We rented a "factory delivery" unit where we delivered it to Calgary. The RV only had 500miles on it when we picked it up and still had the new factory smell!

This is the third times that we rented RV from cananda cruise. The first time to rent in Ontario very close to our home. We are experienced customer . We can tell the Ontario team is doing good job to maintain the clean Good quality RV. After we returned they checked with us and asked if any issues with the car. And they wrote down the small issues and posted in the steering wheel ( to be fixed) . I liked this detail as I feel they do care about the feedback and detail. Good Cruise Canada Ontario team .

Overall everything went smoothly . Staff was professional and helpful. We had a few minor complaints ( Floor needed cleaning which was dealt with immediately, difficulty in locking the hatch for the trunk ). Fuss free online rental -others had way more hidden fees and add-ons - and easy and fast at delivery/return. The 19ft RV was flawless over 4000kms for our family of 3...with the added bonus of fitting into regular parking spots at malls and in the city. Factor in gas at around 21l/100km and hefty emissions from that V8.... would be great to have more economical/cleaner options.

Unit was old which makes a lot of difference. We rented bigger unit which had a lot of space. We were told 1/2 tank of propane is good for 10 days but it only lasted 2.5 days. Make sure to fill your propane if you are going for more than 3-4 days. Four stars are only because of manager at this location. He was very helpfull and explained us everything.

Excellent experience all around, the RV was clean, comfortable, and driving it was easy. The A/C was quite loud, but cooled the interior quickly and well. Bathroom of course is cramped but otherwise excellent. Great price and value and we would totally rent from Cruise Canada again!

Rented 30 ft RV for 3 weeks. Staff at this location excellent, very good service and very thankful for their help. The inside of the RV was fine but it showed it's use with dirt in the corners of floor/wall, condition of the cushions, things like that. It drove well, no mechanical issues, I would recommend it.

This was my first time going on an RV trip, and so began the process. I called a few places to get an idea of prices and this is where my relationship with Cruise Canada and TJ began. TJ took the time to explain the costs the process, and really made me feel comfortable booking with Cruise Canada. There was no pressure to book now or else type scenarios, suffice to say we ended up booking with TJ. When we got there for the first day, the process was easy and well explained, Jassica took her time to explain every detail and charge, so there would be no surprises and was very professional. The RV was very clean and being my first time TJ took his time to go over all of the details on how to properly run all of the appliances and the multitude of buttons inside the vehicle. We were very excited. On the day we were headed back, we were making great time, until tragedy struck and we were caught in traffic, for almost an hour, when we found out as we drove by, there was a truck on fire. We immediately called Cruise Canada Bolton and explained the situation to them. When we got back the return process was just as professional and smooth. TJ and Jassica understood our situation and handled it beautifully. We were in and out as happy campers. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a RV. They have a great team, that wants to look after you.

Rented early November 2019 for 2 weeks to drive from Toronto to Florida. Service and experience at the dealer was great. No issues. They explained everything well walked through the RV with us showing how it all works. Return process was just as easy. RV itself, was clean. A bit of a smell, maybe from cleaning products. But we preferred to do a little additional detail cleaning ourselves. RV was great. Family loved it. Drove well and no function issues. A little loud on road noise, and AC unit was pretty loud (but we didn't use it to much). We are definitely looking forward to our next chance to do a RV trip again. Tips: Make sure you get electrical adapter for 110V and maybe 50A. Waste hook up length was sometimes too short/too long for where we parked. A smaller length for the dumps at rest stations would be nice. If travelling with car seat, I recommend removing table. Our toddler seat would fit, but no room for kids legs. RV is made for rental, so not it's tricked out with fancy gadgets, but it works well and is easy to keep clean.

The user- friendliness of the contract terms and the customer service at the location were 5 star. We interacted with Sapinder who was very accommodating and friendly. But the vehicle was not well maintained ( play on the steering, engine noise, bad shockers) and will get only 2 stars. Will rent again but will need an assurance on the drivabllity. Had no issues at all with the rest of the motorhome.

Awesome place with terrific staff and management. We rented an RV over the phone for 4 nights. During pickup the manager went over the checks and utilities quickly but if you watch the intro video beforehand you should be fine. The RV came clean and ready to go. We had concern with the battery during start up and the issue was resolved right away. The RV was 2012 model (not 2017 as the website indicated) but it worked just fine. We used everything offered in the RV over the trip: AC, heating, fridge, gas stove, electric outlets, WC & shower, and all the cabinets. Everything works as expected, no surprises. It was great change from our usual tent camping. We had extreme weather from 22 C one night to 2 C the next, so we used AC and heat, and we had an excellent comfortable time. It was a great feeling coming back from a long cold hike to a warm RV ready to rest and cook, and just lit the campfire whenever we wanted instead of rushing for it to make dinner. It was definitely a new experience and the working RV made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The RV was easy to cleaned (including the waste dumping process, super easy). The return checks were quick and straightforward, as long as the RV is returned to the pick up condition you're fine. The rental for us (4 nights) was about $400 but the gas (from rental place to Algonquin and back plus miscellaneous stops) was another $300, so watch out! This thing just inhales gas. However it was very good on propane. We filled up $4 from half to a full tank and it barely moved a quarter for usage. All in all, will rent again!

I recently returned from a preplanned, booked and paid trip to the USA for an annual getaway with friends. We were unfortunate enough to receive the same rental RV as the previous year. It had all sorts of fuse and generator problems within the first few hours of our trip last year and the same repeated issues again this year. As someone who worked in the luxury car market for over 20 years I am appauled at the lack of customer service, attention and forsight that this matter required as a repeat customer. We did not fabricate our issues. A "lick and a promise" is not the definition of a proper reconditioning report. Try anybody before this location!!! The patronizing aftersale service is astonishing. There are lots of places to source RV's.

Check-in and return were friendly and professional. Unit had 2 problems that we discovered the first night: the furnace was broken and the grey water tank sensor showed no reading. We have rented before and there's always something thats broken. I really wish they would do more thorough diagnostic before putting the unit on the road.

Terrible customer service. We came in sat morning 25 May 2019. The receptionist didnt explain things clearly and kept saying nonono. There was no flexibility at all. The manager should at least train her not to be rude to customers. We still booked the trip as we didn't want to disappoint the kids but it would be the last time we rent a RV from this co.

Be aware of this company out of Bolton Ontario. First off you don't get the leather model that's on the web site for show. Second make sure they fill the propane in the RV before you leave the store. Unfortunately I believed them when they said it would only take 15 to fill and you can fill anywhere. After using most of my kilometers searching the Toronto area for propane since the camp site I was going to didn't have the capability to fill a tank that is mounted under the RV. Finally after calling multiple sources I contacted customer service, thier solution was to drive back 200 km to the store to have it filled. 5 hrs later I was forced to drive to Napanee Ontario. Another 2 hrs out of my way but how can you spend 4 days with out heated water, fridge, heater, and stove? You can't..... I picked up the RV I rented at 1 PM and only had 2 hours to drive to my destination. It took me 8 hrs. Second make sure if they rent you an RV that its clean. They charge you almost 200 to clean the RV if you don't clean up after use. Well this unit was filthy I even took pictures of the disgusting black paper towels I used to clean the counters, table and floor. Third they claim the RV's are smoke free units yet this unit smelled so bad like cigarette smoke my wife wouldn't let our baby stay the first night in the RV. So I spent the night sleeping in my car. All and all this experience has left a bad smell and taste in my mouth. Be aware

When shown the RV at pickup, we were told that the grey and black water tanks were drained, that the RV was cleaned and that the 1/4 tank of propane would be sufficient for 3 days. We discovered the tanks were not emptied when the sink backed up with grey water within an hour of arrival at the campsite. The propane was not enough for one night. We called the hotline and were told to find propane and bring back the receipt upon our return to the pick up location to get a refund. The closest location was 25 km there and back. The gas attendant advised that the propane gauge was faulty and that the tank was totally empty. Also, the smoke detector batteries were going off all night until we removed them. The hotline was made aware that the basic level of service was not completed. We were only compensated for the cost of the mileage/gasoline but they refused to refund the propane and was told that it was not their problem. I think if they have faulty gauges that pose a problem to their clients, it should be their problem! For those concerned about regular use of an RV during this pandemic, I should also note that employees were either wearing their masks below their noses or not wearing any at all. So the crew that "sanitized" the vehicle were breathing and touching everything without proper protective equipment. We spent 2 hours wiping down the RV with lysol before taking the trip.

Very poor service and disastrous vehicle. We were held up for two hours at pickup time. Checked out on wrong vehicle first. Waited for second rental to be filled with propane. Did a rushed check on second vehicle. Upon arrival at our first destination we discovered the toilet didn’t work. Contacted emergency number which was of no help after repeated contacts. We had to travel during pandemic with no washroom facilities. The fridge froze all our food on first day and wasn’t able to turn up temperature. To top it off there was no hot water. Very disappointing experience.

Do not rent here!!!! The people have no idea what they are talking about, they told us the usage of the generator was free then when we got there found out it was extra to use it. Then we were told the sewage tank has to be emptied EVERY morning that was a lie, 2 people went 4 days without emptying it. I was told that half a tank would get us 350km it didn’t even get us HALF way to our destination. We had to fill the RV up 3 times and we were going 200km away from the rental place! Over all incompetence of everyone there.

TJ very helpful but he was on his own and 8 families waiting. Wal-Mart just down road. Check all damage before you take it including checking the taps work. Check all compartments open. I would recommend your first and last night within 90 mins of depot. We stayed at a lovely place by a dam near Alliston. Last night try and stay north of depot as traffic in the morning is dreadful. They can organise a taxi for you for $85 whereas hotels in toronto will sort 140 plus.

This was our first time renting a motorhome rv and the first time using Cruise Canada. The website was easy to use to reserve our unit. The process for pick up was incredibly fast and on time. The orientation was quick and easy. The unit was clean and ready for us. It was a little older but everything worked and the AC was really strong. Hired a motorhome for 12 days through trailfinders. I honestly think they are the oldest worn out vehicles I have ever seen. It had supposedly been cleaned but I had to clean everywhere with disinfectant wipes. The floor was absolutely stinking. We had to buy air fresheners as it smelt so bad. Hubby said it drove terribly, had a real struggle to keep it straight. The guy at the depot was helpful (though found him rude you others). Would I recommend? No, there's plenty more rental companies over there.
