car back. When I brought my car back to be fixed, the process was so unorganized. I waited in line, sat down with a rep, only to be told that since another rep had opened my file, I had to wait for that rep to be available. I asked about his ability to go get my file and he said that I have to wait. So I got back in line. In the meantime, other reps were just talking and not taking waiting customers. Finally, another rep calls me and I tell him that I have to wait for the same rep who opened my file the first time I came in. He said no I don't and he walked over and picked up my file. Once that was settled, I went to the shuttle coordinator, only to hear him using foul language about the cars they use as shuttle cars. I wait 2 minutes for him to finish talking to another employee, and when he asks where I am going, he tells me they can drop me off, but do not pick up from there anymore. I asked him when that policy took effect, as the location I needed to be picked up from was within the advertised radius of their shuttle service. He said it had been a few months. I then had to wait for public transportation and pay to get back to the dealer. In the end, the car got fixed, but it was such a hassle to deal with them and their customer service is horrific! EDIT: I changed it from 2 to 4 stars because they have reached out to understand what went wrong, recognized that they have to work on it and promised that next time it will be a better experience. I will be happy to give them another chance. Thanks Mark Silverman!

Another Horrible Experince. Waited 5 hrs for a scheduled oil change. Only reason my car was serviced was that I went to speak to the owner. The service manager Mark Silverman was made aware thT there were a number of customers that had been waiting for over 3 hrs and he made himself unavailable. Me car was also damaged when it was returned to me. That was the final straw. I'll drive to another dealership for service even if it is further away.

Here's my farewell message and rating as I'm returning my leased 2015 Escape next week. First, I really have to get this out of my system: this Ford has been the worst of my cars (6 cars in the last 20 years) in terms of reliability and comfort, and I'm bearing the cost of getting out of the lease 3 months early just because I can't stand this car anymore. As for the dealership, the new management is trying to improve the service quality and experience, and I must say it seems to be working. Wait times are a little shorter now, and most of the staff are helpful and pleasant. I would give it a five-star rating if it wasn't for one extremely unpleasant experience I had a couple of months ago when I was kept waiting for 45 minutes to see one of the managers (who had asked me to go and see him) and ended up leaving, feeling ignored and disrespected. Having said that, I personally thank the following people for their help, and recommend that you see them for a positive experience. We were looking for specific options on the truck and Dave Miller was able to locate the last remaining one like it and had it transported from Sudbury for us. Recently took my vehicle for service at YSF. As always, Navin, Chris and the rest of the staff we pleasant and very helpful. They not only repaired my truck promptly but they also arranged a rental for me to use while the repairs were taking place. I didn't even have to leave the dealership to go pick up the rental. Instead the rental came to me at the dealership. The icing on the cake was I got back my truck not only properly repaired but cleaned...inside and out. A great example of "Total Customer Satisfaction". Very well done. Keep up the good work and awesome customer service.
While dealing with the service team I ran into several issues. This lead me to deal with Mark Silverman who was incredibly rude condescending and disrespectful. For this reason alone I will never do business with this dealership again. This was the worst customer service experience that I have ever dealt with.
