Our car was not dead but it was dying. We knew the time was coming and knew we wanted a Forester. I had found Arya and noted their large stock of Subaru’s, specifically 4 Forester’s so we had multiple options for the trim level. Arranged a time with the helpful Farzad the night before. Whole family was into their well kept showroom. Got walked through the models and their differences and my wife and I got a test drive. Decided to go for it. The sales process led by Farzad was not high pressure. We signed the deal and headed home. We weren’t even home before we had approved financing as Farzad gave us a call enroute that Saturday evening. Went in Monday morning to sign the papers. Though originally we were going to get the car Wednesday I asked if they could expedite and they did. By 5pm I was driving out with my new Forester! Great experience all around. First of all, you walk in and the place is unlike any used car dealership you will ever see. The showroom is beautiful and clean and we were greeted with a warm welcome right away. I recently purchased 2012 VW from Arya, and I have to say, the experience was flawless from start to finish. Moe and Ali were great to work with: , well informed, professional, and truly understand what customer service is all about. The car was in great condition, and was exactly as advertised. There was a small are of cosmetic body damage, which they repaired right away at no extra cost. They also managed to find an extra set of VW wheels and got me a very decent price on snow tires, and had them set up an installed before I picked up the car. I would not recommend this seller. Very unprofessional and rude. The car sold had a problem less than 2 days after getting it (PSM failure). We are lucky we were able to repair the car on our own. Seeing the owner response to my comment I can see that years after his attitude didn't change. I will recommend to avoid this place at all cost!!

After 3+ months of research, I believed Subaru Crosstrek was the best vehicle choice for me. The financing process did take longer than we had anticipated, but we were pleasured to pick up the car within 7 days of first seeing it. All paperwork was completed remotely. So I had a new Subaru lined up at my local dealer, however unfortunately due to the covid chip issue indefinitely delaying delivery I needed to do something. Unfortunately what I wanted is a bit hard to find. A Crosstrek Sport with manual is a rare animal. I was able to find a 2018 one at Arya. Additionally I wanted one with the tow package, which is also super rare. So to find both was lucky, so I was willing to look afar, however buying remotely added a number of challenges. Mohammed worked very hard and was very responsive for me. I more less bought sight unseen, which involved a lot of trust for a bunch of money. He also did a virtual tour to assuage my concerns. In the end I took a leap of faith, and I don't think it was misplaced. The car was in immaculate condition, which is what I expected. So in summery I think I'd say you can put your trust in Arya Fine Motors and Mohammed. I've joked about the 30,000$ wine, but it was also good, and is just about finished ????

I honestly NEVER write reviews, but I had to write one for this dealership. I read all of the reviews before I went to see them and I was still skeptical about the rating because I have had many bad experiences with crooked auto dealers (especially as a woman). I have to say that I was completely blown away by this dealership! The facility is beautiful and upscale and you can see they take pride in their vehicles. Moe was friendly and genuine, he did not rush me and was very patient. I could tell that he actually cared that I drove away in something safe. I bought what was probably the oldest vehicle on the lot and it looked and drove like it was brand new. A couple weeks later I called them back about a minor repair and they were more than happy to fix it quickly for me. I even had the vehicle looked at by the manufacturer and they were surprised at the condition of the vehicle for its age. This just goes to show that they only resell well maintained safe vehicles. I am constantly getting compliments on my SUV and people are surprised when I tell them its more than 5 years old. With all honesty, this has forever changed my perspective of used cars and their dealers. Thank you Moe and Ali! 10 out of 10 :)

Our first impression of Arya Fine Motors was when we walked through the front door - Immaculate! The showroom and offices are designed with care and thoughtfulness for the customer. As this was our first car purchase in 14 years it was a bit nerve-wracking and we weren’t sure what to expect. We had a scheduled appointment. Moe greeted us with friendliness and courtesy. He was fully prepared to show the model we were initially interested in. He explained the features of the vehicle and answered all our questions in a manner that was clear and concise. At all times he demonstrated excellent client engagement. The Subaru Forester that we eventually purchased was promptly taken out of the showroom. Additional features were also pointed out. The test drive was fun! To proceed to close the sale, Moe was fully upfront on their process from inspection to delivery. This made it so much easier. I was looking to test drive a used car, but was told that it was 'store policy' that test driving the car was the last stage of the buying process and we could test drive it only if we were going to buy the car. Apparently a 'product presentation' is just viewing the car in the showroom. I was told to go to a Subaru showroom and test drive one of the 2020 models and then come back and buy the 2018 model which lead me to believe that there is something wrong with the vehicle I wanted to purchase and it's not like the vehicle was significantly cheaper than a new car. It felt like we were obligated to buy the car on the same day if we test drove the car. Extremely poor customer service. Do not recommended this place.

This was hands down the best experience EVER buying a car barr none! The staff worked in conjunction to please the customer, anticipating needs ahead of time. The dealership is inviting offering a lovely lounge with fireplace and an assortment of snacks. I drove from Windsor to buy my 2016 Lincoln MKZ which was well worth the discomfort of two trips. TJ ,my salesman was professional and pleasant as was his associate Moe. I was especially impressed with Ali, the owner who made sure to remember small things that were important to us like ensuring TJ showed us the best way home and how to avoid toll roads. TJ decided to give me a charger so I would be safe going home, as mine was left at home. OH, my car, I almost forgot, is amazing. They had everything looked after that was a concern. The car was priced right and is beautiful. We are sure we saved literally thousands of dollars on this purchase and couldn't be happier with every detail. I got an amazing BMW from Arya Fine motors. I know I can't attribute the car's features to them BUT the service? above and beyond. The car came with one key (it was advertised as such) but I really needed two. Mohammed called BMW on my behalf to get a quote on how much it would cost ($850!!).
