I got my car repaired over there total 3 times. They are certified bodyshop by my insurance company. They does work in a very professional manner and Communication is excellent. If you go through insurance then there are 3 time overpriced than other bodyshops, but why would you care if insurance is paying. I would say prochilo Brothers is definitely recommended place to go if you are not paying cash

Excellent service from Prochilo Brothers at this location! Even though I got a simple paint job and a dent removed from my bumper. I'm surprised how fast everything was done. I dropped off my car on Monday and it was ready for pickup Wednesday. They even went above and beyond by detailing the inside of my car which I never asked them to do and they didn't stop there, they also replaced my Mazda 3 emblem at the back which was a great touch. If you ever need your car fixed, I do recommend you come here.

My 1 month old car got a rock dent and paint chip in 3 spots on the hood and 2 spots on the passenger rear fender. My insurance company recommended ProColor and I couldn't be happier with the repairs. The car is back to looking brand new and ready for a protection wrap. The whole team there is great, specifically Rob, Veronica and Stefan who all made sure the repairs were done perfectly and on time. I hope I never have to repair car damage again, but if I do, I will be coming back here.

Brought my car to get repaired after we got rear ended. Robert (general manager) and his team were great in the whole process by keeping us up to date on the progress and made us feel really comfortable in knowing the car will be fixed without corners being cut (like you hear in horror stories)…It was also very convenient that enterprise car rental is attached, so was able to get a rental while my car was being worked on. Once I arrived to pick my car up, Robert personally walked me through all the work that was done and even had my car detailed inside and out for me to look brand new as it could be. Thank you Robert and team, you defiantly will be recommended by us to anyone that asks.

Great place I guess, when my accident happen the tow truck driver took me here not really with my permission. When you have a problem in your tow truck please make sure that your insurance knows of the place that a tow truck drivers taking you and to make sure the tow truck driver that's coming is your actual tow truck driver. If you're driving a sport people with Quattro get a flatbed for your tow truck. If you have all wheel drive get a flatbed for your tow truck. If you have front wheel drive you can choose whatever, if you have rear wheel drive you can choose whatever.

I know absolutely nothing about cars. Khash and Amanda were great they brought me to my car, walked me through the whole repair and told me everything that they would need to do to fix my car. Marianne always answered my phone calls and when she didn’t she called me back with in a few hours. She made time to answer all of my questions. Plain and simple delightful experience my car looks great, brand new and every step of the way I knew what was happening! I was never out of the loop. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They told my insurance company and myself different stories about the work done. I have no documentation of the work they claimed to have done with my insurance company. These guys just lie and fail to fix your car. Shame on this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

I agree it should be called"Crooked brothers". Take my car in for rust and they sand & repaint over the rust spots and the rust came back within weeks. Take it back and had a hard time getting them to redo the job and let me tell you second job was worse the the first. To charge me $1500 for the job and not even fix it properly. Not to mention that oversprayed all over my pin striping and tried to tell me it was cause the pin stripe was "old" hahahaha these guys just like to do insurance claims

Best experience I have had with a collision centre. They are super nice, great to work with and make you feel comfortable. I love that they constantly update you on your vehicle. I have never seen that with any other shop. I would and have recommended them to my network.

As a customer for a very long time I will never go back. Extremely poor customer service and very poor quality control. Gave me back my car with a damaged hood and actually had the nerve to say it was there the entire time. The brand new bumper 12k in repairs and it looks like its falling off. Now have to go somewhere else to fix the poor workmanship these guys did. Do yourself a big favour and go somewhere else to get your body work done right.

Quite simply - Poor quality workmanship....was a accident claim...they actually painted over a obviously corroded portion of a fender, completely painted over un-sanded areas complete disregard for decent quality...when I picked up the car and inspected the work and easily pointed out numerous flaws from 5 feet away the reply was "I don't know how that happened" -complete disregard for the basic minimum in quality workmanship...not to mention OVER PRICED...I really believe in life that "You get what you pay for" thinking this would be quality service...don't let the exterior nice finish of the shop fool you...No integrity.

Brought my 2009 Honda Civic here in spring of 2021 to be repainted (paint delamination from Honda) and minor dents repaired (from me and my family). This shop did an amazing job restoring the vehicle to brand new! I did not expect a new looking vehicle, i really just wanted to the car to look respectable again. Thanks for making my car new again and keeping the price fair for the significant work performed. I have been going to this shop over 4 decades once every 10 years or so and they never disapoint me.

I recently had the opportunity to bring my personal vehicle to this location for some body work. My truck has been damaged in a minor accident . From the moment I left the vehicle here , I was treated. With warmth , respect and honesty . Robert was my main point of contact and he provided me with excellent customer service during the entire process. My vehicle was there for about a week and a half and during that time I was Constantly provided with email updates on the stages of my truck . I have recommended family and friends to Prochilo Brothers/North York Pro Colours for any of their body work needs.

its a trap. you will face mental , financial stress. avoid this shop. no coordination between staff. they called me that car is ready for pick up. i went their in uber and they said car is not ready. and not once this happened twice. car was in bodyshop for more than 25 days to fix passenger side headlight and bumper. i can understand they can't do anything until they get approval from insurance people but what's the reason you lie to ur customer who trusts you. i had no rental coverage i told them in every inquiry call but they dont care. spend 600$ for rental and around 400 in uber and lyft to go work. it was horrible experience. its insurance people too who are equally involved in this issue but my only disappointment from this body shop is they lie. Today they again did it. they called me yesterday car will be ready today will give you a call to pick up it is in detailing but they didn't call so i called them around 6pm they said will be ready tomorrow. so i called today now they are saying it will be ready tomorrow. I am digging about how can i get help from consumer protection act.

I been going here for over 30 years. But since the sons took over the quality has suffered. After my last repair the car started to rust in less than a year (it didn't have a spot of rust prior to the repair). There were several screws and fasteners missing. They filled the dent with so much filler that the paint cracked. I tried to get a hold of Paul or Adam to no avail. I had to pay to redo the work out of pocket. I will never let them touch my cars again. If I could I would give them a negative score. Joe you need to teach your boys about integrity.
