No playing a numbers game, straight forward transparency which made it easy to close a deal on my new truck. I added a few dealer installed extras and found service was great! My appointment was made two weeks ahead of time to have my winter grips put on and an oil change. at the onset of my arrival the service department had difficulty finding my information in their system. They initially pulled up my nephews' file .. which was wrong... they continued to search and brought up my husband's file.. after acknowledging they had the right address but wrong vehicle they eventually located mine. This process took quite a few minutes then they had to right up the service order . After all was done and the service order was signed I had to wait another 15 minutes for a ride home. I was told that the wait would be an hour and a half to two hours. They called me to let me know my vehicle was done four hours later. On the upside they did bring the vehicle right to my home.

I live in Toronto, and I decided on a Ford F-150. I decided to look for a truck out of town and got in touch with Shawn Gingras who works at Savage Ford. I also recommended Shawn to a co-worker Tom who was also looking to get into a F-150. He was frustrated with the sales people, empty promises and high prices in the GTA while looking. The two got in touch and Shawn found a truck that was exactly what Tom was looking for. Tom drove up to Savage and met with Shawn, and as promised, he got exactly the truck he wanted, at a price thousands less than the nearest competitor. I can say that Tom had nothing but positive things to say about Shawn and his level of service. I was happy to hear that I connected the two to have a positive buying experience. Of course after seeing Tom's truck I needed one as well! Essentially I did the same, called Shawn up, let him know what I was looking for, and drove up to trade in my car for the F-150. He answered all my emails, questions over the phone and countless text messages. Some people thought I was a bit crazy to drive that far to buy a truck, but it's the peace of mind knowing I got a solid deal, and dealt with a terrific salesperson at a great small town dealership. Thank you Shawn and the staff at Savage Ford! And my F-150 is simply amazing!

TREATED POORLY FOR 4 1/2 YEARS Service appointments take 2 weeks. They don’t have 90% of parts on hand, so you always have to make a follow up appointment because the first appointment is diagnostic only and they order parts required afterwards! They refused to repair items covered by warranty! I will never purchase from Savage Ford again. Actually this experience made me decide to never buy another ford again! I lived 1 hour away so I would book my service appointment for 10am, and I waited at Tim Hortons, but several times my truck would sit outside until 2pm before it was even brought in for the 10am appointment and they would make excuses about how busy it was and it wasn’t there fault... Terrible after sales service Savage Ford.... These replies from whomever at Savage Ford’ are more customer service than I received in the 4 1/2 years that I owned my F-150 and nothing more then a poor attempt to make themselves appear friendly and caring online. YOU HAD 4 1/2 YEARS TO TREAT ME LIKE A CUSTOMER AND SHOW ME CUSTOMER SERVICE , BUT I WRITE A POOR REVIEW TELLING IT LIKE IT IS AND NOW ALL OF SUDDEN YOU CARE??? Trust me, they don’t treat you like that in person once the paper work is done! Once they’ve sold you a vehicle have your money YOU’RE NOTHING!!! This is all just a very very small glimpse as to the poor service I received in 4 1/2 years. I could go on and on with story after story. I just wanted to write a Big Thank You to the service team at your Dealership.On Friday,October 28th I had just driven up from Windsor and arrived in Sturgeon around 1pm.From North Bay to Sturgeon my 2014 Focus was emitting a bad coolant odor.I stopped in and spoke with Guy.I explained my situation and he said he would do his best to have a look at it.I went for a walk and Guy called me an hour and half later and said it was fixed.It was a Friday afternoon and you guys were busy but you fit me in and I am VERY appreciative.Guy is a great guy and an asset to your service team.I'm in Sturgeon a couple times a summer and were due for a new car.See you in the Spring!!!!! If I could give these guys a higher rating then a 5 star I would. Even though I didn't end up buying to do a change in how far my commute now is. Sylvain Was head and shoulders the best Sales person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely laid back and professional. Never felt pressured and was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had at length. There is something to be said for small town dealerships and that is compared to anyone in the GTA they treat you like a person , interact with you on a personal level and that's something lost at many dealerships now a days!

Absolutely the most expensive place to buy a Ford. Drive to North Bay and save 5000 dollars on everything. They'll scam you on used cars so bad, a 20k car will cost you 50k by the end. That's no lie I've seen the paperwork. They'll cancel your valid dealer warranty and sell you a fake warranty for 3000.00 at 30 % interest, worse of all they'll sell you life insurance on a used car so after you die the bank will be paid off. But who needs a car after your dead. They tried to scam my parents for extra 5000, but the drive to North Bay saved them 5000. Don't go near this place, The sales staff are brutal scammers. They'll direct anyone they can towards Carfinco credit the highest interest loans on the market even if you have a 700 credit score. Make the drive to North Bay, it will save you a.lot of money. The dad started the business but has passed, Run by a very spoiled privileged son now with no mercy. Avoid at all cost.

Was a smooth purchase no hiccups along the way. Paul, Renee, and Matt worked very VERY hard to make this work for me as I was trading in 3 vehicles and it became quite complex after a while. Matt was very informative, polite, and a great help. He was on the ball when I asked about something or for something. He kept me informed along the way. I had no suprises at the end. Matt was he was super Helpful. When I picked up the truck, Matt was very thorough with the truck, its got new upgraded things that I had no idea even existed. My F250 Super Duty is the third vehicle I have purchased from Savage Ford Sales since 2002. I don't know why I even bother shopping elsewhere as these guys are the best. I am most impressed with their friendly, small town attitude, their competitive pricing and of course their great product line. The after sales service at Savage Ford is second to none. Renee in the financial department made this last purchase way too easy. After telling her which bank I preferred to deal with she took it from there. Went in with a check engine light to find out it was a transmission issue. The transmission was served at Stockfish Ford just a couple of month prior and they overfilled the system. Savage Ford fixed it for less than what Stockfish charged me to service it. Small town - big service!
