I had to replace a trunk stopper on my Tesla Model 3. It is a specialty type of work that needed to be done by experts. Chris at Leon's made sure I was catered to, ensuring a pleasurable experience. A rental car was arranged and periodical email updates of the repair were provided. The work was finished before the estimated time of EOD Friday, to ensure I don't deal with traffic on the way home on Hwy 400. The car was washed and cleaned to ensure COVID protocol. COVID Protocol was observed throughout the whole process.

I have so many good things to say about Leon’s Auto Body. I had some rust on the trunk of my 2017 Toyota Camry XSE, and they are miracle workers. From the time I walked in and met Max and Daniel, until the time I got my car back was amazing. They both kept me up to date and did everything possible to get my car back to me ASAP. I strongly recommend going to see Max and Daniel. I hope I never need body work for my vehicle but in the event I do, I know exactly where I am going. If someone were to ask me for a body shop, I will recommend Leon’s no matter what. All set aside I’m happy with the repair and they are just down right awesome. If Google could let me, I’d give them a 10 star. That’s how good they are.

Ok first things first - These guys are by far the best in the business ! Now my story - I drive a lexus and have kept the car spotless since I got it spending every weekend detailing every nook and cranny of the car. Unfortunately while parking this in my spot( which is a a corner underground parking) spot, I went too close to one of the support beams and kissed the wall on the passengers side bumper. I could not believe I did this! I looked at it and at first I thought it was only paint transfer that I had to get rid of with some rubbing alcohol and a little rubbing compound would make it all go away- at least I wished, but it didnt. The scratches were deep and had gone through the clear coat and actually taken the paint off. So then three sleepless nights later, I looked everywhere and came across Leon's that is run by Daniel and his team. It was the family day weekend but Vince came to the shop on a holiday just to look at it and give me an estimate. Vince looked at it and said it would take two days, and said they could do it and I dropped of the car the next day. I waited and Daniel called me Thursday and said it was ready and I was to go the next day(Friday) and pick it up. On Friday however, I got a call from Vince saying he wasn't happy with the way it turned out and the color match was 95% accurate but he wouldn't let the car go unless he matched it 100% !! I mean in any other situation, you would be upset, but I marveled at these guys and their attention to detail. I was ok and waited until Monday to pick up the car. I was greeted by Daniel who walked me through the whole job and believe you me, you couldn't see the difference !! spectacular job at it. We went in and i finished the paperwork and Daniel gave me a tour of the workshop and we walked back to the car. When I came back, I came across several fine scratches against the sun rays that you woulnt normally see indoors and I asked Daniel if he could do anything about it. Normally when you've settled your invoice they do not care and just try and get back to their business, NOT Daniel. He actually asked me to wait...went inside and came out with some magic compound and actually went through all the scratches around the whole car and buffed them out! Now this is what you call customer service. The Owner working on your car and making sure he does his best to see his clients /customer satisfied! Daniel I truly appreciate the effort and I would not just recommend this shop to everyone, but actually urge them to come see Daniel and his crew !

After being hit by a construction vehicle, the company responsible informed me that I would have to use Leons for the job if they were paying for the repair. I wanted to use a local shop in downtown Toronto that I had used before. I am so glad that I ended up using Leons instead. Best of all they totally detailed my car before pickup; buffing the headlights, scrubbing the rims, and deoderizing the inside. That is what I call customer service and going the extra mile! Someone hit my Tesla and so my insurance recommended that I go to Leons to get it fixed. Not only did they do a thorough check of the damage but they also noticed it was wrapped and included that into the estimate too. In addition, they purchased some winter tires for me and installed them when they were fixing the car, which made my life even easier. Furthermore, they set up a rental car for me so the process was seamless. To top it off, they cleaned the interior and exterior of the car for free! I would definitely recommend their services. It's worth every penny.

The auto repair industry is full of shops competing for your business, but it is very hard to trust one's workmanship without a raving review or referral. So, I checked every auto repair shop on Google Maps with a five-star rating in Toronto, and shortlisted five shops. After speaking to all five and visiting three of them in person, I finally decided on Leons Auto Body. Chris and Daniel welcomed and reassured me that my car would be repaired back to its original condition with all of the body and mechanical components looking and performing exactly as they did before the collision. It took a while to get my car back, but Chris regularly checked in with progress updates. When I got the car back, it looked and smelled like brand new. It was obvious that my car had been washed and detailed before being delivered. Chris even put on my winter tires and replaced my old battery with a new one. Do not waste your time with other shops. If you care about your car, take it to Leons Auto Body.

I thought I wrote a review the last time I was here so consider this review a 2-in-1! Today is the second time I've brought my car into Leon's Auto Body (people just love damaging my parked car). I've received amazing service as usual. The first time I brought in my vehicle was also my first "accident", Leon's provided a very warm welcome and made all my anxieties fade away. I had to have my entire front bumper replaced on my Subaru Impreza in Pearl colour. It's a difficult colour to work with, but in the end the results looked fantastic and my front looks brand new. Daniel helped me out both times and was very friendly and knowledgeable, and answered any questions that I had.

They (specifically chris) did an immaculate job taking care of my 2016 BMW 750i. The car had minor damages and made sure to make it look brand new when giving it back to me. Chris even went the extra step of recalibrating my sunroof without me asking to and made sure it looked great. I had one concern with how my taillight lined up but Chris said I could bring it back to fix it anytime and he fixed it for me quickly and my car has never looked better!

I was skeptical at first of all the amazing reviews, but after visiting 3 other body shops experiencing lackluster service, when I came to Leons, my gut told me I was in the right place. I had also found a person in the auto service business who has had their vehicles repaired here, and he confirmed my feelings, that Leons does great work. I asked to be shown around the shop, and I even met with some of the employees. Some of them had been working here for a very long time, and were very friendly, laughing and joking with Daniel. Gave me a good feeling. I am.....particular...about my vehicle, but Daniel answered all my questions, and accommodated my requests, no issues. My vehicle was previously wrapped with paint protection film, and after explaining, and looking at a wrap job that had failing edges after one year he suggested a local wrap place, Smart Detail, who did a much better job putting on the new wraps, on the repaired panels. Daniel kept in contact with me the whole time, answering any questions I had quickly. The quality of the repair was better than when I received the vehicle new from the dealer. Panel gaps were bang on, and the paint finish was excellent, no missed areas under my hood, no swirling. A guy from a different, and highly rated, shop got defensive with me, when I asked him if that level of swirling was acceptable on a repaired vehicle. You could tell which parts were repairs just based on how they stood out in the sun. He told me "it's only a car, it's going to get damaged again". They did not get my business. I got a better repair, with more new parts, for less at Leon's, than another dealership based body shop I visited. If I ever need body or paint work done in the future, I will be going right back to Leons Autobody. TL;DR Go to Leon's and let Daniel look after you, and your vehicle will be like new again. There is a reason why they are so busy!

After researching many body shops out there i decided to pick Leons Auto Body and gotta say best decision ever. I had my 2014 Kia Forte damaged the day snow started to fall around the end of December and it did not look good. The front passenger side front corner bumper was smashed along with many pieces that connects to it, headlight, fog lights and more. Not just that but my car had visible scratches at the rear corner and the front grill and emblem was damaged also. In need of fixing my car i spoke to the owner Daniel and gotta say great guy with a great personality. I was treated nicely and admired the customer service he provided me. After confirming the payment i find the rates were very reasonable and it varies depending on the damage. Without a car to use and could take a few weeks to repair. Daniel gave me one of his own rental car to use although my insurance company already set me up. Once my car was repaired i was amazed by the quality of the work, everything that was damaged was replaced and my car looked brand new. Overall i give this place a 10/10 why excellent customer service, reasonable rates, and quality of the work (they don't rush it). I highly recommend this place.

Wow, where do I start? Daniel and his staff are phenomenal. Very friendly, extremely fast. Daniel has gone out of his way to accommodate me on many occasions. My expectations are exceeded time and time again. Leon's has been there for me whether it was a major collision (unfortunately) or preparing my leased vehicle for return. They take care of you every step of the way. Stacey at the front desk was so helpful, so sweet and every moment was easygoing. It can be daunting for a woman to enter an auto body shop. Would not recommend. They installed used body parts in my vehicle and after a year, my rear tailgate became very rusty. When I came back to the shop, they said that they will fix it but not immediately. They said they will order a new tailgate and call me but they never did. They never called me and are not interested in fixing their mistake. I would not recommend this auto body place.

My treasured car was recently involved in an unfortunate accident (was t-boned by another vehicle). I initially took the car to the body shop recommended by my insurance company. While I am sure they do good work, I was not pleased with their estimate or their unpleasant manner. I did some research on local body shops and contacted Leons Auto Body looking for a second opinion about repairing my car - I was having a dilemma about whether or not to repair it, and was seeking information on the cost of the repair. Leons patiently listened to my concerns, reviewed the written estimate prepared by the other body shop, and considered the photographs of the vehicle damage. The owner very kindly offered me honest advice about the cost to repair the damage, the work involved, and broader economic and safety considerations. He could have easily talked me into having the repairs done at Leons, but instead, he recommended against repairing the vehicle and suggested that I would be better off getting another vehicle. I am so impressed by his honesty. In a world where so many people are driven by greed, I was shocked to find a businessman who offered advice that was in MY best interests rather than his own financial interest. Without question, the next time I need a body shop or am asked to recommend one, I will turn to Leons and ask for Al.

Brought my car here for repairs due to all the good reviews and was not disappointed. Car looks like new again! They also painted a spot where an older damage took place which was above and beyond and they covered the steering wheel and driver seat with protective plastic, and place a sheet to cover the driver mat..oh did I mention they also wash and wax your car after the repairs? I needed some body work on my BMW M5. I am very particular about those that work on my car and after visiting a number of reputable body shops, I chose Leon's based on their customer service. The work was completed as promised and for a very reasonable price. When I went to pick up my car it was like it had just rolled off the assembly line. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the paintwork, the car had been detailed inside and out, a service for which I have often paid several hundreds of dollars. When I am checking out body shops and mechanics I aways look at the type of vehicle in the facility. As I walked through Leon's I saw a Maserati, Audi R8, several BMW's and Mercedes. They were also restoring a vintage Mercedes 280SL. So I knew my car would be in good hands. I also discovered they do RIM repair, another very useful service. The level of customer service is simply beyond reproach. These guys offer a truly excellent service and I would highly recommend them for any auto body work you may need. Even though I live some distance away, I will have no hesitation in using Leon's for any future needs.

Excellent service by the team at Leons for my Tesla Model S - cracked panoramic roof (don't ask...). The service rep, Max communicated with me by email when the part arrived and late into the night the day before the car was ready, to make arrangements for cleaning and pickup. They made sure the car was spotless - a very thorough cleaning job including the rear trunk well and the front trunk . The rental was reasonably priced and available right at Leons for pickup and drop off . The repair itself was imperceptible. Good as new. Sadly I needed a prior repair - that was done at Excellence Auto . What a difference here at Leons ! No comparison. My only hope is that Leons acquires a larger parking space at some point.

The second you step into this super friendly environment, the quality of service and care is second to none. I recently got my Infiniti QX50 front bumper and right fender liner replaced at LEONS. This is the first time that I have gotten into a car accident and in need of auto repair. As someone who is not at all familiar with cars and auto repair, I think I can speak for most people, that it is not something easy to navigate through. The following is my personal experience with LEONS AUTO BODY and personal reflection on choosing auto body shops: 1. Honesty and price People who are inexperienced in auto repair are most worried about being ripped off. The most important thing for me was choosing a shop that I feel I can trust. LEON was very honest and upfront about what had to be done, and what were simply cosmetic things that can be hid. Willowdale Infiniti on the other hand, quoted me on parts that were not necessary without telling me so. I shopped around few other reputable body shops and the consensus aligned with LEON's diagnosis, and for the same amount of work done, none of them could beat LEON's price. 2. Technical expertise / work quality I was impressed with LEONS shop, it was spacious and clean. While it had many cars, the shop was organized. It showed that the organization and its team are well organized. The type of cars in the shop are also very impressive, when people can trust this shop with their 6-figure cars, I felt like I can too. And when I picked up my car, I was more than happy with the job they did. The pearl coloured paint was perfectly blended, the bumper and fender liner were assembled impeccably. This may not be a major repair, but based on my experience and observation, LEONS takes their jobs very seriously. 3. Customer service I mainly dealt with Daniel, who is both friendly and professional. I felt welcomed the moment I stepped into the shop and I was treated as a valuable customer. Daniel and his team gave me a thorough diagnostic of the car and patiently explained what the issues were. After they fixed my car, they even did an interior/exterior cleaning free of charge. The team at LEONS was also incredibly efficient, I dropped off my car on Monday afternoon and I was able to get the car back by Wednesday. Even after picking up my car, Daniel encouraged that I contact him for any questions or concerns. Top notch customer service indeed. I have to say my overall experience at LEONS is 5/5. And I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to everyone.

Leon’s has been my “go to” auto body shop for about 10 years now. During this period I’ve been to the shop at least 4 times. The work has always been magnificent but I never bothered writing a review. Things always were as I expected them to be. However my last dealing with the guys was a surprise even though my expectations were already set very high. This winter I had an accident and brought my car to Leon’s. The guys actually took care of everything including the mechanical damage. The car came out like new, which is what I expected. The car was cleaned inside which I also came to expect. They also fixed some minor scratches and dents that had nothing to do with the accident. At no cost. Just good will. I asked why and the answer was “since we already mixed the paint…” Now the surprise part. My front bumper was killed in the accident and Leon’s replaced it with a new one. I took the car after the repair and drove it for some time. Then the new bumper cracked. I don’t know why. Probably manufacturing defect of some sort. I called Landi, the new owner of Leon’s, and told him about the broken bumper. It was already couple of month since I took the car from the shop. I wanted the bumper to be fixed and was fully prepared to pay for the work. All I hoped for was a good discount given the circumstances. They simply replaced the bumper. No questions, no suggestions that I could have hit it somehow… No charge.

I found a spoiler for my 1998 Corolla and when I took it to Leons Auto Body, it was like a bit of nostalgia for Max's crew there since they haven't seen one in 20 odd years. They resprayed my spoiler to match the car's colour. The finished product came out amazing. It was as if it came brand new from the factory. Maxim and his crew did a stellar job and I am very impressed with the time frame it took to do the job and install it on my car. I highly recommend them. Update: Some respray shop workers do a better job than others. My right quarter panel has had some orange peel and the wheel well wasn't painted entirely. However, Maxim and his team are willing to listen and improve their process to make things right.

I sent my S550 in for re-paint on a bumper and some odds and ends and just received the car back in brand new condition .. you could literally put it in a new car showroom .... cleaned and polished inside and out .... perfect colour match and I am the worst critic for mismatched paint ! ..... Al was nice enough to take me through the spotless service area and I could see a Bentley GTC, Mercedes S63, Carrera 4S and even a 1971 Camaro RS all being rejuvenated ... I was a bit concerned about price when I drove up and saw a new Lambo Gallardo in front of the building but the pricing was right on the mark and extremely good value considering the level of service. Upon arrival I was greeted by Al and Landi both owners of the shop. I was taken on a tour of the shop by Al, while my car was being assessed outside by Landi. I was surpirsed to see how big, bright, clean and well organzied the shop was. My bumper had scratches from a previous hit and stone chips all over the hood. I opt'd to take Landi's honest advice to sand and repaint both bumper and hood. Upon completion both the bumper and hood looked brand new. The job was completed on time and you can tell it was professional quality work, not to mention the FREE inside and out wash and detailing job which was an added bonus. This is hands down the single best Porsche body shop in the GTA. I searched across the entire Toronto area and obtained quotes for back end collision damage on my Macan (including at all recommended shops by Porsche such as Pfaff Autobody), Dan at Leon's assessed my vehicle on the spot and provided the most comprehensive and honest quote across all shops. He was highly confident of the repair and obtained the OEM parts the same day. He was servicing multiple Porsches and high end cars such as a Lamborghini at the time. Dan performed the repair with a perfect matching and blending of paint in three business days. His work is unbelievable - a professional would not be able to decipher the difference from a brand new vehicle. There was also zero variation from original quote. Dan subsequently offered to quote the counterparty who I collided with - a Honda HRV. He was able to beat their original quote and completed a passenger door repair including frame work, dent removal and paint within another 3 business days. My counterparty was apparently ecstatic with the work completed, which included an immaculate detail job. Highly recommended, don't waste time looking elsewhere, this is likely the most honest and most technically proficient autobody shop in the City, a high qualification to come by in this industry.

After the appraisal was done by my approved insurance company's body shop( CAR STAR). They gave me a repair deadline of about two weeks and a half I was not happy with the previous experience of these DRP shops. I chose to go with leons auto body and I met with Daniel and he gave me an estimate but told me he can get it done alot sooner. Amazingly my car was done in 3 days. There was no downtime in waiting for a response back and they went above and beyond to make the service convenient for me, which is important as I work two jobs and am always busy. The receptionist was very friendly and informative, and when I let her know I needed my car back early, the staff guaranteed it would be done. They did an amazing job on my car, it looks great and they even detailed it for me. I would recommend this body shop to anyone!

Upon recommendation, brought my 2010 Honda Accord to Leons Auto Body (Daniel - Vanley location). The car was in a somewhat major collision and required new driver side front quarter panel, front and rear doors, front end suspension, mouldings and paint. As well, the frame (driver side door post and lower sill) needed to be replaced - so it was a pretty big job. Daniel worked with me to review the required repairs and walked me through the estimate. Communication throughout the ordeal was excellent and he updated me regularly. He also allowed myself and my personal mechanic into the shop to look at the repairs, especially the front end suspension. Daniel's shop manager, Adrian, walked us through everything - he did an excellent job in addressing questions and the work itself. Final product was great. Paint match was superb and he went far and beyond to do other touch up work around the car, including headlights, at no cost. As this was my first experience with Leons, of course, there are often concerns relating to trust, competency and credibility of a body shop and I have to say, I am 100% comfortable with Daniel and his team's experience and workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend Leons Auto Body.

I was extremely disappointed with the fitting and finishing on my model X as many other Tesla owners. Even if Tesla tried to rectified with its authorized body shop, Excellence Auto collision, it didn't accomplish its mission but got me more frustrated! After numerous complaints during my 8 months ownership, Tesla finally have Leons Auto Body to come on board to rectify its poor craftsmanship! Its the first time that I'm truly happy with my model X after it has been rectified correctly! I wish Tesla has given them the warranty service contract much earlier! Went here to get a quote couple weeks ago regarding repainting my front bumper. Turned out to be more expensive than I thought. I also had a ding to the corner of my driver's side door and Chris Wood who I talked to said he can just do it for free since it's a really small job. After being hit, it was suggested that I take my car to Leon's (friends of mine have been taking their cars here for years). Leave it to Leons Auto Body! What a great company this is – a family run business that really cares for their customers in a very personal and professional manner. I have an old 95 e class wagon with very little mileage and which has been well maintained and cared for. After sustaining damage to the front driver side bumper, fender and turn signal, I immediately called Daniel. He looked after everything from start to finish – from ensuring I had a great loaner car the minute I had my accident, (above and beyond what the insurance company would provide) to picking me up at the subway to retrieve the loaner car, to replacing the entire bumper (even though Leons could have just repaired the bumper) and the skirt underneath which had sustained some minor previous damage in 2 spots. It took some time for the right parts to come in as it is an old car but that didn’t impact me in any way given I had a wonderful loaner car. I also had Leons take out a troublesome rust spot on the passenger side fender which was starting to crack for a very reasonable cost. They cut out the rust, put new metal in and painted and polished so you can’t tell a thing! Leons detailed and cleaned the inside of my car and washed and polished the outside to the extent that it looked like new! All of the tire rims and hubcaps were meticulously cleaned – best they have looked in years! I would highly recommend Leons for all types of auto body work!

Leon's Auto Body On Dec.19, 2016 I was involved in a collision with my Sonata. After exchanging information with the other driver I was referred to Leon's Auto Body by the other driver and I decided to try it for my first estimate. When I arrived I was met by one of the owners , Vince who was completely friendly and understanding and very professional. After getting a very reasonable estimate I was given a tour of the body shop. The shop which had many vehicles was extremely clean and looked like a state of the art shop. I only saw high end cars so I knew I was going to be getting top-notch workers to work on my car. I was impressed. Stacy the office secretaary, was also very helpful with my claims information and other paperwork and returned my calls during the fixing stages. I also had access to a rental vehicle at Leon's at a reasonable rate which my insurance company approved. So I drove off and returned when I was called by the other owner Vince to say that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I looked at my car it appeared to be brand new. Not only did they repair the side of the car where I was hit but they also cleaned and painted all the nicks and scratches I had on my front bumper which was not involved in the accident and on the rear bumper and trunk area where I had lots of scratches from my golf bag hitting the edge of the trunk. It was as if the whole car was painted instead of just the driver's side doors. When I opened the car door the inside was totally cleaned and looked new. I was thoroughly satisfied with the workmanship and impressed with the final look. I would highly recommend Leon's Auto Body if you want your car to look new. and if you want a friendly staff to deal with your problem, call Leon's and askfor Vince. After I dented my car, I took it in to both of the Tesla-approved shops in Toronto for a repair quote. Leon’s came back with a quote that was in the ballpark of what I was hoping (it really was a small dent). The other shop quoted me 3x the price and 3x the amount of time for the repair. After investigating reviews here and on Yelp, as well as checking the BBB, I decided to go with Leon’s. The work was done on time, on price and looks great. I can't recommend this auto body shop enough. I've unluckily required their services twice in the last year, and I can tell you that working with them made the pain of my car being in the shop significantly reduced. If you have a Tesla Model S/X, there's no question that this is the place to go. Incredibly professional and friendly staff, who are happy to walk you through and explain the work being done, to prompt replies to your emails, their customer service is the best I have experienced. They go above and beyond and even took the initiative to work with my insurance company without me having to coordinate, which blew me away. The quality is impeccable, no one can tell my car was rear-ended or side-swiped, and from the number of other non Tesla luxury branded cars I saw at their shop, they carry that professional, sterling workmanship across every vehicle. I had fixed my 2015 Cadillac SRX in the shop. The painting was very well done, and the headlights, hoods, fender lines were aligned professionally. The repair was fast, and the service was excellent. Leon's Autobody shop provides the rare combination of excellent workmanship in autobody repair and cordiality in customer service. Unfortunately, I had had nightmare experiences with autobody shops and their "guaranteed work" in the past, with substandard repair of my car and rude behavior. Recently, my car was side swiped in an accident and my drivers side fender and front bumper needed repair. At Leon's Autobody, Landi, the owner, helped to provide me with an excellent repair job for my Hyundai Azera and couldn't have been more helpful in the process, even in helping to deal with the insurance adjuster on my behalf. I'm sticking with this autobody repair shop (hopefully though I won't need any other autobody repair work in the foreseeable future), a rare find from my experience.
