In my dealings with Carlsons I have purchased a floor model Mud Pro ATV, and had a window installed in a cargo trailer. Long story short, the atv had 300kms when i purchased, what they didnt mention was the atv was taken to ST Charles mud atv run, (extremely deep mud and beaten). i was informed this from their mechanic. The second item I had done was the window install in my cargo trailer. Good thing I was able to get my trailer relatively quickly, however they charged me just for install almost more, than what Northern RV charged me to purchase the window plus the install. As for the quality of work, Carlsons did an ok job I have chalking all over the outside of the trailer, looks sloppy, but looks secure. Northern Rv installed my other window, they did a great job, looks clean, and their prices were far far far better. So in closing, if I were to buy a atv again i would rather go buy a polaris in Sturgeon falls, and if i need any trailer work i wouldn't go to Carlsons unless extremely desperate.

Great spot !!! We where there sledding from out of town and went threw some belts and phone theses guys 5 min before closing on family day weekend and they never blinked an eye when we asked if they could deliver it to us !!! Super people next sled trip we will be buying all are oil and any other supplies!!! Thanks guys !

They are no good I was to trade a bike for a bike they told me my bike needed all this stuff did a big list and told me the guy that pick my bike stayed this and that I talk to the guy that they state all this stuff and he like the bike and never tolled them the brakes and all that were shot then I ask them to show me were my new tire I pout on was crack was they gut a big spot light and took them 5 min to find a line in the groove of the tire that was not a crack.so i took my bike somewhere else to get the safety done and how funny it was it did not need 1 thing nothing to pass they are a big joke don't go there .they did not even know how to pout lights on my bike that is a joke of a place

Bought a new sled from Carlson last winter, Steve in sales was great to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even personally delivered my sled when it was ready knowing I was anxious to hit the trails ASAP. Had a minor warranty issue that season and dealing with the service department was ridiculous and at times down right rude. Hoping I never have a breakdown in the North Bay region and have to deal with that attitude again. Thanks Steve but no thanks Carlson I hope to never be back.

You don't stay in business for as long as they have without doing things write. If they don't have it you don't need it. Great selection, great prices and fast service. Bought a trailer one day and it was delivered the next....better than Canada post LOL.
