No issues whatsoever with this branch. Customer service from Navdeep was excellent and more than expected. Problem was with Hertz corporation. I'm a physician; was hoping to use their "free rentals for healthcare workers" but was told by head office that the program had expired when I needed a car - however I was in self-isolation and unable to pick-up or even use a vehicle before the end of this program. Hertz has shown no flexibility in allowing an exception under my circumstances. Are they really compassionate, or is their bottom-line more important?

Terrible terrible service, honestly surprised they can stay in business. Apparently it's common practice to rent a car that you paid for in advance to someone else if you're there an hour after your rental booking starts.

I have been renting cars from Hertz for many many years it really does make a big difference which location you go to some of them are corporate stores and some of them are franchise stores try to find out which one they are and the carpet stores are a lot better just as a suggestion.

I rented two cars at this location for the last two month. Each time I was fully satisfied with the car and service. The workers, Mohammad and Ashwin are the most professional people I've ever experienced. It was thankful that I was told specific explanation in detail. Worst experience ever! Stay away!!! Less inventory！ Seems good service until you see the bill! Hidden fees plus automatic charge from my credit card $490 dollars nonsense violation fees after two month since I returned the car. Unbelievable！

This is a smaller location, but it was convenient for me to rent from as it was close to where I was staying. For this rental I called ahead to make sure that the car was available, they said it wasn't and that I should come later in the day to pickup the car, I did and it still wasn't available. As a solution the manager, Aram, drove me to pickup a similar car from their Thornhill location, which took an extra 45 minutes round trip. On the way we crossed the 401, knowing that I would need to cross the 401 to get back, I asked the manager and he told me that he would start the contract at a later time so that I would not have to pay the toll as I was supposed to pickup at their location. He ended up not doing this and I got a bill in the mail for the toll + $15 in admin fees from Hertz. I called the Hertz payments customer service line to explain what I have been told, and found out that the collections company isn't Hertz and that they could do nothing. I then proceeded to contact Hertz, as well as this location by email and phone. Hertz replied after 2 weeks told me they would look into it, then replied 2 weeks later saying that there was nothing that they could do and billed my credit card, I never got an response back from this location. Overall a very poor customer service experience and will not be renting from Hertz in future.

The staff is so friendly, professional, and eager to help. They bridge the extra mile to recommend the best options available to their clients which is, indeed, a very appreciated attitude. In addition to that, they run the business so smoothly which leaves a very good impression especially after the fact that Hertz has already filed for chapter 11; clients may run under the assumption that the branch services may be disrupted or not as smoothly delivered as used to be. Stay away - these guys are very dishonest. They double up my rental fee by adding nonsense charges and fees without letting me know beforehand, and they lie about the gas charges. Unbelievable. Never using hertz again.

Very happy with daily rate that was available for my rental. So accommodating and willing to help make my rental an already better experience by picking me up, as the buses were running behind. Thank you for that! The car was clean and in great running condition. Fast and efficient getting the paperwork done, even had time to help me understand the gadgets in the vehicle! Totally recommend Hertz on Yonge and Elgin!

I booked a car with them few days in advance. Everything was confirmed. I planned my vacation. Less than 24 hours before the pickup, they called me and said the car will not be available without any logical explanation. I’m not sure what was the reason but in was in the Summer 2021 when the demand for car was high and the rental car price was going up day by day.
