I wanted a Jeep Wrangler, but my wife wasn't convinced it would work as a family vehicle for us and our two kids. Alberto had the Jeep we had inquired about online pulled out and waiting for us upon our arrival at the dealership. He knew our hesitations and sent our whole family out for the test drive. He was very friendly, had the answers to all of our questions and wasn't pushy. He let us experience the car for ourselves as a family, so we could come to the right decision for us. We had a perfect experience shopping for our new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Don Mills. We had actually visited a different Jeep dealership prior to Don Mills, with every intention of making a purchase and instead ended up leaving before even taking a test drive - it was the perfect example of why people don’t like dealerships & salesman pressure. Andy and Don Mills was the exact opposite of that experience. If you want to be convinced why you ‘need’ a car - Don Mills is not the place to go. If instead you want to just have a honest conversation, but treated like a person and not a dollar figure, then go see Andy at Don Mills. We were fortunate to visit during a end of year sales promotion which meant great prices, but somewhat limited selection & inventory. Andy never pressured us to end up in something we didn’t want and did everything he could to make sure we ended up leaving in exactly what we were looking for. He even played babysitter while we had a few test drives! Everyone else in service and finance had the exact same approach - no pressure to add on every bell and whistle and happy to answer and explain every question. We couldn’t be any happier with our purchase so far and the experience that Andy provided. Nice to be treated like a person and not a commission.

Alberto was ok in sales. Service not so...this was my first new vehicle ever, I bought extended warranty and I was told it covers bumper to bumper. I noticed my rear bumper was different color than my truck. They replaced it to match my truck color. Now it has started to rust badly and they are giving me hard time to have it fixed. I have contacted John Goddard service manager many times and still waiting for an answer It seems they lied to me about bumper to bumper warranty. Would not recommend Go Donmills for any service repairs.
