I typically don't write reviews and I don't respond to surveys. This time however, I was awaiting BMW to send me a survey to reflect my recent excellent experience with BMW Autohaus team. Dimitri Borissov from sales helped me to get a very nice car. He was there from beginning to end helping at every step, proactively providing useful information at every stage, from first engagements through sales closure, delivery and even after delivery, elevating situations and never trying to press any preferred options to customer. I change cars frequently and I can say that it is rare to come by open, honest and straightforward sales persons like Dimitri. Thanks Dimitri. That said, all this process would not go through and conclude without a helpful and positive support from Dimitri's manager, Omar, who positively helped clearing way from hurdles for deal to close. Thanks Omar. Delivery was also smooth, accurate and I received a nice car, perfectly detailed ( I purchased a pre-owned) and nicely presented. Embarrassingly, I dont remember the name of the gentleman who walked me through delivery steps. Also thanks to Samantha to make sort out financials like a breeze. Thanks you guys for great customer experience...great so far !!! Yashar

I’m still driving my 2008 M3. I love my car and never want to get a new one. Joe has been taking care of me and my car since he started in the service department. He will make sure it lasts as long as possible. I always feel that I’m being treated honestly and fairly. He’s the best!! By far, this has been the most pleasant and helpful experience I've had buying/leasing a new vehicle. Andrei Podeanu was very professional, friendly and informative. He knows the cars inside and out, and the tour and explanations he gave me when I picked up my new vehicle saved me hours of reading the manual and experimenting. Best decision I made was leaving Mercedes and buying a BMW through BMW Autohaus. The service has been incredible - respectful, polite, caring and to my surprise, very reasonably priced! Joe Puopolo, appreciating my fear of the unknown whenever I've brought the car in for service (routine or exceptional) has always gone out of his way to ensure I am satisfied will all aspects of the service - quality and price. Actually my experience was the same when I've dealt with another service individual, when Joe for whatever reason was not there, but Joe's outstanding. Regarding integrity, not all service divisions of car dealers are equal (especially comparing to a certain Japanese manufacturer I dealt with decades ago, which would be inappropriate to identify) - Autohaus has been exceptional to interact with.

This is my first BMW purchase and what a great experience with top notch service from beginning to end. 5 Stars is not enough for Andy. I would give Andy 10 stars. Before I bought my car I went to a couple of dealers, BMW and Non-BMW and I felt that all those people just wanted to finish the day and go home; but not Andy. Andy did an amazing job. Andy goes above and beyond to make sure all his customers are happy. From that day I am still in touch with Andy and anything that I might need he is ready and willing to jump in to help with no hesitation. This is an example of an excellent employee who loves his job. Extremely hard to find someone like this. Andy is awesome and I would never ever deal with anyone else but him. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy their new car to work with Andy. I promise you will not regret it.

Dishonest sales employee! Yesterday I went to visit the upgrade event with set mind to definitely purchasing new car but unfortunately we had sales representative who is not enough knowledgeable and providing wrong information about trade in. She valued my 2017 BMW X3 top of the line model ( original purchase price $ 79000) to below $20k it has only 41000 km on it and no accident .of course I owe money on finance but that amount is just $22000 as of today. When I asked how come if I upgrade a new car my payment will be higher than that posted on a sticker on floor model. She answered I owe money on car . But even though if I owe $ 22000 my payment ( in comparison with buying a new car from the floor without trade in) is much higher . That means my car value is below 20k after 3 years. So asked her , BMW depreciate $ 60000 in just 3 years and it’s definitely not a good brand to go for. She could not figure out and did not respond so we left the dealership. I was not expecting this kind of sales rep on floor in luxury brand dealerships who misguide and cheat customer and try to make more room for more profit margin for her commission. Totally disgusting!

We've all heard of terrible dealership experiences, but in my near two-decades of buying over a dozen BMW cars in the household, I've never had one that left me fuming and incredibly disappointed such as the one today at BMW Autohaus. I drove 74 minutes in rush hour across the GTA for a 6PM appointment to check out a pre-owned BMW M2 here. We arrived on time, was shown the car but then when it came time to be serious, was told that they don't allow test drives in inclement weather. Yes. We are in Toronto, a city in Canada, where it rains or snows 66% of the year, yet their policy is not to allow a test drive in poor weather. Pardon my French, but W. T. F.?! I approached the new car sales manager about this as I was exiting the facility and asked him if this is indeed their "policy," and explained that I did not allocate almost 3 hours of my time just to visually gawk at a car we are interested in purchasing. AND reminded him that we had bought a NEW BMW from this dealership less than a year ago, for $30k more than what this M2 is being sold for. He replied that, "for our showroom cars we prefer not to take them out in the rain because they get dirty and have to be detailed again." LOL Excuse me?! Are you in the business of showcasing cars, or selling cars? This isn't sunny California where it never rains, and isn't this what you pay your detailers for? What an asinine response for someone running a car dealership in this country. Then the manager said he would see what he could do and would speak to the pre-owned sales manager. While I waited for 21 minutes... and was never followed up with. *I* went into the sales office desk area and sought out the manager and asked him what is going on. He had clearly forgotten about the situation and fumbled his words to basically say "sorry, that's the pre-owned manager's policy." Un-***ing-believable. So to summarize: -We bought a brand new X3 from this dealership less than a year ago. -We drove 75 minutes for an appointment with their BMW M2. -After seeing the car and asking to drive it, we were told they don't allow test drives on rainy days. -The above was *NEVER* communicated beforehand, otherwise we'd have simply decided to come another day (if you forget for a minute how absurd such a policy is). -The New Car Sales Manager said he'd see if he can get us a test drive, 21 minutes passed without any update until I went to find out what's happening. -***While waiting for the Manager, we called BMW Toronto located 30 mins away and they gladly offered to let us take their M2 out for a test drive! Same city, same weather, same car. No BS. But we had wasted so much time here that BMW Toronto was closing shortly and we wouldn't have made it in time. -Wasted 3 hours driving there and back, including being forgotten about by the manager. This is absolutely, unequivocally - without a shred of a doubt - the WORST car buying experience I have had since I was 16 years old. I've been treated better at Joe Blow 3rd party car lots than this supposed "franchise" BMW dealership. If upper level management has such terrible ideas of customer service, I'd hate to think what happens on the ground level at this establishment. BMW Autohaus is an absolute joke, there's a reason they are one of the lowest volume and smallest dealerships in the GTA: because they run a subpar business from every perspective and measure. Take your business elsewhere folks because not only do they treat *repeat* customers like this, imagine if you're a new one? Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. BMW Autohaus doesn't deserve a penny from you. EDIT: It's very telling to me and anyone reading this that a dealership down the road in the same conditions in the same city, for the same car would be perfectly okay with a test drive. Your policy is bereft of any sense and logic being in a Canadian city, Omar. And it's a garbage policy at that. Please. I've owned cars with double the horsepower of this M2 and driven them in worse conditions. We bought a M2 from a much more deserving BMW dealership. Good luck.

It was my first time visiting this BMW Retailer for service maintenance. I can say that they made me feel very comfortable, when the Service Rep came over to greet and help me after he heard of my name. Later in our discussion, all of my questions were answered clearly and the knowledge and experience was demonstratedated professionaly at the service desk. I will know more with the technical work at a later time when I have more experience. I will return to deal with this BMW retailer. Needless to say, the first impression pays off.

Can't say enough good things about my experience at BMW Autohaus. Alfred Hung was polite, attentive, knowledgeable and never once tried to sell me something I did not want. Same goes for Irene Bhumgara. She was pleasant and helpful at all times and thought of a few things I hadn't. This was also the first time that I'd ever dealt with a "Delivery Specialist" Andrei Podeanu was also very knowledgable and ran us through everything we needed to know to get us out the door feeling familiar with the tech in our new X1. The service I received from Alfred, Irene and Andrei was top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Without a doubt, this was the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. EDIT I recently purchased a second car from this dealership and, once again, could not be happier. I traded in my X1 that I had purchased 4 years ago and received, what I believe, was a very good price for it. Dmitri Borissov was very helpful and polite and has quickly followed up with me to help take care of a small problem with my purchase. Ken took his time walking me through all the features in my new car as was able to answer all my questions. Had an amazing experience at BMW Autohaus, my SA Deepak was very professional and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and was inspected properly for any other issues that would need addressing. I was NOT recommended service that was not needed like other dealerships. I was very happy to see my vehicle fitted with seat covers/steering wheel covers during service and was very clean when picked up. I will keep coming back to Autohaus for future services, definitely one of the best BMW dealerships in the GTA.

This time around was certainly one of the best experience I had in arranging for a new car. From setting up the finances to finalizing the sale, Damiano, Stefan, and Andrei were very prompt, professional, and helpful. Damiano was very informative and expertly helped me to arrange the best finance plan for my business purchase. Stefan knows his stuff, and was a very good consultant. He was very prompt in his replies, very knowledgeable, provided lots of insights, and always presented me with options that were best appropriate for my situation. When I picked up my car a few days ago, Andrei made the whole transition very smooth, and provided a very engaging and informative presentation of the car. Worst dealer, worst service. I have appointment and still wait for one hours for service, and no one was there. Staff disappeared. The reception told me she doesn’t know where’s the staff. After one hour and I still couldn’t find someone help me, I just left, and never come back to this store. If you want to buy a car, maybe here is good. But service, don’t come!!!

Had a rental car from this place for one day. After returning the rental car, the staff member of this place sabotaged it and pinned it on me. I was told to prepare $2000-$3000 to fix something that was caused by one of the staff members from this place...I did some research online and found out it is actually something they tend to do a lot if you don't buy their insurance when you rent a car from them. I don't really care about anything less than $5000 because honestly I'm rich, but my suggestion would be to avoid renting cars from here.

Just bought my car and picked it up. Two people I want to give a shout out to are Jeff from CPO Sales and Andrei P. Jeff applied absolutely zero pressure, gave me a MUCH better deal on my trade in, and best of all, had the car ready in a few days. If you buy a used or CPO vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Jeff! Andrei, super polite awesome guy! The day I got my new car he introduced me to it, showed me all the buttons and infotainment. Sales team are professional and pleasant, but booking service appointments is an absolute nightmare. They definitely did not deliver in terms of service what they promised at time of sale. Service appointments have become very inflexible, they weren’t like this last year (still during the pandemic). In the recent months they have changed their policy and hours for service that in no way works for a person who needs their car during business hours for work, not to mention the aggressive delivery of this policy by their service department phone reps. Very bad experience all together, for oil change that is basically already paid for int the monthly lease fee.

I'll be honest I did NOT end up buying a car here. But the salesperson named Kelvin is so patient and understanding and not pushy at all that I almost felt bad not buying here (we ended up not getting a BMW at all). He was patient through the process and also even recommended other possibilities that may match our needs and likes. He was a true pro and I'd come to him again if I ever wanted a BMW. Dealership itself is also extremely spacious, comfortable, and clean. So overall, I had a good experience here.

Just had to share our experience with BMW AUTOHAUS my wife and I just picked our 4th BMW from this dealership. There were many factors in play here in deciding if we were going to get another BMW. Other options included AUDI AND VOLVO. I have been dealing with Autohaus for well over a decade and I have to say that my service advisor Joe Puopolo has been outstanding. We live literally 10 mins away from the Newmarket BMW and drive to AUTOHAUS for service because of Joe’s professionalism, knowledge and outstanding customer service. Joe should definitely be celebrated for his outstanding service and interaction with his customers. Well done joe and thank you for your outstanding service over the years definitely was a major reason for returning to BMW and AUTOHAUS for our new vehicle. We also had the pleasure of having Andrei Podneau deliver our vehicle to us and this is the second time dealing with Andrei who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in orienting us with the options of the new car. Linden helped me buy my first ever M car this week and I was very happy with his approach. He helped me with getting out of my lease. He helped by not making me take the car right away. He was knowledgeable about upgrade parts and honest about his advice. The car delivery two weeks later was outstanding also by his colleague who I can't remember his name. He was deeply knowledgeable about the m2 I got. I walked in just to look and walked out with a great car, great deal but also was treated very well by Linden 120 kms later and I can't stop smiling!

Very bad experience here.. Signed papers for two of their top of the line cars in a week but the customer service is really bad. I think I will cancel both cars if they continue being this way before I pick up the cars. I suggest going to other BMW locations if you need good customer service. Signed my first car's contract over 10 days ago and haven't received the first car yet. I have been there for over 5 times in the past 10 days and they keep telling me that it is not ready. First they were supposed to deliver on Monday or Tuesday,, then postponed to Thursday/Friday. Then they booked me an appointment for Monday (week after).. Went there on time on Monday and after having me sit in the lounge for an hour they said that sorry the car is not ready. I feel like they should respect my time more (I haven't even picked up the car yet.. God knows whats gonna happen once they are done with the sale). Funny thing is that they don't even communicate promptly, I am constantly in the dark and am not being updated with the status of the vehicle. So keep away from this place,, there are plenty other BMW locations and based on my past experience they will treat you much better.

Disclaimer: I never ended up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership but thought that my terrible experience may be useful for others that are looking to purchase a vehicle from BMW Autohaus. My father and I went into to see a 2016 BMW M4 that was listed on bmw.ca. I will refrain from writing the sales representatives name here because I do not know if the way he interacted with us is because of his own values or that of the dealerships(both incorrect). We made an appointment to come in and view the vehicle at 11am, we arrived on time and we were greeted by the sales representative who took us downstairs to view the vehicle. At this time the vehicle had not been cleaned and he was unable to tell me if was certified or not. I didn’t make too much of this and I asked if the vehicle could be taken for a test drive. He responded that they do not allow test drives on their M model vehicles without a deposit or agreement to purchase. Again, I didn’t make much of this and told him I understand and that we should sit down and talk numbers. I already had the finance payments emailed to me so I knew what the cost of this vehicle would be. The vehicle was listed for $49,980, I asked if they had any room for negotiation or if the price was firm. He advised me that if I wanted to put an offer in it would have to be from us and he would ask his manager for approval. I offered $48,000 and then $49,000 both which were denied. At this point I thanked him for his time and that if they change their mind I would be able to send a deposit immediately. A few days later he messaged me saying the car was still available, I asked him to call me and simply asked if they are willing to take $49000 for the car. I was told that’s not possible and that if I cannot afford $49,000 that I also cannot afford $50,000. I found that extremely disrespectful, completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I wanted to reduce my term to pay the car off quicker but somehow my affordability is in question over $980? I would recommend going elsewhere, they don’t seem to want your business and also are quick to judge what you can or cannot afford by simply sitting across from a desk. I bought my last pre-owned vehicle from Parkview BMW, they spent the time to go over everything with me and even made suggestions rather than just assuming I cannot afford the vehicle I came in to see.

First of all, I have been a loyal customer of Downtown BMW for 7 years since I go abroad. BUT I had a horrible experience On February 5th in this location,I went to BMW Autohuas on Steeles Avenue for a service, I believe I am reliable for putting too much trust with the BMW Autohuas, which is part of the reason that led to this result. So this all started with me not remembering that I have money in the center console. At that moment, I totally forgot about it, but I was certain that I have $500 (25 of the $20 bill) in my center console, but at the end of the service, I realized that money is gone! Then, I quickly report to the person that was helping me with the problem, and the reply I got was that they are sure that their staffs will not touch the customer's stuff in the car, and I thought perhaps I misunderstood them. However, I was looking for it once I got home, and I realized that the center console is really gone. By the time the service department is closed, and I tried to reach them through customer service, the lady that picked up the phone replied that she would email the service manager about the problem and they will contact me. Today I received their response stating through questioning and surveillance camera they insisted non of the staff took the money. Imagine would a thief admit they steal? This is ridiculous since the staff would know about the CCTV blind spots and obviously they aren’t stupid enough be caught. From their response I don’t think they will take responsibility of what happened. I also understand that I am liable for not being for leaving my personal belonging in my car that I valued of, but as an employee of a well known company, this kind of incident should not happen. As an official autohaus of BMW, I think the department should help their customers resolve their problem. But today when I got feedback made me feel very disappointed I guess I will say that I learned my lesson and that I will no longer trust BMW with their service.

About a year back, I purchased my M2 from Omar Yusofi and Jeff Gao. I can remember it like it was yesterday! I stepped into the dealership and saw this stunning LBB M2. I was later greeted by Jeff who showed me all the cool quirks and features I knew it would be impossible to get a test drive but thanks to the amazing sales manager, Omar Yusofi, took me on a nice cruise in his manual M2. The driving experience was out of this world, especially Omar skills with the manual gearbox. After negotiating and going back a forth, they've gave me a really good deal. A deal I can definitely keep forever since my M2 came with a diecast with the exact features as my life size M2. I know that these guys went above and beyond to get this diecast and can't thank them enough. Overall, experience was 10/10. I don't mind coming back for another car in the future!

I recently purchased a used 2018 BMW X3 and had an exceptional experience. After visiting a few other BMW dealerships in the GTA, Dmitri was the reason why I chose to purchase from BMW Autohaus. He was one of the best sales people I've encountered at a dealership in the GTA. He was incredibly informative, attentive and not pushy. He was available to answer all of my 1,000 questions and made the purchasing process seamless. He was also available off hours to answer any emails or calls from me about the vehicle, which was appreciated. He even came in when he was not scheduled to work to meet with me and discuss the car. While picking up the car, I met with Andrei who walked me through all documents and showed me all of the car features and programmed the car to my liking before I left the lot. The only piece of feedback I would give the dealership owner is to tighten up the detailing process. Whoever detailed the car wasn't as polished as I would have hoped - there were streaks left on the inside of the wood paneling, and white marks from the cleaner, which were easily buffed out. But...the owner shouldn't have to do this themselves at pick up. Andrei actually helped do this himself, which I know wasn't really his responsibility. Another reason why Dmitri and Andrei went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Overall, 5 star rating for BMW Autohaus.

I love BMW as a car. It is a great ride that I enjoyed many times when renting different models. However, the service made me want to switch back to a Honda. At Honda, you are treated better for the money you pay. BMW quality is not the best. At times I had my trunk pop up for no reason at the parking lot, giving access to all my precious belongings to strangers. I got the car fixed under warranty but no sorry or consideration for my stuff almost being stolen. No dealership would leave you for three days with no car replacement when repaired under warranty. The dealership also did not call me to let me know that car was ready. I had to nag to get my car back. Service appointment booking was a nightmare in times before COVID. That is what I remember from owning a BMW. That is not a great experience to remember for a premium car—just a thought.

Words cannot express how much anger and hate I have towards this dealership. It all stared one day when my car started acting up. I took it in for service and they claimed that they changed some parts under warranty; the car should run fine. Two weeks later the same problem arose. Once again they changed the same parts. After 3 years of bringing my car in for service, they still haven't figured out what the problem was even though my car would stall at an intersection and run extremely rough. Since my car was a lemon I decided to purchase a 3rd party extended warranty (best thing ever!) to save some money on repair costs. So I took it in with the extended warranty and they claimed to fix it (this is the 5th time already)...it didn't work. Instead, when I called the service manager and told him that the service they have provided me was horrible and unacceptable, he told me that "this the best we could do and the techs have followed procedure". He had no concern that the garbage repairs they had performed could have cost my life in an accident. The service manager responded to me by saying "if you were to die in an accident, I would sleep fine at night"!!!! I will never let them touch my car again. They are scammers and thieves....avoid at all costs.

If there was no star, for sure I would have chosen that. Their agent was very naive. Despite informing them we would lease the new car under the corporation name, like our two previous BMW cars since 2012, they prepared the lease agreement under personal name. It is just one of the issues this agent has created for us. They had our articles of incorporation from the past agreements and they could have used that. I called Canada BMW financial customer services several times. No convincing answer was given. The mistake was made by their agent not us.

I set up another appointment today at 5pm to seal the deal! 1 hour before appointment i get an email (not even a call) to tell me the car i wanted is sold! i understand the car is open to anyone in the market but its courtesy to advise a potential customer. i was ready to switch my business from mercedes benz to bmw, but i dont think i would want to do so after this experience from BMW autohause. Mercedes gets back to their customers (and future customers to bring them over). Not shopping here again. Go to another dealer for better service where your potentially spending 70k +. If your vehicle got into collision and needs to be repaired OR needs parts. DON’T go to this dealership!!! It took THREE MONTHS to finally got the vehicle fixed. They didn’t order the proper parts in the first place, yet kept lying to me to postpone the whole process. The communication was extremely inefficient. They won’t admit this is their fault, and they won’t offer you any alternative options. Don’t event expect compensation for their mistakes. BMW is such a luxury brand/dealership, I believe all the customers deserve a better customer service than this.

I just want to add something today. Normally i used to go there to top up my engine oil for my BMW X5M F85. Today when i went there they told me the top up isn't complimentary. It was perfectly fine with me. But then they told me it's because i come here too often that's why i have to pay for the engine oil. I mean if someone can buy a car worth almost 100k pretty sure he/she can pay for the engine oil (30/40$). My point is paying 30$-40$ for the engine oil is not a problem. He guided me throughout the whole process of purchasing the vehicle, he gave me lots of options in terms of options of payment and what vehicle was appropriate for my budget. I think his best trait is that he cares about the customer. He doesn't want to pressure you into doing something you don't want to do. He won't get upset if you don't buy a vehicle. He wants you to be his customer in the future as well, he doesn't just want to try and sell you the car. You can see that he cares because he tries to do things as quickly as he can for you, he tries to resolve any concerns you might have and he always tries to find a solution to things, even after you bought the car. He tries to make you feel at home when you get into the dealership, never rushes you and gives you all the time you need to look around at cars and think about your decision. He follows up with you every once in a while to see how things are going and to make sure you're happy. He gives you personal advice which makes him trustworthy. Not saying this is the best dealership to get your BMW, all I'm saying is this is the go to guy to buy your new car from. Present or future, I'll always go to Moe first.

I had a mediocre experience when purchasing my vehicle and then some issues shortly thereafter with things that should have been fixed on the vehicle before I took possession (I purchased used). I then dealt with Joe in the servicing dept and my experience has been absolutely stellar since. I've been back a few times since my purchase and will only deal with Joe. He listens to the issue then goes to extra mile to ensure the vehicle is well looked after and that your experience throughout is great. My only real concern is that I can't see Joe being in his current role for much longer as it only makes sense that people with his level of customer service and attention to detail be promoted.

Worst experience at bmw service. I gave my 2016 BMW 320i (under warranty) for inspecting the clunking noise from the rear wheel. Firstly, they were unable to find my appointment that I booked myself being there a week ago that the date. Anyhow, they took my car for 3 days and I had to call again and again to ask if it’s done. After 3 days, I called and they answered that my car is ready. I asked for the documents providing details on what is done to the car. At that time, they told me they don’t know what’s done, they’ll be sending an email of everything. However, I didn’t receive any email whole week. I called them to ask about the same and they said they’ll be sending it just now. Now, it’s been 2 weeks and I didn’t receive anything from BMW Autohaus. Moreover, my car still makes the same noise and I feel like nothing is done to the car. Surprised by such experience. I feel like buying a coffee from any shop is better than giving your car to this service station. At least I get my receipt to my mailbox in seconds. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

It was my worst experience of driving a car. I got my brand new X5 in June 2018, after that there were more and more problems coming out. I sent my car twice back to this dealership for service in 5 month. The second time was even worse, it was leaking water in the car. That was in the beginning of November. Service advisor told us they needed long time to find out what was the problem, so we dropped off the car in the dealership and went for a vacation . Before we left, I asked them to do the oil changing as well. When we came back after one month, it was on 10th December. we were told the tube around the sunroof was blocked by something, but when I asked them what blocked the tube, they told me they can’t tell me the answer. I was really confused. Then when we got into the car, I found they didn’t do the oil changing. I was so upset, because they spend more than one month, and didn’t fish the work. I went back ask the service advisor why they didn’t do the service, the lady told me the same thing, they could only book a appointment for me for next time, but they couldn’t tell me why them didn’t change the oil. I felt like I was cheated all the time. This dealership had so many things what they couldn’t tell customers and with no patience. And after couple month, I got a bill from highway 407, the bill period which was during the time I was on my vacation. It meant someone from this dealership drove my car on the 407 on my cost without my permit. I call the BMW Canada, and also sent them an email to complain, never get any response. Right now my car has another problem again, I have to send it back but not to Autohaus. I will never go to this dealership. There are so many other issues what I don’t want to talk anymore about this dealership. I feel disappointed with my X5, it gives me a lot of hard time and I have to send it back for service so many times. However what makes me more disappointed is this dealership.

Complaint about bmw autohaus service- unreasonable change and extremely poor tire change service performance which could cause me dead on road Today when I drove on the road at 60 km/h, the car was vibrating violently, then I got four flat tires. (I saw four red arrows and red tires on my panel screen with word: “low tire, stop carefully”) However, those four tires are brand new and I just got these performance tires changed on Apr 21st, 2020. On April 15th, I found serval bulges on three performance tires. So I went to BMW Autohaus to request brand new performance tires and tire change service. (I bought tire and trim protection package when I lease the car) The service person at BMW Autohaus charged me 282.5CAD for changing tires. (The charge was not for tires, but for “changing tires”)And he also told me if I need tire alignment or other tire adjustments service, I need to pay extra money for that. I think it is unreasonable since those services should be done when you guys help me change tires, so I only pay tire changing fee. But today, it is the first time I drove my car with new tires, and they got blasted. I was totally frightened when I felt the car shaking since it is extremely dangerous!! I couldn’t imagine what would happen if I was driving on the highway. It may cause serious car crash which could cost my life! Then I stopped and I called roadside service. I waited for half and hour and finally the help arrived. But he refused to send me home so I had to wait for my friend to pick me up. It was cold and I had nowhere to go. I also missed an important meeting because of this. And I need to spare extra time for the whole thing even it is not my responsibility. I am a royalty customer of BMW. My first car was Mini Cooper and my second car is this 440i. However, I don’t think BMW treat me as a valuable customer. I am very upset and frustrated about the poor service I received from BMW Autohaus and the quality of so called brand new tires are questionable too. The service person was asking unreasonable charge and I’m wondering if BMW ever consider their customer’s safety on the road.

I had excellent service experience with Roshan. I went in for service and asked for and wheel alignment and Roshan check in with me as he saw my vehicle already had a recent alignment done. I ask for it to be checked as I hit a pothole shortly after and sure enough, it required an alignment. In addition, Roshan offered a reduction in cost as I had other work done at the same time without me asking and since it was so close to my last alingment. Overall, top notch customer service and goes a long way in making me feel like a valued customer. BMW autohaus on steeles is not the closest delaership for me, yet I make the decision to go the distance because of his customer service. Keep it up!

If you are thinking to go to this dealership, RUN AWAY! I'm sure they will have a interesting reply to this review. To sum it up, they damaged my car while it was there for service and didn't want to fix it. They admitted to doing it but they didn't fix it properly. There's no pictures of what the damage was and they tried to fix it before I saw it. When I went to pick up the car it was the worst paint job repair you have ever seen (the paint didn't match) and they damaged my headlight while completing the paint repair (hopefully the attached reduced quality picture shows it well. The scratches on the headlight were because they didn't take the bumper off to do the paint repair and they were working right near the headlight. They hired a "mobile paint specialist" to do the work as dealerships don't complete collision repairs, only BMW approved collision repair centres do. When I saw the horrible job, I asked them to make it right and they said they would. They wanted the "mobile paint specialist" to come back to fix and I didn't agree. I wanted a BMW collision repair centre to fix it as that's the correct way. They refused because they would refinish the entire bumper and they didn't want to pay for that. They said I had a small scratch on the front already so if the entire bumper was refinished, it would benefit me and they didn't want that to happen. Obviously, I refused their offer to have Carsmetics of Concord, ON come back to try and fix the bad paint job. I tried reasoning with the service manager Rad Zonta but he was unfair, rude, and frankly not professional. He's shouldn't work in a customer service role. He needs a tremendous amount of coaching to say the least! I went to 3 different collision repair places and the cheapest estimate was roughly $3600. I found out later that BMW Autohaus paid the "mobile paint specialist" from Carsmetics about $200 for the job. Probably why they used them! Upon inspection from one of these collision repair centres, they found a piece of my bumper had been glued back on! I was furious! I had some back and forth with BMW Autohaus and they denied everything and refused to fix it the proper way. I called my insurance company which should have been done by the dealership to begin with. It was denied because BMW Autohaus had already attempted to repair my car. Even without my consent it didn't matter. My only recourse was to sue them. I disputed my $800 service bill I paid since they damaged my car among other things. I thought I would give one last shot to talk to the service manager Rad Zonta and the business manager of the location. They booked my car in to have it fixed but I had to come in to talk to them. When I came, they put me in a closed room and demanded I pay another $800 for the service bill since I disputed it with my credit card company. I refused and was upset they tricked me in to coming to confront me. When I said no, they said ok well it might take 30 minutes or so to give you your car since we parked it at the back of the lot. (keep in mind I just drove in and checked in). They also said they won't fix anything now. It was like a mafia movie where you feel like they're going to get back at you somehow. After leaving I spoke to the owner of Transglobal Fine Cars LTD ,who owns BMW Autohaus among other brands of dealerships, and she told me to not bother her and contact the location. I even called BMW corporate and they said they won't interfere as it was an accident on a dealership. They didn't care and I even escalated to the president's office. So what did I do? I sued them. Here's the funny part about the $800 service bill. Through court documents, I discovered BMW Autohaus had already been reimbursed about $400 of it since they are a good customer of AMEX. So they were trying to collect $800 from me on top of the $400 they got from AMEX. It shows in the court documents! This is how sneaky this dealership is! In the end I won since they settled. Rad Zonta didn't even fill out the documents correctly so he was desperate to finish it and not refile. AVOID THEM!!!!!

Took my BMW for regular oil change at 15000kms. Booking appointment was easy online and the reps followed up with a courtesy email for confirmation. Their shuttle dropped me off at work and picked me up at right on time. Small issue during my service: Few scratches on the front bumper were made during the service. The rep (Deepak) reassured me that they will take care of everything. I had to go back to drop off the car but they did an excellent job at fixing their own mistake. Deepak was great to deal with along with Samantha. Would recommend to any BMW owners.

Daniel explained the features and asked us questions to help us decide between the two. Often, we don't like to deal with a salesperson if we are "just looking". He had no idea what to do and told me that he is only a driver!! They booked me a service for the week after and leaving me with no bluetooth function. I don't buy cars very often, I don't particularly enjoy spending a large amount of money on something that depreciates so quickly, and over the years I've had some negative experiences at dealerships. But despite my biases, the whole business couldn't have gone better. There is no way I can't give them a 5 star rating! Dmitri was our salesman and did an excellent job. He gave both my wife and I separate test drives, and was very patient explaining everything to us - not just all the features on the car, but also the various payment options. He did a great job guiding us through the process from start to finish, and never did I get the feeling that he was trying to force us into anything we didn't want. Rany was extremely helpful and accommodating in terms of setting up payment, and finally, Ken did an outstanding job at going through the set up of our new vehicle - I think he spent about an hour on it with us. So an all around great job and I highly recommend BMW Autohaus to anyone looking for a BMW.

I went into BMW Autohaus to purchase warranty for my X3. I meet with Eva Chai a finance manager. She told me that if I pay for warranty with cash she will lower the price. I told her I wanted to pay with credit card, so she ask if I can pay some of it with cash. I highly doubt this is acceptable for a business of such. It seemed really unethical. I wanted to write a review so the management team can see this. Just in case she’s doing fishy business there.

This dealership has the WORST customer service ever. I bought a BMW from them 6 months ago and since then I've been there over 5 times for repairs due to malfunctions that are covered under warranty. They always nice and set you up for appointment and when you arrive, they keep the car in the dealership all day without even sending it into the shop, then they force you to come back at the of the day and set you up with a rental sedan that your partner can't drive unless they come physically to sign the papers. Needless to say that they also dont fix the issue, and just sending you back and forth. I dont recommend BMW in general and definitely not in this dealership, they are the worst

Multiple terrible service experience at Autohouse Steeles location made me to go their Richmond Hill location, where quality of service and the quality of CUSTOMER SERVICE are both much better. Obviously, I have to spend 2x-3x more time for getting there and back, but still worth it. It looks that at Autohouse Steeles location customers are only important until purchase is completed. Follow up and service treatment are absolutely not at BMW standards. By the way both locations belongs the same group.
