Great Service Parts Customer service. Inside has a client lounge with cookies and cold/hot drinks. Not sure about the sale team but I heard they are pretty good. Great location for Mercedes Car Enthusiast as of this date of review.
Own a 2013 C250 purchased at MB Markham and always took the car there for all scheduled maintenance assiduously. This year I took it somewhere else after experiencing engine misfiring followed by a DTC message. To my surprise, it was extracted right in front of me 8.5 litres of oil as opposed to 5.5 litres as stated in the MB manual. No wonder I was having those issues! After changing the oil as per MB oil specifications and installing a new MB oil filter I have had no more issues.
Mr. Michael Wong has been my Tech Advisor for the past 6 or 7 years. I would never go anywhere else because, HE IS THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES! I have been a loyal customer for the 11 years with Mercedez-Benz. I bought my car in Downtown and used to get my service done either Toronto Downtown or Eglinton-Laird area. Both locations are 5 to 7 minutes away from my home. Markham location is the furthest about 40mins away, I chose that location because of 1-on-1 customized customer service. Michael explains everything to me in details and I am detailed person. He knows me by name, I am a just random customer and he always checks on me after each service. He has build a trust with me that I respect his knowledge about my car. He always checks the tire air level or changes light bulb with no hesitations. I FEEL WELCOME AND COMFORTABLE coming to Mercedez-Benz at Markham. My last visit, we changed the oil, brake pads and he found a nail in my tire. He puts my safety first, always fully checks the car! I wish that we had someone as knowledgeable, kind, and explains things in plain english ( I am not Mechanic) in every location. I THANK YOU MR. MICHEAL WONG for taking care of my car and giving me the best customer experience !!!!!
Excellent service, especially with the tech advisor Peter. The advice I have is be assertive, explain the situation when you have an issue and give the team plenty of time to make things right. Enjoy a snack and cafe mocha in the lounge, or my tip is get a free shuttle to Markville Mall and eat at Pickle Barrel to help pass the time.

Went in to test drive their C240 quite a few years back and was treated like a king. Just recently bought a used GLK-350 and am servicing and buying parts/accessories at MB Markham now. Treated pretty much the same and am pleased with everything I have experienced so far. As a Mercedes owner for 3 vehicles (ranging from family SUVs to commercial use carrier) since 2013 and older models overseas, I have to express my deepest & greatest disappointment in my visit to the Mercedes Markham Ontario Canada dealership on Feb 24, 2021. I acquired this vehicle from this dealership in Feb 2020, the touchscreen malfunctioned after a year of drive (~10,000 km) and the dealership told it was because of sticky liquid entering through the vents on the floor. I haven’t used my vehicle to pick up my grandkids since the COVID-19 lockdown from March 2020 and the technicians suggested it was juice(?) spilling that reach the control board installed under the passenger seat and burnt out the drive. They insisted that it is not manufacturing defect and said any liquid that is not water or salt is not covered by warranty. The estimated repair cost is to be over $10,000.00 CAD. They also threatened that it will void all warranty of the vehicle from now on. This is absolutely insane and unacceptable!! • Major design defect: Why is there a vent tunnel opening right on the passenger floor sloping downwards that will lead directly to critical electrical parts? Which allow liquid to pool and accumulate in the pathway? With such an expensive part installed (with no protection) Mercedes Benz should have advised the owners that no liquid should enter the vehicle in the first place as there is absolutely no protection for this part!! Drivers and passengers should check even their shoes upon entry as any liquid that enter to that holes may fry the control board. • According to the technicians on site, salty contaminated liquid is apparently under warranty but no other liquid? Clearly the dealership is being selective and has no intention to honour the warranty. • The amount of “sticky” liquid as shown by the technician is minimal and I consider it to be normal condensation under reasonable/normal usage. Yet even under reasonable usage it is not covered by warranty; costs over $10,000.00 to repair; and I was told that all warranty of the vehicle going forward will be voided, all because liquid entered a compartment that is suppose to be “liquid free” in the first place. I am beyond words to express this upsetting experience and have lost all confidence from driving a Mercedes from now on. It will break down and the design will not provide any protection to an important like this and also not provide any warranty when something happened to it that is beyond the driver or passenger control. I have driven other vehicles from Land Rover, Porche, Lexus and BMW but Mercedes is the only one I have more than 3 vehicles of, and I must say I am deeply disappointed with the GLE 350 and would not be recommending it!! This is clearly a value trap!

Everyone from sales like Marshall and Amar to service with Daniel and Mark....these guys are professional, courteous and do a great job servicing their customers. I have already bought a few cars at this dealership and will continue to do so. My sales guy Amar Sethi is really knowledgable so if you are looking to buy do not hesistate to see this guy.
They have comfy chairs, got drinks like coffee and tea, shuttle bus that will take you home and back for free, and their service is on point.
I went to the dealership with my friend today and I am completely disappointed with the level of service I received. I made an appointment through their website to schedule a test drive. Upon arriving I was told there was no demo car available. Why did you confirm my appointment when there is no car available anyway?! This is such a complete waste of our time. Not only did they waste my precious Saturday, the agent who served me also had a really bad attitude. He made it sound like it was my fault for wasting his time because I don't look like someone who could afford a Mercedes. Never in my life had I experience such discrimination. This experience has put me off from buying Mercedes for life.

The Right Choice -Great Staff Polite Courteous Gentlemen: Markham Mercedes service staff are absolutely Wonderful. The Service Manager needs to be complimented. Today, I broke down in our families old 1970 Chevelle SS Convertible At Kennedy Rd Shell Station parking lot. My hood was opened and a young man Sebastien was getting gas in a Mercedes with a Mercedes Dealership shirt asked if he could be of any assistance or if his Dealership could offer any assistance in 10 minutes, then Richard from Mercedes Setvice Department came and asked if he could be of assistance.In 10 minutes a third person from Mercedes offers his assistance we all figured out the problem, over heated GM starter and the young men had me back on the road in 15 minutes. I have a Roadside Assistance with a Hagerty and said the problem was solved by three very nice young men from Narkham Mercedes. These young men did not know I was a former customer of Markham Mercedes & Mr Kit Wong,. Agsin I can not express my sincere appreciation to Mercedes. They are the Right Choice. I will now be buying or leasing a Mercedes SUV. Completely incompetent staff, terrible service. With so many options, no reason to choose them. Went in for a simple tire change that took absurdly long (close to 2 hours). And before they reply telling me to make an appointment so it speeds up the process, an appointment was made more than a week in advance. They should be embarrassed for such a bad level of service and customer experience.

To start off I want to say Mercedes service is amazing! We had Amar Sethi who helped our family really pick out a car that suits our design and look (GLE 53 amg coup) He really took the time to show us around and test drive available cars. I highly highly recommend seeing Amar if you really need help picking out a new car. He even took the time to show us the features of the car and guide us when the car will be arriving which seems very prestige. Stay away from this store if you value your time, money and respect. We recently brought our 2014 CLA to this store for service and were greatly disappointed and upset by the results. The appointment was booked with Danny for 9:15. Upon arrival we did not deal with Danny but were checked in by Steven. At the time it was not a concern however as the day went on it became so. At time of Work order signing we were told the car would be ready by the end of the day. Throughout the day we did not receive and status or updates until I called myself at 4pm. At that time we were told the vehicle was currently in shop, even though it was brought in at 9:15 am. We were promised a follow-up call an hour later. We never received a call. At 6:45 I called to see if the car was ready. I was told it was and Steven had left for the day. Upon starting the car after paying, I found: 1. The radio playing very loudly 2. The car camera unplugged 3. The odometer higher than the “out” value on the invoice 4. The range dropped from 250km at drop off to 150km at pick up 5. Both drivers and passenger seats were well out of position 6. A dirty cleaning cloth was in between the children’s booster seats 7. The clock was 5 minutes slow 8. The fuel level had dropped by approx. ¼ tank Even after escalating to Mercedes Canada Head office, Markham MB’s attempt to right the situation was well short of the mark. Of the above items, only 2 (items 2 and 3) could be explained to any degree of satisfaction. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have escalated my dissatisfaction with this store. We had our car diverted to a different store after realizing the order for the car had not been placed when we purchased it. Combined with that, the store the vehicle was diverted to bettered the price. After purchasing 2 vehicles and returning to the same store and same sales associate for a third, we expected more. This issue was raised to Mercedes Benz Canada. The only reason we returned to Mercedes Markham is because of Danny. Since the online booking process does nothing to respect the customer requests, and considering the fact that appointment date was our tenth anniversary and the delay in our car being ready forced us to alter our personal plans to celebrate, this is the last time we will visit this location for any reason. I would urge you to take stock of the finer details performed by your service team. I find it very hard to believe ours is an isolated incident, judging by other review, It’s clear I’m not alone. We’ve just completed a deal to move away from Mercedes for good. We were treated better on our first visit to the new store than Markham MB has chosen to treat us after 13 years as customers.

The worst MB dealership in GTA. I went to this place in March this year to checkout a new 2017 C300, the sales person is extremely rude and arrogant, like a snob that he gave me lease options and trying to explain to me that I can only lease for three years before I tell him that I'm going to pay off one, obviously he judged me based on how I dressed (I wore casual on that day) and thought I can't afford a car, he didn't send me any follow up email unlike Mercedes-Thornhill or the BMW near this dealership. I can't remember his name but I know he's from Hong Kong, I have no problem with Hong Kong but it seems HKers hate us mainlanders in bones. Fortunately, I have told three of my friends to avoid this place, and one of them was going to this dealer to checkout a new car this Friday. I would like to share my most recent purchase experience from Mercedes Markham last month. We recently purchased our third vehicle from this store and have nothing but great service especially the sales manager Marshall Fuller and his team member Charlie Lai both me and my wife are overwhelmed by their honesty and expert opinion. We finally settled on a pre-owned GL350 diesel and this vehicle is a major upgrade from our previous ML350 and we all agreed (including our son) that we will have a hard time to find something to replace this GL when the time comes but guess will worry this in the future. Also, we would like to thank the service manager Sean Lee and his service advisor Alex Ng because they certainly go above and beyond to make every customer happy and even my super picky wife is extremely pleased with their service. Your team have earned another lifetime customer and will definitely recommend all our friends and family to your Markham store for any vehicle purchases. Yours Sincerely Norton
Terrible service once the car was leased. In less than a year the entire windshield cracked while the car was parked, without prior cracks or accidents. They claim it is not the manufactures fault and we technically can't prove it, so fine - we paid to replace the windshield. We also requested servicing as provided in our leasing package. When picking up the car we noticed issues - the windshield guard was loose, the sealant rubber was sticking out, the engine oil levels were low. We were told to contact the mechanic for issues but he never picked up... for several weeks! We finally went back to the dealership and was told they never serviced our car. Total incompetence. Please, AVOID this branch!

Be careful of the service department there, they promise one thing and don't deliver. I was promised a loaner vehicle and when I got there not only did they not have one, but they sent me Enterprise to rent one, where I had to pay insurance. If that wasn't bad enough the only vehicle they gave me was a lime green Chevy Spark. Last time I go there....

Few weeks back I decided to check out the new GLA, the sale told me the car hasn't arrived and he has the worst attitude, he think you are a child and don't know about their cars. Explain to me what a b c is stand for. Also redirect me to buy something i don't like. Today i contact Ray Lam to check out the 2021 GLA. I'd tell you, day and night difference. He let me try the vehicle, and suggest me a few options to me and helps me to pick the best option. He is very knowledgeable and humble sales. Don't waste time and straightforward. I Recommend Ray.

Mercedes Markham cancalled my service appoitment (a recall)after I got to the dealership after half hour driving. No explanation and they just rebooked my appointment to a later date. They didn't try to contact me prior to the appointment at all, and I have to take a day off to do this recall service. Totally waste of my time. Really BAD customer service and I will not recommend this dealership.
The customer service call experience I had today was pathetic. I called these guys when my service 'A' was due in 1000KM to enquire the cost and I was given a price. When I called again today which is due in 50KM to double check the price and book an appointment, I was told a different price by the lady. When I mentioned I was told a different price before, she consulted the employee beside her and got back to me with "If you were already told a price before, why are you asking us again?" . Is this the kind of customer service you guys provide? Do I not have the right to check the prices as a customer? And when I was explaining why I asked again, she cut me in the middle and told a much higher price punching in my phone number. I am deeply dissatisfied by the way customer service agents are responding and the inconsistency in answers. I got my tyre replaced here before and the experience was OK. But I need to reconsider any further visits to this branch due to unprofessional service and non-fixed higher prices being advised.

Purchased my 2016 e250 a few weeks back. Sales experience was fine. However, two days after purchase my car had a strong vibration, I submitted and email to my sales rep and was notified that it was a 2 week wait, to have a certified car overlooked. Brought my car in for repair and apparently my car had two bent rims and all tires had flat spots. I later found out my car was not certified at the dealer but another dealer so they were not aware. My sales rep. didn't call me during this time but was aware of the issue, when I finally called Jacob he seemed unenthusiastic about the whole issue. No apology, nothing, he never followed up during the 2 week waiting period. HOWEVER, the real super star here was the service department, Jeff Powers took control of the problems and followed up each day my car was in the shop. Jeff is the only reason that I felt comfortable with my purchase. A real big let down with the sales department, seeing as this is a luxury car dealership

Brought two MB at this location from Bennett Au. Good services and very timely, but as expected of a Mercedes it is an expensive affair at every corner. EDIT: Still MB Markham did go the extra mile when the C350 emergency foot brake malfunctioned, fixing it free of charge despite the car just recently being out of warranty. An extra star well deserved.

Some of their staff will not give you the kind of respect if you dont dress smart. I dont need anyone to tell me how to dress in order to get respect. It should come naturally. Somehow their HR department does not notice this behavior that may cause Merc buyers to go elsewhere say like BMW or Audi.

Don't go to Mercedes Benz if you are done your lease, I went there with my 2018 car buyback 28k Mercedes Markham evaluation was Negative value and ask me to pay money to get out of the lease 4 months earlier, although Mercedes financial bears the cost, I went to Audi they took my car and I made money on it and they Absorb the 4 months left on the lease, Mercedes benz interest rates are 5.29% this is a Rip off. After 20 years with Mercedes This what they do. NEVER Mercedes Again
Absolutely terrible. Went in there, asked for a sales person and was told to wait. We waited for 45 minutes until the store closed and was told to leave because they are now closed. Mercedes Markham, this is not how you treat your customers.
My one month old GLE was in service for a part for the last 10 days. I am very unhappy.
Great experience overall! First dealership I went to that actually greeted me when I came in and didn't force to me hunt down a sales rep! I dealt with Amar S. and he was awesome! Poor service department, any issues requires diagnosis fee even when the car is in manufacture warranty. However, the manager of the store gave me a call and willing to take the car in to diagnose without charging diagnose fee first and indeed the camera is fogged up. After replacing the part and it's working again. Thanks!
Sales Sam Tam is supercilious. He asked me which brand car I have had and doubt that I can not afford 2020 GLE. Because I am a Chinese temporary resident, he misunderstood that I was doing parallel import and he refused to sell GLE to me. He even told me that I had to lease a C- class or GLC more than 2 years first in order to buy GLE or GLS in the future... Sam Tam is offensive and highly unprofessional. Terrible sales, terrible experience in this dealership.

I've driven MB for 7 years now and I would say that the service here is right at the top, if not the top amongst the 5 dealerships I've worked with. The staff meet you graciously at the door, shuttles were on time, the loaner car process was smooth, and they worked with me on my issues. They replaced a speaker on my word even though the supervisor had difficulty hearing an issue, and the shop couldn't replicate the issue. When they took the speaker out, they said it was clearly broken. Most dealerships would say 'we can't replicate the issue' and send you home. I will go out of my way to bring my cars and purchase my cars here.
I've had an amazing experience with my sales person, Tim Kapassas, he is always there when I need him for any questions on my car and opens all doors at MB Markham to get quick and red carpet treatment!
If you have an appointment with a sales you still need to wait for like an hour to be served. They don't care if you are asking cheap cars.

Dropped a car off after waiting 2 hours for their roadside assistance - hours later they tell us they can’t get the car looked after until tomorrow and there’s no rental car they can provide .. unless we pay out of pocket? The best service center I have ever been. They are very polite, attentive and care about the clients. Cornell was a great person and service tech to work with. I came for a regular oil change but I had an engine check light on. I asked if I can get it checked but because I needed a car and it was short notice I was planning to do it another time. Cornell called me later and did his best to try to get it done during the same time and did his best to setup a loaner car on short notice for me to drive for the day. When I came to pick up the loaner they were already fixed the issue and changed the oil too so I did not need the loaner after all and he took his time explain why the engine check light was on and what they have did to fix it. I appreciate all the effort they have put it in to accommodate me and also take care of me and going far and beyond to do the right thing. They definitely did not have to but they did. And that what differentiates any other brand and dealerships from this one. Will always come there and recommend it to anyone. Thanks lots.

Nice and big showroom. Stupid that I couldn't book a test drive in person, have to do it online. Edit: their service staff is 10/10 so far. Once you are a MB customer you get treated so much better than if you are a prospective buyer. Would recommend getting your service done here.

Spoke to 2 different salesmen and they weren't transparent about dealer pricing and said they never heard of Unhaggle before. Either they are really behind the times or they are straight up scammy salesman (the type that ruled the 90s era of dealerships). This is the kind of stuff I expected at a Kia and not a luxury brand, and to my surprise it was the Kia dealership that was honest and transparent. These guys won't be getting my business but it's lucky for them there are alot of uninformed young China fobs that are willing to throw money at them just for the brand.

The Markham Mercedes weren't friendly. We booked an appointment with (I think his name was) Salil when we got there he was late. He started talking to us then walked away upstairs and started talking to another client. When he stopped talking to him he forgot about us and at the top of the stairs he just started daydreaming. When he got down he was very rude. We have to cars and we only wanted to trade in our GTI. We also had another Mercedes. He kept on insisting on trading in the Mercedes. He only wanted to do the Mercedes because it was easier for him to trade in. The deal he gave for trading the Mercedes was pocket-change compared to the deal we got at Mercedes Brampton. He kept saying it was a great deal. Then he walked away and started talking to another client. He started acting like a dog to the other client. Then we ripped the contract and left to the other Mercedes. Don't go to Mercedes Markham if you want to be treated like a person. If you want to keep your money go to another Mercedes. If there was a rating for 1/2 a star I would give this branch that rating.

My brother recently came in and got a deal for a 2019 C63 AMG for $965 with $0 down and 24km yearly. We signed the deal and payed the first month payment. 2 days later we got contacted by jimmy pak who is the financial person at Benz. He said my brother could only get approved for $780 monthly but he needed to put a down payment of $8600. My brother was co signed by my father. Obviously he did not want the day they offered. I went in today to put the car under my name as I have a higher credit and much more income. Jimmy tried to make excuses after excuses on why he didn’t want to run my credit. He started with “it’ll ruin your credit” after I said I don’t care he said “you won’t get the Benz loyalty discount” but he was quickly corrected by Andy from sales. After that he told me he refused to run my dad as a co signer on my credit. I told him it doesn’t make sense but whatever just run mine. He ran mine and I got approved for the same deal my dad + brother did. BY MY SELF with no co-signer. If he had added my dad the results would be different and I would most likely get approved for the original deal. I asked him to use my mom as a co-signer and he refused. His excuses didn’t make sense and he lied through out the whole situation like when Andy corrected him. I am left with no car now and I was a Benz customer for a long time as my dad has also been driving Benz for a long time. Ridiculous service from jimmy pak at Benz. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Terrible service to a long paying customer.
The Service Department provided very professional and nice service. Manager Peter Tu help solved my driver seat problem (the Headrest loose) in only one week, Bravo my seat was replaced to a new one. Other dealership give me the estimate time is two week. No doubt highly recommended.

This was my first Mercedes that I purchased for my business, a few weeks after getting it my car was giving me issues and I dropped it off at markham mercedes. They had no loaner or rental car for me and said The best they can do shuttle me home, and they might get me a loaner if something comes up in the coming days. I am now waiting to see if in the next 1-2 day I can get a loaner car, or basically I'm screwed and will be paying for my car to get fixed for what could be a few days. Really inconvenient and not enough done to find me a solution. I do not recommend dealing with them.
I had an awful experience when I took my car there to be looked at, dealt with four different agents and they were all rude and impolite, I'd never recommend this branch to my friends/colleagues. As for the technical service, their diagnosis of my issue was wrong, I took my car to another MB branch and they managed to fix it.

We have been working with this dealership since 2007 and we have had no problems but with my 2018 E400 I have been facing many technical issues. The dealership has tried their best to fix the issue but unfortunately the problem is still ongoing. From the service department Cornell has been a great help trying to solve my issue and from the sales department Ben has been working to get me in a new vehicle. All in all I got very unfortunate with this car but they are all trying to help and that’s the most I can ask at this point.

Buying a new car is all about the salesperson. I went to one GTA dealership and met with a gentleman, who despite his many “President Circle” awards, was sub-par in providing me with any kind of service and attention and did not appear to want to spend the time with my many questions on different car models. I then called another east end dealership and spoke to someone that was referred. She was friendly at the get-go but didn’t provide me with any vehicles or suggestions until I finally contacted her 4 days later to follow up. That same day I googled reviews on Mercedes-Benz Markham where I searched for positive reviews on sales people. That is how I found Amar and gave him a call. He was energetic, friendly and attentive. He explained the many vehicle and lease options clearly, without all the sales pitches and pressures. Amar is a straight shooter who treats his customers as a top priority. I picked up my A250 this week and Leila patiently went over all the features and functionalities of the vehicle and set up my Mercedes Me app. A great experience overall by the whole team at Mercedes-Benz Markham.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with one of their sales manager. All I asked was for his help and instead he was extremely rude AND disrespectful right from the beginning, and highly unprofessional. His attitude and some of his words, basically implying I'm stupid, have insulted me. I understand that he was busy, and if I were to intrude (which is not a valid excuse for his attitude and despicable behaviour), he could've simply redirected me to someone else who can help. And when confronted of his attitude and asked if there was someone else I can speak to (not knowing he was the manager), he used and abused his power simply stating and emphasized that he was the "sales manager" and leaned back with his arms crossed. Just because I didn't come in with a sales inquiry, I would still expect a high end Mercedes Benz manager to be respectful and treat everyone with professionalism if not a smile. I am disgusted.

The experience here really depends on your sales person, we've dealt with a few older sellers and they feel rude and snobby as if our business was too small or we're not important enough for them. We worked with Christopher Chu there and he was great; honest, down-to-earth, and very helpful throughout the sales process. Their service center is very business due to the volume but I've heard great things, I will be finding out very soon on how my appointments go. I give them 7/10!

I went to this dealership on a fine evening with no intention to buy a car :p. I met Ben at the store. Before this I had already visited 5 other dealerships including Lexus, Honda etc. 15 minutes into our conversation I realised this guy actually understood what I wanted. The way he was able to elicit-ate what I was actually looking for was commendable. I was hoping to buy my first car. Ben gave a me a superb deal and I ended up finalising the whole thing on the same day. My experience, was very pleasing, comfortable and in the end I got what I wanted. Now, I love my car. Very disorganized and haphazard working surprising from Mercedes. No organized waiting time no one knew if anyone was available when will ur turn come.. While some of the above issues were there, did want to edit he review as the final adviser was very helpful and ensured concerns were addressed promptly and too satisfaction. Might have been an exceptionally busy day. My suggestion would be - give an idea of wait time or line in Que when checking in, and secondly it only takes a second to say "sure we can help you with that " or " just give me a minute to get back".

I dropped off my car on Sep 13 Thursday at 7:30am to fix noise problem and was told at the end of the day my car was needed to take a day for parts replacement. I expected I could pick up my car by Friday before 7:00pm. However, no one informed me when I could pick up my car at the end of the day. I called them on Sat (9/15) but no one could give me an answer becasue the service advisor (Peter Tu) was on leave. I was very angry how poor communication inside Mercedes-Benz Markham is. They won't leave any message in their system to state the current situation of that repaired car so other people could answer my enquiry. It was very poor service I received from Mercedes-Benz Markham. If my car could not be returned to me before weekend, someone had to inform me so I could make my arrangement during the weekend. I was finally informed that I could pick up my car on 9/17 Monday at 5:02pm. I was totally disappointed with the poor service rendered by Mercedes-Benz Markham after this unhappy experience. Not only I need to wait for two weeks to get a service appointment, but also have to wait for over three days to fix a minor problem that I had mentioned to them for inspection. After posting my review, Mr. Recoff Yeung, Assistance Service Manager, has contacted me promptly to express sincere apology for the last service due to mis-communication and promised that I shall receive a satisfaction and professinal service in my next visit. My girlfriend leased a GLA250 and has now chosen to purchase the vehicle. She is a single mom front line worker who has spent a lot of her HARD. EARNED. MONEY. I say this because of how unprofessional, and seemingly money over service attitude of the sales team she dealt with. We all work hard for our money! So is there a sales team that works harder on their attitudes? Watch your wallet before you consider buying here.

I've never left a car dealership feeling like a piece of dirt, until I went to MB Markham. These guys do not care about you at all unless you're buying one of their top-end vehicles. If you're in for service, as I was for my SmartCar (which is a MB vehicle!), expect to either be passed off to another rep, or ignored as I was. I got all of 30 seconds of a Service Advisor's attention, until he suddenly dropped me with no explanation, to go chat with a group of Asian customers at another counter. He left me standing around for quite some time with no further acknowledgement. I had a quick look at some MB merch just behind the counter we were at, and when I turned around, he had left with the other people and completely "forgotten" me! I've since learned that this is quite common at MB dealerships, as a number of folks I've spoken to have had similar experiences. They have flat-out refused warranty service on their own cars, for no legitimate reason, and charged people for services they did not want. Maybe it's a good thing I never got past the counter. Suffice it to say, I'm not happy with my first experience with a proper Mercedes/Smart dealership, and I won't be returning.
Considering the online reviews, my family bought a Mercedes through them late last year. Less than a week after buying the car, it had to be brought in for service due to an issue, that neither the dealership nor Mercedes Benz has resolved. The same safety issue has happened at-least 5 times since then (for a new car), causing it to be brought in. It was also left at another dealership for a couple of weeks for diagnosis but to no avail. The issue happened again this week and as usual, we keep getting the run around about the Service Manager being busy, Service Adviser not available and that they do not have any loaners... Considering the potential safety concern, premium paid for the brand, this has been handled poorly on the dealership's part to a point of frustration.
Sales there look to be snobs, even the receptionist looks to be one :(

I have been a loyal customer of Benz Markham since 1999 and DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED of the product and customer service at this location. All I have encountered since purchasing the ML 350 vehicle is frustration and head ache! In 2012, I leased a ML 350 from Markham dealership. I always had issues with the engine. The engine light would go on when it is close to service time. When I bring the car in for service I was told by Michelle Woo, Customer Advisor that there were no concerns with the engine and will always reset the engine light. In 2015 once the lease was up for renewal, I purchased this vehicle. I took my vehicle to an outside source for the emission test. I had difficulty passing the emission test due to the engine light flashing. I called in to the dealership to inquire and was told by one of your service technician to bring my vehicle in. They managed to reset the engine light again and produced a ‘pass’ emission test certificate. Now a few months into purchasing this vehicle, it stalls as I pull out of my drive way. I was told it was engine starter problems. My vehicle was towed to your Service Centre last Tuesday, October 13, 2015. I did not get a reply about the diagnosis or a follow up call the Service Centre. Jeffery Power, Service Advisor did not contact me until Monday, October 19, 2015. It takes such a reputable company a week to come up with a diagnosis? I was told that my engine has seized and I would need $26,000 to fix the problem. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! My car is still not fixed. I am told they will get back to me. It has been two weeks! Clearly there were safety concerns with my car since the beginning. I have been lied to by the staff at Benz Markham saying there were no concerns. The staff managed to hide any issues with the engine and reset the light. To further add injury to all these concerns with my new vehicle, the customer service reps and staffs are racists. Every time I walk into the location, the staff are abrupt and discourteous. They never address my concerns and will inform me that the issue has been fixed. Clearly it has not been fixed. I am amazed that after 16 years of loyalty, they would treat a valued customer with such negligence and carelessness!

I went to this dealership today. And I just read one of the negative reviews here about the sales having poor attitude. I am not so sure about their attitude. I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone. I walked around the entire show room once, and nobody seemed to be interested to say hi to me at all. Perhaps I just came from the gym and not looking good enough for them? Or was it because they didn't see me parking my BMW in the shopping plaza's parking lot next door, and only saw me walked on foot from the outside?
We had an appointment for service at 10:30am. Dropped off the car and hung around nearby mall until we got a call at 4pm informing us it's not ready until tomorrow. It's a routine check where they didn't get around to do during this 6 hour duration. We were frustrated and complained. It's totally unacceptable. Eventually they had to get a technician to worked overtime to complete the check around 6:15pm. What a frustrating waste of time!!

Hats off to Amar. We met in 2010 after my parents car was totalled in an accident. We explained to Amar what we lost and what we wanted. Apart from his welcoming charm, you could tell that Amar was very knowledgable of what he was talking about. Within a few weeks, we were driving around in a fully loaded 2010 GLK. But this was just the beginning... Now it was time for ME to purchase MY first car. I walked into the dealership and Amar was just wrapping things up with a fellow customer. Within a few minutes, he had all of the options on display and started to make some suggestions (all of which I enjoy up to this day). He explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions with confidence. A few weeks later I showed up to take delivery of my brand new 2017 CLA. Apart from the excellent service, Amar also provided a bright red ribbon on top of the car which made the moment even more memorable. But wait.. theres more.. In 2018, we were looking for another vehicle. It was sort of a dire situation and after explaining to Amar, he made sure to cater to all of our needs just as well as he did before. He knew what we liked, remembered our preferences and understood the circumstances. As you may have guessed... a few weeks later we came to pick up our 2018 GLA. Amar always made sure to explain the advantages/disadvantages of the options we were choosing. He wanted to make sure that we made every choice on our own and nothing was forced upon us. This was something that we really appreciated. He felt and treated us like family. Any time we've had any issue with any vehicle, Amar has been there for us to make sure our experience was as pleasant as possible. Overall, the service from Amar has been unprecedented and we will keep referring others and coming back to him. tl;dr Ask for Amar. You won't regret it.

Honestly wish i can give this place less than 1 star. Recently bought a C300 and the sales consultant who assisted me was called Samuel Tam. Before even buying this car, I was satisfied with the service provided in helping me to look for the right car I want. However, once we received the new vehicle I found that the headlights on the driver side were damaged before even receiving the car. As I told him, that there was moisture entering in the headlights, he kept saying that it was not a problem and it would eventually dry up which is a waste of time to go check this issue at the service department... Not to mention, he treats me as if I have no knowledge on cars whatsoever, and I tell him that it is a problem because there shouldn’t be moisture that is able to seep inside a headlight. Instead of helping me set up a service appointment, he tells me that technology has advanced and that I am behind so I do not know anything?? Its really a disappointment for me that he would say such a thing to a customer! Like could he have said it in another way that would be friendlier? In fact, he expected me to go back to the dealership so that he could talk to me about the headlight moisture damage and take a real look at it... So I did go back and he said that it looks like a problem and he would help set up an appointment for me but SOMETHING I FOUND REALLY FRUSTRATING IS THAT MY OWN SALES CONSULTANT SAMUEL TAM DID IS OWN SURVEY... He asked me to pull up an email and when I asked him is it this email? He grabbed my phone without even asking me for his permission to continue with doing the survey I am supposed to do…. He was just so disrespectful, and thoughtless about my opinions. Not to mention, as I went home, he calls me again to say that it isn’t a problem and I shouldn’t waste my time again and that I should cancel my appointment... Even though he talked to me negatively, I refused to cancel the appointment and proceed to check my headlights. When I went for my appointment, the service department said that what I see is an issue and it shouldn’t be ignored. It made me very mad that Samuel tells me its not an issue but the service department says it is an issue. Overall I was extremely unhappy with the service and the fact how Samuel treated me rudely after purchasing this car, especially it was a pain in the neck calling me several times to tell me the same thing. I have told several people about my experiences here and people are shocked about the kind of service they provide. Having bought a luxurious branded car from your company, i would wish you provide me the best customer service, and attend to the best of my problems but Samuel Tam clearly doesn't know how to do that. Made my experience the worst.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Massive waste of time. I originally visited the dealership with my wife to test drive the vehicle. I then returned at a later date to issue a $2000 deposit and sign for the car. At this moment they said we need to have a co signer on the car. I don't understand why, but ok sure. No problem. The finance manager Edwin gave me to papers to take home for my wife to cosign. I had them signed and sent them back into the dealership. I then received a call from Edwin saying that they want my wife to come sign in person. They said it's a legal matter that she needs to be in person. (Makes no sense) She found time and went to the dealership. She had to wait 45 mins for literally nothing! They just wanted to make sure she existed. After that step they called me and were trying to force me to trade in my wife's vehicle! And threatening to cancel the deal if we do not trade in. Guys...... we need that so she can get to work. I received another call after that request stating that we are approved however because we wanted to finance we have to put 22k down payment for the car and also submit 3 months worth of bank statements. Umm....... it's just a car..... On top of all these requests... from the beginning of our first visit we have been treated as if we are criminals, or some sort of devilish enemy. I mean.... I didn't realize it was this hard to buy a car. I was told that I need to return in person to the dealership to collect my deposit after I cancelled to deal........2018, we should be able to issue a refund by credit card without having to be present. The salesperson on this deal "Ben" was great. Edwin was horrible and it's a good thing he is not in sales because they would be in big trouble.
I bought my first Mercedes from this location and the service was amazing. Mr. Izadi was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased and checked in with me a few days later to make sure i was enjoying the car. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to purchase a Mercedes :)

About 2 weeks ago my wife went in to the Parts Dept to purchase a Chrome licence plate frame (Mercedes Benz). She was told that only the AMG frames are available and they are expecting some in 2 days. After 2 days I went and was told they are not in yet. The gentleman at the counter took my name and told me one will me on hold for me and it should be there in a day or two. I went back 3 days after and the same gentlemen was there and he told me they are not in yet, but should be there in a couple of days. I went back today, 5 days after my last visit and again I was told they are not in. The service there stinks and I would not be back. It was a total waste of my time, 4 visits and still no frame.
I was at the markham location Aug 18, Saturday. Brought a friend along since she also wanted to come for a test drive. What we saw at the parking lot was beyond disgusting hence we left. There was an Asian lady parked, I think blocking the way, since the parking lot is full. There was this employee dressed in Mercedes Benz uniform came out of the car and started yelling at this lady in broken English “no park here. Blocking. Go to the back. Go to the back”. It was rude and the were others patrons snickering. We were beyond disgusted seeing how customer was treated her so we left. Not before we asked for this employee name: Ricky since he shirt has no name tag.
On behalf of myself and my husband, I would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ray, and his assistant Stephanie, for their excellent customer service. My experience started when I dropped by the dealership and talked to Ray, who was highly recommended by a family friend that had bought multiple Mercedes models from him previously. As one of the previous reviewers mentioned, I had to answer a few questions from Mercedes’ checklist from Mercedes Canada, and long story short, I did not qualify. These are some of the checklist every purchaser have to fill out: 1. Customer had a luxury vehicle to trade in. - I have a BMW X5 but I’m not trading in as I’m giving it to my son. 2. Customer is driving a late model luxury vehicle. - my X5 is not a late model. 3. A current Mercedes owner? - No 4. Customer must lease or finance the vehicle. - No I went home disappointed, and talked to my friend about what had happened, and he offered to accompany me to Mercedes the following day to try and help out. I didn’t expect much and was adamant since I wasn’t qualified, let alone buying a vehicle. The next day, after finding out what needed to be done to get the vehicle, my friend helped us and acted as a guarantor, and with that, Ray was able to work with the manager to provide us with a vehicle that we purchased at the end of October 2021. Stephanie, his assistant, was amazing throughout the process. She is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles, and always answered our numerous questions in a patient and accurate manner which helped things run smoothly. We would normally have gone to Ray with some of the car related issues, but Stephanie was able to help us and save Ray the hassle. It’s that kind of flexibility and her dedication on her job that gave Ray’s job peace of mind. For example, when we were given the wrong floor mats twice from the parts department, Stephanie followed through in an extremely timely manner and eventually, we received the proper ones. We are extremely appreciative of all the help she provided us, and can’t say enough good things about her.

I met a salesperson David Wong at this location. He is such a lier. I talked to him about the deals, and after that they said they cannot do the deal he promised me . I know he said it is all about the head office decision . I understand . but he should not promise me at the first place. I pay for the deposit $1000. and he said at the first place if I cannot get the deal he would do the refund . so I asked for the refund, he called me and yelled at me ...... I am the customer. I should be the one yelled at him. and I didn't get my refund back. I think you should go to other place or ask for other sales if you really want to buy Mercedes.

I have taken my GLK for services twice at this location. After the first service, I started hearing squealing sounds constantly when I was breaking at low speed. I took my car to the check, the technician told me that it is normal, no safety concern, but I still heard the sound every time when I break. It didn't feel good when I stopped into a pack of cars in front of the red lights. Although the technician said that it is normal to have the sound, it is ironic that my friend's Mercedes and BMW do not have the same sound, and my 2002 Honda doesn't have the sound. When I took my car to do the second service, I mentioned the sound problems again. After the service, I was told the same thing, no safety concern, but the sound problem continued. In addition, there were multiple black oil marks at the passenger side, and I had to clean them myself. Since the sound problem was not addressed, I text message to the customer service to raise my problem again, and I was asked to take to car for test. My wife took the car to the location again, the technician went on to a road test with my wife. After the road test, the technician said that there is no safety issue, not every Mercedes car is the same. It was normal to have this kind of sound. He suggested us to break harder to avoid the sound, and Mercedes was not going to replace anything for this problem. -- I didn't ask for replacement. All I wanted was to solve the sound problem.
I went to the dealership on 11th Jan 2018, just to have a test drive on GLC300 as I have seen one GLC300 with in my budget at St.Catharines dealership and also looking to decide between BMW X4 and GLC300 models. Luckily, I met Ben Izadi the Sales Consultant, who came and talk to me very pleasingly and immediately took me for the test drive and explain the features in details and convinced me to buy the GLC300. The fully loaded Grey one, they had at that time, was over my budget. But Ben worked with me over 3 hours and helped me to get the vehicle within my budget and Alim Ahemtulla Fiance manage helped a lot and finalized the fiance at 1.9%. Because of Ben and Alim, I bought at this dealership. Ben is an Excellent sales consultant and very knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and helpful. I was a loyal Mercedes customer at this dealership until I learned in store associates and managers who detail/service our vehicles, take us for test drives, and negotiate terms with us in offices do NOT NEED TO BE vaccinated. Biggest hypocrisy is they can remain on corporate health and safety teams. Have since shifted to another luxury vehicle brand who puts THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST

Very poor customer service. Just pick up a brand new smart car yesterday, the engine light was on at the time I pick up the vehicle. They can not service the vehicle until Monday. Basically they sold me a faulty vehicle as brand new car and refused to correct the problem right away. But I have to pay them in full. WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY VEHICLE FROM THAT LOCATION!!!!!!!

I've never had to write a review for a dealership/sales, but this time I do. I bought a brand new C300 from Markham Mercedes. What impressed me from our shopping experience was the sales Ben Izadi. He treated us as the way we wanted to be, no rush, no push, but responsive to our concerns. He tried his best to select the right vehicle for us, didn't waste our time on negotiation, and, very importantly the vehicle was delivered at the time promised! He also spent quite a good time going through the vehicle features after the sale and followed up twice making sure we were comfortable with the new car. My husband used to be a car sales too, he also gave credit to Ben as per the whole process in the way he did professionally. Did I forget to mention Ben has great sense of humor? Go find out by yourself. The management in Markham Mercedes is very nice too, they really work as a team. Highly recommended!!!

He along with his Supervisor (I believe his name was Cornell) deserve any recognition this review allows them to receive. I understand this is one of the busiest locations in Ontario, if not the busiest, and i completely understand why. Outstanding service all around.

Nice, big and very busy dealership. There are often no parking spots available at all. The building gas big windows with lots of natural lights. Their sales people are okay. The service people provide better service than the sale team. The staff at parts are very knowledgeable. The place is clean. This is a much better dealership than the one at Yonge and Steeles.

Your life has no TAKE 2, keep away from MB Markham! May 11th, 2016, at 8:23am, left front tire of my wife's GLK350 CAME OFF on a ramp when entering hwy 400 southbound, the vehicle broke down suddenly and almost ran into the ditch! A replacement vehicle was delivered right away and investigation result indicated that it was a human err by the technician at MB Markham, who did not install the tire properly in a recent service. Then, MB Markham required my signature to fix the vehicle asap. That's the whole story. (The end) But but, hold on a second, my wife and I were freaking out after that incident. What if the vehicle was driven on hwy at a speed 100k? What if our kids were on the vehicle? Thinking about all those worse situations, we could not sleep without taking sleeping pills. My wife even went to see a doctor. Is there any help MB Markham can do? Yes, according to their words, the worse situation NOT happened yet, you may claim through our business insurance.
This is my third Mercedes each from a different dealership. I found Ben Izadi respectful and patient. He was not only after "getting the sale done" but also went through other features which were never explained before. He ensured that I drove out fully satisfied and I would surely look for him to do business again.

Mercedes-Benz Markham My first Benz was purchased from Mercedes-Benz Markham in 2011 and Ray was the sales person who helped me. Ray not only provided great customer service but was very informative from beginning to end. Ray explained everything from payments to servicing of my Benz. When picking up the vehicle everything was perfect and on schedule, which made it a flawless experience! Rays assistant Yasmin also explained everything in detail about all the functions of the vehicle from the gas peddle to turning on the lights! After owning the vehicle for a week Ray followed up with a call as a courtesy to make sure everything was OK. In 2012, my vehicle was due for servicing! when I took the vehicle in I was greeted by Stephen who was very polite and courteous. While the time my vehicle was in for servicing they offered shuttle service for pick up/ drop off but because of the time when I get off work was to late it wouldn't be possible to pick up the car in time. Instead they gave me a loaner which made my life a lot easier! I have owned a Infiniti / Audi/ Acura in the past and let me say this based on the level of serviced provided by Mercedes Benz Markham, I will be a returning customer because of Mercedes-Benz Markham's flawless service! thus

Very bad customer service. I am not sure about the representative's name at the service department, but when we visited in the afternoon on July. 26,the reception guy( with braid on his head, in a Benz brand jacket) was very rude. When you walked up to him, he stared at you in a weird way and didn't even say hi. When You talk to him, he was very impatient. It almost felt like the conversation was wasting his time. When he needs a number and i asked if i could write it down on the paper, he throwed a piece of paper at you without even looking at you. I didn't understand why. When the next customer walked up to him, he acted so warm and kind. I wished I could ask his name and issued a complaint to the manager of the store. But knowing his name could be even a WASTE OF TIME AND RUIN MY DAY EVEN FURTHER. Such a terrible experience. But the service representative Wong really helped us a lot and form a very strong contrast with the rude one.

He was very accommodating, patient yet diligent throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help me find what i was looking for and kept me up to date every step of the way. Very poor service by the service providers. When I dropped off my car there was no problem with the tire pressure and as soon as I picked it up the tire pressure sign was low. They essentially blamed me for not changing my tire at the service when I complained.

Got my first service done on September 14,2021, Invoice number 600865. I was highly disappointed with the service this dealership provided. 1. After the service advisor Johny Wong gave me the car keys without even checking, there was tremendous amount of smoke coming from the exhaust , felt like fire. I was shocked seeing this. Had to bring back my car . Explanation give my John Wong was ridiculous. This is the treatment you get when you buy a $100 k car??! 2. Car was tremendously dirty from inside, my request was just to clean the floor and floor mats, Johny Wong refused for it. Car hood was dirty I requested to clean the hood and got reply we do not clean the hood! Really you can’t even clean by a cloth?’ Extremely disappointing experience, I would definitely escalate this Mercedes Canada. Please stay away from this dealer for the service.

I had a great experience dealing with Rolan at Mercedes Markham. This was my first experience dealing with Mercedes and I ended up leasing a new car there. There was no pressure which I appreciated. Rolan is very knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend calling on him to experience the Mercedes lineup.
I purchased Mercedes Benz ML350 Blue Tec 4 Matic 2015 model on March 30th, 2015. I started hearing unusual noises made by the tires in 2017. I went into Mercedes’ Repair Shop multiple times to get advice on the issue, but was told that it was normal. By 2018, the noise got worse and louder. On May 30th, 2018, I went to the Repair Shop at the Markham Dealership to report the issue again. After testing, repair workers told us the tires were off the wheel and the inner wear of the ALL four tires were severe, causing the tires to have abnormal sounds while driving. Mercedes-Benz manufacturers has chosen a brand of tires that is not in line with the climate in North America. The rubber on the all-season tires from this brand hardens, which causes serious quality problems affecting the driving experience and SAFETY. This puts the driver’s and passenger’s life in DANGER, damaging the rights and interests of consumers. I strongly demand Mercedes-Benz give replacement tires and compensation for this horrible experience.

Wowed by the Service given. Jeff Power and the Technician Pedro Williams provided me a service which went above and beyond my expectation. They saved me hundreds of dollars by diagnosing the correct issues and were on the ball keeping me informed with problems in by Ml350. Both staff a credit to Mercedes-Benz Marhkam store. My coolant light issues, engine light issues and damaged harnesses were are fixed in an efficient and economical manner. Thank You All
Bought a used but expensive GL63 and the whole process was quick from negotiating to picking up. However, although the vehicle was Mercedes Certified it had a sleuth of unresolved problems . Mercedes Certified means the vehicle should have gone through extensive inspections. The next day after picking up, the radiator hose was leaking. Within the first week I noticed the interior ambient lighting was defective and the cooled seats were not working. Also, the tires were barely above legal road limit. Basically I have to buy new tires within 3 months of purchasing a Mercedes Certified vehicle. Completely unacceptable from Mercedes. I will not buy another Mercedes. Also, although I just bought the vehicle, when I call in for service they try booking me 2 weeks later. Also unacceptable

Came by with my husband today around noon. We were pared with a really nice gentle men as our sales rep. He was upfront and advised that they were short staffed. He was helping another couple who were there before us and trying to help us at the same time. We were sorry to leave because we knew he'd be out a sale, however, being short staffed is not a reason your customers should be concerned with. We told him that customers ready to make a purchase should have undivided attention.
honestly, my experience bringing my car into service was just okay. then i waited 45 mins for the loaner car. i approached the concierge that assisted me but he kept telling me the service guy was busy. mean while there were 5 other service persons on the floor. finally michael wong came by and got me in and out in minutes. if it wasn't for michael i would have given mercedes 1 star or less if possible

The sales experience was very good. Jacob Morettin was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately, the delivery and service experience were sub-par. When I arrived to take delivery of my car in May 2018, my car was shoehorned into a parking spot and getting in was very difficult. The scratches in the paintwork Jacob had promised would be “taken care of” were still very evident. Jacob indicated it was a busy time for the dealership and according to Jacob “the detail crew wasn’t performing their best”. Jacob provided a very perfunctory overview of the controls and I left the dealership. When I arrived home, I decided to take a closer look at my purchase. I opened the hood and I noticed the oil filler was filled with dead leaves and maple keys and the oil was filthy. While testing the flat folding passenger seat, I noticed someone had spilled coffee all over the back of the seat and the lower seat cushion. The tire pressures were all 28 PSI which is well below the recommended 44 PSI. Jacob had promised a full service and detail prior to delivery and it seems it was missed. I notified Jacob of my concerns and he graciously agreed to cover my next service and to remedy the scratches that he promised to fix previously. When it was time to service the car, I contacted Jacob by email on August 23, to indicate I would be taking advantage of his offer to properly service my car. I didn’t receive a response from Jacob, so I contacted the service department directly on August 30, 2018. A service department representative indicated I would need to wait a month for a service appointment. I couldn’t believe that I was being asked to wait a month for service, but I reluctantly agreed. I asked to be transferred to Jacob’s voicemail and I left a message asking him to confirm that the dealership would be covering the cost of the service and correcting the scratches. I did not receive a response from Jacob, so I sent an email asking him to confirm our arrangement. Jacob ignored the email and I had to send a second email and included the dealership manager. Jacob finally contracted me and confirmed our arrangement. I dropped my car off for service at 8:45 AM and I returned home (a 120 km drive). At approximately 11:45 AM, I received a phone call indicating the B service and scratch repair were complete and that I could pick the car up. Had I been told the service would be quick, I could have avoided the 500 km round trip to and from the dealership AND the 407 tolls. Suffice it to say, I wasn’t impressed with the service department. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was waiting for me and appeared very clean. When I looked closer, the scratches Jacob promised to correct still remained. It was at this point I realized that I had fallen for the oldest sales trick in the book – false promises. I decided to give up and go home. When I arrived home I let the car sit and cool and then I checked the oil – it was almost a liter low! My advice – avoid this dealership and don’t succumb to false promises as I did. You’ll receive better service elsewhere. UPDATE 05/02/2019: The dealership responded (below) and indicated the "service department had contacted me". This NEVER happened. I have not received a call from the service department and no effort has been made to address my original concerns. My original recommendation remains.
Walked in on a Saturday @ 4:00 pm after visiting 3 Mercedes-Benz locations for help transferring an ELW over to a new owner - none of which were helpful. The service at THIS location is AMAZING in comparison to any other dealership I have been to with Mercedes Benz. Mark - you in Particular - you went above and beyond to help us out and you deserve a promotion! Even though I live downtown and it's not the most convenient going to Markham, this is the dealership I will go to for service and sales. They don't waste your time, are incredibly efficient and very helpful.

Brought my car in for some issues. I normally go to a different location closer to home but after multiple visits out of a busy schedule and not getting clear answers, I chose to try a different location. Service adviser I had was Mr. Jeff Power. He took me on a road test, actually explained why I wad having the issues I was noticing and gave me clear solutions and answers. Quite disappointed with my recent experience. Went into the dealership in Markham with the intention to buy either a AMG GLE or GLC coupe, and also begin research on possible upcoming purchase of G-class. The sales rep eventually convinced us that the GLC (non-coupe) was more suitable and talked us out of the GLE/GLC coupe. After discussing the numbers, we were somewhat convinced about buying the GLC. Before finalizing our decision, I begin to ask about G-class model and asked to see it (Just seeing, not test drive). I was told off immediately by the sales stating I don't qualify to purchase the vehicle because I am not a Mercedes owner and even if I am, there is no guarantee that I will pass their application process. When I asked again whether I can just see the car, his response was "What's the point". At that point, we were pretty turned off and left without purchasing anything. I hope someone contacts me about this to discuss and not just a "your feedback is forwarded to management"
On Saturday Sep 30th, 2017 around 4PM my mom and I stepped into the Markam Mercedes-Benz dealership, and the horrible experience begins. If we had known we would be given such inferior treatment there, we wouldn’t even come close. We went there to check out the C300 and the GLC300, we asked for a test drive of both cars and were told that none were available for a test drive at the moment, we would have to wait for other clients to finish test driving. The sales then told us that it wouldn’t be a long wait since they will be back very soon. So we sat down with him to negotiate the price for leasing/financing the cars just to get an idea of how much each would cost. While waiting, I saw the GLE400 and really liked it. So I asked the sales. That's how our conversation went: Me: I'm interested in the GLE400, how much is it? Can I test drive it? Sales: No. The GLE400 model is not for sale. Me: Huh?? There is no sign indicating… The sales who cut me off abruptly: It’s a popular model, everyone wants it, and we don't have enough stock to fulfill everyone, so it's not for sale currently Me: Is there a lineup? I can wait... The sales who cut me off again: Don't even think about it. We can't do leasing/financing on that car Me: I'm willing to pay in full (around 100k) Sales: We can't sell it to you UNLESS you have a model 2013-2017 LUXURY car (BMW, Mercedes,Porsche,etc) for trade-in, even if you pay full price we can't sell it to you. There are a lot of people who's willing to pay the full price you know, we can't sell it to everyone Me: I don’t have one to trade-in…What about other Mercedes-Benz locations? Do they have GLE400 in stock? Sales: No. The trade-in policy holds true for every Mercedes-Benz dealership, there is no way you are going to get that car Me: Can I at least get some pricing info so I can get an idea of how much it takes to own the car? Sales: No. That'll be a waste of yours and my time, you won't be able to get it. Go online and check the price if you want. What else can I say about this dealership? Even the sales was insinuating that they are not concerned about their sales volume. They don't even sell you cars even if you have the money, because you don’t own LUXURY cars (umm, there is a first for everything, isn’t it? I’m 100% sure Mercedes-Benz will be off of my list for my first luxury car). Getting very upset, but still having some hope on getting the C300, I asked the sales again for a test drive. Then he told me because it was a month end, all the cars went for servicing and are not available for test drive, I have to come back later, preferably during the weekdays, if I want to test drive the C300. The time was almost 4:30pm, the dealership closes at 5pm. I sat there stranded, I could not help but think: wait, what? 10 minutes ago he just told me all the cars were out for test drive and would be back soon, now he’s saying all the cars went for servicing. Am I daydreaming or was he lying?? Too annoyed by the sales' arrogant and snobby attitude, we left the dealership and went to Lexus. With the help of their sales, I got my dream car on Saturday. Now when I think back, I don't think I will step into a Mercedes dealership ever again based on the treatment I got from this particular location. It is a pity that I only remember the sale's face, not his name since he didn't even care to offer me his business card. Based on other Google reviews, it seems like arrogance and snobbishness are some good old tradition of this dealership. If you are not a millionaire, be careful next time you go because no one cares to offer you good service. Today I told my friend who owns a Mercedes about my experience, she was so mad that she insisted that I should've brought her with me on Saturday so she could teach that sales what decent customer service should be like. In the end she said: "It's just a GLE400 you wanna buy! I don't understand why the sales was giving you a hard time. What does he think he's selling? A Maserati?" Apparently.

I would NOT recommend this location to anyone! I was profiled and discriminated against! I was all set and ready to finance (not lease) a vehicle, but before I could even have the opportunity to apply for credit, I was asked to provide my drivers license and credit card (CC?). In addition, I was asked where I worked and what vehicle I currently own. This information was taken to the managment team. Second round of questions, I was asked for my ownership and insurance along with an ID card from my place of employment (WHAT?!). According to the sales consultant, this was directed from the management team. After all of these questions, I was informed that I would ONLY have the option to lease the vehicle (not finance) and ONLY then could I move forward with the credit application process. I have never been so disappointed and insulted by any person/company! If I could give this location zero stars, I would! This is the last dealership I'd recommend to anyone! (Letter of complaint will be sent to MB Canada Complaints Department.)
Bought a new CLA250 last June and since then I've had multiple major issues. In October the transmission died on me while driving in the middle of the highway and had to get the car towed. After having it serviced, the technician said they couldn't find the cause of the issue but that "it probably won't happen again". Just a few days ago I had to tow the car to the dealership again when my parking brakes wouldn't disengage. This time the technician said the wires on my brakes were not routed properly/too tightly during production causing them to snap. The car is only 6 months old, it should not be having these problems, who knows what other issues the car will have later down the road. When I went to the dealership to ask for a vehicle exchange or contract cancellation as this car is obviously a lemon. The sales rep I talked to (keeping his name undisclosed for now as I'm giving him a chance to resolve this issue satisfactorily) had the audacity to suggest I trade the car in for another new car. First of all the depreciation of a car is the highest during the first year so I'm automatically in negative equity if I trade it in. The rep even suggested I could get a higher price by selling the car to someone else and keep the problems undisclosed...Secondly the trade in price he gave me was well below market value compared to other CLA250s with similar options and mileage and age. I can't believe the sales rep tried to take advantage of my situation by trying to profit even more from me. Honestly the whole experience has been beyond upsetting and insulting. My family has been with Mercedes Markham for over a decade and have bought 4 vehicles from them and this is how they treat their long time customers?
This is my 6th car purchase (2017 C300 Coupe), and couldn't have asked for more of a professional, knowledgeable, friendly salesman like Ben Izadi. I was disappointed at other MB dealerships and was about to switch car brands, until I got an unexpected referral (it's a small world) to go see this guy Ben at Markham Mercedes. They offered a more than fair market value for my trade in, and didn't swindle me around like the typical 'car salesman' stereotype. The deal went smooth, i was literally in and out within an hour. No hassle, no empty promises, no haggling. He's a good guy and will definitely refer him on once again. #1 auto expert in my books!!!
I brought in my GLC300 for the appointed service to replace the front emblem that was detached after a car wash (this is a separate issue, see below). They shuttled me home during the service. When the car was ready they called me for what time i want to be picked up at my place which is about 10-15 minutes from the dealership. I requested to be picked up at 12 noon. I waitedfor the shuttle from 11:50 am and after 25 minutes i called back but could only reach a voice mail for the service advisor. After he called back He then told me that i was supposed to be picked up at 5 pm. I said that i clearly stated at 12 noon when he called. Without apologizing he told me that the car is on its way. 25 minutes later i called back as the shuttle is nowhere. I could not reach the service advisor again and left him a message. He called back few minutes later and said that the car is leaving in 10 minutes. I just could not believe this and by then i was waiting already for about an hour. Misunderstanding or not this is not a reflection of Mercedes Dealership that i expected. On the detached emblem issue, front center large logo, a luxury car like the GLC300 should not have a problem with the normal car wash. The reason i was given, which i did not agree, was that it was because of a high pressure car wash. Well, all car washes uses high pressure to completely clean the car. I was told that because it was a high pressure car wash that it is not covered under warranty and that i have to pay for the parts and service. After a discussion i agreed to pay for the parts with complimentary labour. Btw, the service advisor quoted me more than 30% for each parts and labour from the previous quoted by my sales agent. So for the summary. I expected a better service from Mercedes Benz Markham. And I believe that the emblem should not come off. If this is a fluke, then i should not have paid for it. GLC300 2020 OWNERS - BEWARE OF A MISSING EMBLEM AFTER A CAR WASH!

Rude parts guy. After buying many vehicles here, I went to pick up a part awhile back and the kid behind the counter addressed me to his colleague in a rude way. Like as if I wasn't standing right there and couldn't hear what he called me. Never will I ever purchase another vehicle here. I rather go further from home than to get berated while waiting to pick up a part.

This dealership offers one of the best Mercedez Benz service in GTA area and particullary I am very pleased with Ben Izadi who not only help me out to get a car but also to choose the one which is perefect for my situation. Went to pick up a friend who took his Mercedes in for annual services. Hugh show room with almost every MB of the current model year on display. Service advisors are courteous and the customers waiting lounge is comfy.
Just had my service A done there. Checking and pick up of the courtesy car were on time. Folks work there were friendly and efficient. Car was ready before promised.
Walked into the dealership today to look around and even ready to make a purchase, however the girl at the front looked at us funny almost like we weren't dressed properly in suits and tie for this place. Anyway we brushed it off. We then walked around a bit and eventually asked her a question which she snobbishly answered with one word. It was painful trying to get info out of her. I brushed it off. Eventually I guess she caught on that we wanted to make a purchase so she ran up to us all smiles and cheerful trying to help. My wife and I both stared at each other and ignored her by walking out the door. Note to the manager/owner of this place: First impressions do matter. We may not have looked the part of a typical Mercedes owner but we can certainly afford them. Train your staff to welcome everyone.

I made a appointment 3week before that time person who made appointments he told me waiting time is one hour when I came to service that time advisor told me waiting time is. 2 hour but they take me more than two hours they are wasting my time.
I went here not knowing for sure if i was going to buy a car within my budget but the sales man their Ben Izadi was AMAZING to say the least. He found exactly what i was looking for within my budget and he honestly went above and beyond what he had to. He didn't try just over selling me but he gave me what i needed. All in all would say one of the best experiences i have ever had buying a car and if i were ever to go back i would speak with ben and recommend anyone else i know to them because i would know that he is going to take care of them.

I will be bringing in my 2015 CLA 250 for work, some under warranty and some not. The appointment is one month away owing to the popularity of this dealership and is not their fault; MB really needs another dealership to support this area that loves MB autos, however!... Despite how busy they are, Peter Kwan and Thomas have done a great job of getting back to me in timely and courteous fashion about my concerns. This dealership is simply very popular and in trying to satisfy so many people, some customers may not be getting their desired service level and their frustration is understandable. I would say that the staff here, however, are doing the best they can under the circumstances and they are a victim of their own success. These are a bunch of great, hard working auto professionals who care about their customers

Brought my car in for annual servicing and to correct two recall issues. The car was finished at the time they promised; I was kept informed through the process; my wait times were minimal and my car was spotless when I picked it up. I couldn't be more pleased.

The financial department works in a very low efficiency way. Free snack and coffee are great. Wifi is quick and easy.

Ever since getting my car at this dealership in Sept 2017, every appointment I’ve had to come to at this location is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Service concierge is always clueless and wastes your time, asking you to have a seat instead of knowing approximately how long the appointment will be and send you on your way. Most of the time, the car isn’t ready until the following day. I had an emergency appointment a few months ago and advised them as soon as I came that I had a Dr appointment in 30 minutes. Long story short, I ended up being late because of their lack of understanding. Also, there’s never loaner cars available unless you book your appointment 5 months in advance!!! Avoid this place and save yourself the headaches!
Went with my sister to look at cars, Sales Consultant, David Chu, was just amazing and a joy to deal with. My sister has her eye on a sedan which she will most likely purchase!
I have contacted their service department advisor Stephen numerous times within the past week leaving messages and also voluntarily waiting on hold so I could speak to him only to be out through to his voicemail, text messages that have went unanswered, and no one else from the service department that could have the decency to call me back with regards to questions about servicing my car. Customer service is the pits here.

When I was looking for a testdrive at Mercedes Markham, I didn't want to be randomly assigned a sales advisor. I decided to read some reviews and pick my own. Boy, that was one of my best decisions. The name, Amar Sethi, stood out among others, and as it turns out, they were all true! I'm glad I asked for him. He had a positive attitude and easygoing demeanor. He was always helpful and tried not to say no. Best of all, he helped me negotiate a very good deal for my new GLC300. He made this whole process easy and enjoyable. I would most definitely recommend Amar Sethi to help anyone purchase or lease a Mercedes.
Worst customer service ever!! Just to schedule a maintenance and get to the customer service department is a nightmare!! First i was put on hold for 25 mins, then 15 mins and then they kept hanging up on me. I leased a c43 AMG and my tired blew out 5 times in less than a year, very very frustated, i have a BMW and Audi as well and the tires never blow out on those car, for a name like MERCEDES BENZ they have the worst customer service and tires ever!!
i bought mine a week ago. The sales person to deal with is Ben Izadi he is personable and will help as much as he can. I also have to mention Edwin Chan , he is knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.

I was looking for the new GLE450 2021, and they actually asked me to buy an old GLE or a E class first, in order to get a quota for buying the new GLE. Well done Mercedes! Just wondering that where did you learn this marketing method? Hermes or Rolex?
Went there for a service and got stroller stolen from the trunk. The customer service denied any responsibility for this. Please be careful if you want to do a service there. PS: we asked for security camera video but never got any response back.
no one picks up or calls back when a service request is made. Even if they service your car, they don't wash it because 'they were too busy' and give you a coupon to get it washed. Useless.
Poor service, I wish i could give less then 1 star. Came in for a service appointment today and man at the conceirge desk was rude. Won’t be coming back.
