I recently bought my first Honda. Wyatt was there to help me before I even got to open the door to the dealership. He answered all of my questions, told me all about the different models of civics that I was looking at and I got drive 2 different ones to see what would best suit my needs. Wyatt made the whole process so easy and he was not at all pushy, he was friendly and easy to talk to. This is important to me. I had another dealership try and push me into a car and it was an awful feeling - I did not have to deal with that at Welland Honda. I got my car a day later than expected but the delay was because Wyatt was so thorough and noticed a light on that shouldn’t have been on. They took care of it and I had my car the next day. I also had to pop back in for a missing air valve cap that popped off and the manager stopped to help me when he was clearly on his way out for the day. Everyone thanked me for my business as well. Overall fantastic experience, thank you so much Wyatt! I am loving my new car!

I have purchased many cars over my lifetime. Different brands such as Mercedes, Toyotas, and Acuras. When it came to going to a reasonable commuter car, I went back to a Honda Accord 2.0 Touring as I know it is super reliable and economical. Car has everything I need and I know it won't cost thousands to maintain. I have yet to have a better buying experience then dealing with Bob Ricci and team. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was getting both the best deal and receiving 5 star service along the way. Simply put, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Welland Honda. Follow Up: June 2021 Came back for a 2021 Ridgeline BE and as expected, it went extremely well. I heard from other dealers that these are impossible to find within a month. After signing the contract, Bob was able to locate one in a day! Again, Bob sold me the car and personally delivered it to my house to save me a trip. This type of service is just so highly appreciated and a huge time saver.

I recently purchased a used 2019 Kia Forte from Welland Honda and I wanted to say the entire process was extremely pleasant and all the staff knowledgeable and helpful, even when dealing with a completely different brand vehicle. There were no hiccups or difficulties, and everyone was very accommodating. I visited a great many dealerships in the past few weeks, and I can easily say that this was among the very best experiences I've had. I especially want to give recognition to Brian Chickowski (sales) for being absolutely great to deal with, he's very personable and never used any high-pressure sales tactics. He did offer up useful options, but only when they made sense for us, and he never persisted if we weren't interested. Since we were coming from a fair distance, about an hour's drive, he took the initiative to take multiple videos to show the various features and condition of the car the very same evening I first contacted him. Coming in to take a test drive was equally trouble free and made our decision easy. He really helped streamline the whole process and kept it light and enjoyable too. Brian Waugh (financing) was also very accommodating and took the time to run through all the numbers and paperwork with us, and like Brian C, didn't push for options that didn't make sense for our situation. Typically at signing I have usually been hounded to take on extra coverage options, so it's refreshing to not feel like you're having to battle the staff at the end game of the deal. He also worked with me on getting an additional round of financing rate options and helped me get an even better rate at the end of the day. All in all I would highly recommend Welland Honda to anyone looking for a good experience, with a great and helpful staff who are willing to work with you to help you get what you want, and not just trying to make a quick extra buck.

The 2015 Honda Civic LX that I had previously owned was a great reliable car that was fun to drive and besides a new battery, no repairs were necessary (not even brakes!) over the 96,000 km lease period. Such a good product! The 2019 Honda Civic LX isn't just an improvement on the previous version, it's an entirely different car, an upgrade in every way. Seriously, this baby is fun to drive for a great price. Honda really stepped it up and I wholeheartedly recommend both the car and the dealership.

Worst experience buying a vehicle ever. Dealt with Tyler Shafer, absolutely do not recommend. He lied to me several times about ordering parts for my car, and then after 3 months of waiting for my car to get fixed, he told me he did not have the authority to do so. He was all over the place, constantly saying he would update me/call me back which he never did. After three months of waiting with Welland Honda, they switched me to High Park Nissan in Toronto to get my car fixed, as it was closer to where I lived. I have had nothing but great experiences with them and will absolutely never buy a car from Welland Honda again. Now I have been waiting 6 months for one part of my vehicle to be replaced, the A/C condenser and there are heat warnings in affect. This could have been dealt with much faster and I was patient with them until Tyler finally told me the part had not even been ordered, even though 2 months ago he said the service department was working on it.

When going to a dealership, one will fear the stereotypical sleazy car salesperson who will be pushy, rude and not seem to actually care about you as a customer. Dealing with Wyatt, at Welland Honda proved to be the exact opposite scenario. Wyatt was very friendly and displayed a high level of professionalism, care and effort when assisting me in trading my vehicle in for another. Jessie and Wyatt both worked to ensure that I received the highest trade value possible and achieved this very successfully. I enjoyed their simplistic manner of explaining all costs and calculations which go into a final price and payment method. Wyatt and Jessie sat down with me in front of a big screen and clearly explained what exactly the options were for my situation and what made the cost and payments vary. I have normally dreaded the contract and bill that normally includes pages on pages of hidden dealership fees and such, but that was not the case here. As a customer, I felt valued and important and all my inquiries were addressed in a very timely manner. The process working through finances with Brian and Chuck was comfortable and smooth, I did not feel pressured or suspicious about their methods. When receiving the car, I was blown away by the detail and effort put into preparing the car for me. The dealership's shop even handled a request from me which included repairing some rust on the hitch of the vehicle and made it look as good as new. For a used vehicle, I could not even tell I was not driving home a brand new car. Excellent work to everyone at Welland Honda, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Simply the best dealership I have ever dealt with.

I dealt with a wonderful salesman by the name of Brian Chickowski and I settled on a used 2016 HRV. Yeah, I ended up going over budget but I am glad I did, Brian and the staff were so helpful in making my payments affordable, with full warranty and undercoating as well. I just returned January 2021 for my first scheduled oil change and got an appointment first thing in the morning next day. The staff was kind, and the waiting was room clean and welcoming (free wifi). I was out within an hour. So far, great experience!

I went to have my 2015 Nissan Micra safety tested at Welland Honda. A 5 year old vehicle with just over 30,000km's on it. They tried to charge me almost $1,500.00 to have it "fixed" in order to have it pass the safety. I got 2 other second opinions from mechanics and they both stated aside from having a little clay build up in the left wheel bearing it was perfectly fine. They did say that in the next year I would probably want to have it looked at again but as it stands now it definitely passed the safety. A pandemic is going on right now and money is tight, I made it clear I just wanted to have the car pass a safety so I could register it with plates and a sticker and then take it off the road as my spouse is unemployed and doesn't require the use of the vehicle. Did not matter to Welland Honda though, tried to lie to me about my own vehicle and proceed to refuse any sort of refund. I guess it was my mistake in the end, don't go to a Dealership for service work, they will always make up problems with your vehicle and try to sell you much more then you need. 1/5 for Welland Honda, greedy and disgusting.

PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP! Boy do I regret buying my car from Welland Honda. Since day 1 nothing but problems. I was able to buy the car contactless which was great. When they dropped my car off. To my surprise they registered the wrong car in my wife's name. They dropped 1 car off but registered the other. They were able to get the correct car registered in her name but that should never happened. Next came the length head ache of waiting for my warranty paperwork. After waiting 2 months and calling constantly for my paperwork, still nothing came. After finally getting fed up of the back and forth and demanding it by weeks end it magically came in mail. When it arrived they put the wrong car on the warranty paperwork as well. Which i had to wait another 3-4 weeks for that to be corrected. I than emailed the car manager to ask for a free oil change for this head ache. After not hearing back for 3 weeks, i posted a 1 star review on google. Magically the next day he replied back and said that was fine. Well today i brought it in for oil change to have the tech call me and say it needs the brakes all lubricated due to it being dry. This issue would cause the warranty on brakes to potentially be voided and cause issues. I was surprised since i just literally bought the car and have only put roughly 2500-3000 km on it and the car only has 8300 km on it! This should of been addressed with a safety inspection, yet alone a Honda Certified inspection which inspects it to a higher standard. The used car manager Jeff said it was not done at the time since it was not due. I let him know whether or not its "due" or not the car should of been inspected and seen that and addressed. A car just doesnt dry up on lubrication in 3 months. He said the safety was done properly Please for your insanity do not go to this place! It is not worth the "deal" you are getting. It will be a headache and lots of extra gray hairs!

Not a good Experience, walked into this dealership because of the good reviews I saw. I wanted to do a finance, I was told to do a pre-approval before we could get excited for the car, no problem - I gave my necessary information. Later on, during the test-drive nobody from Sales came with me for a Test Drive, I was given a key to take a Test Drive myself. It took them 6 days for approval process, that too after having me wait for 6 days I was told the Dealership was closed due to Lockdown. Same evening I went to Henley Honda-Niagara Falls which is owned by the same owner. I met the Finance Manager - did the deal in 30 minutes, got a call next afternoon for the approval. And got the car within 3-4 days. I am only upset because I had to wait 6 days and nothing was being done when the job could've been completed in 24 hours.
