First Post (Not so good): My husband and I have been going to this location with both our cars for over 10 years and I have purchased 2 vehicles so our loyalty was true. I have to say my experience these past 2 days has been the absolute worst ever. The new customer service team is absolutely horrible and worse at communication. I booked an appointment and got there requesting a specific mechanic which they told me would be the best at it. Only to get a call 2 hours later that he couldnt work on my car that day. Re booked for another day and was asked to bring my car in first thing and at 1230 they said it wouldnt be done till 6pm. A three hour job with a booked appointment???? Didn't even call to let me know. previous customer service Lucy would always call to give update and would call to advise on price. They told me one price one day and when I went to pay it was much higher. They also put on their invoice that they do a complementary car wash and vaccum...all lies my car is still dirty inside. I am SO DIAPPOINTED with them. The 2 new guys at the front desk are horrible. No customer service skills at all. If they knew what was good for them they would bring Lucy back. Needless to say I am now taking my business elsewhere. Don't go there they are horrible to loyal customers. I will take my loyalty elsewhere....good riddens they don't even get 1 star.
What a great experience dealing with Serpa! Was lucky enough to deal with Kenny and Mitch, both pros and willing to focus on our needs, not their own! Even when we had to take a break during our search, Kenny kept in touch (without being over-bearing) and we were able to get all of our dealings completed by email, which was a requirement for us! No hard selling, no pressure - just a great experience buying a vehicle. We'll need a second vehicle soon, and I'll head to Serpa first to see what they have! Highly recommend here because of the perfect experience with dealer Shawn Sun who helps a lot with my first-time purchase. In short, no pressure at all from test driving to complete order, and all prices are pretty transparent. The Jeep Wrangler is my dream car, but I do not have too many detailed ideas about models and payment issues. Shawn is very friendly that clarified and customized a financial plan based on my request. Also, he follows up with me for every process in time to release my worry.

What a disaster! We have nothing but issues since purchasing the vehicle at the end of April. Waa still receiving calls from our old finance company as recently as this week. So many lies and misrepresentations. Always passing the blame to their colleagues. Save yourself the trouble and deal with ANY other company than these guys.

The service department in this location is excellent but I wish i could say the same about the dealership. They truly embody the stereotypical 'car salesman' mentality. Granted, I am naive and ultimately it is my responsibility to make sure I get what I signed up for but dishonest businesses dont help. I went to trade in my 2010 caravan for a 2013 avenger and needless to say, promises were not kept and I did not know how to back out of the deal. On day of 'sale', I was promised a 3% interest rate when signing up, and told to not worry about the winter tires as the 17" caravan tires would fit the 18" avenger model (I couldnt see how but hey, DOGE salesman are saying that the two DOGE rims for the two DODGE cars are compatible so why question? Afterall, they are DODGE Reps...Bad call). On closing day, I see the interest rate is 4.99% and when I said that is not what i signed up for, all i heard was 'well you signed the bill of sale so there is not much choice'. Little did I know or research, I said to myself, i'm stuck with it so might as well (could've backed out of course as the initial term was NOT met). On another note, my 2010 caravan had 'warranty' problems that despite paying for 'gold service' was not recognized at all dealerships (bob bannerman included). Fast forward to 4 months later, take my car in for tire changes and am told that the tread pattern is NOT compatible and cannot be exchanged. Talked to the sales manager who made the initial sale to me and the response? Typical "I never said that....". Talked to the owner and his response "well, thats not our problem but I'll look into it and get back to you" (9 months later, and I'm still waiting for him to get 'back' to me). They are right though, 3 lessons learned. 1) do your due diligence on items you have concerns for, do not take other people's word as blind truth even if they seem 'official' (especially at this particular dealership) and if you are, get it in writing. 2) If a term of sale is not met, do not get backed into a corner by 'bill of sale' comments - challenge it! 3) Never buy dodge (especially from this dealership, again!). I recommended dodge to family members who bought their cars as well (so 3 sales of $30K + warranty and oil changes in the last 5 years). After 5 years of being with Dodge, I wont be going back to them again and will recommend my family does the same. So yes, it has become "their" problem after the fact by not getting my business anymore. I loved their service department but have not gone back since the problems. Please, do yourself a favour and stay away from this business. I bought my caravan from Scarsview who were very 'honest' and did truly help. If anything and you must go with a dodge, i would recommend taking an extra 10 mins to go to that dealership instead.
Took my truck into Serpa's Collision Centre to have some body damage repaired. I found George to be very professional and upfront about what repairs were needed and the cost of having the work done. Everything was thoroughly explained and any questions or concerns I had were clearly answered. They did an excellent job on the repair and the truck looked like new when I got it back. I would highly recommend Serpa Collision Centre to anyone. Thank you George and staff. I've been happy with my experience's with the service department as well.

I called Kenny one day last month to see what Serpa could do to help me trade on my Durango for a new vehicle while times were tough financially through the COVID-19 lockdown. I was amazed just by what he could tell me over the phone and we set up an appointment for that same Monday afternoon I called. By Thursday, he had me picking up a beautiful brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee after taking care of my every question and need on a safe and reliable vehicle. Everyone else at the dealership were incredibly helpful and informative, as well. I can’t recommend these guys enough when looking for a new vehicle.

Serpa Chrysler completely changed my car buying experience! As soon as I walked in, the Sales Manager himself helped me find exactly what I wanted without ever making me feel pressured (one of my pet peeves at dealerships). He went out of his way to ensure my experience was exceptional - from the test drive to the negotiations. Not to mention the paperwork was so quick! I felt very comfortable with Mitch's honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. The salesman tried to sell me a car they didn't have and made me sign documents. They asked me to pay $ 1500 to hold the car. They didn't even have the car to sell. They gave me 2 days to answer the financing approval. After 12 days, they told me they didn't have the car. After that I was offered a car 3 years older for the same price as the new one. I asked for a refund and it took another 10 days to return my money. Horrible experience.

Im a frequent costumer especially during car service maintenance to Serpa Chrysler. But today I was dissappointed about the service, here's why: I have an appointment at 10am. I came there exactly at the given time, i was scheduled for service and ask for an oil change. Usually it only take me an hour wait for an oil change, but today they told me to come back after 2hrs. So i agreed and waited. But after 2hrs passed. They called me and told me that i have a nailed wheel on rear left tire thats need to be patch and it cost me $60 for a patched. To make it short why they let me wait for 2hrs then told me about the problem, then i have to wait for another 2hrs for them to finished the patched. For an oil change service and a tire patched it takes them 4hrs. To finished the work. 4hrs waiting was really dissappointing.!! Really dissappointed!

As a person who’s buying his first car, I was really being extra Carley, openly taking suggestions and reading the best reviews from dealerships and visiting different places every week. What made go with Serpa were the staff and the management. Not only were they excellent in helping me get the right car, they also went above and beyond to ensure I wasn’t taking rash decisions in picking the car. Alexandria is the manager of the dealership and she became my sales rep just to ensure I feel comfortable with the decisions I make. While there were great dealerships which I visited earlier, I always had a rushed feeling to close the deal sooner from each one of them. Alex made a 360 move and made sure I wasn’t rushing my decision, she also gave me honest opinions and answered all my queries honestly. Serpa treated me like their own family, did not have that feeling from any other dealership. When I got my car, it was the best feeling ever because I felt like my own family took care of me on this. This is something not many dealerships provide, which is why I wrote this review. Serpa is always going to be my go-to place for cars they specialize in. And I would suggest every car seeker to please do visit serpa atleast once if you see them selling a vehicle you’re looking for. Ten stars for this place!

Senior dealership manager, Mitch, is truly the person to have business with - calm, with a huge sense of humor, super knowledgeable and, unlike others we dealt with before, instead of being pushy, he actually makes suggestions that benefit us as his customers. I bought a new car from your dealership. You advertised and sold the navigation package with live traffic GPS. It does not have live traffic. I have been waiting for almost three months for resolution and compensation. The delay has been less than satisfactory. And still no resolution. Not a happy customer! Follow-up five months later....after asking me to wait 72 hrs for resolution it is now five months later. I was informed that head office would not compensate for the GPS with NO live traffic, even though that's what i paid for. Furthermore, they advised thst all advertising material as subject to change at any time. So if you are promised an option in writing and you buy, oh well, that is subject to change. I was also told verbally that my car came with 5 year warranty only to be told later that a mistake was made and it's not. If you buy an option that somehow does not end up in your car, i would expect no recourse.

*I was mislead again by this dealership and I'm being left out in the rain. My warranty apparently expired 9 days ago because I was never made aware that the time they used the jeep as a demo counts towards the 3yrs 60k. The owner hasn't returned my calls. Avoid these guys. **they replied on here trying to save face but after several calls I never heard back from anyone. Avoid Serpa! I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Sept 6, 2017. I have to say that the salesman and the sales manager were very pushy. It started with the sale-man insisting I give him my credit card to show I'm serious, and then he kept saying sign here pointing to the line on the contract. The manager (Mitch) even told him stop. They also required $1000 deposit because it's their way to ensure you don't walk. I haven't had to make a deposit on a car purchased with my last 5 car purchases. I ended up going above my bi-weekly payment budget and I wish I stuck to my guns. The dealership had an airmile reward offer for my purchase and they have not yet given me any airmiles. NOV 21 2017. Management (Mitch) said they would look into this but I have not received a single call. All talk no action and the blame game begins with management saying they can't control airmiles and he didn't realise he was supposed to call me back even thought he said he would. This was his last email to me "Unfortunately I have no control over the distribution process at Air Miles, I honestly didn't think there was any more to discuss after the request to provide was submitted. As for John, I cannot speak to what he had committed to. I am sorry you feel this way, I can only control our process." Im not entirely sure what that means but I'll tell you that's not taking ownership of a situation that you said you would look into to. It's poor customs service and excuses. I'm don't with Serpa was my reply. Delivery was not on time and the vehicle was given to me with the interior not fully cleaned (it was a demo). The interior had pop in the cup holders as well as the rear seats. Something was also spilled in the trunk/cargo area. It took me an hour to clean it. I gave them my trade super clean, they could have at least done the same. Upon taking the vehicle home I noticed a few marks (looked like over-spray) they claimed was tree sap. I'm not dumb. It was not tree sap. The shop did take care of this and the paint shop manager was very nice about this. The paint shop department was great to deal with and they did a good job buffing out the marks. I wish they would learn how to wash a vehicle before handing it over to customers.A mark is still visible but I won't be returning to this place because of other departments. My change oil light also came on in the second week. Not sure how this was missed. The shop did change the oil and I left the shop only to see the change oil light come back on. I was told to reset it myself. I do believe they changed the oil so this was a minor error. I will give them the benefit of the doubt but I won't be returning for service. I had another issue, I was supposed to get 1 year free Sirius XM radio. I did not get 2 weeks free Sirius XM radio. Apparently, they had it activated on the vehicle Nov 2016 so I lose out. I specifically asked if I had a year free both the manager and my salesman said yes maybe a few weeks less. I took it to the top guy and he said I'll see what I can do but no promises. ***Update, I am happy to say that the owner got involved and corrected this. I will be receiving my 1 year Sirius XM subscription for the year as promised or at least that's what I've been told. The shop guys were very nice but almost everything I had asked them to look at was "no fault found". I would not recommend this dealership. Beware of false promises and don't trust them when it comes to their word. Get everything on paper if you decide to proceed. The infotainment is missing Android and iPhone app connectivity. It's only available in the US. Chrysler told me this will not be updated so I'm stuck with it.

I bought a 2014 Dodge Caravan from Serpa. I am very satisfied with my experience with SERPA CHRYSLER,, the staff ( Merrick) was great to deal with , very friendly and polite and got me the Van I was looking for. No problems at all, and the delivery was as promised and through. All other staff were nice and friendly as well.

I visited this dealership when I was in the market for a newer Dodge, nothing wrong in general with the dealership or staff, but my personal experience showed that there was a limit as to how flexible they were and willing to go when it came to negotiating a price. Unfortunately they lost my business as they just couldn't hit my price. I did by at another Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership not too far away, literally a couple of days later,and at the price I wanted and needed to fit my budget, which btw wasn't low!

Very Good Purchase Experience Recently found one Mazda 3 @ Serpa and requested the Carfax. Sale manager Kenny responded very quickly, though the email went to my junk email folder and only found out after I met him in person. After two test drives found out some brake/tire issue. He promised to fix anything related to safety. I was still doubtful even after signing the contract. When I picked up the car at the scheduled, surprised to see they actually replaced all brake pads and two tires (all OEM). And the forementioned issue was gone. Plus they detailed the car almost like new. The finance manager Mitch made whole transaction simple and quick. Two days later I found out the wheel slightly pull to the left and Kenny arranged for the checkup right away. All in all a very pleasant experience and absolutely recommend anyone in vehicle market give them a try.

Went to get my car checked for brake concerns. They had all the invoice information yet lied to me about what was covered under warranty. Then made me wait for 3 hours for a job that other dealers do in 30 minutes. On top of this they keep their service area without proper heating in -10 Celsius weather! When I complained to the general manager about this he said this is how they save on costs!

Terrible experience, possibly my worst experience ever with a dealership for basic service and a recall. The service department couldn’t identify my vehicle or provide timely or accurate progress updates. It took the dealer nearly 8 hours to finish a 2.5 hour job. If I didn’t press hard, I would have been stranded without a vehicle overnight 50 km from home. The shuttle service took in excess of 1.25 hours to pick me. Overall, a terrible experience for me (the customer)!

About a month ago i went in with a Ford Lease on a 2017 Escape. The help I got from the guys at the dealership was second to none. Roni was great and told me he would get something done for me at any means necessary as I told him the situation with my lease and how no one has been able to help me. It finished off with Mitch putting the final touches which saw me leave with a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. This is by far the best purchase I made so far in my 32 years of life on this earth and when I propose to my girlfriend one day, it will still be the best purchase in my life. I enjoy driving my Jeep and I know I will never hate it. I just wanna say thanks to Roni, Mitch and the rest of the guys at Serpa Chrysler once again and I will definitely recommend them to anyone. They made my drive from Oakville worth it!

I been there 2 days ago for chrysler 300s and they told me they going to check for one bank for finance but they applied in 4 different banks. And it all affect my credit and now I am unable to apply for a car because they already applied in 4 different banks. I checked my Equi fax report and and all says everything. Don’t go for them as very unprofessional and no customer service. Never gonna suggest to anyone for cars. DON’T GO

i dont know about their sales, but their service is non existent ever since they were purchased by Serpa, before it was 401 kennedy chrysler and it was a fantastic dealership on service side. i went in to have a high pitch noise looked at, after about an hour the service advisor told me no noise is heard, i insisted on taking for a spin with the shop foreman or service manager, and the girl LUCY BEVACQUA very reluctantly agreed, at which point the service manager jim did hear the noise. after that, the car went inside for at least another hour, at which point jim came to me and said they'll contact the engineer and call me back, and that he's had a lot of warranty work to deal with and dont have time for mine car. after 1 week i called back and jim said nothing yet and he will call me, it's been almost 2 months and i got fed up and went to woodbine chrysler, and that's when the advisor at woodbine chrysler told me there was a tsb on this issue and they fixed for me right away. so if serpa cant even perform tsb warranty repairs, why should anyone trust them with paying repairs? 401 kennedy chrysler was my choice of dealer when i had any issues that my mechanic cant fix, but now they can kiss my money good bye. thanks for a lousy service.
Today at Serpa Chrysler, I was given a world class customer service experience whilst picking up my Volkswagen at service. The guys really are knowledgable about vehicles not just of the same make but of others as well! Even Harry took me into the garage while my car was on the hoist and I was able to see my vehicle up close in the diagnosis of my issue. Great customer service, great education among the staff. “We are not Chrysler/Jeep we just selling their cars” “the solution will cost us $1400 and it is too much for us to pay to solve your issue” this is the answers I received from Mitch, finance manager at this location after I came back two weeks after I purchased a new Jeep 2018 with a problem in the stereo, disconnecting from iPhones (I checked it with few different iPhones). He told me that the solution for this will cost him $1400 and it’s too much for them. Ash also involved in this issue, after months that I am talking with them about this issue, Ash one of the managers told me in quite “I know what you’re complaining about, it is happening to me all the time with my iPhone 7 on my Jeep”. Few days ago Mitch call me and told me “good news, I have a solution for you, I know a guy that can install you a separate Bluetooth device in addition to your stereo” and that he will call me to schedule it, I asked him if he have a location, he said no. He doing this as a side job. I agree just because I am with this issue 6 months already, from the day I purchased the car. His guy called me, name Al, offered me a Bluetooth device that worth $50 on Amazon and he told me that he cannot give me warranty on the installation. I said no and gave up, too much energy for me to handle with people there. This location is the worst location ever, managers there telling me to send complain letters on other co-workers managers that work with them. They are lying and not taking responsibility on parts that is under warranty. DO NOT BUY NOTHING IN THIS LOCATION. do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. He was a pleasure to deal with and we purchased a Ram 1500 Classic - Motortrend Truck of the year three years in a row. All I can advise is if you own FCA vehicles, go to Serpa for the service and repair, they are the best. Last year I bought my Ram truck from another dealer in Mississauga and truck had check engine light twice when it was brand new. All they did was erased the light. On Third time I tried Serpa Chrysler, since then I have no problem with the truck. They are very honest and they know what they are doing. I won't be surprised if they get all sorts of awards. Keep up the good work Serpa Chrysler.
I would have never expected this from a car dealership. This has by far been the greatest experience in purchasing a new vehicle. Sam was the sales associate and Kenny the sales manager. I went in an was upfront about my expectations and timeline to purchase. I went back four times before signing the deal. Not once once did they look bothered (unlike the 3 other local competing dealers which I won't name) I went in once with my kids that were running all over the place and I was more freaked out then the staff about them breaking something. Sam was not bothered by it, he even entertained the kids from car to car. Amazing! The second time the kids...3 of them, all under the age of 10. He notices they are dehydrated and without a second thought, runs to get them water. Sam and Kenny made me and my family feel comfortable. Not once did they try to push a sale on me. Pricing was also great but more importantly they cared for my family's needs and got me exactly what I needed without haggling or pushing. They treated us with respect and made us feel Genuinely valued! Way to go Sam and Group Serpa for running such a great client experience! Impressive!

Went in for winterize and replacement headlamp bulb. Three hours later, picked up car no lights working now and only one high beam light working.. I went back in and guy gave my key back to mechanic and told me he forgot to reset light as per new Chrysler lights.Took car back in , 15 minutes later mechanic drives it out. No light S working. I said you just charged me for fixing my light and ddidnt even fix the lih expecting me to just leave thinking it was fixed. Now service mgr and mechanics said the wires are causing the problem. Come back Monday .Ever since this dealership was sold it is awful

Worst experience ever! Employees don’t care. It like a union shop. No attention to detail. Was not complete on arrival and had to continually call to check. When calling rarely got a answer or call back and had to physically go in each time to get results. Other private shops were begging for the business and where even willing to pay my deductible. To say that the service/parts departments are bad is an understatement. Seriously unprofessional, perpetually in a foul mood and 'always right'. Customer service is a concept that is lost on these guys. I also personally know of an instance where they told someone their vehicle wasn't under warranty so they didn't have to do the work. As it turns out, the vehicle WAS under warranty and was repaired at another local dealership that isn't far away.
Serpa Chrysler is the only dealership I recommend. I had a great experience with Adam and Mitch in Serpa. I were looking for a replacement vehicle since December 2019 and i did some of my research on the bands from their website. Chrysler had a great promotion at that time, so i decide to visit the dealership where is close to my work site. I had a bad experience on the first dealership I visited. I went to another dealership two weeks after where I work on North side location. I am not sure where it went wrong but the dealership can not pull up the leasing calculation from their computer. They told me to wait for their update which i did interacted with the saleman for days. However, it took longer time than I expected and I saw the Serpa while I drove to DownTown area... So, i decided to call the dealership for help. Adam caught my attention with our couple minutes conversation and i went to the dealership next day. Great helps with Adam.... Graham in sales is such a pleasure to deal with, truly listened to me as a client and Honestly made the Experiance with Serpa easier. Mitch is also kind. However, in my most honest opinion the process was very lengthy, and time consuming due to management delays, little bit unorganized especially on time of delivery. Not sure if this is due to being understaffed. Overall, staff is kind and friendly.

Mitch handled the transaction process and everything went well, despite the bank being very slow to move the wire transfer. The vehicle got to my driveway safely after a 200 km journey inside a vehicle transport trailer. Appreciate their professionalism, and would do business with them again.

Service man Peter (Xin), horrible man and he will exploit you, if you must go to the dealer please go to Roadsport or Scarsview. If you go to Serpa you are getting ripped off. Peter will add on extra charges and useless services to your bill, just to get a radio code for your vehicle he will charge you 99$ plus tax and then look at you waiting for a tip. This service was provided to me free of charge from another dealership. Avoid Peter (XIN) rude man horrible customer service and lazy, Dodge needs to properly vet their employees prior to hiring. I have never ever wrote a bad review about anything, but I Had to for this.

This is the worst dealership ever. I had a quote from another dealer and they promised to beat the quote if i visited their dealership. I drove 50 km to see them and then when i reached them their representative "Daniel" said sorry we cant beat the price. I have an e-mail thread where i told him exactly what price i was getting at a dealership and he replied saying that he will beat the price. So if you don't want to waste your time, don't go to the dealership. They are liar!!!!!!

I just bought my Dodge Ram from Adam and Mitch. I couldn’t be happier. The quality of service was top notch. They were more than accommodating with my needs and wants with the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I had called around to other dealerships - Ford Yonge/Steeles said they would call me back and said “we guarantee we can match that price or lower”...but they never did call me back. I then showed up at the dealership where they tried to sell me a truck with less features and an older model at a higher price than what Mitch and Adam had offered me. Mitch and Adam were very professional and patient throughout the entire process. Not only were they fair with their offer and discussion but they also did not make me feel pressured to buy. They will give you honest and professional quality service.

Dropped my car at 11am for tire pressure sensor replacement. Shuttle driver dropped me off to work and said that he will pick me up too. At 530pm I was told that the car will be ready in 20min. At 6pm service advisor said it will be another hour and told me to take the bus to the dealer because there is no one to pick me from work. Took a taxi to the dealer. Got my car at 7pm. This was my first time at Serpa and my last.

Every time I try to book an appointment they don’t have time. My last experience was my battery died and they couldn’t help me. So I bought the battery myself and installed it myself. In the end it wasn’t so bad because what would’ve taken prob 1hr at the dealership and costed $$$$ I learned to do myself and saved me the $$$$.
Brought my truck in for some body work and service items . Quick turn around time , good communication throughout, body repairs look great. Very happy with the service items aswell, everything was well explained and documented. Seamless experience overall , special thanks to George in the body shop and Jim,ash,and Donny in service.

Bad service, high fees
I called a few months ago to inquire about a Chrysler 300. I asked for the price and the price was not much of a concern, but the person on the phone emphasized that the listed price was non negotiable. All I did was inquire on the price and the sales individual insisted. The individual could have said: "Come in and we can discuss the price..." I did not like this experience, so I went to another Chrysler dealership to purchase my new Chrysler 300.
Get approved real quick and very decent collection of vehicles at the dealership. Happy to buy my favourite car at low price than the market. All thanks to Mr. Mitch and Mr Kenny for brilliant work to get me approved and getting my car delivered all in couple of days. Great Dealership.
Horrible Service Experience should be zero stars! First experience, Brought my Jeep Cherokee in for oil change and maintenance in the morning. As the day was coming to an end, I gave them a call because no one has contacted me yet. I came to the dealership and they told me it is not ready! I ended up with no car for the night. I understood maybe it is a one off. Second Experience, Brought my car in for a whirring sound and some other issues. They took my car and the had it for almost 3 months and had to pay over 3K for rental! They could not figure out what was wrong with the car until the 3rd month! They did not communicate when they will be giving back my car for most of the time. We had to contact them consistently for the updates or when it will be fixed. They will give us an approximate day but when the day came it is still not fixed! No one even bothered to let us know that it is still not fixed and this happened in the span of 3 months! Worse part is, when I picked up the car there was not even a single apology or any remorse. No explanation on what was the issue with my car or anything! They did not even clean the inside of the car! One of the issues that I brought the car for service was there was ash on the dashboard. When I got the car there were still some ashes on it. I came back and asked them why is there is still ash and what is causing it and they said There is still some ash inside your car other than the dashboard, it must be that and this was the service expert Gunther who was telling me this. Strongly suggest to avoid this service dealership as they do not care for their customers or know what they do. Hopefully, this experience does not happen to you.

!!!MUST READ before buying !!! !Maintenance entrapment! Looking for a car brand that actually takes responsibilities for manufacturer defects? Jeep is NOT one of them. My car was put on limp mode due to an "exhaust filter full" message which turned on my engine light and electronic throttle control light. At first, I didn't know why this message popped up because I've done a full self-regeneration of the filter on the highway recently. Found out later there was a recall in regards to this problem. On the recall, it explained exactly what was the defect and what symptoms that come along with it. which is spot on to my situation. After finding out the problem, I took my car to Serpa to have this problem resolved. Dealership called back after a few days saying my car is ready for pick up. Found out the only maintenance that they did was to update my PCM software and left my dash lights and "exhaust filter full" message untouched. Thought this was just a mistake but ended up being a two week battle with them. As this problem has made me carless for 2 weeks and them not being able to give me a better reason than blaming it on me for lack of maintenance. I eventually gave in and authorize them to fix the problem in my expense. Long story short, If you buy a Jeep and there's a defect to your brake calipers and it destroys your rotors. Jeep might just replace the calipers have you pay for the rotors due to a "lack of maintenance". Reply to Serpa Chrysler Management: 1) My problem had nothing to do with the recall? Are you serious? The recall to the PCM goes hand to hand with the cars filter restriction problem as it acts as a warning system before putting my vehicle to limp mode. If the warning system does not operate as it should (which is not, hence the recall) It will most definitely degrade my car performance as explained in the recall. 2) The fix to the Engine light and throttle light problem is almost effortless to resolve. All it needed was to park and program my car to run at a higher rpm for 20mins. does not need any parts replaces. 3) Goodwill? You guys went through 3 departments (FCA, maintenance manager, and Engineering) and 2 weeks to ultimately come up with the conclusion, NO. You guys denied a valued customer's complain to a problem that was triggered due to a recall, which could have been fixed effortlessly by the maintenance team with no parts cost. Instead had me to pay for the clean up. Urge me to reconsider? Other than screwing me over, what did you guys do for me that would make me reconsider your brand?
Went to Serpa to get an oil change and alignment done on my 2018 dodge caravan! Adrian and his team took great care of us and we’re amazing! I am defiantly going there for every oil change and I recommend serpa to anyone!!! Thanks again!!

Change the engine oil even a standard needle can not be pulled out to see no one inch high each time to change to help you change this, the same notice has no day to finish the oil before taking the car and still not finished, I lost 20 yuan to work there is no way to deduct my ID call me out to take money service is really more than. Any car is a bad car is his home bought at the time do not know that a car 2000 without 4 wheel drive all the things are very good to know that the original is the original test drive
I just passed by interested in a Jeep with few specifications in mind at 8 pm on a week day.. I was courteously invited in and was able discuss my monthly budget and was helped instantly! They helped me in choosing Jeep Compass 2018 with the same specifications I wanted and also they also stayed an extra hour just for me to make sure I get car-financing on the spot with right figures on the paper( no hidden unexpected charges)! The experience is totally worth and yes I would definitely recommend this place - just because after a week too they called me up and asked me if everything was fine with the car which most of the dealers in Toronto wouldn’t do!

We had the pleasure with dealing with Fedele at Serpa. He took the time to sit down and build a ram 1500 2021 with us. We’ve never done that with any vechiles purchased before as it’s always been pushed by sales reps of what’s available on the floor or stock. From setting up our original meeting to even after a few weeks of owning the truck, fedele followed up in a promptly manner to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the experience. I took my 2017 Dodge Caravan to Serpa Chrysler regarding a rash rust on the hood knowing that the warranty was over, I talked to Mr. Peter he was very professional and friendly without any hesitation he took some pictures of the vehicle and he forwarded to Chrysler H.O. After two days he called me informing me that Chrysler has approved the work and then we arranged to drop the van and they took care of it within 3 working days. Brought my 2018 jeep in to the Serpa collision centre after it was hit while parked on Christmas Day. At first, before visiting the centre I was not very confident about my choice but, once I walked into the centre and met George all my worries were put at ease. George was extremely professional, courteous, and polite. He was able to put together an estimate quickly and accurately. The turn around time to have the work done was also quick and well done. When my vehicle was returned to me it looked just as it did when I first purchased it. (water is leaking from sunroof entering into) Finally result is : service advisor and salesman Mr. Jxx told me that, they can not fix it because this is not their fault; Jeep Cherokee make a wrong design; this model should be like this; this model design make this problem(s) . I just purchased my third new vehicle from this dealership, This is the first time I purchased the vehicle from sales manager Mitch Cadesky. Mitch demonstrated honesty, integrity, and incredible attention to detail every step of the way. He listened and demonstrated understanding of the vehicle specifications that I requested- a Red Dodge Journey (the same vehicle I purchased the last time and I wanted to purchase the same one because I loved every aspect of driving the vehicle) He demonstrated high efficiency and did not make even one error along the way. On customer satisfaction and service his score is more than perfect. My hope is that many people become aware of this gem of a dealership as they search for their next car. I had a very good experience purchasing my Ram 1500 Longhorn from Serpa Chrysler. After consulting with both Fedele Naccarato and Mitch Cadesky it was determined the best option for me was to order direct from the factory. They walked be through all the vehicle options available as well as the differences between leasing and financing. The vehicle arrived within the specified delivery date and Fedele went over the vehicle and options to make sure it was what I ordered and I was satisfied with the vehicle. All in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend both Fedele, Mitch and the dealership if you are interested in purchasing any Chrysler product.

I emailed Kenneth(Ken) on a Saturday regarding a Grand Cherokee and a Charger I saw on Auto Trader and he responded right away with the answers I needed. A week later I came to Serpa Chrysler and Ken remembered my email and we looked at both the Jeep and Charger. I chose the Charger and we did the paperwork up. I own a Honda Accord. Tried making an appointment to get my tire repaired and they could not accommodate me. I called Serpa and spoke to Adrian who was very accomodating. I got there and within 10 minutes of my arrival, Adrian got my car in the shop. He even got my car washed. The customer service was impeccable and I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle to them. Great job to Adrian and his team.

After getting into a motor vehicle accident, I brought my car to get repaired at Serpa Collision Centre. The staff was very professional from the outset and took care of everything necessary. The repair job was also excellent and my vehicle was returned to new. Overall, a seamless experience and a body shop I would highly recommended to all!

Have always wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and when the time was right I searched around several dealerships in the area. Stefano @ Serpa Chrysler stood out from the pack on pricing so I continued the conversation with him. Sometimes when you are getting the best price you'd expect mediocre service, but this couldn't be further from the case. He was incredible at touching base with me every step along the way... I simply couldn't believe how simple the buying experience was. When I went to pick the car up, I was amazed with how friendly everyone in the dealership was. Stefano gave me a thorough demo of the features of the car, he could not have been more helpful. The team at Serpa went through the paperwork with me at my own pace, and were very helpful with clarifying any (small) questions I had. Bought used Dodge Journey a few days back, the car is running well. The car is clean and nice. The dealing with the salespersons Wayel, Caleb and Mitch was amazing, they were very friendly and understand the customers. They deal with us in a very polite and respectable way. I got a great deal. I also bought extra comprehensive warranty (Engine, power train and non-power train) hope that service depart will deal the same way as salespeople did with any warranty related issues. I had some issues with my vechile and dealt with the service manager, Adrian. I have so much appreciation for the ongoing excellent customer service that I have received from him. He is professional, approachable and accommodating and has always been helpful to me. One example of his wonderful customer service, was after hearing my time restrains due to work, he offered to pick up my car at my place of employment so I wouldn’t have to miss work. He took it in for service for me and dropped it back off to me before the end of the day. I highly, highly recommend if you are having any service problems, concerns or questions to contact Adrian. Never one to trust any car dealership I was surprised and relieved to deal with these folks. Ken Frith who is the General Sales Manager welcomed me, and was available on each visit for questions, and was a pleasure to deal with. The Manager of Business (Mr. Edison Minoza) was the clincher for me. He was very down to earth, took time to explain the things that are "every day" for them, but not for me and many others. I was not rushed, everything went as I had hoped. I had a vehicle to trade and the trade in was fair. The dealership is a bit out of the line of sight on Kennedy just south of Sheppard but once found it was a real treat to deal with them. I bought a 2017 Jeep and although a few days old I enjoy it so far. Hands down Edison was fantastic, and although Ken did not need to take the time, he did so. He stopped to say hello, talk Jeeps, and did this on each return. To top it off, after the deal was completed I was presented with a nice bottle of wine to take home and relax with.

I was part of the air miles promotion where you receive 1000 air miles when purchasing a car. Never received the points despite multiple follow ups. Its been 6 months and still not resolved. I feel like after the car sale is completed you are no longer important to them. Would not shop or service there in the future.
Terrible experience buying a Veichle!! They said 1 price and I drove down to the dealership and the price ended up being $200 more a month. Save your time and buy somewhere else...
After waiting nearly 9 months for my new, custom build, work van it finally arrived! Delays were not caused by the dealership (combination of Covid and factory delays). Kenny Rodrigues was my sales rep and he kept me up to date with every development so I wasn't wondering what was going on. Kenny & Fedele also made Chrysler head office upgrade the model year and sweeten the deal, ie: shave nice amount off the purchase price, to make up for the delays. Definitely worth the wait and great people to do business with! No upselling or other sales tricks. Go in and tell them what you want and they will do their best to get you a good deal. Will definitely deal with them in the future.

Ordered a Jeep in September 2021. Was told "promised" December delivery. It arrived in February 2022. I was quoted a price for an aftermarket hood upgrade. Price included painting, install, etc. I was "promised" the hood would be installed when I came to pick up my vehicle. The hood was not even ordered, and would be 5-20 days for delivery. Serpa had since Sept to have this ready. Unfortunate experience. Lucky for them, they made their sale, and cars aren't products that most consumers buy frequently. They refused a discount on the hood. Refused to admit a mistake or apologize #superclassy #serpaclassy. Smiles are free at McDonald’s but they aren’t on the menu at Serpa

There are 4 closer Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Fiat dealers to me, but I won't go anywhere else. They didn't pressure me when I was buying my first car, they didn't do silly tricks that play with your mind or anything. The first time I took my car in for warranty-related service, they paid for me to have a rental car for extra days because my busy schedule wouldn't let me bring it back in time. I booked an appointment online and they called within the hour to find a good time, and they gave me complimentary car cleaning worth $100 even though I didn't ask (they even cleaned the dog hair off!) Fantastic service, I won't buy a car or service my Jeep anywhere else from now on.

The Team at Serpa Chrysler went above and beyond!
Had my brakes done here and there was a problem with them seizing right after. I went back and they had to fix them twice. The second time I had an appointment, they knew I was going to be waiting bcz they don't offer a shuttle service out to where I live but I was made to wait 2.5 hours BEFORE THEY EVEN BROUGHT MY VEHICLE INTO THE SHOP! I asked what was taking so long and was told that they are waiting for the mechanic who worked on it before to finish up a job AND have his lunch. I get it, make the mechanic who did the work fix his mistakes but come on... I don't really care about the internal politics. I asked if they replaced the pads for me and they said no because they are still good. They told me that there was 85% still there (yet they had only been on the jeep for 1 week and should in no way be down that far). The next day I took my jeep in for new tires (at another place and was told that my brakes were in fact at 25% not 85%).

WARNING : Be aware about your oil change . i had an oil change and before taking to dealer 401 kennedy chrysler for oil change i put a mark on my oil filter. so after change oil took the car from there parking space . so i check again the oil filter, OMG same filter . The mark i put on it still there. in short, they did'nt change the oil filter. most likely even the oil. Be aware...

Dealers usually has little knowledge about hybrids, but Kenny is technology savvy and very professional, and always treated my wife and me extremely well. I was looking for a new 2017 Caravan and Serpa had the best online selection of 2017’s that I had found in the GTA. Lots of photos and detailed descriptions. They state that the advertised price includes everything except taxes and that means no surprises when you get down to signing on the bottom line. When I bought my last van a while back at a different dealer, after the price was negotiated they added “Destination, Dealer Prep & Advertising costs”. Anyway, after contacting the sales rep Graham Ross through email and obtaining more info, I dropped in for a test drive. Graham was familiar with all the Caravan’s features and we went through them all. A great van. Nice highway test drive. No high-pressure sales techniques. About 3 weeks later I decided that it was time to buy and contacted Graham again by email with an offer. Went in to sign the deal on Friday the 13th. So much for bad luck. I had been dreading the whole buying experience but it turned out quite pleasant. The salespeople, associates and support staff whom I met were friendly, the premises were spotless and there’s a great selection of coffees in the waiting area. Love that new van and that great deal. We are about 1.5 hours away from home when our tire blew on the 401. Hit a piece of metal and heard a huge bang! Luckily we got off the 401 within four minutes of the blow made it to Serpa as we have a new Jeep (7000kms). We showed up at 1:00pm and this team took us right in without question. Peter on the front desk was absolutely amazing. The mechanic we has was Jason and between the two of them we were extremely satisfied. We were given an Uber to the mall and back. Never been in a situation like this and again thank you! Was a great experience.

An excellent dealership with very knowledgeable employees. Very friendly and made the whole purchase process easy and quick. They made recommendations but were not pushy. We were able to make an excellent deal with great trade-in value. After the purchase when we went to pick up the vehicle, our salesman, David (who I would highly recommend) took us outside and demonstrated how all the options worked. We were taken back inside and introduced to the managers of all the departments (parts, service and body shop). Everyone congratulated us on our purchase and treated us like we were really somebody and not just another sale. Even the owner of the business came over, introduced himself, thanked us for buying at Serpa and also congratulated us on our purchase. We live in Newmarket, but it was worth the drive to Scarborough to be treated as well as we were. I would highly recommend Serpa to anyone thinking of buying a new vehicle.
