I got the sense Brad is a true car enthusiast and was very knowledgable when speaking to me. figured out the problem using minimal shop time and got the fix done. very satisfied with the customer service I received.

I went for an oil change and the service man recommended me to do a coolant change for $199 since my car just over four years, while after I back to my home, I found the OWNERS MANUAL of my car says “the engine coolant has a long-term rating and does not need to be changed except for system repairs.”Fortunately, I didn’t do the coolant change and only bought a bottle coolant for $30. Probably they think they are more professional than the BMW official

Did a lease transfer at this deal ship. They charged $1,400 transfer fee, but not even check the vehicle, or remind customer to check it. When I found the car manual is missing, they said sorry you must have it when return this vehicle. What kind of service is that?!!!

Very impressed with the service I received from Mike Nicastro at Maranello BMW. It was one of the main reasons why I decided to deal with this particular dealership. Mike demonstrated exceptional professionalism and excellent customer skills. I had seen a lot of sales consultants before, however, with Mike, it felt like he genuinely cared about me and my needs. Throughout the deal making process, Mike worked extremely hard to give me an offer that suited me best. Literally the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered things from them and was not told when they arrived. I had to call multiple times to finally get to a person who was able to help. When I went to pick up the stuff they told he I was undercharged/didn't pay for my order even though I had the proof of payment with me. After 45 minutes of back and forth we're the reps insisted that I never paid they finally got someone who knew what they were doing. That person told me that I was actually over charged the first time. Never dealt with such terrible service in my life.

This is my 2nd review about Maranello (see below for original post from last year). Again, I'm compelled to let everyone know attentive and understanding this dealership is, and truly made me feel like more than just a customer. Dealing with Andre (again) and his service team, made me feel like part of the family. I was in and out in less than 20 min and have my X3 back in less than 24hrs. While I waited for the repair, they had no issue giving me a loaner car so I can continue with my day. Andre made the entire process stress-free and that's why I keep coming back. (previous post from Oct 2017) I had the pleasure of dealing with Maranello BMW today and specifically Andre Baifore the assistant service manager. All I can say is his professionalism and willing to walk me through the details, made this process very easy for me. I will be 100% referring my friends and family. Thank you Maranello and especially Andre!

I'm usually not a big fan of dealerships and car sales people. However JP at Marenello BMW is a gem. He knows his stuff, was able to answer literally every question we had about the cars we were shopping, and he never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable during the process of buying our new X3. In fact, he suggested we wait a bit to get a 2019 model outfitted exactly the way we wanted it. Price negotiations were honest and fair. No back and forth between 'managers' - just a genuine discussion and negotiation where I felt we both 'won'. Delivery was superb. Everything was ready on time and JP went through every facet of the vehicle. The car was programmed for delivery and JP also added a few extra bonuses to make the entire process feel special. Highest rating! Buy your BMW from JP!

I just had my vehicle first oil change. My expectations and experience was just fantastic from drive in to drive out. The service REP Robert was quick and well versed and I can see very experienced. He did a great job to tending to my needs with not only oil change but coffee and water while I waited. I am completely satisfied with today's service. Thanks Robert.

Rude people in Service..took my car in with one engine light..got it repaired and brought the car back.the light was back the same day so I took the car back..and instead of repairing my car they completely made it stop working. You don't expect to pay $11,000 on car service..only to have it stop working. Workers tried to avoid having to speak with me..in the end I had spent so much money that I could have put towards a new vehicle if there was really a problem they could not fix..clearly the staff in service is untrained if they could not determine what was wrong with the car..and messed around with random things that completely made the car not even go into drive. Repeatedly found myself being lied to by the service manager about what was wrong..he said one thing then switched it up and said something else. Never again will I ever go to this dealership or even recommend it to anyone. HORRIBLE. Also, not to mention I was looking at some of their cars while there and when I started one..an engine light was already on in this vehicle..they don't sell properly functioning vehicles..how can a car at a dealership on sale with a engine light already visible..

I am giving 4 stars because there is a big discrepancy between the service that the sales guy gives vs the administrative/finance staff at the dealership. Let me start with the good things. Cray (sales) is just amazing, super knowledgeable, very friendly, honest and straight forward. No BS with him, he will guide you through the entire process and will go the extra mile to ensure that you leave with a smile. The bad side, the dealership staff. The finance team, very very disappointing, condescending, not very formal (I had an appointment and the guy decided to take the day off), it takes HOURS to get their attention just to sign papers. The dealership itself is fairly new, and it is mainly focused on cars, so don't expect to see a big inventory of motorcycle merchandise/gear. In summary, Cray is the guy if you need advice and leave with a smile and the bike you want, but be prepared to waste a few hours of your life trying to get the attention (and respect) from the dealership staff.

First service experience at Maranello Moto Sport. Took my Ducati in for a factory recall (side stand bolt). Walter took the time to answer some questions I had, since I just got the bike a few months ago and I'm a new rider. Mechanic noticed the chain tension was a bit off, adjusted it at no cost. I'm guessing since they noticed the chain, they also had a general look at the bike. I'm happy with my experience and will most likely consider Maranello for my 12k service. The other staff members were also very friendly.

Walter was very attentive and helpful in accommodating service for our bikes. The service cost was far too expensive. Such great service delivered but we paid the price for it. Over $1500 for two 10+ year bikes is outrageous.

HORRIBLE SALES SERVICE!!! Went in to buy fuel stabilizer for my bike and came across a 2016 Ducati Demo that I was super interested in. Spoke to salesmen who took down all my info including my possible trade and assured me his mgr. will contact me with an offer on my trade, best price on the demo and finance options. Never heard from them for 2 months now. Father-in-law who bought his bike there happened to be in a few weeks later and told my story to one of the owners and he couldn't seem less interested in what he had to say. Being in sales myself I know see what kind of establishment this place is and wouldn't spend another $ there again...even if they were blowing all the bikes out at nothing. If interested in a Ducati GP Bikes has much better service and worth the drive.

Purchased a new 2020 BMW s1000XR here recently. Cray as always was a pleasure to deal with. He was open and forthcoming about delivery times and pricing. When they located a bike for me and I noted it had some add-ons I wouldnt have otherwise purchased, he made sure to give me an amazing deal. When it came time to pick her up Cray had my wife in stitches while I signed the paperwork. Would highly recommend for any BMW or Ducati purchase. Today, November 13, 2019 Again, the same ignoring, I contacted the number you provided, unfortunately, the lady told me that I don't know to whom should I direct your call. Finally, I personally went to BMW Maranello location, the receptionist lady after explanation the issue again, she directed me to a salesman who is off work today . very bad service !!!!! I purchased a vehicle on Aug 2020, I was told there is one year warranty insurance. After couple months, the vehicle has some issue and yellow light was on, when I brought back, they said there is no warranty, the warranty is expired back on MAY 2020. Quite a surprise getting the sales service from this dealership! John Z was patient, thorough and made the visit a very pleasant experience. Actually already found one and almost bought it from another BMW dealership closer to home. But John’s invitation was so sincere and that had me gone in to have a last look. I did not know him and like all stories about walking into an unknown dealership without referrals, I was skeptical to the tilt. But I found choices were ample, on-lot stocks were clean, very presentable showroom (both new and pre-owned). The whole team - sales, manager (pre-owned), finance manager, service manager was 100% synchronized, which really helped to complete the deal. Appreciate all the hard work fellas! This is, I must stress, the most pleasant purchase of the five vehicles (two new, three pre-owned) I bought in the last three years. Congrats to Maranello BMW’s owner and investors in assembling and having such a team! It was Heaven and Hell if I were asked to compare the one I almost one from and Maranello BMW. Started off with great interactions with the internet sales coordinator Elizabeth and sales person David - prompt response and follow up. Unfortunately my experience during the negotiation was less than ideal - it seemed one of the sales managers did not have any time either for me or the sales person to hear about the deal David and I agreed on. Once I got home, I got a call from Ian, another sales manager, who took the time to hear my story and offered a deal that was exceptional. My experience since than more than exceeded my expectations. During delivery Ian made a point to meet with me and David surprised me many thoughtful BMW accessories.

2 days in advance I called to check if they have rubber mats in stock for my 09 x5. They checked by my VIN and told me they had 3 of them. Today I came here to pick it up. I waited 30 minutes, because they were serving one customer. Finally the guy started checking for my rubber mats. During 25 minutes he was looking at different mats, not sure which ones are rubber. He searched google to see how the mats look. Finally he told me they had nothing in stock for my car. That kind of service was absolutely unexpected from a luxury cars dealership.

On March 1st2021 I took delivery of a brand-new 2020 BMW 530i at Maranello. The entire process of purchasing the car was very quick; our sales rep Calvin Tran was highly motivated, showed real interest in what I wanted in terms of price and worked very hard with his boss Russ to make sure that I bought the vehicle. In the end, I thought that the negotiations over price ended up fair to both sides, and I was especially pleased that my trade-in was appraised realistically given the very low mileage and pristine condition of the vehicle. This is the second BMW that we have bought in the past two years from Maranello and would definitely go back when it is time to replace one of our cars!

New car sales experience was great, Oscar was easy and nice to deal with. But Since then service takes hours to get done for an oil change, which is ridiculous. I've had different types of cars and any time something was faulty or damaged do to daily use they dealership would replace it via warranty. This dealership once they get your money no one is there to help if something goes wrong with your car, EVERYTHING is out of pocket. Try to help your customer while the car is under warranty you can send the part back as defective and replace it but no, they'll always have an excuse as to why something is not defective and the owners responsibility. Will never buy a BMW again just for the headaches you get after the initial purchase.

Dealt with Lewis for my lease. Nice person and easy to work with. But I didn’t really feel I got the experience of a high end car dealership if I look at the experience as a whole. The business development manager wasn’t really nice (V). Explained things too fast and just generally wasn’t a feel of customer service I would expect a from BMW. I also thought picking up the car took longer than it should. Lewis did the best he could, was honest and kind person but I can’t say the same for anything or anyone else.

I've owned two BMWs so far in life and I can say they have been excellent driving machines as long as they cared for by the best of staff. Maranello BMW has taken care of me time and time again from the quick service to knowledgeable team and great pricing as well as specials. Don Chen is hands down one of the greatest service advisors at the dealership as he is courteous, kind and understanding. No matter how big or small the issue he always tries his absolute best and pulls a solution together. I can call him and count on his expertise to solve any issue I have with my BMW. I trust his opinion so much, that before buying my second BMW my final opinion was his word about various issues I will come across and how honest he is about ensuring I have a great, reliable vehicle. He even went out of his way to fix an issue another dealer said they would have no idea how to solve and literally figured it out within minutes. Awesome staff very courteous and professional with a nice ambiance even if they are under construction. Just had my 2019 530i serviced and the staff bent over backwards to get my car back on the road in less than 24 hours. I brought our family's 228i to service yesterday, I was taken care of by Don Chen, the service advisor, he was very professional, competent and friendly, Don detailedly explained every part of the maintenance and their significance to me - such as changing engine oil, replacing intake filter as well as injector flush. I had a terrible experience in there with the Lisa.I made an appointment to change the oil at 1:30PM on Wednesday. Lisa promised that it will finish at 5 pm Thursday. But I didn't receive any calls or messages before 5:00 PM on Thursday. I told her that I needed a car to work on Friday. I called the BMW dealer more than 5 times and Lisa not answering the phone on Thursday. Until Friday, I came here and I saw that the receipt was written finished on Friday. She is not notify me on Thursday, and lie to me that she called me on Thursday. This made me lost my part-time job. I feel so angry about this.

I've had my 2018 BMW serviced 4/5 times so far and not the best experience. Twice in a row after my service my car wasn't washed despite listing carwash as a service in the invoice I received. When asked about it, I was told the car wash was not working but no one bothered to take it off as a service offered on the invoice. Last service experience was not the best either! I dropped off my car this past Friday and no one bothered to call me when me vehicle was ready! Time slipped away as I got busy on Friday and when I called at after 6, no one was available to deliver my car. Granted it was Dec 27th and people are enjoying the holiday season modified working hours. I go there on Saturday morning to pick up my vehicle and mention that I never got a call from them and the lady at the checkout counter could care less!!! I'd expect this from Mr. Mechanic mom n dad shop but not from BMW. All in all, very disappointed, both with Maranello for not offering up to par service and BMW Corp. For not auditing their dealers. Despite the distance, I will be using BMW Autohaus in North York for my future device needs. At least I had an exceptional experience when I took delivery of my beamer!

Definitely recommend not going there for business. Sneaky sales people and service advisors. No respect to customer. Couple examples from myself and my family members: 1. I had a tiny chip in the passenger side door due to hitting onto my driver way fence when opening it. When I went to this dealer for a make up paint using my Appearance Protection Plan, the service advisor simply sent me to the parts department to get a touch up pen and asked me to do it myself. I understand this chip is not something serious but when the financing manager persuading me to purchase the plan, it was totally a difference story. 2. Ran over a deep hole on 401 once and had a big bulge on one of the tires. Went back to the dealer for a tire change, ONLY one service advisor for a crazily busy Monday. When it was my turn, simply sent me to ask a technician outside and came back for a huge queue again. Ended up with having another service advisor helped after almost 40 minutes wasting of time. Every time went for a service, the advisors were asking you to do some unnecessary maintenance for their sales quota. I mean, this is ridiculous. Why can't they just follow BMW's free maintenance schedule?! 3. Went one day for a trade in valuation and quote for a new vehicle. The sales only focused on selling me a new vehicle and didn't touch the valuation of my current one at all throughout our conversation. Most annoying was that when he took my ownership paper to his manager for "valuation" purpose, they LOST it! No apology, no results. Again, sent you back and told you they would call you when found it. I'm not supposed to drive the vehicle back without a licence plate ownership man! Completely crewed up by this dealership and probably will NEVER go back again for business. Stay away from it people. They only cares about how many new vehicles sold, and they don't care about your experience and feeling at all. Cold blood business.

I came in to service my bimmer (engine oil and plugs). Couple days later I've spotted few oil drops on my driveway. I came back to Maranello to address the issue with the service department. Service department took my bimmer in right away for a check and discovered a leaky front diff seal(completely not related to the service they had recently done). The diff had to be replaced. My service advisor was Terry. I can't express to the fullest my gratefulness. Terry made that experience an absolutely easy one for me. Vehicle was services fast and Terry kept communicating to me during the repair also he did his best to work out a satisfying rental deal for me(vehicle/price) the same time my vehicle was taken into service. Terry thank you very much and the rest of the service crew who got my bimmer back to me so fast.

I consider BMW a premium brand and as such I expect their dealships to offer premium customer service. But this is not what I received on my recent visit. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. When I arrived the service desk was empty. I had to wait with an other customers for at least 30 minutes for Walter to make an appearance. Walter may be a good employee, who's competent at his job, but his "bed side manor" could use a lot of work. By the time he finally acknowledged me there were at least three other customers waiting. Walter did not give an excuse or offer an apology for having me wait. He was very cold, unfriendly and unemotional. I spent the remainder of my visit speaking with Cray Scarlett whom I've known and delt with for at least ten years. My BMW may only be a motorcycle and not an expensive BMW car or suv, but I do expect the same level of professionalism and courtesy from the staff towards their customers which I'm afraid I don't feel I received.

I’ve leased two cars form the dealership over the past few years and my verdict: good sales staff but the service department on the BMW side (has a Mini department as well) drags down the front-line sales experience. The dealership itself, despite a recent renovation, is large and cold; it’s not a pleasant place to be. My advice: buy here and get serviced somewhere else. Also, the traffic surrounding the dealership and larger auto park is horrendous.

I took my 2001 540I in for a recall late last week and the Service Advisor, Peter Leonardi, discovered there were two recalls outstanding. Now that's what I call service because I was unaware of that second recall. I also asked him to check the car and make sure it was tuned up for the winter season. In the process of tuning it up his team discovered a major problem with a hose that had to be replaced sparing me the troubles it would have posed if it had failed while I was driving down the highway. Peter was a true professional in every regard. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and all the folks at Maranello BMW, including Rosemary Costa. I did my lease transfer at this dealership with Vivian Yang. During the transfer, I was supposed to be given documents to sign to transfer over my Tire+Rim insurance. However, I was never given these documents to sign. Since then, I recently had a nail in my tires and had to get them replaced. After they got replaced, I called the insurance company to make a claim and they said that they won’t cover anything because they said they never received my transfer documents. They required to receive these documents within 30 days of my lease. I then called Maranello BMW and explained the situation. They asked me if I had signed those transfer documents at the time of the lease transfer. I told them that I was never handed those documents to sign during the lease transfer. They then said there is nothing they can do about it. So now due to their negligence, my tire + rim insurance is voided for the duration of my lease. And the tire repair was not covered at all either. Horrible overall experience...Very disappointing from BMW.

I have been to this dealership on two separate occassions. Worst service that I have ever received at a car dealership. My first appointment was for an oil change which took over 3 hours, the front desk did not tell me they were short staffed and instead made me wait, no shuttle service is available. I thought this was a one time thing and booked another appointment 2 months after for a recall service, when I got to the dealership the service desk receptionist was rude and told me that my appointment was now cancelled as there was no tech to work on my vehicle. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. Why couldn't anyone have called me earlier that morning, I came in at 12pm. I will not be going back to this dealership at all, they do not treat customers with any respect at all and there is definitely an ageism problem at this locaiton.

I always go to this place whenever I need auto service. Is a good to have a safe of mind when you know your car is in a good hand. These guys know their stuff since they are official bmw supplier. A little bit expensive but they use genuine oem parts as opposed to 3rd party. Oil change and other stuff here is a little bit expensive but I trust these guys. Definitely recommend this place if want your service done.

Extremely disappointed with Maranello BMW service team. I have made 4-5 visits in 6 months for one or another issue not fixed. Disappointed that all issues are not addressed at once. Disappointed that parts initially advised to be delivered in 2 weeks are still not delivered after 3 months. When I called to follow up service staff told me that part is "back ordered" and BMW can not say when it will be delivered. However, in reality part number was not entered corrected hence the order was rejected and they reordered it after call. This leaves me with feeling of being lied to and betrayed. Extremely disappointed with lack of accountability and respect.

Your move. Still waiting on a reply. I drove my car to maranello bmw. My brake pedal failed on the car. Fell to the ground when i was driving it on the 400. Dropped in. Monica the service advisor took in my car Friday. No call till today. Spoke with the mechanic very knowledgeable and advised me my brake fluid was low they are going to bleed the system dsc system etc. I said ok. 2 hours later i get a call. Oh sir do you track your car or drive it aggressively. I said yes i have been to the bmw track days. Monica right away sais oh we cant cover the repair under warranty. Tells me my front calipers over heated caused the brake bleeder screws to seize up so they cant bleed the brakes. They need to change the 4 brake bleeder screws and flush system. 900.00 labour.... Hahahahahaha. Then she said and one brake bleeder screw broke right of... I said ok.... How did that happen. She said it was seized mechanic tried to open it and broke it. ...so....why am i paying for your mechanic breaking my bleeder screw???? The service manager at maranello is probably one of the biggest arrogant prick i have ever dealt with. Tells me no we didn't break it. Im voiding your warranty and you owe me 149 get the vehicle out of my shop. Ok no problem i will drive the car with failed brakes thats. Factory defect and put my family my life and other motorists in danger because your company has failed to fix a factory defect not to mention the car now needs a new caliper as your mechanic broke my bleeder screw. Hey no problem. Im sure a nice lawsuit will be nice when some injuries happen

When the time came to renew our lease, I simply contacted Maranello via phone and I was refereed to John Pavunkovic. I had several questions and unsure to lease a 320i or 330i. John asked me a few questions and learned about our goals and expectations and made a recommendation that suited our needs and budget. When I requested a few of photos of each model, John drove to their compound and within minutes, snapped a couple of photos and emailed them to me right-away with no hesitation. I didn’t have to test drive the car as we currently drive a 3 series BMW, so we signed the papers and completed all truncations via email and without stepping into the deanship, just the way I like it. Friendly and professional staff. I bought a used 2 series from here and was treated as if I was purchasing a new car. The car was cleaned and they walked me through all the functions upon pick up. They also put on summer tires and let me keep the winter rubber at no cost. They also gave me a goodie bag with some neat things. They really understood what I was all about and highlighted why the vehicle I chose would satisfy my needs. The downside was dealing with a warranty claim a couple months after purchasing the car. When I picked the car up, the individual on boarding me and myself noticed that the navigation system was not responding. I was told to drive the car for a couple days to see if it was just a glitch. It wasn't. When I returned to have the car diagnosed and fixed under warranty, I had to deal with some push back and had to go back and forth with the service representative. Although they were always nice and professional, it was just annoying that I had to be aggressive to get the job done. For example, once the claim was approved and the new navigation hardware installed (after almost a week because the part needed to be shipped from Germany), I got a call saying that the old maps wouldn't work and that they would need to upgrade the maps software so that my navigation system works. I was like okay so upgrade it. They said, well, they would have to charge me for that (and it was not cheap). I pushed back and it was all eventually fixed under warranty. I would have appreciated a more smooth process where the customer came first and didnt have to adjudicate the repair job. I appreciate that all the folks helping were just doing their job but it was fusterating nonetheless. I would go back to this dealership but make sure that everything works out of the box (especially for a used car).

Delivery set-up on the Monster 1200 R was superb--brakes, clutch, angle of controls on the bar, tire pressure... from the most basic to the most critical. Chris attends to all the details. Oliver Lea sold me the Monster. Oliver is an incredibly knowledgable, Ducati enthusiast but also knows Maranello's BMW product line. He is a pleasure to talk with, learn from & buy from. He listened to my needs and fit me to the bike that worked for me. He knows what he's selling and why. He's a straight shooter. He made the Monster possible for me, going out of his way to get me the bike I wanted in the colour I wanted at a price I could manage. He oversaw all the details from the trade-in (of my 899), to the parts I wanted for the bike, to the delivery of the bike and the transfer of the bike to me. He's patient & dedicated. And he's not a pushy, hard sell guy, which I really appreciate. He's the opposite: he listens to what you want, when you can go for it and then makes it happen: fast! And then there's people like Marco, Cray, Mike... all part of a wonderful team.

I went there this week to trade in my 2019 X5 for a 2022 X5. The salesperson Calvin was very nice, knowledgable and helpful. But when they appraised my car for trade in value, their used car appraiser offered me 12K less than what Policaro BMW and another used car dealership offered me. Their offer was totally delusional from the current market prices and quite frankly laughable. I even pointed out to them that the comparable vehicles are priced 16-17K+ on AutoTrader. I left feeling frustrated because they had the new X5 in ext/int color combination that I wanted. Went to Policaro immediately after and traded in for the price I wanted and bought a new X5. If you are just buying a new car then I think they may be good, but if you also trading in your vehicle I do not recommend them and will suggest that you look around, as you will definitely get remarkably better value for your existing car than what they offer here.

Bought a certified preowned BMW, which had 41900 km on it. I didn’t pay for the extended warranty since I only purchased this car for recreational purposes. Picked it up on Feb. 1st and we were in lock down in March. Considering I’m also a full time employee, was not able to drive this car more than 280 km until June 20th, when I found “drivetrain malfunction” error showing up on my dashboard. Brought my car for diagnosis to their service department. Initially they asked me wait for 2 hours and you can take your vehicle with you. But actually they kept me waiting for 4 hours to only get the diagnosis done. Then the Service Manager showed me a $1380 bill for fixing the issue and asked me to go home and perhaps your vehicle can be ready for tomorrow. I’m a 1st time car buyer so have 2 simple questions for you guys who have experience with other brands or other BMW dealerships. 1- how long would a dealer normally keep you waiting to get the diagnosis work done? 2-What does humanity and morale says, when you confidently go to BMW and buy their certified preowned vehicle. Then drive it less than 300km and you see an error message, which based service department diagnosis was NOT caused by the customer. They did confirm electrical default has caused this error. (Thanks for BMW Service Manager, honestly!) Should the customer now pay for the $1300+ bill or should BMW stand by their brand and understand the pandemic situation didn’t let the customer use this car more than 280 km, although their one month timeframe has past?

I took my new 2015 BMW 320i xDrive for its very first service call; I deliberated between taking the vehicle to either BMW of Mississauga [now Pfaff BMW] from whom I had leased the vehicle, or to Maranello BMW due to its proximity to my home. Ultimately, led by the overall Google customer reviews, I decided to give Maranello BMW a try due to my extremely busy work schedule, and to save on the commute. I regret that decision now. After the service call was completed and I arrived home, I only then discovered that they had scratched and damaged the driver-side rear-end quarter panel. It was readily obvious they had rubbed the car against a wall; the paint was chipped, too. The compound at Maranello BMW is very congested and tight so this is apparent. I called their Service Advisor immediately to notify them of what I had discovered. I drive back to the dealership only to be insulted four times that it was my fault, and that I had created the scratches. I told them this is incorrect because I baby my vehicle to the nth degree, and my wide driveway is empty. (I keep my car so clean you can eat off the paint). Now because I had driven the car in the pouring rain the day before, their Service Advisor attempted to use the excuse that my vehicle was dirty and that its dirtiness had concealed the scratches that I had already made (his claim). I rejected his claim again. To not take ownership of their fault and behaviour and to pass it off to the customer instead is absolutely asinine. And I told him that the rear end of my vehicle was filthy with grime and dirt after their so-called courtesy car wash. (They use an in-house car wash that touches the car with spinning brushes no less). For persons who care about this aspect as I do, I'd pass on their courtesy car wash (and take it to a touchless car wash instead that will do a better job anyway). In the end, I will return the car next week for them to polish it away and fix it to look like new (I hope). But either way, I will NEVER come to Maranello BMW again for anything. I will utilize Serpa BMW or Pfaff BMW instead. Options exist. If Maranello BMW had just taken ownership of their actions and offered to fix it on this basis, I would be fine. However, their multiple attempts to pass the blame onto myself has rubbed me the wrong way. Moreover, I will write a letter to BMW Canada Head Office to lament this experience at Maranello BMW, and I will give names. And should I receive a Survey from BMW Canada following this service call (most likely), I will give them the lowest rating available. (And since the Service Advisors beg you to give a 100% positive rating ahead of time when the BMW survey comes, I reckon they might care about this impending downgrade). I am not impressed.

Maranello is ehhhhh okish, but Jonathan makes it absolutely the best new BMW purchase experience! When I went in to pick up a part that I had already paid for they didn't have any history of my order. They called me a couple hours later to tell me it was under the name of my workplace and they had ordered the wrong color. I talked to the parts manager Mark Griffin and he treated me very poorly. He wouldn't let me finish what I was trying to tell him. And to top it off the advisor told me that Mark was having a bad day. That is no excuse to bring out that kind of attitude to a customer. Pleasant but expensive and they didn't listen to me. I had problems self-replacing a headlamp bulb. Lost the clip in the bumper. Took it in, they said they could take care of it. They did. Fished the clip out and installed it and secured the bulb. $165 plus taxes. I get overhead and shop rates but seriously? Also, asked if I wanted the car washed. I was in a hurry and said no. Again halfway through the hour they offered to wash it. I said no thanks. They took the time to wash it anyway and didn't do a great job. I'd have given them one star but my headlights work. I stand by my review. On Monday March 9 2020 I was charged $194.30 for the work. The transaction went through my credit card and there certainly has been no refund.

My 5 series required an annual oil change. The service receptionist was friendly and accommodating! When I went in at 7:30am to drop off the car, I was greeted by Robert. He looked after me and even looked into a problem I was having with one of the brakes which ended up being covered under warranty and serviced that same day. They provided me with a shuttle to work, picked me back up and to top it all off, they washed my car mats for me. This took place within a few hours and I had my car back. First of all, the parts department didn't pick up for a whole day of trying to call at different times. When I finally got a hold of someone after a couple of days, the man on the phone insisted he can't give me the part number I need for my car and gave me a price $100 more expensive than the other dealership. He was not friendly at all and was quite rude. He didn't even mention to me that I can go on the BMW website, put my VIN # and look up any parts that my car would need, including part#s , diagrams and the Manufacturers recommended sale price. Then upon calling the service department, they asked for my info and never called me back. It's been 3 days now and I'm thinking these guys are not reliable at all. This location is scratched off my list for good. I'll drive much further to another dealership but I'll leave happy.

Do NOT bring your vehicle here for last minute warranty. Many years back my passenger seat no longer reclined after getting my car back from Maranello. I looked at other low star reviews after recently hearing similar stories and I'm amazed they have actually gotten worse. Brought my car in for a suspension noise and my seat belt extender not catching. They eventually fixed the noise after a few visits but when my car was returned from the final service I noticed on the same day my passenger seat recliner was no longer working. One of the clips in the rear seat was also broken, which I could not understand why or how one of their techs could have done that. These guys are a perfect definition of a stealership, avoid at all cost.

I've waited months before writing this review in hopes that the situation would be rectified and I could give more positive feedback but unfortunately that hasn't been the case. I brought my car in for service due to the key intermittently working. In some cases I literally had to hold the key to the vehicle (2017 5 series) in order to unlock or lock the doors. The key had been replaced approx. a year earlier by another dealer and I was having the same issues. After days of attempts they couldn't fix the issue and they asked me to pick the vehicle up. With the endless amount of resources BMW should have (engineers in Germany, etc) I refused. I wanted the vehicle fixed. Note: I'm in a loaner vehicle as well. Maybe a day later I receive a call indicating the loaner vehicle I'm in has been sold (felt a little unbelievable, however who am I to debate this) so I have to bring the loaner back. I return the loaner and I've been told that my vehicle has been fixed. The service adviser gives my keys to a guy to have it washed and brought up. I can see my car from the desk and the guy is walking all over the lot trying to find my car (he cannot because the key isn't working...again). All paperwork states that the key is functional but yet I'm standing feet from my car and I can't lock or unlock my car. Once again, the service department is throwing their hands up and states they don't know what's wrong with it. After expressing my displeasure with the experience and walking to my car, one of the girls comes out and indicates she's going to get the vehicle booked back in and they're going to try some more troubleshooting. I'm away on business the following week so that'd allow them to have the car without having to put me in a loaner. While I'm in Chicago, I receive a call saying they're ordering another key from Germany (it'll take 2-4 weeks to come in, but this should solve my problem). I pick up my car when I get back to the city and I've been using the key that picks and chooses when to work while I patiently wait for the new key to arrive. 6 weeks after I picked up the car, I call the dealer to get a status update on the key. I spoke to a female at first around noon, she couldn't pull up any information while I was on the phone and she asked if she could call me back. At 5pm I haven't received a call back so I make another call. The new individual puts me on hold a couple of times and finally comes back to state the it shows the key arrived (at some point) however they cannot locate it. They have now ordered another key -- that's expected to arrive within a week (don't ask me how we went from 2-4 weeks to 1 week). But needless to say, my confidence level is at an all time low in regards to the service level at this dealership.

Even during covid, these guys will let you test drive full on M cars contactlessly and also test drive M Performance cars so that you can make an informed decision. I took my bmw motorcycle in to get some recall work done, and I also requested to get some ecu work done cause the bike was displaying error codes due to aftermarket led lights. At first, they said it's doable. After it turns out that the motorcycle needed a part for the ecu to connect to their diagnostics. They said my mods were preventing that. This part was ordered and install under my expense. They called me to come and pick up the bike cause all of the work was done. Bottom line is, I had ecu work done to the bike through Maranello moto sports and not only the issues were not addressed, the instrument clusters is flashing on and off randomly, the service light is on (wasn't before it went in), the bike shows last date of service January 2007. The bike release date is 2010. When I confronted the service manager John, He assured me that's all we can do for the bike, he assured me that it's the LEDs fault, he assured me that a "master Ducati technician of 30+ years" said so. Not realizing that the bike in question is a bmw. After he got corrected, he assured me that a "master bmw technician of 30+ years" said so. He said most people never put any aftermarket accessories on super bikes. I know bikes, and this person looked me straight in the eye fed me lie after lie. John tried to bullshit his way through everything. I had a lot of faith and felt confident leaving my bike with them, but they turned it around and made it seem like a typical shady motorcycle shop, ran by bullshitters The next day I called to rectify this, I spoke with the bullshitter service manager him self (John). When he realized who it was he started laughing and said that he's entitled to a good chuckle. Clearly there's no reasoning with the imbecile, so I had to take the matter to a higher level. It's ashamed that morons like John give a great badge such a bad rap.

Here is another thing, I called this place yesterday asking to confirm the appointment booked online because I know these people are not right in the head and won’t even send a text confirmation or email confirmation of the appointment. This lady tells me I MUST talk to Peter because apparently only he can access who is booked under him. So your telling me BMW can’t make a booking calendar, this is suppose to be luxury car dealership. There is no communication here between themselves or with the customers. If you read their other reviews for service you will see it. They are basically running on sales reviews and there is no need to address the dysfunctional service department. Whoever is hiring people here need some serious reconsideration. Their online booking system on the app says confirmed and when I call them they say there is no appointment. Fortunately I was able to go get a booking and a confirmation with another dealership. Bit a drive but dealing these incompetent people will drive anyone crazy. *** Terrible first service appointment. Came here to get my X5 serviced today. I only drove here because I originally purchased the vehicle from here and purchase experience was good (Lewis was excellent). The two ladies I spoke to at service were just not helpful and rude. I won’t ever return and I highly recommend finding another service center with better customer service.

I had signed the final contract with them on Nov 09 2017 , everything was approved , vehicle was finalised , done all the formalities and today when they called me for change of interior colour. Day before said come tomorrow to see the colour of interior, then make excuse that they forgot to bring the vehicle to dealership.Then ask to go to storage lot to see even though after all this hassle I agreed with that then they came up with another excuse so that they could forced me to say no to the deal, when asked them that everything was given to them then come up with other excuse and asked me if I want my deposit back. Got a test drive email offer from BMW so I decided to book an appointment here. Test drove the 2017 X3 which has a pretty reasonable base price. Never drove a BMW before but I can understand why people call them the ultimate driving machine. I also appreciated how Oskar (sales rep) acted more of a fellow car enthusiast instead of a pressuring sales man. I did tell Oskar before the test drive that I wouldn't be buying a new vehicle for at least about a year. He responded that's fine and assured that he'll still be there to answer any questions moving forward. He helped me with a quote as well and with some features added, the price did jump high pretty fast. However, Oskar mentioned that it includes 4 years of worry free maintenance and very good warranty. Although we never considered a BMW before due to financial and maintenance concerns, this pleasant dealership experience won't be forgotten if we do end up choosing to go for a BMW in the future.

In 2014 i leased 328d xdrive from this dealership. The car had nothing but problems from day one which caused me to bring the car in for warranty work over 5 times, and another 4 times for service maintenance. I understand we are not rating the car (which is another story in itself) but due to these issue's I've had 9 experiences with this dealership and can truly tell you the way they service their clients is a joke. Service advisers: I've never seen the same face twice. After speaking to staff it was apparent Maranellow advisers don't stick around for very long. They either quit because they are fed up or they are incompetent. The high turn around rate doesn't surprise me, as i can generally see that the service advisers are frustrated themselves as most times their hands are tied. It's evident to me this spawns from the top and trickles down to everyone else. Warranty work: Whether it was a broken horn, randomly depleted batteries, emissions sensors etc... Out of the 5 times I've had to bring in my car for warranty work. (remember this was a brand new car) NEVER was a single bmw loaner available for me... But hey, the service advisers did what they are told to do... offer me a Camry with a $20 service admin free. Again, it's not the advisers fault, they are taking orders from up top. The management at that dealerships appreciates customers making bmw car payments every month and when a new car (which they sold me) breaks ...i'll be happy driving around a much cheaper car, while continuing to make the high monthly payments on their lemon sittin gin the shop. Oh, and i should cover administrative fee's as well. Customer service follow up: I'd always get a call asking me how service went, and was always pushed to rate them 10/10 incase BMW Canada sends out a survey or contacts me. I even had calls urging me to rate them 10/10 prior to receiving my car. It seemed that whoever was behind the phone was told i had received my, and needed a follow up. I could continue to go on with the problem's I've faced with this dealership over the last few years but i wouldn't take anyone's 5/5 reviews seriously. Again the staff are great, but it's the way the whole dealership is managed that really irks me the wrong way. No adviser/rep/mechanic on earth can't make things flow smoothly if the foundation they are working on isn't set up to run smooth. After this lease i'm hanging up my coat and heading to MB. I'd rather pay for service and avoid all the run around I've had with this dealership.

Rome broke down what I was looking for in a car and gave me recommendations to look at. That same day he got me into a car to test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for. An hour or 2 later I purchased the car. Overall, an excellent experience purchasing my first car. I could tell customer service and satisfaction is this dealership's top priority. I've been to a few other dealerships prior to arriving to Maranello and no other dealership came close to their level of customer service. I was respectfully treated and had Rome's full attention during the whole shopping experience. When I have to purchase my next car down the line, I will definitely go to Maranello first. I've been there a couple times now and each time the staff in the service dept. was kind and helpful. Last visit was May 9th 2015 when the indy shop I had my car at doing an oil change and refilling the diesel efficiency fluid ran into slight confusion when refilling the DEF. I drove over to Maranello and Mike, one of their mechanics, knew exactly why there was confusion....grabbed some DEF fluid, topped up both the main and reserve tank and assured me the "NO START" warning would vanish shortly after 1 or 2 kms driven (computer cycle). Not only did they not charge me for topping up the tanks (which lets face it, they easily could have) but sure enough after just over 1 KM of driving the warning cleared itself. Keep in mind, I didn't even purchase my 2009 335d from them but they still took care of me without issue. I'll definitely keep them at the top of my list of dealers to visit when it comes to purchasing my next BMW. It's the little things that typically make the biggest difference, so kudos to them for recognizing that. Well done to Mike & Maranello and their service staff.

I purchased a used vehicle (3 years old) from this dealer. The bill of sale states the car had 84,000 khm. The salesman (Leo) told me that it had 84,000 khm but when I came to pick up the vehicle, it clearly stated 85,551 khm so either staff drove my car for the difference or someone needs glasses. Also, when I picked up the vehicle and approached Hwy 400, the vehicle started beeping and it was telling me I was driving on an empty tank of gas! Also, whenever I try to start up the engine, the dash states a message " INVALID KEY". I left Leo a voice message that I am stuck on the 400 with no gas and I have had the car for about a week and I still havent heard back from him. I think this dealership needs to brush up on a few things before I even consider dealing with them again. Oh and they overcharged me for my license plate sticker. I only required 9 months and the ministry told me it would cost $90 but they still charged me for a full year and pocketed the difference. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 since the manager promised to send me a cheque to cover the gas and the kilometer difference but I was told the cheque is in the mail. How can i believe anything they say to me now?

They gave us a good deal on the vehicle but misrepresented on on explaining the warranty. They mentioned we would get any stone chips, scratches, door dings fixed within 1 year of purchasing the vehicle. What they didn't explain was it was only up to $2000.. so we spent $1000 for a warranty that allows only up to $1000 of work .. they quoted $4700 to repaint/fix door dings/ etc.. which means Id be paying a total of $3700 for this.. whats the point? Pay $1000 to save $1000... they probably jacked up the price of the estimate so we're at a loss and they make their money back.. DO NOT BUY THE ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES .. Thx Maranello for NOT disclosing it only covers another $1000 of repairs. USELESS.

This was the third time I went in for the same issue on my 2018 BMW ; passenger restraint system error and driver seat belt error. First time, my vehicle wasn't inspected and I was told it must be me putting items on my passenger seat and "tricking" the system to trigger this message. Second time, I was told I must have spilled something on my seat and moisture is causing the sensor to trigger the error! I should keep my seat heater on for a week while driving and the issue will go away! NOT!!!! During the second visit I had them do my routine visit check and despite checking off the "car wash" box on the list of service done, the car wasn't washed. I asked the service clerk and only then she tells me their car was wasn't operating and they couldn't wash the car. Which is fine, but at least don't list it under services done. Makes you wonder what else you're being charged for that that hasn't been done! Third time, I visit and my vehicle is kept overnight for inspection...next day I get a call that parts are their way and delayed but will get done...end of day I get called that I won't get my car. Next day I eventually get my car and apparently they had ordered parts to fix the issue they didn't detect the first two times! Best part; car wash was ticked off again as list of services performed and , you guessed it, they had not washed my car....again I ask and the response; car was was blocked by construction vehicle and they couldn't get my car in for a wash!!!! Anyways, these guys wasted my time quite a bit trying to avoid a service that was needed in the first place...and kept listing services they hadn't performed i.e. car wash and god knows what else! Looking for alternative service options.

I brought my car for oil change and fixing for the seat belt restraint system on July 31. After two days they text me come to pick my car, and I found a scratched and a dent on my hood. I call Lisa the customer service come and see the dent and scratches. Then I said yes and wait for him to tell me what he want to do with that problem. But he call Lisa and she also saw it with the inspection sheet that was two colors pen one on the first day and the second one after the marking where the dent is. Now they both denied and just lie then I ask to see the customer service manager and she apologized and promised me to fix the dent problems and someone from the repair will call me next day to bring my car in to fix, but no one call after two days then I call Lisa she said someone will call me on August 5 due to holiday but up until now August 25 Nobody call me. All of them are the big liar. I will never bring my car back to this location. 55 Auto Park Cir. In Vaughan. All I need them to admitted and fix it. What can I do now ?

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Offered free rental car due to delays in service and then I got charged with the rental + insurance (never signed up for insurance). I called to resolve this issue..they agreed it's error on their side (got emails to prove it) and will contact the rental company. It's been over 14 months, and I still didn't get the refund. I followed up almost every week for months but got nothing! They will act nice and caring over the phone and through email and will always tell me that they are close to processing a refund but they are completely incompetent. I would highly recommend another dealership!

My purchase happened during a covid lockdown, so everything was by appointment. I had one of the most pleasant experiences with my salesman who is a younger fellow named Calvin at Maranello BMW. While I wouldn't say everything went totally smooth, mostly due to the fact that I bought a HEA package which was confusing at best for the vendor and the buyer regarding what options were included and what weren't, Calvin has been very forthright and available for any problems I've had so far, and the car of course has been mostly a joy to drive, although I'm still learning about it so there are some hiccups with the technology.

Horrible service at this dealership. They had my car for a week, they gave us a rental car from a different company to use for 3 days. When we return the car we were charge for the rental fee, which they didn’t cover. Emailed Lisa service adviser so many time, she give gave us the same response “ I’ll see what I can do”. 2 days pass no response from her, I emailed her again. Still no response. I guess they want us to pay for the rental fee out of our own pocket, knowing that that have my car. This has been a month and still hasn’t resolved. Horrible customer service. Plus my car has stain mark at the bottom of the door, which doesn’t come off. They don’t care about customer service here. Horrible service

I took delivery of a 2018 BMW K1600 Bagger from Maranello Moto Sport on June 22, 2018 and the whole experience from the start of getting a quote from Cray then to taking delivery of the new motorcycle was a very pleasant and stress free experience thanks to Cray and his team who delivered the motorcycle on time as promised and a few dollars cheaper than a quote that I had received from another dealer and with a few goodies thrown in to sweeten the deal. I highly recommend Maranello Moto Sport for all of your BMW and Ducati related needs. Shortly after receiving my new motorcycle I had another positive experince with the Maranello dealership. I quickly surpassed the 1,000 KM break-in period with 13 days to go before my scheduled service appointment and the thought of parking the motorcycle for two weeks in the middle of summer was depressing me. I contacted Cray and explained my situation and that I would either go way over on the kilometres on the motorcycle with an up comming planed trip prior to my scheduled appointment or that I would have to postpone my trip until after my appointment. Cray put me in touch with Walter in the Service department department and the man basically performed a miracle and squeezed me into his already busy day to perform the required 1,000 KM service and saved the day. I received top notch 5 star service from Walter and the service team that day and highly recommend the Maranello Moto Sport dealership.

I have been a BMW fan since my parents got their first car in the 90's :) When I was looking for an upgrade I was first considering a used BMW but it turned out that a one year old one is not much cheaper as a new one... also not equipped with what I wanted etc... Therefore I bought a brand new one. I honestly don't care about customer service once the deal is done but it would have been nice to get an email / call every 4 weeks to update you with the status of your factory order. Other then that, price was the best within GTA. After sales is OK could be a bit friendlier over the phone especially when one calls in for an appointment. By that I mean the receptionist who directs the calls. All service advisors are overall very nice professional and friendly. Team is very good overall and hopefully I can change 4 stars to a 5 soon. ;)

I took my bimmer to Maranello for an oil change and to diagnose a potential petrol leak. The diagnosis came back as an oil leak. Although there was/is an oil leak and I chose to defer the repair (at a cost of $3,400 + tax), the dealership went ahead and performed the oil change anyway for a total charge of $414 (which included $165+tax to tell me there's an oil leak). The last drop for this bimmer with only 80,000kms on the clock - the car is up for sale now.

The lady who just started at the dealership who left Porsche very nice and welcoming. They inspected my vehicle, took my keys. After service was done they called and said "we found a nail in your tire" and took no responsibility for it. Than I picked up the key and found the car dirty dispute the fact that exterior wash was included in the service. I asked the lady and she referred me to the manager Jeff. He was rude and attacked me saying they washed it despite the mess everywhere on the car. Than she told the lady just ignore him. I felt sorry for her to work in this Zoo.

This is a good dealership to buy the car but the Service is extremely poor. I gave my car for service which was returned to me with a scratch and dent. Andre the service manager just likes to argue and does not listen to the customer. I found Sabastian (Andre's Manager) to be more reasonable, but Andre just argues even though its their fault. They examined the car when I gave it to them for service, and on their paper there is no scratch and still Andre just argued with me that the dealership was not responsible for the scratch.

The woman who answered my phone call, after I give her my information. She said "one moment" and then hang up the phone! xxx, If you can not do your job just find someone else to help me out, why hang up the phone? My wife and I were looking at vehicle options to accommodate our growing family. We narrowed down our options to two vehicles, one of which was a BMW. With a baby at home, my wife and I were unable to view the vehicles together. We were dealing with Calvin and he was accommodating in not only having essentially the same conversation twice, but he also took the time with my wife on the second visit to show her absolutely every feature (as this would primarily be her vehicle) as well as walk her through the things I had identified as both likes and dislikes during my first visit. In the end we pursued our alternative choice, but the decision to not continue our purchasing process with Calvin was more difficult than deciding between the two vehicles. If you are in search of a new BMW I can not comment on the dealership itself, but also can not strongly enough recommend talking with Calvin as the accommodating, friendly, informative, and low pressure environment he provided was unparalleled in the industry.

I am writing to express my frustration with the complete lack of assistance from Maranello BMW “Maranello” with respect to a recent insurance claim relating to my Vehicle. Indeed, Maranello’s strange and uncooperative conduct leads me to believe that the fire may have resulted from faulty work done by Maranello with respect to three Recalls that were necessary as it would otherwise cause a fire 5 weeks prior to the actual fire on the vehicle. I paid for a diagnosis to be performed, which did not state where the fire began or the additional damage the fire caused. Over the phone, they verbally informed me that they could not provide me with a quote for a further diagnosis as they are unable to determine the amount of hours it would take, and that even after a complete diagnosis they may not be able to determine where the fire began. When I asked them to put it in writing, they informed me that they were unable to do so. I wrote a letter to BMW Canada and am now waiting to hear back from them.

I have had my BMW X1 for two months now and absolutely love it. What stands out the most about my first experience with a BMW was dealing with John Pavunković for its purchase. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle and didn’t feel exhausted after leaving the dealership. I started my BMW search at a dealership closer to home, but I could tell I was going to have to play the game of cat and mouse where eventually you get to some reasonable price. In this day and age when you can easily get dealership cost of vehicles, I don’t know why dealerships still try this. I decided to contact Maranello and spoke to John. When I went to pick up the vehicle John had everything organized and ready to go. John took the time to explain the features of the X1 and has responded to any questions I have had about it. Probably the WORST dealership to ever interact with. I’ve had 2 purchases from them, in the first purchase the salesman lied to us about the launch date of the car i was looking for in order to sell me something else and he was mysteriously fired a month after my purchase . In my second purchase, they gave me the wrong package on the car and i ended up with a car without the features i wanted on it. This was just their sales department. Their service department is a whole other mess. At the time of my buying the car the salesman told me ALL my rental needs will be fully covered, now that I’m using a rental they’re saying that i should pay for it and that they don’t see any coverage for my rental needs and if i keep the car for more than a day i will have to pay for each day i have the car. I took my car for service because the stereo has been making a noise ever since i bought the car (DO NOT BUY A CAR WITH THE BASIC BMW SPEAKERS) in addition the auto start stopped working when i took it for a recall that THEY requested and even though they caused the problem now that they are fixing it they are saying that if it needs a simple adjustment then they will charge me 165$ but if it needs a part changed or if it’s a major problem it will be free of charge. So basically if it’s easy to fix they will charge me 165$, I don’t know if it makes sense to you. Now they’re keeping the car overnight because of 3 incredibly simple tests so now i should pay for rental as well.

I dropped off my car to have the recall on the PCV valve heater done. 10 mins after I picked up my car it stalled at an intersection and the steering wheel locked up. The tension belt came off and needed to be replaced. I immediately called BMW Maranello and told them what happened. They said I needed to bring the car in to have a look at but they are not responsible because the belt could come off anytime. I said that it won’t start and I’m not paying to have it towed only for you to say that there’s a reasonable doubt it wasn’t their fault. Because with cars it is rarely ever 100% conclusive they can pass the buck and this is what was done here. Beyond disappointed in what occurred right after I got my car back and the true lack of empathy and recognition of the damage done to my car

What a joke is this dealership...Never ever use this dealership unless you wanna have the worst experience. They charged me $350 to fix an issue in my car...they said it got fixed...after a short while later the same problem surfaced...when i went back they charges me another $300 just to diagnose the same issue. I went to them because they were close to me but regretted it. liers who only try to rip you off...Service rep Peter has absolutely no manners dealing with clients and when talked to service manager Micheal he tells you bunch of lies and then ignores your calls. Avoide these people and use other dealerships even if there is a longer drive.

BMW X3 malfunction light appears while driving I Was near by this dealership so I scanned the vehicle. Results were as follows part $113 vacuum line to be changed n labour $650.00 to install.What a rip off.** This dealership charged 168+tax= $194 for scan. Pfaff in Mississauga charged even more for a previous scan $265+taxes approx 294.00.Additionally they also added $7 in my bill for environmental disposal charges.They never replied when I questioned this charge. when u scan a vehicle for diagnosis where from does environmental fees come in the play. No dealership is less than other. Extremely poor response by advisors at Maranello .Leave vm write e mails no reply. They don't even give printed estimate for my repairs.but wrote on the side of my scanned report the labour n parts.which I refused. The management should be aware about this.

Unfortunately, I got a car accident and my Honda Civic car cannot use anymore. After then, I decided to find a pre-owned BMW car based on my finance status. After I went to several BMW dealer stores, finally I decided to work with Marenello BMW to finish my first BMW car shopping since I met Maurizio Nonis. I found that his service is professional and his words are reliable. He gave us a lot of good suggestions to think about a pre-owned car. At same time, I found that many of Marenello BMW cars are at good clean condition and give me impression that they choose and take care of pre-owned cars more careful than other BMW dealer stores. After I put my order for my car, I found some concerned information about manufacture design issues and asked to solve this problem for me. Mr. Newel DeSouza understood my concerns and help me relieve them in 5 minutes. In his mind he has big picture and great insights for his business and knew how to stand out from his community. His business strategy and leadership is very impressive. So I understand why he has so good team to work with him. His mechanic Mitchell Osmond did excellent work and good records. Many appreciations come from my bottom of heart. I’d like to give my appreciations to Jeff Lane and Walter Montagna too since they know what the problem is. Newel and his team perform their slogan “Competitive pricing without compromising quality” during their service process. This is not only oral promise but practise promise. Built and signed to purchase a brand new 2021 X5. The sales people said I would need to provide a pay stub and proof of home ownership for purchase for non export screening as this vehicle often gets exported to China and such. I provided same but it clearly wasn’t enough. I then provided a letter from my banking institution that my account is in good standing and I am able to complete this transaction. Still not enough. They asked for private banking info of my bank accounts which I provided but still not good enough. They requested a bank statement of account the money will be coming out of and to make sure there is sufficient funds on that specific account to cover the transaction. I have never been treated like such a criminal as I was at this BMW dealership. Couldn’t understand why I have to fight to give them 100k worth of business so I went to Mercedes Maple and was treated like a human being and a customer. Purchased a 2021 GLE53 without a single hassle. Lesson learned: Mercedes is in a completely different class than BMW. Lol - [ ] Update to owners reply: Thank you for the well wishes. Had the new GLE for quite some time now and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Even emailed some pics to your sales manager whom I had the “pleasure” of dealing with. All was required for purchase btw was a signature on the non export agreement form. I don’t usually waste my time writing reviews but the experience at your dealership obviously left a very bad taste. Will never recommend or step foot in a BMW dealership ever again. I was red flagged, why? Because I chose to buy the car outright without any of your financing? That’s nothing short of discrimination. Was harassed to divulge my personal banking account transactions, after which you had the audacity to inform me that it wasn’t sufficient as it doesn’t reflect the ability to purchase the vehicle. Ridiculous! Infringe on my private financial transactions like you are the CRA. I even provided a letter by my financial advisor of my banking institution stating my good standing and ability to complete this purchase. That alone should have been sufficient, but the scrutiny did not end there. Even my financial advisor was surprised, stating that he’s never seen anything like this before. Not sure but your “serious export process” is probably illegal as you have no right to ask and go through peoples personal financial banking transactions and statements, will enquire about that tho. All I wanted is to buy a present for my wife and was treated with scrutiny and infringement, like nothing more than a criminal smuggling cars across the border. Such customer service, no wonder BMW has slipped to #4 behind Audi now. There is a way to do things and there is the way you do it. At the least you could be more transparent with people right from the start, explaining exactly what will be needed and for what reason, instead of making me wait 3 months for while I already sold my old car and then exposing me to such harassment and making me feel like some low life. Your manager was talking to me like he’s doing me a favor, and I quote “I know you’ve worked really hard at this so listen very carefully because this is what I want you to do now...” GTFO U KIDDING ME? Give me my deposit back and keep your piece of junk. Lol anyways I wish you the best of luck as well, maybe look into how you conduct your non export process, because this is definitely not the right way. Lol good day.

Dealt with my sales guy he was amazing. Unfortunately the entire experience was ruined when another sales guy i dealt with was extremely rude. The sales guy asked me to apologize to him for asking when my bike is available for pick up because he was busy that day. I'm sorry but you don't ask a guy to apologize for asking if it will be ready today or the next after you have made multiple mistakes in a row. Too many mistakes and too many delays. Bike was dirty when I received it, I mean I just bought a 22k bike, no reason for the bike to be dirty. Very disappointed with the entire transaction.

It is unfortunate that I can't split my rating between sales and service. If I could, I would rate my sales experience five star and one star for service. Let me explain. I bought my first new motorcycle from Maranello BMW and I cannot say enough about their sales representative, Cray Scarlett. He was helpful and responsive before the sale and accommodating as we worked through the sales process. Part of the purchase included a top box that was an "extra". Their internal process was such that Cray could not process the request and was required to hand me off to their parts department. When speaking with the parts department, I told them it was for a new bike and needed to be installed prior to my arrival (I live 2 hours away). I also went the extra step and asked the parts associate to ensure that he kept Cray "in the loop". The item was ordered and arrived a couple days prior to my picking up the bike. So far not a problem. When I arrive to pick up the bike, I discovered that the bike was not ready because the parts department did not tell sales. Cray was very apologetic as he explained what happened. What would have taken 40 minutes took over two hours due to a flawed process where the "right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing". My goal in writing this is not to punish Maranello. Quite the opposite; I am hopeful that they will use this experience to enhance their process. Your team is only excellent when all batons are passed smoothly. Again, my two star rating is for my experience with the organization as a whole. Cray was awesome.

He’s very calm personable no pressure kind of guy! Now some of these cars aren’t cheap of course. But if Rick can help with the purchase price he will. He’s one of the reasons I stick with Maranello BMW. Vivian is finance manager. She’s the person who finalized the sale of the vehicle. The person most people hate to deal with because that’s the one that usually pushes all the additional add on’s such as extended warranty, extended maintenance packages, appearance care packages…. Now in my experience as mentioned earlier, she give you the options to purchase the extras. Explaining them I great detail But not once did she pressure me and these finance managers usually make me feel like I’m obligated to make these purchases but not Vivian! Thanks! Then there’s Wilson. He’s the person who on the day of delivery presidents you your new clean car and explains how everything functions! Super cool man. If there’s something you’re not getting he’ll take the time to explain how it works so you don’t drive off scratching your head wondering.. how do you turn on the radio! Lol. I have to say that I’ll be going the Maranello for all my future vehicle needs. Highly recommended!!

I purchased a headlight worth of 3k but it had some manufacturing defect and when i let these guys know they told me to buy another one because they said they dont have any warranty on any electrical part. Went in for a scheduled free oil change and came out with a damaged oil pan where the dealership wanted approximately $3800 to replace. The dealership did not own up to it but instead hinted it must have been the mechanic who performed my last oil change. This obviously could not be the case as my last oil change was in Oct/19 and based on the damage, I would have lost all my oil on day 1. I sent an email to the manager to further discuss the experience and I was happy he called me back but thats all we did was play telephone tag. I requested a time when he was available so I can accommodate his schedule but instead attempts to call me at 9am instead. Returned his call 2 weeks ago and still no returned call. With all that is going in our society and economy due to the pandemic, I would not believe a dealership would stoop to ripping people off. I would rather pay my mechanic to do the my oil changes instead of getting the free service from BMW Maranello. Worst experience ever!!!

Called today 4 times to try to talk to the parts department no one picked up the phone. Left 2 voicemails no one called back. Called another time and explained to the gentleman that picked up the phone I would like to talk to the parts department once that I had called 4 times and left 2 voicemails. He then took my information and said that he would give the parts department the info and they would contact me. So long story short no one called me back and they never picked up the phone! Customer service is key nowadays and I had to call GP bikes to get the parts needed for my Ducati. They where very professional and know how to take care of the customer. I drove an extra 50km to get the parts and ended up putting a deposit on a new ducati V4S that I’m gonna pick up next Tuesday. Maranello Moto Sport if you knew how to take care you your customers you could be the ones with a V4S coming out the door. Thank you for the bad customer experience that only helped me to get out of the comfort zone drive the extra mile and a find the proper business to take care of my needs!

I had to take my BMW in for service on a damaged tire. Normally I go to BMW Toronto but I just moved to the area and wanted to work with my local dealership. Honestly I was a bit disappointed when I got my car back. The service department did fix my tire in a timely manner. However, I got my car back with no wash, I inquired about refinishing a rim and they focused on talking me out of it, called me and recommended I do a charged tire rebalance which I did, and was told I have no access to a shuttle service. I expected similar service that I have received at BMW Toronto but did not get it.

The experience was nightmare. The dealership looks like to have its own rules. The staff tried to help me but he was unhelpful since the dealer’s boss advised them not to cooperate with customers. Had been to other BMW dealers and they always went above and beyond to make sure I don’t get my time wasted for service. Had always had a seamless experience at other dealerships to be fair with BMW. Based on my experience I recommend avoiding this dealership. They initially forced me to sign a letter with a commitment to pay $160. I insisted what this amount is for as my car is still under warranty for another two years. The service rep advised me they may not charge me which again was completely abnormal. Then they said my car may stay at the dealership. My experience with other BMW dealers were always providing me with a loaner. Asked them to provide me with a loaner car while I don’t have my own car. The ridiculous part was they asked me to pay for rental. To cut it short, I had no choice but, after two hours of arguing, asking them to return my car with no service. My humble advice: Just avoid this dealership!

This review is SPECIFICALLY FOR INEXPERIENCED CARELESS TECHS. New to the BMW brand and purchased a used vehicle with warranty. The techs are slow and the advisors and managers do what they can but over a year of coming to the dealer 2 of my advisors left cause the techs breaks the cars more then they fix them. To scan the car which should take 15 min takes an hour. Each time I would come to fix something the car would drive a few days before my engine light would come on again. With my own eyes I seen them give the car back to another customer unfinished. I even tried to come in at 9 am (as agreed ) and was told car will be done in 3 hours only to see the car enter the shop in 3 hours ! Allot of times they are short on loaners cause of careless techs. when my warranty run out they installed parts without my authorization then tried to charge me for it. then broke a whole bunch of parts under the hood when i refused to pay for the work and parts trying to reinstall my old parts which they threw out. Again manager cleaned up their mess. recently i found that I'm missing some minor parts under the hood. I wont go back to demand replacement cause I'm sick of this !!!!! They change parts they don’t fix the cars. The techs from top to bottom don’t care. You are paying 160$ hr but in reality a 3rd party shop who works on Bmw will do it better for 80 to 100$. I won’t speak for sales and parts but if you got warranty with your Bmw or need service of any kind, STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Service required for engine light. Called and got an appointment next day (Autohaus earliest was a week or drop off without appointment and hope for the best). Hung around and everything diagnosed and repaired within 3 hours including regular maintenance check list. A day later hit a monster pothole and had car towed and dropped off after hours after speaking with service agent. Work order had been prepared by the time I got there - nice. Friday was diagnostics and quote for repair. Several days for parts. Great service agent Lisa arranged for loaner (2019 440i series). Repair was finished and ready for pick up the following day - several days early - nice surprise. Overall experience was very positive and much better than what I’ve experienced elsewhere ( ie. not enough agents for the amount of people, lousy waiting area and long wait times to be seen). Definitely will come back for future service needs even though it’s out of my way relative to the closest dealership.

The service advisor John Kim I met helped me to get a spot to have it done today, saved me another trip and he recommended the service option based on how I use my car and helped me decide whether I need some extra non-mandatory things done at the same time. 5 stars for his kind service.

I never write reviews but this is definitely warranted. I’ve leased 3 vehicles back to back with BMW with the current one mid Aug ‘21. I’ve always serviced my vehicle with this location and have had good service till today. One of my car key battery died and I went to get it changed. Again, I’ve only had this vehicle since Aug ‘21. The parts guy charged me $10 even though I told him I haven’t had the car for more than 3 months and I barely use this extra key. He told me ‘it’s happens, do you want to change it?’ Well obviously I need to change it but I’m very disappointed in the customer service. If I had the key for more than a year I would understand you would need to charge me, but it hasn’t even hit the 3 month mark. I’ve never had this issue with the last 2 vehicles. I won’t be coming back to this location for services or any future vehicles. It’s not about the $10 but the lack of customer service I experienced. I didn’t buy a product for $100, I’m leasing a vehicle over $60k.

Very basic service not what I would expect from BMW Nothing compared to landrover Went to pickup my car and had to leave it as all the work they promised to do was not done. Brand new disc was put on the car and was starting to rust when I picked up the car. The tried to say that is normal. When I walked around the dealer and showed them none of the other cars were like that, is only when they went back to check that the disc should have been painted.

Peter is. extremely helpful but service this time is very expensive for unsatisfactory results. Latest bill are $1,299 .16 (12/13/21) , $525.94 (12/14/21), and 12/21/21)was for $2, 853 and just a few days later car was again not performing well. Smell of gas when parked and cannot open hood to check if anything is leaking. Next appointment is now for 12/28/2021. No car available for next appointment. Have to wait for unknown time at next appointment. Rental car not an option because of age which is also unsatisfactory and. unreasonable.My wife and I are fully healthy although in our seventies. We have no problem renting cars and leave for Aruba in late January and had no problem renting a car from one of the major entities. In closing I wish to reiterate that in the past service has always been exemplary and Peter has always done his best for us. but this time who knows what is happening in the back room repair shop.

Had a very bad experience yesterday in this dealership! Walked in to see their pre-owned cars, and the sales person that directed us was very arrogant and not welcoming! As soon as we asked about 0% financing over 24 months due to religious reasons, he shut us out and wouldn’t even open the car for us to see. He claimed to have worked in dealerships for 13 years and he proceeded to tell us that it’s impossible to get that at BMW and any other dealer, he ought us to be liars with his sarcastic tone, he wouldn’t listen, even though we told him our brother did it at Audi! The funny part is that, we left and went to Mercedes and Audi, where we were treated with tremendous respect and negotiated/were accepted for the 0% with 24 month period. In fact, Audi already had a promotion going on, and they still helped with the price reduction. In the end, worst customer service experience!!

This review is on behalf of a close friend who does not have access to google review but really wanted to make the post - If you're looking for a vehicle and want first class service go to Maranello BMW and ask for Calvin Tran! Calvin from the first email / phone call was excellent, prompt, DOWN TO EARTH and professional. He answered all my questions and genuinely worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted and needed. I purchase a used X1 and Calvin knew everything about the vehicle and really did his homework. He took extra time to answer my questions outside of work hours as it related to insurance, service, parts for my vehicle etc. Even a week after the purchase he has gone out of this way to make sure things are going well with the vehicle. Calvin to me is re writing the stereotype on what it means to be a car salesman.... he was genuine throughout the process and has made me want to stick with BMW going forward. After dealing with Calvin, Bart Luniewski helped me finalize the purchase and was just as fantastic! He went above and beyond to walk me through everything associated purchase (finance, add ons options, service etc.) and answered all of my "dumb repetitive" questions..... and took to time to explain everything to me; this was greatly appreciated. His patience and knowledge made it easy for me to finalize the deal - it was amazing! Overall - fantastic team and again, ill be going back and working with Calvin for any future purchases / will be bringing family members in!

He assured me by vin its correct... even though it wasnt. No big deal.. spent almost 2 hours trying to call parts this saturday to get the correct stuff..with no answer at all very annoyed not to mention how my customer is feeling. We had a pleasant experience recently purchasing our X3 but there were also some things that had us hesitating. We scheduled a test drive and when we walked into the showroom not a single saleperson/staff asked if we needed anything nor did they acknowledge us, despite the fact all 3 were standing at the front desk chatting it up. Leo was our salesman and he was very polite and easy to work with. The original model we came in to test drive we did not love and he didn't recommend anything else, other cars etc. We had to suggest looking at the x3 and other cars within our budget. He didn't really TRY to get us into a vehicle. Rosemary and Nikitta are absolute gems . Both of them make up for some of the other areas lacking. In all, it was a decent experience. We still love our bmw!!!

I ended up with Lisa as my service rep and Hythem as the mechanic who worked on the car. Poor Service! Booked a service appointment for motor oil change two weeks in advance to have first appointment in the morning, wait for the car to be serviced and leave as early as possible. Arrived for appointment ahead of time, waited for over 2 hours and a half instead of 40 min typical for the oil change. Did not receive any reasonable explanation why it took so long, but noticed that another customers that arrived much later then me for service left much early then me. I guess my car was pushed to the end of the service queue in favour to the other customers. Such a disrespect of my time! Very disappointed!

This is the first time I've ever dealt with Maranello Moto Sport. Our experience was absolutely perfect. Maranello was not our first choice, as we were looking for a dealership closer to home. It's incredible how dealerships have no interest in simple communication with their customers to make the sale. Marco responded to the request, immediately, to purchase a new Ducati from him and further provided a price that was un-matched. Everything was done via e-mail. A test ride was coordinated and as soon as I showed up, from 3 hours away, the equivalent bike (959 Panigale) was ready to be test ridden. Marco arranged for delivery of the bike and it arrived in showroom condition. I would absolutely buy another bike from them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a bike. Unfortunately we are simply too far away to make them our service shop. If you are looking for a Ducati, anywhere from Windsor to Toronto do not stop along the way, as nobody else wants your business. Proceed to Maranello Moto Sport directly.

If I could give lower than 1 star to Maranello BMW, I would. I purchased an X4, had an engine light popped up even before i had 9,000 km on a brand new car. (mind that this is not the only problem I had, which i will also share at the end). I called the dealership and they told me it is risky to drive and I should come in right away, so I did. They had my car for 2 days (April 30) and called me to tell me “we couldn’t fix the car at this time because we don’t have the parts”, which I completely understand. So I came into the dealership expecting, a brief explanation what exactly is wrong. Instead, the advisor handed me the key and paperwork and said “you are good to go” No explanation of the issue, how long it will take, status of my car, NOTHING. I literally said “is anyone going to explain what was wrong with the car? And can you guarantee the car is safe to drive?” And then she finally explained the part is on back order Germany, it will take 2-3 weeks. The flaps controlling air flow to the engine is malfunctioning. By this time the light was off but I said I’m still not comfortable driving the car. But the advisor kept insisting that it is safe to drive and I’m no expert of vehicle, so I decided to risk my worst $65k purchase ever and walked away. Because i was complaining, I was so honored to have the advisor personally stapled her business card on the paperwork and said, “I will personally take care of this and will personally call you as soon as the part arrives” Fast forward to June 13th, Thursday, roughly about a month and half passed. No one from the dealership called me. I actually called first the extension# on the business card, and left a voicemail. I waited Thursday, Friday and Saturday (today) still no call back. So I called the dealership AGAIN. After the service department put me on an endless limbo of automated message that says “we are here to provide an ultimate service experience” for a couple of times, I was finally able to speak to a part department. And guess what? Part was already arrived. She just didn’t bother to call me. And the funny thing is the part department guy says “sir, the part was arrived but we cannot find the part. It looks like it was used for someone else. I have no idea and I have to call you back” I expect this level of service at a used car dealership in a movie. I’ve had Mercedes for past many years and I regret switching to bmw and especially Maranello BMW for this abysmal service. Additionally, the breaks started making high pitch squeaking sound since day 1. The very same service advisor told me it is normal for my vehicle. I have M sports break. She says it needs to warm up and it will go away. Well, it doesn’t!! And it is embarrassing to have people on my car. *this problem still exists. Also my X4 had a trunk gate issue about 8 weeks in. The gate could not stay open and it gave me a big bump on the back of my head. The response of the service advisor (a different one) was “meh it happens. What can you do” *this problem is fixed now.

85year old father had to get a new key for his older model BMW. Ordered the key from the parts department and waited a week for it to come in. When he got the key it didn’t work as they sent a faulty key. The service department wanted him to bring the car in. He brought the car in and they ordered another key waited another week then they called him and said his battery was dead ? Which is unusual because he had no issues before. So they recommended we get a battery test done for $360. The test was done and they said he had a drain on the battery. All this for just wanting a new key for the car ? After speaking with a manager they gave us $50 off the price so we ended up paying 310 for a test. Don’t go here to get your car fixed unless you have a warranty. They treated my elderly father terrible. They don’t care who they make money off.

That old man was rude and pompous when I was inquiring about a motorcycle and just walked away when he was done with his condescending speech. DONT service here unless you want to waste your time. Worst service experience ever. Dealership told me to bring the car as a booked appointment yet they failed to even look at the car ALL DAY! I booked an appointment a week in advance for an airbag issue. Knowing that sometimes these things can take time I decided to drop off the vehicle in the morning and pick up at night. Giving 7hrs+ to service. The service advisor calls me at 2pm and tells me that they haven't looked at the car yet and that he'll call back. I got NO CALL BACK I called the dealership at 4:30pm at which point I was told that nobody looked at my car, still. You tell me to come for an appointment, I give you the car for all day, and you don't have time to service the car. Pure incompetence. What a JOKE!

I waited outside in the cold for 4 hours. My appointment was at 10:30 am and at 1 pm (2.5 hrs later) I found out that my car hadn't even entered the service garage and it was next in line. Meanwhile customers who came after me were being served first and finished before me. I was very disappointed and freezing. We were not offered any coffee or anything to keep warm. For a dealership like BMW I would have expected better treatment. I am not happy at all.

This dealership is a complete disaster. I usually deal with PFAFF BMW in Mississauga and they have stellar service. Maranello is a joke. I had tranny issues with my 5 series 535i that was caused from a recall the provoked it. These people were the closest to my work so I drop my car there. I get a call to come by. I go by and I'm told by 2 very arrogant service advisers that I need a brand new tranny and it would cost 18 grand. A 3 year old 80 thousand dollar BMW with 80 thousand clicks doesn't get tranny issues just like that. These idiots didn't even put it on a hoist and or inspect it properly. I had it towed to PFAFF and they had the car for a few days inspecting and testing it thoroughly. They went the extra mile and got BMW head office involved and I was full covered and rec'd a brand new tranny and had the recall the damaged the original tranny fixed only having to pay 1000 for labor. 1000 dollars versus 18,000 dollars....you do the math people. I don't care how long Maranello has been in business but this dealer is a scam looking for a place to happen. Teach your staff how to do their jobs correctly.

Recently visited Maranello in hopes to find a potential new bike for 2017 season. From the minute you walk in and see the very well put together, clean and organized show room. The friendly greeting as you walk in. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Noah. Very personable and knowledgable. I had a few concerns about getting into a Ducati based on chatter I've heard around about comfort, maintenance etc. Noah promptly put my worries to ease. Informed me of all updates Ducati has done to improve their bikes and he also guided me into the direction of a bike i thought id never be interested in. Car went in for a simple oil change. Was told it would take around an hour and thirty minutes. After an hour and twenty five minutes got a text saying car was ready. Then took 25-30 more minutes to get my car. Actually went looking for it and found it parked on the back lot. Spoke with an attendant walking by about it and he said he would look into it. So it took the better part of 2 hrs to get an oil change. If you think this is fine then my rating is unfair, however, I think that a luxury car dealership should run things more efficiently. Free time for me is few and far between and I am unhappy that it took so long. Because service is included in the purchase price I'd be throwing money away by going to a third party service centre so am financially obligated to go to BMW, and I'd wager they know that, so there's little incentive for them to worry much about my spare time and doing things promptly.

I went there 2 weeks ago to inquire for a new bike (i knew what bike I wanted)....after looking around for a good 20 minutes i had to approach the sales guy because he wouldn't even come close to me. when I asked for the price of the bike i wanted he gave me that look (probably cause I was wearing work clothes) and said "I don't know I have to check"....and walk away without saying anything else. i had to look for him again and ask him if he had checked the price. he said no. Then he went to his desk and checked the price. it was a new 2015 Hyperstrada, he said that because it was a 2015 it was at cost $14,995 plus freight. (again he walked away without saying another word). I had enough and left. I'm glad I did cause I went to GP bikes it was a totally different experience. friendly sales people and very knowledgeable. I found a 2016 hyperstrada for $13,500 plus tax...that's it, no freight..and I got a $1,500 credit from Ducati for appareal or accesories. Oh and i forgot to mention that I paid for it cash. Maranello has a lot to learn

I usually don't write reviews, but for this case I will. This is not a review of BMW X1 which we took here for lease but about our excellent buying experience with Cristina Fetescu. Everything was right, starting from the moment we went to Maranello and Cristina met us at the door and ending with driving home on our new BMW X1. We started to find replacement for our SUV which ended of lease this summer and one of first place we visited was Maranello. We compared few models, took a drive test of X1 2.8i with Cristina, and then had an estimate including trade-in our lease-ending SUV. We got few excellent advises from Cristina about this model and optional packages selection. All prices were absolutely transparent so we could trace all numbers up to the final lease amount. This purchase was not emotional, we honestly said to Cristina that we were at the beginning of shop around process and we were going to visit few more places. After two weeks with many drive tests and estimates (some of them were literally on napkin ) we came back to Maranello and negotiated our deal. At that moment trade-in value was already negotiated via Cristina's multiple follow up calls and all numbers were ready to sign. We signed the agreement, paid an initial deposit and started to wait for the delivery day of new car. The paperwork process at the delivery date was quite short, Cristina prepared all documents very accurately. He needed the warranty information and I did have problems similar where they couldn’t find my warranty in the file at other dealerships. Robert said to give them a call and get the number so they can start on the work right away, but Robert he went above and beyond he called and he got all the information. I have been to different dealerships BMW Toronto, Policoro, Parkview and out of all this is the best. My service advisor he recommended what I had to do I just didn’t have the time to get it fixed I needed the car for my trips, but I do know that will come to Maranello and to have my car looked over by Robert. Maranello BMW doesn't believe in customer care!! I bought a pre owned car from them on 12th January, 2020. On 22nd of January I sent them an email requesting them to look into some maintenance issues just out of courtesy. The salesman refused all but one (fog lights) subject to his manager approval. Finally, in reply to an email, he said that he has spoken with his manager and the fog lights would be fixed. Strangely enough, even after this I wasn't given a go ahead. The matter dragged on till March and the closures due to the pandemic. Just to keep things going on, I contacted them again on 19th of March and then again on April 7th. On September 1st, I called again and spoke with the concerned manager. The first thing he told was that the person I was dealing with was fired. In my interaction with him, I found him a very unfriendly and crass person who didn't had the time to listen to their customers! He kept on asking me why didn't I contacted them before the pandemic? Such people and incidents tell us a lot about the company but the takeaway is to stay away

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I've never had a bad experience at a dealership. It's supposed to be the smoothest transaction, but not here. The car we bought needed to be brought to their showroom from another store location within Ontario. They told us a tentative 3-4 days. But would never provide details about where the vehicle is, when it'll arrive. Everytime we called, it would always be 3-4 days. And then last minute we were asked to pick it up the very next day (this was an issue as both the owners needed to be there to pick it up - and it's hard to reschedule everything last minute). And then started the saga of their team refusing to accept our insurance. I've had the same company insure all our family cars since 2015. We've changed cars during this time, bought new ones, never once has any other dealership given us problems. But here we were asked for documents that no insurance company releases. Even though all the information was fully mentioned (in depth) in the insurance application and confirmation, yet they refused to accept it. They refused to accept our void cheques without stamps, and our bank informed us that they don't stamp void cheques as the institution number is enough to tell what bank it is. But they refused to accept. Now after all this, when we were ready to pick up the car (after a long weekend) our sales person was off. The sales manager was on vacation. And the assistant manager starts at 12. One would expect someone at that level to be more empathetic towards customers, or at the least try to console. But not Chris, he was rude towards us, blaming the delays on us (the customers). We were then transferred to another sales representative, Michael, who was even more rude blatantly told me that the dealership was being accommodating towards us but we had failed to do our job as customers. If you're planning on buying anything from BMW please find another dealership (even if this location shows to have the car, they ship it for free. You'll be much better off going elsewhere. Because even their customer service is subpar. They treat you like strangers as opposed to other places that will treat you like guests, sound interested in anything you have to say. They seemed bothered that someone had come into their showroom) THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. However, I will say Cassandra Lee was their only saving grace. She was the only one who knew what customer service is and how to treat a fellow human.

Terrible service! I took my lease x4 to fix the issue with the driver side door. The service advisor Lisa told me due to COVID they couldn’t provide me the loan car. Anyway, I took a cab home. After 4 hours Lisa called me to notify the car needed to stay there until next day. The following day she called me again saying they had to keep the car for another day. That’s the second day I didn’t have my car to drive to work... I could not stay without car any longer, so I just came to the workshop to pick up my car. Seeing the car it was obvious the issue was still there and they didn’t touch my car at all. They gave me a work order showing the part was changed, but I’m sure they never replaced anything. Funny thing, when I came and said I want my car back, Lisa told me they could’t give it since it’s not safe to drive it. She said they should order additional part for the door, but her manager said there was nothing to order, just technician didn’t have time to take a look at the car for past days!!!! That’s exactly what he said without any over-exaggeration. I just took the car without fixing the door and had my own mechanic fixed it for less than 10 min just by adjusting existing part. I got my proof that there was no need to buy the new part. Looks like this service department is just trying to take advantage and rip off BMW warranty by keeping cars longer and charging the warranty extra money for nothing. I will not recommend this location.

The name of this encyclopedia is John Pavunkovic (JP for short) who had answers for any questions we threw at him. Impressive ! Besides that...you know the rule, get 3 quotes from 3 different vendors , compare, discuss, decide, etc. JP quote came on top and we managed to close the deal very quickly for the car with the colour and options we wanted. JP was very helpful along the way and everything went smooth (Ok, I know it sounds like a standard phrase but I cannot find anything better) So you just finished reading my review . Stay away! Worst experience i have had with any motorcycle store. When they say 1-2 days it turns to 3-4 weeks. Can't believe the service level. They are horrible! Will never call you back. Parts is horrible too. Everything is just bad. I might have been less angry with delays if the staff wasn't so bad. The service guys know almost nothing about bikes!! One if the times I called to follow up I was told they lost my bike .... Not sure how these guys are in business. Treating customers like they don't matter and acting like you don't need them is not a good long term business plan. They act so busy too not answering the phone, but when you go in person there is nothing going on and all the staff are sitting around on their asses. Next time I will take the time to go to GP, an hour of driving would have saved me a month!!

February 24, 2017 "be careful before you have your family in one of their cars" George Alexander Imagine you pay $37,900 for a " BMW CERTIFIED " vehicle, and within less than a month we spent $2100,we picked up our "CERTIFIED" 2014 X3 at 12:20 pm ,within 20 minutes we have to turn and go back to the dealer because the brake which is a major safety issue was vibrating very bad ,we got it done after wasting the whole day,as soon we got home my wife noticed the brake light on the tailgate (which is another safety issue) wasn't working,I thought it's matter of light bulb not worth it to go back ,couple of days after we found out that this is an expensive one $370 +labor ,called the dealer back to fix it ,they won't do it,we talked to the sales rep David and he couldn't help,we talked to the sales manager and he didn't help. MY ADVICE if you HAVE TO buy a vehicle from Maranello BMW Please get it checked through another BMW service facility before you have your family in.

I bought my car from David Sy, who even though didn’t negotiate on the prices, but I found him to be very honest, fair and helpful guy. He answered all my inquiries very politely and made an extra effort to explain the details of the car over and over again. Also, he was true to words as a small glitch came in after I bought the car home and he didn’t even take a second to offer complimentary to fix the issue without any questions. Also, the delivery specialist guy, Wilson, who delivered the car to us is hilarious and super helpful guy. Everything was signed and finalized I even got approved from bmw fs (yes they did my credit chq) after wanted me to pay for some documentation charges I denied to pay as this was not disclosed prior to the deal. So they refused to proceed with the deal and declined ! Worst customer service(csr leo) !!

Couldn’t be even worse! Worst service I ever had!! The service representative ANNA desk No.4 was very rude and impatient. I had 3 concerns mentioned to her, she didn’t put the note on the form, one of them is I think there is a leak of my windshield tank. And after the service I think there is a missing cap on top of the windshield tank, she just denied i mentioned the concern to her. I already home, and then I came back to the retail ANNA just throw me to the technician, and refuse to deal with my issue.How rude it is! At the end I have to talk to her manager to get everything resolved! I have been a loyal BMW costume for years.this experience is very disappointed!! And Btw, the main reason I was there is for check my rear brake system, but I was there for 4hours, I thought they will get all the issues/my concerns addressed, but thanks to “ANNA’s professional skills”, only one of them is done!

Dealership is awesome, staff is really friendly and great help when buying but the car has not been a pleasure at all hence the review. I didn't want to do this review until the car had made its first service appointment and sadly it didn't even get to that without issues. Bought the car in March with 47k on it and clean car facts. When I picked up the car I gotta say, the interior detailing was terrible. I love a clean car and I had to do a full inside and outside wash to get it to my standard. Not what I expected from BMW but ok, its covid and maybe that is why but it did not look like you would expected a BMW to look like when picking it up after buying. After the first week the brakes started squeaking at low speeds, I heard it could be condensation in the brakes and there was no grinding so I figured I would get that checked at the first appt, not a huge deal but an annoyance given it started happening in the first week. In May the right driver side reflector just popped off and fell inside the front bumper for no reason, had to spend time replacing the adhesive glue which was an annoyance but something I could deal with. Buying pre-owned there could sometimes be issues I am aware of that. Car now has about 57k now, last night the car shut down on me on the 401 in rush hour, engine said it was overheating. Brought it in to a BMW dealership closer to home and the water pump has failed, repair will be around $1900 taxes in. Very disappointing, this was my first BMW, always wanted one and now I am thinking I would have been better off with the Audi. Already dropping almost 2k for repairs with me putting about 10k on it. Not sure I will get a BMW again, I don't have anything against Maranello BMW, the salesman was great but I feel like I bought a lemon from them.

Had an excellent experience with my purchase, my Salesman Jonathan is very knowledgeable on all the BMW models and quickly responded to all my questions and concerns. I have purchased many cars from different manufacturers and dealerships over the years and never returned to same dealership after my lease was over due to lack of customer service from the salesmen at these dealerships. But that is not what my experience was with Jonathan, he went above and beyond what I would expect and provided excellent customer service. He made shopping for a luxury vehicle fun and exciting. My wife's '07 5 series broke down on the highway on a Saturday afternoon during the long weekend and I got great help with a service advisor Don Chen. Even though I didn't buy it there they were the only ones open and after explaining the situation over the phone, he gave me a possible diagnosis and ballpark cost if confirmed & stated they would look at it that day. After being towed there and meeting with Don we left after explaining they would be able to look at it but not fix it, he called and he confirmed the problem and gave a quote. I asked if he could do better and he went and got a very fair and competitive price compared to my own mechanic..from a dealer(checked after). When a part did not come in and would take another day he offered a free rental which we did not take him up on but was nice not having to complain to get offered. I arranged for a shuttle to pick up my wife the next day and was on time and courteous. Don was very professional and helpful and really felt he tried to soften the blow of an unplanned car expense. thanks

Oh my god! I haven't seen anything like this. my appointment set for first thing in a morning. By 1130am my service advisor "Peter" told me we very busy! my respond was I was the first customer to drove my car in, how possibly you can be busy?? He told if you want i can take your car out and you can leave!!!!!!! Also i asked him to check the tire and then he told me your tire is no good and has a leak and i must change the tire. As today which is Aug 20th my tire is in great shape. Not my normal thing to do but thought I should share how great dealing with this group of professionals was. Had a service appointment for my BMW328 for 9am today and was in and out in 10 minutes WITH A CAR TO DRIVE! And it was a BMW! - which sounds like a no brainer but I've had other 'luxury brands' that give me some used 'no name' car off their lot as a loaner. The tech that helped me was great - thorough with his questions so they could understand my layman's terms in tech talk - he called me with updates on how they were doing and what was going on...told me when it would be ready for pick up and went over what was done with me when I got there to make sure I understood everything. Thought this dealership was going to be amazing based off all the reviews. Long story short, have a BMW coming off lease, went to get something new for lease. Great deal was struck, papers signed with agreed upon payments, downpayment taken, etc. Fast forward 3 weeks. Everything is ready to go. Bring my BMW in off lease, they take my keys etc. show me the new BMW, and then when it comes to finalizing and giving the rest of the deposit, the manager comes and wants to raise the month lease and negotiate it. How is this possible after an agreement was signed and everything. Worst experience at a BMW dealership ever. I suggest going elsewhere. These people are not good people.

Purchased new 528i xDrive last year. Would not recommend this dealership. 1. Missing Option: Connected Drive was missing and I contacted the dealership 5 times (by call) to get it installed. Every time I called them, they said they will get back to me tomorrow. I had to wait for 2 Weeks to get the Missing Option Installed which should have been completed at the time of delivery. I had to send an email to the general manager to finally get this done. 2. Incorrect Warranty Expiry Dates: On mybmw website, warranty expiration dates were incorrect. I contacted the general manager to update the warranty expiry dates to where it should be. They updated the new car limited warranty and no charge service plan. However, roadside assistant warranty was not updated. I requested for an update for Roadside assistance 2 months ago on November 25. I sent two emails afterwards to follow up. No response till now and still waiting. Hopefully, they will finally get back to me after reading this. I spent so much time and effort communicating with this dealership to get these issues addressed. I never expected such experience as a customer. I wouldn't consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in the future.

This is my second experience after Gina became my service advisor. Again, I am totally floored. I am a fan of this girl. Let me tell you my story. The car was giving off some burning smell and I even saw smoke. So I take it in. Last time my service contract took care of it. This time Fine had to go back and forth with the insurance co. She showed them pictures she took on her phone of the part and fought for me and made sure they understood it wasn’t the sand part and got it covered under my service contract. Can you imagine?? I paid nothing! Nothing to get it fixed. Gina is unbelievable! I have never seen a person more efficient, more customer oriented, more caring and smart in a very long time. She goes the extra mile They say a company is just as good as its employees. It’s true. Gina makes them look good. I had lost faith after the horrible experience I had with another service advisor I had the displeasure to have to bear with. I was very angry. But because I couldn’t say anything nice, I said nothing. I had already found another Machanic to take care of my car. I had promised myself I’d never, NEVER go back to this dealership again. I went back because I had a flat and it was covered under my tire insurance. That is when I met Gina. Rest is history. I see myself in her. She is awesome. Simply awesome!!!! These guys will low ball you badly if you want to trade in. Salesman Cray Scarlett was arrogant and rude in my dealings with him via email. Avoid this place and take your money elsewhere where the sales staff actually have customer service skills and are willing to negotiate in a respectful and polite manner.

Worst Customer Service Experience of my Life! I scheduled an appointed to check out a new 2 series BMW. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, just to be punctual. Once I got there I was informed Jonathan was with another client at the moment but to give him a few minutes, which is understandable. After looking around the showroom and sitting in the lounge for over 25 minutes, Jonathan, very flustered and rushed comes out to introduce himself and told me he was running behind because his prior appointment came in super late to their scheduled appointment. He told me to give him a few minutes but that someone would be over and bring the car around so I could go for a test drive in the meantime. (Fine), another 20 minutes go by and not one person working there came over or even acknowledged my parents and I. After an hour of waiting from the time I was scheduled to come in and being treated like an insignificant, we decided to leave. As I was walking out, we bumped into Jonathan and told him we couldn't wait any longer as we had other engagements to attend. He simply said "Okay, Im sorry, we "appreciate" you" and let us walk out. He didn't not show any interest whatsoever in rescheduling or any signs of genuinely caring about having wasted our time. Like I said, worst experience ever and I more than anything, was very disappointment as I was sincerely interested in purchasing a vehicle. I am so turned off and would not recommend this dealer to anyone based on my experience. However, things must happen for a reason because I just purchased a brand new Benz and I'm totally in love it and happy things worked out the way they did.

Brought my car in for an annual tune-up. Air conditioning wasn’t working and asked for it to be fixed. It was expensive and a big job but worth getting done. Waited days for it and it was fine. When I got the car back, settings were all reset. This got fixed with a return visit but then a coolant light came on. Now back for yet another visit, they said it was unrelated (quite the coincidence) and would be another big job. They said they had the parts and I was to wait. After a while, learned they didn’t have the parts and I’d need a rental. I had to wait two weeks for the job to get done which was to replace the thermostat and some pipes. At this point, they called to say that the car was ready but that my hood wasn’t closing and I’d need to get a new clasp. I finally had to decline given the car has been kept in a garage and any issues from such a simple mechanism came as such a surprise after so many trips to this location. It was an awful experience.

POOR Customer Service, did not let me know if my car was serviced or not or when i can pick up my car. Dropped my car off on Friday 8am(scheduled time slot) , service team said they done by noon and either call or text me once completed. No response from them all day, left them voicemails on Friday and all through Saturday, no return. Finally had to call sales team to see if they can put in through to service team for an update. Sales team said they cant help. Had to take a cab to work on Monday due to their lack sincerity towards work and customer. Had another bitter experience when i purchased my new car from them. Never going back to this dealership, please look elsewhere if you are looking for quality service and gratitude towards customers.

I had an amazing customer experience at Maranello BMW. I brought my car for service and Robert Obront, my service advisor, recommended a wheel alignment. After picking up the car, I've noticed it seemed worse than before and the wheel aligned, but I had to move the steering wheel constantly to drive. I called Robert and he simply told me to bring the car back, which I did. He brought in Mario, their foreman, who test drove the car with me, explained what was going on in details and took the car back to the shop for redoing the alignment. It is perfect now! My friends experience. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I've never had a bad experience at a dealership. It's supposed to be the smoothest transaction, but not here. The car we bought needed to be brought to their showroom from another store location within Ontario. They told us a tentative 3-4 days. But would never provide details about where the vehicle is, when it'll arrive. Everytime we called, it would always be 3-4 days. And then last minute we were asked to pick it up the very next day (this was an issue as both the owners needed to be there to pick it up - and it's hard to reschedule everything last minute). And then started the saga of their team refusing to accept our insurance. I've had the same company insure all our family cars since 2015. We've changed cars during this time, bought new ones, never once has any other dealership given us problems. But here we were asked for documents that no insurance company releases. Even though all the information was fully mentioned (in depth) in the insurance application and confirmation, yet they refused to accept it. They refused to accept our void cheques without stamps, and our bank informed us that they don't stamp void cheques as the institution number is enough to tell what bank it is. But they refused to accept. Now after all this, when we were ready to pick up the car (after a long weekend) our sales person was off. The sales manager was on vacation. And the assistant manager starts at 12. One would expect someone at that level to be more empathetic towards customers, or at the least try to console. But not Chris, he was rude towards us, blaming the delays on us (the customers). We were then transferred to another sales representative, Michael, who was even more rude blatantly told me that the dealership was being accommodating towards us but we had failed to do our job as customers. If you're planning on buying anything from BMW please find another dealership (even if this location shows to have the car, they ship it for free. You'll be much better off going elsewhere. Because even their customer service is subpar. They treat you like strangers as opposed to other places that will treat you like guests, sound interested in anything you have to say. They seemed bothered that someone had come into their showroom) THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. However, I will say Cassandra Lee was their only saving grace. She was the only one who knew what customer service is and how to treat a fellow human.

We received a recall notice which tells for BMW X3d there is possibility to overheated and catch fire if coolant leak to engine. The recall ask to have service to change a part, The X3d we have does have two times gave warning of no coolant. After we bring the recall notice to BMW, the service staff just did a check gave us a paper show' no action needed". For my understanding, a recall is something has to be done. It is not a choice. We contacted them again they confirmed us no problem. Now we are nervously driving the car.
