Beautiful cars with unique design, great location and amazing staff. There is underground visitor parking, it saves a lot of time rather than searching for a parking space. Alfa Romeo has sedan and SUV. Excited for Stelvio Quadrifoglio! They offer lease and finance, Sergiu is the guy to go to!

It all started when I started my search for a 2 seater sports car as a gift to my wife. I reached out to the common players in the market and lucky for me one of them was Mr. Sergiu. Manager at Downtown TORONTO ALFA ROMEO AND MASERATI. Over email and over the phone he discussed the special and unique feel, look and history of the Alfa Romeo 4c. I was sold. The car arrived and Sergiu was adamant to come and pick us....my wife and I and our two kids so 2 of them can ride to the dealership and myself and a child in our other sports car...so we depart with 2 sports cars. HERS AND HIS. The attention to detail in the paper work, the treatment of our kids with goodies and Alfa Romeo memorabilia. The memory of turning the corner on Davenport and seeing the 4c covered in a black silky drape with a Red Bow on top. It made the entire experience from Alfa to Omega, EPIC. Not to mention the attention to detail Mr. Sergiu took to show my wife the details of the 4C and its functions. It's as if he has talking about his own car. Mr. Sergiu thank you for everything. It was a remarkable experience and when it is time for a new family sedan a Rosso Red Guillia QF please and we will be back for more. Keep up that special hard work. I walked in very prepared, not really intending to buy that day, just wanted to speak with a 2nd dealer (had been to another - while helpful / informative, didn’t get me to a sale). Immediately there was a no b.s., mutual respect conversation that led to a sale before we walked out. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars / models / history. He’s definitely a car guy vs. just a sales guy. I found he has the right balance of representing AR, his dealer, and me the customer. Pre & post sale, he responds to questions above my expectation (both quick timing & detailed), even 2 months later. He & Louie arranged a dealer trade so I didn’t have to factory order / wait. Really, I bought the least expensive car that Alfa/Maser dealer sells & I wouldn't know it by how they both treated me. Just picked my Giulia TI from this fine dealership. I can't say enough good things about the sales and delivery experience. Sergiu was the best car salesperson I have dealt with, and I have bought cars from MB, BMW, Audi and Volvo. He is very knowledgeable about AR not to mention other car companies and competitive brands. He quickly found the exact car I was looking for, whereas another GTA dealer didn't bother to return my calls. No hard sell or condescending attitude. He respects how much these cars cost and how hard many of his patrons must work to be lucky enough to purchase one of these great cars. He even picked me up in a Maserati, removed my old plates and took me to the dealership for final delivery. If an Alfa is in your future (and it should!), you need to call Sergiu at AR of Toronto.

Sergio was very helpful from the day I called him and he advised me that the Giulia is (only) available in all-wheel drive in Canada. This enticed me to come in and test drive it (and the SUV). I debated (with myself) for a couple months if I really wanted to take the plunge (there was nothing wrong with my current car). Sergio was very respectful and never called me - only emailed me once to let me know he was available anytime for further discussion, etc. So there was no hard sales pressure. When he heard what I was looking for (features, etc), he found me one at another of their dealers that was a perfect match. Then he and Louie worked very hard on trade-in and pricing to make the deal irresistible! Great follow-up after delivery. And I love driving the car (all my colleagues look for ways for me to give them a lift!).
