Had a big scratch on my car and headlight that I had to get fixed. Exclusive Collision Centre gave me three quotes to choose from, I opted to get them to try fixing the headlight instead of fully replacing it. I dropped the car off on Tuesday morning and it was ready for me to pick up on Thursday! You couldn't tell there was a scratch on the car or headlight at all. They even did a full detail of the car. The car came back looking better than it did when it was brand new. They went above and beyond and definitely exceeded my expectations.

For the context of this review it's important for your to understand that I am an incredible driver but my ability to park smoothly is 100% below average. Yes, I suck at parking. As a result of that my I had punctured two holes in my bumper, swiped two yellow medians and made a huge dent in my fender. (Don't Ask). Someone really close to me recommended ECC Inc and it was without a doubt the best recommendation given to me since switching to GEICO (okay now you can laugh). Seriously though, Marco and his team are absolute professionals. They were efficient, economical and my car looks better now than the day I picked it up off the lot. I am so grateful for how beautiful my car looks. I am no longer embarrassed to driver it around and answer the same question of "what happened to your bumper" If I could give more stars I would. My car was involved in an accident which had the front bumper completely ruined, headlights loose and under the hood compartments broken/loose. The good people at Exclusive were very helpful and very professional. They even got me into a rental car without me going out of my way. My car was ready to pickup the day they had promised me.
