They have the most reasonable prices in GTA and I strongly recommend it to everyone. UNLIMITED KILOMETERS is also another feature that they have. Cars are brand new models and fairly clean. The only point that is deductible is their delivery timing problems with certain cars and a little bit cleanliness.

This location called me five minutes before I was supposed to pick up my car rental (and I was already in the area) telling me that they would be unable to rent me a car, and did not offer any sort of alternative. I would be more understanding of receiving a phonecall a day before, or even the morning of, but five minutes before is ridiculous. I would not go with this company at all. We had to go with a different company last minute and it costs us a lot more, but they were MUCH more friendly.

I do not recommend this place for car rental at all. I had my booking for 8am pick up, I was called the day before and was told that the car is not going to be ready before 8:30 since the last customer rented the car can not return the car on time!!! Next day I went to pick up the car around 9:15 ( gave them 45 mins in case they need to refuel , car wash, etc) and expecting the car to be ready and clean. They just gave me the car in the same condition that last customer had returned it! ( No car wash, dirty seats, and no full tank gas) . Throughout the 3 days that I had the car, it was giving the alarm for oil change since the car maintenance for oil change was over due! This was my 1st time renting a car with them; it was during the long weekend and they mentioned that they had been pretty busy. Maybe it was only my bad luck with them; but I am not going to risk it to rent a car with them again!

Unfortunately wasn't a pleasant experience at all dealing with Advantage. 7:30am rental time, nobody at the counter. The employee shows up at 8am...no apology, nothing. "Oh yeah..I left on time but traffic...I don't know". Refuses to give a discount for the lost time. On the return leg, got caught up in standstill traffic due to highway accident and called 4 hours ahead to let them know we'd be 30-40 mins later than the drop-off time. Was told to instead bring the car in the next day at 8am, with no mention of any late fees on the phone call. With the invoice generated, they have charged me twice the late fees. Ultimately explaining that the employee himself was late upwards of 30 mins, and reasoning with Ahmed the manager, all I got was a rude response and zero acknowledgement of the double standards. Zero leeway for a customer when the company is unable to stick to a promised rental time, but more than happy to tack on fees. Stay away from these scumbags.

One of the best quotes! Very friendly and supportive agent. I had to rent for over a month until I purchased my car (Just Yesterday!!!). So I tried different car rentals and various cars! First I rented from another agency but they were rather expensive for my budget. I almost decided to drop the whole idea of renting and use TTC instead, but fortunately found 'Advantage' and "Parsa" helped me with the best rates and the best cars! All their cars were almost new, one of them just 600 Km on it, and most of them come with extra features like reverse camera, push button start and such, which usually you won't find in a rental car. Parsa was very flexible with the timing and in several cases that I was stuck in the traffic jams, waited for me (after hours!), to receive or exchange the car for me. Hightly Recommended

I rent a car today. Kia Forte! It was super dirty! They didn't even sanitize the car! So it bought lots of sanitizers to clean it. Also, there was a horrible smell in the car. I was not satisfied at all. I rent a car from other rental places four times so I can compare it easily with them.

Excellent customer service. Found this location when doing a web search for rental agencies that offer monthly rentals - Advantage offered a long-term rental at a fair price. The car was ready on time and in good clean condition. Everything was explained clearly, including insurance options, and Parsa showed me the little quirks and features of the car so there wouldn't be any unpleasant surprises when driving on the road. Any questions that I had about the price, the car choices, the rental location, and the return process were answered promptly - Parsa was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent from them again.

Lowest daily rates around if you book online. Fast and friendly customer service from Mohammed, Syed & Vamsi. Also flexibility to extend or drop off a little later if you call ahead (based in availability). Location is hidden inside shops on Yonge mall, but the fastest route is through the entrance beside the men’s suit shop (I forget the name) or you can just ask the info kiosk when you walk through the main entrance.

I highly recommend this place. They're very friendly and customer focused. They offer pickup, drop off service which is very convenient. And the best is: They have excellent quotes. The car was new and clean and came a full gas tank. Parsa runs the place very smoothly and everything is done in only a few minutes. He is very flexible and tries to keep you happy. The only thing is, I wish they were open on Sundays, at least for a couple hours. All in all, great experience.

Took my Ford Escape for a regular oil change and change of tires to all season ones. On car inspection the mechanics found a water/coolant pump leak. Luckily it was still under warranty but it would take a lot more time to do the job. I was in no mood to stay put and loiter around. The Service girl was very helpful and suggested car rental associated with the dealership. The car rental associate was very freindly, polite and eager to assist. The customer service was truly suberb and very prompt on the part of the dealership and the car rental company.

For the first experience to get a car one day before long weekend. it was great. in compare to other agencies they offer me the best price : 39 box for economy car, car was available, it is very close for me to pick up the car,in addition they offer me to pick up and drop off me at home, I got a 2014 Honda civic, it hadn't any problem, and they identified any pervious damage plus they have a good customer service I really enjoy and I recommend it to anyone.

HORRIBLE. I made a reservation 5 weeks before the date of my move. 4:30 pm the night before the move they called to say that they did not have a truck. I had to scramble and thankfully found another company able to get me a truck on such short notice. I sent two emails to the company afterwards and not ONE response. Disgusting service and even worse customer service. Would NEVER recommend them and plan to lodge a complaint.

These guys were great to deal with! I had to leave my car overnight at Ford for a bunch of service work that needed to be done. I can’t go without a car because of my job so Ford said to use these guys. Honestly, they answer the phone fast every time. They had a car ready for me within 10min of my arrival and it was clean, fully fuelled and good to go (2019 corolla.) Best of all, they were about 30% cheaper than the neighbouring Enterprise and Budget rental car places. Will definitely be here again!

Please, do not fall for the low prices neither for the "bono" that they offer to you! Before the rental everything is great, awesome, wonderful! BUT, after you return the car you get charge for tax that you didn't know about in your credit card! Easy way to get your money from you! OH! The best part is that they charge you for a "violation" that supposedly you committed but they don't send any copy of it. You can't really know if you actually committed a violation but you pay for it anyway! Great, isn't it!? NEVER AGAIN

Terrible experience from start to finish. The car smelt very bad. A perfume had been sprayed to mask another smell and the combination was overpowering. I had to drive the car with all windows open for the entire day. They also charged me for fuel, even though I filled the tank within 2km of the return. I had pictures to show the full tank, but they still charged me.

I reserved a truck online over a week in advance at this location for a big move. I arrived 20 minutes early to pick up the truck and I was informed that this location doesn’t even rent trucks. There was no remedy offered, simply a “sorry”. They couldn’t even bring a truck from a different location as none were available. This completely threw my move off schedule and cost me extra money as I had to pay the movers extra for more time used. I had to get a truck from Discount instead, who were great. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially those counting on a truck here for a move.

i think the reviews that they already have on here would speak for it self, however i would like to add a bit more positivity because thats the type of service i receive from this place. despite their systems being down due to rogers tele communications, they did not leave me hanging and provided me a car. its my 3rd time getting a vehicle at this location and i must say they have better costumer service then other brand name car rentals. you wont be disappointed.

I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful when they have picked me up (before car pick up) and dropped me off (after I drop off the car) . I have never had any problem picking up or dropping of the car at this location. Rauf Mohammad has always been helpful, flexible with pickup/ drop off and easy to coordinate with. Their rates are very good, cars are very clean and well maintained. All of my friends who I recommended this location, are all very happy with the service.

Never rent from these guys! They make you pre-authorize payments on your credit card and charge way more than they say they will. Then when you call your bank to find out what's going on they will say it is your own fault because you authorized payments from a sketchy car rental company. They claimed it would cost 150 per week and I ended up getting charged 1350 for 3 weeks and no way to reimburse. Use discount car rental instead
