My wife and I recently purchased our first Acura MDX Aspec. I would like to first start off that for the first time in a very long time we did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle immediately Julia was very informative and walk us through the various MDX models not to mention her patience as we could not decide on which colour of MDX to go with! Julia provided us with all the options we had from picking the model to our finance terms. Most people would say “ that is her job” but as a business owner I truly appreciated Julia’s efforts throughout the process. We are very pleased with the MDX and the level of service and professionalism that Julia demonstrated toward us. The only issue we have and it is NOT a reflection of the dealership, is that our windshield has a hump on the passenger side which looks like it’s defective and you would not be able to see it unless you are looking out that way. We were told it would be looked after as it is a warranty issue but I believe it is more than a lack of quality from Honda / ACURA’s end. We will see how it is resolved as I would hate that to be the only negative issue on this purchase. Also a very big thank you to Emily who is fairly new in her role but did an exceptional job in walking my wife and I through the various warranty packages that ACURA had to offer, again no pressure sales tactics just an individual performing her duties in the role she is in. We look forward to many years ahead as we enjoy this MDX and potentially purchase another one in the near future!

Acura makes a great car, but the service at this dealership is a complete scam, lol. Try to upsell you and scare you. Just act like you don't know and watch these Hawks jump on you. Anyways the service staff must be on commission, otherwise why would anyone act so shady. 5* to sales, 2* to service.
My wife and my sister drove 49 kms to this place to do a lease buyout. I known Sam Sferrazza (Sales Manager) for a very long time. So when my original dealership where I got the vehicle didn't reach out to follow up on our plan with my lease vehicle. I contacted Sam for help. He referred us to Jaclyn Iaquinto (Finance Manager) to finalize the transition from lease to finance the vehicle. Both are very professional on their respected field. Won't hesitate to recommend the team to family and friends if they ever need a new Acura or pre-owned vehicles.

I called to book an appointment to get service and my winter tires put on, I was told my still very new winter tires, stored there was thrown out. No notification to me, the customer. Now I have to spend over 2000$ on new winter tires. My fault for thinking common courtesy is something to expect from the Acura brand. I'll be moving on from Acura on my next purchase. Edit for response - I last changed my tires in 2019 winter season, I didn't drive the following season, then covid showed up... is it that difficult to tell a customer to pick up their tires instead of hiding behind fine prints and tossing them.
I recently picked up my new TLX from Julia at Acura of Hamilton. The customer service was outstanding! All the staff were so kind to my teenage son who had lots of questions about all of the cars in the showroom. Just swapped my 2017 Elite MDX for the new 2022 Acura MDX A-Spec from Julia Lioris, the best sales representative I've dealt with across the GTA. She is honest and straightforward in her dealings with clients, she doesn't sugar-coat or over-promise, nor follow the century-old typical sales tactics other car dealers follow to put pressure on you to get you to buy. Despite the schedule crunch manufacturers are facing due to micro-chip shortage, I got the MDX I want with interior and exterior colours that I wanted, and on-time!! Numbers-wise, she engineered the best agreement for my lease budget and priorities. I came yesterday afternoon finding the new plates on, the car superbly polished and ready for a neat ride. She took me through all the new console settings the new MDX has to offer and sat it for my taste and preferences. My wife and I can't be happier! I had to find a car quick and there were a few issues on getting started but it didn't have any thing to do with the dealer. Julia made the transition easy and stress less as possible. A family member have had a bad experience which left a bad after taste and hesitated to be coming back to Acura . Julia and the team reassured everything is taken care off and help clear some negative experiences. Amy was awesome with my paper work. After 1 wk i finally got a car . The team at Acura Hamilton is fantastic I never felt out of place nor felt unseen. My sales assoicate Julie is amazing, very helpful and not pushy . She's understanding and try to accomidcate my needs. Every staff would stop to say hi and acknowledge you even if you were not there to see them. There's always a warm smile as they pass by. I definitely would repurchase another vechele from there.
My wife and I were on our way to Weather Tech to get Floor Liners for our (currently own) 2011 Audi A5 when an alert from Autotrader popped up on her phone. It was for a 2014 Audi A5 that met my specifications. The car was located at Acura of Hamilton which was only a few minutes away from Weather Tech so we decided to check it out. After a brief test drive, we noticed that the service due light was on and we asked the sales person to put the car on the lift. This was so we could check out the underbody to see if there was any rust or damage. We found a fluid leak and the salesperson said that they would take care of this prior to delivery. The car was sent over to Creighton Service Centre for the repair of the water pump but was later sent over to Audi of Hamilton to perform the repair. I was curious as to why they didn’t allow Audi to fully service the car since the service due indicator light was on. Audi and select service centers have the tool necessary to turn off the service due indicator. We took delivery of the addition to our Audi family on December 19th. We currently own an S4, A5, A4 and we traded in an A3 for the 2014 A5. Note, the 2011 A5 and the A4 have manual (standard) transmissions. We left the dealership and drove 69 kilometers when the clutch completely failed. We were towed back to the dealership and I gave the sales manager the following recap of what happened: Arrived at the Garden City Skyway and as we ascended up the Skyway, the engine RPM’s increased, the indicator that suggests what gear you should be in started flashing shift up shift down shift up shift down (it was doing this because the clutch was slipping and the RPM’s increased due to the clutch slipping and couldn’t make a proper recommendation of what gear the vehicle should be in) and then my wife said to down shift to 5th gear so that we could get over the hill and not drift back or get stuck on the Skyway and cause an accident. The Skyway is notorious for accidents and breakdowns and we got the car over the Skyway to a safe spot to park the car. The sales manager called a couple of days later and stated that a computer readout from Audi shows that due to my reckless driving of the car at a speed of 150 km/h and a tachometer reading of over 6100 RPM’s, it is evident that you dropped the gear to a dangerously low level and damaged the clutch. So, the repair will not be warranted by Acura of Hamilton. Now, remember that I’ve stated that the service due light was never addressed and this is the report from the ECU in the car. Bottom line per the sales manager, I’m a reckless driver and I misrepresented what really caused the failure of the clutch. So, I purposely went on a mission to destroy the transmission in a car that I have been searching for and put my wife’s life in danger because I was driving at 150 km/h and dropped the gear. I feel based on what he said, that I’m some kid that drives a Honda or Subaru with a coffee can exhaust and speeds up and down the QEW. All he kept saying was how this wasn’t a smooth transaction. My purchase turned out to be a total disaster and disappointment.

Was a great experience from the second I walked in the building. Buying a car can be a drawn out and sometimes stressful experience. In this case it was neither of those. They made it simple to get out of my existing Honda lease and they were very accommodating to my needs. Was definitely the easiest purchase I've made.
I’d like to make it known that I am happy with my car, in the sense that I like Acura and I knew what I was getting. But in terms of the service, this particular location is not up to par. They offered me several things while I was looking at getting the car. Once I got it, those things were suddenly not possible. It’s all about integrity, which I feel is lacking at this location. The managerial team can not be trusted to keep their word, which is the first necessity for making a deal. While trying to squeeze out maximum profit from this sale, they put their ethics aside and disregarded all the promises they made. Absolutely dissatisfied with this experience and wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.
I have dealt with Mr.Chris and Mr. Frank in the service department, they are extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I always find myself uncomfortable dealing with any service department, but the staff here is so good and professional that all my worries vanished away by dealing with them, and it feel so good that I am in the safe hands. I personally want to say thanks to all the staff members I really value there dedication towards work. God bless all of you and once again thank you for giving your best.

The dealership is clean and well kept, but I dislike the salesman tactics of getting people into the building for sales. I made an appointment prior to visiting and informed the representative that I was interested in seeing two particular vehicles. I was told they would be ready to see once I visited. I also mentioned that I live far away so I would appreciate if the vehicles were prepared for an inspection & drive. Upon arriving, I was informed that both vehicles I wanted to see were sold. It would have been good to know this before making a 2-hour drive to the dealership and wasting my time.

Treated like a chump. I brought my MDX in for a simple axle replacement. They botched the job seriously. They damaged my wheel bearing and needed to redo the axle replacement twice to get it right. They did not accept responsibility for damaging the bearing. They offered me a small token discount on the total job which I ended up paying over twice as much for. I will not be returning here for any future repairs.

STEALER SHIP Really bad customer service bought old Acura TL. Asked to fix issues before pickup but they didn't fix those issues. I had to take car with issues then I approached management after to fix issues as promised.It took them 2 months to agree with me then I paid for rental to get my car fixed. Still didn't fixed one issue. So I gave up .. (On more trick they used to get money, secretly added tyres insurance ( because tyre were not in good condition) to purchase price to get car safety I believe. I was first time buyer didnt knew much so ended up paying 500 for tire insurance which should have been included in sale price as they advertised. they said they will certify NEVER GOING THERE EVER
It is has been 3 1/2 Months since my purchase of a 2019 Acura RDX and I am really enjoying this vehicle. It is fun and exciting to drive again, and I look forward to each time I get into my vehicle. I bought my car in Burlington but Acura of Hamilton earned my business for maintenance and repairs! Their service staff is honest and they go the extra mile for the customer . Instead of doing the easy thing and forcing me to pay for a whole new factory mirror , they repaired my damaged mirror in-house me and saved me over $800!!! No other service centre took the time to even tell me that it was an option. Special thanks to Shaun Moyers at the front desk.

I wish there was a way for me to post the bill that I got from this place to set the record straight instead of making this my word against theirs. The $125 was to run a diagnostics test that was not required at all. That was NOT the only part of the charge in my bill. Original Review: I feel absolutely used by the service department at this place. $160 to change a $17 light bulb? Give me a break! And to boot I had to wait 3 hours for it!!! Never again!!

Standard A1 service required but the free test showed an alignment was necessary. They have a great "before and after" report showing what was required and the final results. Very helpful in an area most of us know little about. Very comfortable waiting area, tv, coffee and treats available. Very good customer service. Kudos to Frank and the team!

After driving for 4 yers , some noise was coming from front strut and it is supposed to be covered under warranty. Took it to them six months ago they said drive it for another two or three months until the noise get a bit more and bring it back. So I took it back while ago and they said my warranty is expired and it’s started three years before purchase of my car which doesn’t make sense at all . I would not recommend this place based of the dishonesty and ripping customers off. Be careful what the sales person tells you one thing and the contract says something else.

Thank you for your response. You've reinforced my original concern that the "recommendation" was purposefully misrepresented in bad faith as a requirement in order to make the sale. I've since spoken to other Acura drivers in the area and was not pleased to hear that others have experienced similar interactions in bad faith with your service department. You've lost my business due to your flippant way of handling my concern and I will not hesitate to encourage others to find a service department that is committed to operating with integrity and exceeds "recommended guidelines" of customer service. ------------- Original post: I would give Matt in sales and Aileen in finance a 5-star rating without question. However the service department is severely disappointing: I went in for my second service on my leased 2018 TLX at 19,560km. Frank told me I needed to have the rear differential fluid changed and I obliged, thinking it's best to trust the "expert" and avoid voiding my warrantee or terms of the lease in any way. After receiving the invoice for $430, I learned that this service does not need to be done until 50,000-60,000km (which would not be for another 2 years in my case). When I called the service manager to request resolution, he said that he has signed documentation approving the service so there was nothing to address. I feel extremely taken advantage of and would strongly recommend going elsewhere for service.
Picked up my wife’s new RDX Monday night and we couldn’t be happier! Julia was great to work with, she’s super friendly and professional and patient! We told her what we were looking for, and she delivered. We must have called everyday for a week as we waited for it to arrive but as soon as it did she was on top of it. Was looking for a hard to find used vehicle. This was the first time I ever bought used. Acura of Hamilton had what I was looking for. The dealership is nearly an hour from my home but I happily traveled the distance 3 times to see the car and make the deal. Tommy was by far the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. In the past my experience at other dealerships has not been great, more take and no give. Tommy went the extra mile to do some research for us as well. Worst service ever. Go anywhere else. Must say it looked pretty promising at first. Called to book an appt to have my car safeties for a lease buyout and to put on winter tires. Appt was scheduled for the next day- great right? When I arrived they had no record of an appt. They did however “squeeze me in. Driver was available to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. He was very pleasant and a good driver. $1,700 later (for brakes, oil change and changing to my winter tires that were already on their own rims)- for a 2018 Acura RDX so that I could get a safety done it went downhill even more. This process started Dec 7, 2021. Definitely feel they weren’t making enough money on my lease buy out purchase to provide service at all. Jaclyn was the worst. Tried to say she left me messages when she had not, said my message to her “must have gone to junk mail” (when I responded to her email), rescheduled out purchase meeting at least 3x. I had already called my insurance company and had to keep calling back to change to policy dates. They had to keep emailing me new policies and cards. Even though a safety was done there I could not get a copy of it as it was in Jaclyn’s hands and she was away. Reason? Part of purchase pkg for buyout and not aid for. I offered to pay as I at this point was under no circumstances ever setting foot in this frustrating unhelpful dealership again. Could not do this either. No one other than Jaclyn can do anything to to purchase a vehicle without her. You are not allowed to speak with the General Manager without first speaking to the sales manager. They will not provide info about who owns Acura Hamilton. Long story short. I was able to purchase the car Jan 4, 2022 with the assistance of Acura Canada I got the info I needed and purchased the vehicle through Acura on Brant. They managed to safety it, process all the paper work and get the vehicle into my name in about 4 hrs- same day. Special thanks to Timothy Douglas of Acura on Brant for making this happen. Buy there from him. He knows what customer service is. Hamilton Acura knows what it is not.
Tommy in sales was awesome to deal with. At the end of the day, we didn’t buy but that came down to dollars and cents and not tommy. In fact, I actually feel bad we didn’t buy from him because he was so good to us. Would definitely recommend anyone to ask for Tommy if looking to purchase. Straight shooter.

Overall great experience buying a used car from Acura. Our salesman Garrett was very helpful and patient with us. He found us the perfect car. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. The finance lady Aileen was by far the best I have had at a dealership. Was not pushy at all and was more than happy to look at a bunch of options for us. Never pushed any extra products or services like I have had before. She did a bunch of extra paperwork for our trade which made things easier for us. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process very easy. The detailing of the car was not quite five star. Was told some things would be cleaned up better and where not. Would have liked to have gotten a bit more for our trade in. But not bad. The car is not an Acura so we will see how the service department will treat it.
Great honest service team!!! My car has some strange noise, I booked appointment for inspection, the mechanic drove the car and told me try better fuel to see if the noise will be gone. Without charging me the inspection fee, I am so appreciate that. I will come here for any service from now on!!! I went to Acura of north York where I purchased my car yesterday, the mechanic drove the car and told me the engine needs to be rebuilt, that’s shock me. After I told him I Purchase this car here 2 months ago, he changed his words, he wants me to pay the 160+tax inspection fee to check the problem. But I can’t trust them any more.

I purchased a 2019 Acura RDX from Ken Klapcic at Acura of Hamilton in September. He was very helpful and professional and we had several test drives and discussions before I settled on the vehicle. After the purchase there was a wait time until ‘my new ride’ came in complicated by my decision to go with the black rather than the red A-spec that I initially selected. That turned out well as the exterior colour change wasn’t a problem. I’ve purchased many new cars and this is my first Acura ( I’ve had BMW and Mercedes most recently). The vehicle was a totally new and a highly rated design with all of the safety features I wanted for thousands less than the Germans. I’m very happy with the RDX, and with the professionalism shown by Ken and the other staff that I met at the dealership. I came from Niagara and and shopped around many dealerships and couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Just purchased a vehicle from Julia Lioris, she was an excellent sales lady and was very helpful. I had told her what I was looking for and she found me what I wanted. Awesome lady. They whole process was very simple. My only disappointment was that I had asked the sales manager to please repair a few scratches on the vehicle upon me purchasing the car. He said no problem he would take care of that. Picked up the car and scratches were still there. He said it was the best they could do. I know that was rubbish because I know a lot of detail shops that can eliminate those scratches and make them perfect. Guess I will have to get them fixed myself. Real shame that no effort was made to repair those scratches. Not disappointed but a lesson learned .

Quick service as promised. One thing I would suggest is PLEASE ask your mechanics to use baggies or gloves to handle car interiors. After my service, there was grease and dirt all over my steering wheel, emergency brake, and a greasy handprint on my car hood where they slammed the hood. NOT COOL. Wiped the steering wheel and this is my cloth.

I recently purchased my first *new used* vehicle from Acura Hamilton, an Acura RDX. The salesman who met with me, Garrett Smith, was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He was very patient with me, and went above and beyond what I had expected from a car salesman; going with me to have the vehicle looked over by my mechanic, even offering to take it in himself to my mechanic as I was working. Any issues or miscommunication, were resolved quickly and efficiently. The dealership itself is a very nice location, with a large and comfortable waiting area, and everyone there was so friendly. On the day I was to pick up my vehicle, Garrett came to my home, picked up both myself and my husband, and even stopped at the bank for me! I am loving my new vehicle! Bought a used car about a year ago from this dealership. Not even 12000kms later need a full new front brake assembly done. After being told they were virtually brand new. This place is just full of lies to get a car out the door. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, you deserve better.

Brought car in for transmission change, got the run aroud for two and a half months finally got the car back the positive battery terminal cover is broken, multiple clips inside are broken, my right side blindspot sensor no longer works. There is a HUGE clunk and crushing noise when the wheel is turned all the way to the right. I gave that's guys a guy with transmissions problems received a car back with 10x more problems and the transmission is STILL not fixed. Kirsten is EXCEPTIONALLY rude, and uneducated in automotive and this is extremely evident by how upset she gets when you ask her any questions she doesn't know the answers to (which is all of them) they are disorganized, have zero communication,play childish games with the phones and treat thier general workplace as a high school environment. I have zero clue how Chris bolton, jenny or especially Kirsten have jobs .......these guys butchered my car and passed it off as it was either always like that or my fault after after only a week and a half of having the car back! Edit: Update upon inspection tonight, I have discovered the swaybar links was NOT connected and left hanging, been driving this car for two weeks with my two year old daughter in the back,second of all the car reeked of smoke the moment I stepped into it, it was the first thing I noticed. Third me and my wife both noticed the rim damage how dare you try to blame that on me? You guys didn't bother to do a walk around so we were both on the same page as to the condition of the rims otherwise it would have been obvious it wasn't caused by me, notice how my car has zero rim damage ? Also show me what/where I have signed? you guys passed me my keys when I got there and and told me to go find my car which took me 25 minutes because it was parked at the very very back I even had Kirsten beside me after parking the courtesy vehicle who said " I don't know maybe it's somewhere over there" I have pictures of proof of the work done by you guys and the floating sway bar links... I think the fact is and will remain, you guys treat people exceptionally poorly and disrespectfully the fact you support such behavior is amazing to me I'm sad to see where Acura has gone as they used to be my favorite car makers..... regardless I am an Acura customer, the fact you said "even though you're a first time customer" speaks immense volumes to everyone reading this and how your establishment see us as and how they will treat you regardless if you support the brand.
My first visit to this dealership and right away Julia greeted me and has made my experience stress free ! Sales people are not honest with customers. They just want the deal done and don’t care what ever happen . Make sure to read and understand the contracts before signing. They said one thing and the contract says something else . I bought seven years warranty for my car when I purchased my MDX from them , but after four years brought it to fix something which was covered under warranty and found out that the warranty was expired and it was not for 7 years .

Overall, rapid communication from the saleswoman, poor service at the dealership and very overpriced vehicle not willing to negotiate. Looked at a used Subaru wrx. No snow tires, and the first day I went to see it there was a lot of snow on the road so I came back a week later. Car hadn't moved in a week it was still surrounded in snow, had to ask for a scraper and scrap the windows myself... Started nice but the gas light was on and the needle was as low as it could go. Not great for the engine to be sitting empty in - 10° weather for a week. Additionally the engine coolant could of used a top up as well as the wiper fluid. Used car manager claimed he knew the market price of the car but he didn't even know what a wrx Sti was. Wanted 27000 for a car that sold for 33 500 MSRP 4 years ago and was no longer under warranty. It was a solid car and I can appreciate the asking price as the wrx tends to have die hard fans who may pay the premium but if that's your target consumer at least read up more on the line of vehicles.

Dealership and service department doesn't even deserve one star. Paid over $200 to have them perform a safety test on my vehicle as it is now a 2009. I was told after paying over $200 that my car was not road worthy and needed about $4400 worth of work. I brought my vehicle to Acura on Brant and showed them all of the documentation I was provided with from Acura of Hamilton. Upset me very much when I found out that none of the things listed on the documents they gave me needed work and the only thing that my vehicle needed was a new rear licence plate light bulb. So disappointed. I felt ripped off and taken advantage of. That is no way to run an honest business by any means under any circumstances. Stay clear of Acura of Hamilton as they are scammers!

I just picked up a 2012 Acura TSX from a dealer in Ajax Ontario a few weeks ago. I needed some adjustments made to the car ie: doors all opening at the same time, key fob needed a new battery, air bag recall etc. I dealt with Christine in customer service she was great. She called me back when she said she would and she kept me informed as to the status of each point I had on my list. It's really hard to get good customer service these days so it was really nice to get great service. I called her back and thanked her for her attention to detail. Thank you Christine.

Took my car in for an air bag motor recall. In the process they scratched my car on the bumper. They said they would take care of it. Tried calling multiple times and they keep saying the service manager is looking into it. This was almost 3 weeks ago! Needless to say I’m not happy! Update... Since this review I was contacted immediately by Louis the Dealer Principal and the problem was resolved within a couple of days. He was very accommodating and they did a good job repairing the scratch. I would give the review 5 out of 5 but I feel this shouldn't have gone this far to begin with, however overall I am satisfied. Thank you.

Truthfully, I was in the market for either a Mazda or Honda SUV until I began to notice the number of Acura RDX’s on my commute. As a VW and Volvo driver, I made a call to Acura of Hamilton for some details about the make, model and the availability of pre-owned RDX’s. I was then connected with Julia Lioris. This experience of buying a vehicle from Acura of Hamilton was so quick and easy I'm left wondering what went wrong. It started with one simple phone call which was received by the sales person "Malek". I'm one of those annoying people who want to know everything without actually investigating for themselves. No problem for Malek though. Whatever I requested information on, i.e. condition of tires, paint, interior, service records, etc. Malek ran out, investigated, then called me back with his findings. The transparency of this dealership and it's staff is something unseen. Everything I was told, was true. Well 2 days later that same vehicle was registered, certified, cleaned and sitting in my driveway. I think one star its too much for them ,they fix my ac on jun 2017 and used the ac one summer and a half and went back aging this summer and they diagnose the car with the same problem they did fix last time ,i tried to call the manger and send him an email but no respond .

We recently bought a new vehicle here. From our salesperson Julia and the other staff, Matt and Anthony who stayed late so we could test drive on day 1 who always waved, said hello, let us test drive 2 more times and answered A LOT of questions for us we are pleased with our experience so far. We came from having a very, very negative car experience with the car we were replacing so we were extremely concerned and nervous and our vehicle purchased was one of the more expensive options so we were over cautious and double checked all the details. Our only negatives/concerns with our purchase were few and quite minor and all were resolved by Amy (business manager) and Anthony (sales manager) so that is the reason for five stars and not four. There is a lot of computer info and settings to take in upon delivery and our salesperson set up all the basics for us. With some trial and error we figured out how to fine tune our settings (with a little phone help from Frank in service) and are enjoying our vehicle very much. We look forward to continuing a good relationship with Acura of Hamilton!
My Acura tlx 2016 had issues as it was turning off and on by itself.. brought it in for a repair and sure they fixed it (3 stars)but -2 stars for the lack of caring for the customer because my car was returned dirty! The outside was disgusting and dirty (far more than when I brought it in). Not asking for a car wash but they could have the customer appreciation in mind and gave the car back in an appropriate manner. Not happy at all..

Brought my 2015 Acura MDX Elite in for a squeak in the back seat. More than two months later, no back seat, no parts available to fix it. I have been driving a rental. Thought they would still have a parts inventory for a 3 year old car. It is now one month since I posted this review. Still no back seat. Still no parts. Still no end in sight. Acura Canada says they are not responsible but appear to be trying to escalate. I have been calling them weekly. Acura Hamilton says they are not responsible but appear to be trying to escalate . They say the issue is the parts supplier. But nobody seems to be able to effectively follow up and put some urgency on the parts supplier to solve this issue. Checked my records and I brought my car in on May 29 for this squeak so it is actually 5 months. Now driving another courtesy car so they have been good that way.

I met a salesman whose name is Ken Klapcic at acura of hamilton. I told him right off the bat, I was not really interested in buying a car at this time (1/18/18),especially not a new one. There was no pressure on his part,because I told him I am going to be a hard sale if I was going to buy anything at all. I was looking to purchase around May of this year and essentially I was looking at different dealerships to inquire to get catalogues pertaining to the car I had in mind. I asked him if there was any used acura tlx,s avaiable and he came up with with a car (2018 tlx elite) with VERY low mileage on it. I brought my wife to have a look at and it was luv at first site. We ended up purchasing it and for the most part we have been VERY happy with it. Ken has since seen my face on numerous occaisions (l0l) to figure all the intense technology which is in that car. All in all I,m impressed with his help and he said if I have any problems,to drop buy and he would help me out. He and with the help of Aileen Cunningham have a been a great help to make this happen. So Ken if the rating is out of five you deserve a five .
