Back when this dealer sold KTM I purchased a 144sx motocross bike from them. When I went to pick it up they couldn't get it running. As soon as I took a look at the bike I learned that they tried to mix the gas and oil in the tank. (2-stroke bike) They poured the oil in the new empty tank and it ran directly into the carb, causing the bike not to start. Almost walked away from the bike at that point after they lied to me saying they didn't try to mix the gas in the tank. But the paperwork was already done so I didn't have much choice. Had to bring the brand new bike home and drain everything and start over. Not impressed.

They sold me a used Kawasaki that wasn’t running properly ( chokes out at half to full throttle) made them aware after I realized the issue, I left it at the dealership to be repaired and when I came back to pick it up and was told “it runs great” nothing was fixed, the problem was not fixed. And they wouldn’t give me my money back so now I’m stuck with a quad that I bought and it doesn’t even run as it should. The owner absolutely refuses to even acknowledge that there is an issue even though two separate salesman have heard the issue and the the owner (Mike) will not even offer to fix it. The manager at the NorthBay location is willing to help but the final decision was made by the owner. I will not be buying anything from Here again. Absolutely terrible.

I pretty much only deal with the staff at the parts counter. They do their job and no more. And it seems I have to pull teeth to find out when my part will arrive. Usually to find out that they are back ordered for weeks. If there was a better place to get parts I would surely go their instead. Also I find most of the items overpriced.

Very disappointed in our current visits with ASM. It's been a two year battle to fix a winch problem then to have ASM decide to do work that was not agreed upon. So we are in for over $4000 and the winch still stuck. Third times a charm... so we thought. Maybe fourth time! I'm so done with this place. We're investing $3000 in a trailer so we can bring it to Sudbury next time. It would be cheaper than ASM.

Absolutely terrible service. I brought my atv here to have some work done they initially quoted me $500 then later called and said it was going to be $750 for everything. I told them forget it just give me the parts I would install them myself and somehow they still came up with a price of $650. At this point for the extra $100 I told them ok you win go ahead and do the work they kept my atv for several days waiting for a screw I go to pick it up and now they tell me it's $350. What a joke I will NEVER return there. Be very careful with what they wuote you it will prob be more and they won't call to warn you about it.

Absolutely terrible service. Our family boat was dropped off to be fixed and $400 later the thing still won't run and they refuse to stand behind their work or fix it properly without charging us again. Would not recommend them as we had a terrible experience there and are now out $400 and a boat to enjoy at the cottage.

I do not write reviews very often but I was compelled to write one in this case. I was stuck and needed advice so I talked to a gentleman called Eric representing ASM. He ended up really trying to help solve my problem and I had not spent a dime at the store. If you recieve service like this today this organization is one in a million. Great service and they eased my anxiety. I highly recommend ASM. Thank you Eric and ASM for helping me.

Bought a chainsaw. Didn't work right. Took it back. Said they put the wrong guard on it. Then said going to fix. After 3 weeks we picked it up to take it to stihl ourselves to get fixed. Lousy customer service. Lousy response time. Will never go back and will not reccomend this place to anyone.
