Great service when they are selling you a car... terrible when trying to maintain it. For the 18 months we have had our truck I have never once called and had someone answer the phone. I have to leave voicemail after voicemail for weeks to get a return call, or eventually just go in to schedule. Will not buy from here again.

If your just a person who walks in to book an appointment... don't do it. If you are dealing with office staff through serivce department, you' may get some help. Charged me 1.4 hours of labour to test and change a battery, ran diagnostics on my vehicle and charged labour for them without my consent, charged 1/2 hour to change a cabin filter... a task no greater than 10 minutes long. When inquired I was told to "just to do it myself then" And, they never fixed the issue with my vehicle that I needed fixed. Referred me to someone else and got a $600 bill. Will NEVER come back.

In general I have had very positive experiences with their service department. I purchased my Buick at another dealership a while back. The other day I had an appointment to have my snow tires put on. They were in my back seat (not in their storage) and my lock for the tires was available for ease in services. It took 1-1/2 hours to do the job. WOW - I could have done it in that time with a manual jack. Staff were great but this service visit was ridiculously slow.

Took the truck in as I was having occassion shifting problems - after hering it was going to cost over $500.00 for a shift cable to be installed, I cancelled and told them not to touch anything and I am coming to get it back. It would not start, and the service technician opened the hood and showed me the cable that I would have to tug everytime I started it. It was working fine before. Yes, I got upset and the service girl had a poor demeaner about the situation. Having said that, the Gereral & service manager got involved and defused the situation and got me going the next day. Rather than write a separete review, I give the management 4 stars for fixing the situation professially.

Let me start off with my first thoughts going in to look at new trucks. Like everyone, I had thoughts like "Im not going to be approved, I dont want to waste their time". I dont have great credit thanks to poor choices in my past like 70% of the general public. The first person I met was Jordan Adelstein about 20min before the doors closed for the night and he was absolutely amazing! He did not act like the typical "Car Salesman" stereotype and he did his best to let me know that the worst case would be a no on financing. He gave me confidence and made me feel like I deserved a brand new vehicle at the best financing rate they offered. After spending 20min with him on a rainy night when he should have been cleaning up to go home to his family, I jumped in my car with my wife and told her "Babe... I am getting a new truck come hell or high water!". The next step is going in to see if I would get approved at 0% or 0.99% financing depending on loan length. After a few days to think about what I had done, I felt anxiety and was borderline nauseous thinking about being shot down by bank and having to do the walk of shame. I had to meet Bonnie Brent to discuss financing which kicked in anxiety times 10 LOL (Come on...we are all human). Bonnie was so nice and friendly! She told me that her main goal is to male sure I get the vehicle of my dreams. She asked me everything except my shoe size and it only took about an hour tops to get a response for my application and as she kept refreshing the page we both seen a green symbol on RBC at 0.99%!! To hear I got approved after a few days of mental torture almost brought tears to my eyes! I have always wanted a truck and a brand new one at that was icing on the cake. After 4 days I went in to pick up my 2018 Chevy Silverado Z71 Off-Road Midnight Edition Edition fully equipped with my added features. Bottom line is that if you work hard and believe you deserve a break in life than give it a shot and try for a new vehicle. I will not take anything away from other sales reps but in my personal experience Jordan Adelstein went above and beyond to make my purchase easy and memorable! Thank you David Chev for my beautiful truck!!

went to get my tires changed, made an appointment for 1pm. they didn’t give me a time it would be done but they usually take 30 minutes. they called me after an hour of waiting telling me they didn’t order the rims i needed. they worked on 2 cars before mine and took over 2 hours. After all that they charged me more than the original total and the rims weren’t even on the receipt anymore?!! how is it more money for less parts. don’t understand. never come here. David Chevrolet offers an incentive of two movie passes to people who offer them a rating of five stars. Based on my experience, I didn't think that David Chevrolet need to pay people for good ratings in any way. It's certainly something my spouse and I will be keeping in mind the next time we purchase a vehicle.

I took my car back today for an oil change and apparently there are new owners and they canceled the 5th free oil change as well as jacking up the price. Of course, no one told me this when I booked the appointment so I had to pay the new inflated price. I will not be going back after this.

It truly was an awesome experience! I had been searching high and low and having Dodge dealers draw up deals, I was very hesitant in getting another Dodge and then my buddy Marky Mark said give Tony a call. I'm glad I did! I didn't think I could afford a GMC, boy was I wrong! They did everything, well, Tony did to find me a rig with cab lights......He found me the perfect truck, it has everything I need and then some. Tony was completely up front and did everything in his power to make a bad situation, previous dealer (Possibly a Dodge) as good as he could. Tracy was fantastic as well, I annoyed them a bit asking a lot of questions but that's because my wife is Dutch and would need an explanation on fees or charges ect. In the end I have the perfect truck, I got a good deal! Tony was great to deal with and so was everyone at David's. Bring him a double double and he will work his magic for ya, all I gotta say, spend a little extra and look at a GM and at David's you will not be disappointed! I'm thoroughly impressed with mine, now to find air horns!

He listened to what I was looking for and worked within my budget. He was always quick to respond to phone calls/texts, and made it easy to test drive vehicles. When it came time for payment, Tracy made it quick work as well. I was also impressed with their reception staff. Mindy remembered my me after the first time in the show room and greeted me on my later visits. Horrendous experience at David Chevrolet. I went in looking to trade in my camaro for something cheaper as the interest was extremely high. Before the Jordan and finance lady "bonnie" even told me what i was getting into they contacted my leaseholder on the car and bought it out!!! So when i had told them i wasnt interested in the car they recommended for me (which btw wasnt any cheaper and did not help my situation at all, now im just forced into a car i hate.) They told me they owned the car and i was gonna be forced to pay out the lien in full if i wasnt going to take theirs!! Con artists forsure. They didnt disclose how much they were gonna pay me for my camaro either and forced me into taking on over 10 grand of rollover debt. Didnt give me any of my modified parts back off the camaro after they took them off after i asked for them, didnt pay me for my winter tires that were included with my trade in but somehow not ever included in my trade in and then turned around and sold the camaro for OVER 4000$ MORE THEN I ORGINALLY PAID FOR IT WITH 20 000 extra kms on it!! Not even to mention the interest rate they got me on a practically brand new 2018 (12%) is insane! Welland Hondas is no higher then 6.99% on anything 5 years or newer. I cannot stress it enough do not go here and do not trust these people. I actually called my bank yesterday and found out the loan they took out for me is 10 grand higher then i was ever aware which makes me wonder if they pocketed it. The way the finance lady Bonnie was texting me and talking to me i have No doubt she did something funky and wanted to screw me over lol. Thanks Jordan and Bonnie you guys turned a life long Chevy guy into a hater lol, plus Chevys building all their new cars in Mexico. Do yourself a favor and go see someone at welland honda if you want a good deal and want to support the Canadian economy, civics and CRVs are made in Ontario!!!

Extremely disappointed with the service department. I took my vehicle in for a brake inspection and was told the front brakes were marginal ( only 26,000 km since last done) and the rear brakes had rusted rotors and only 3mm left on the pads. I had new rear rotors installed Fall of 2018 at Davids . They would not replace the pads under warranty as there was still 4 mm left. The car has been driven 4500 km since the fall of 2018 and the rear rotors are completely rusted. I was told it was because I don't drive the car enough. Strangely enough my front brakes were repaired by Falls Chev dealership in 2016 and those rotors never rusted. I asked the service manager why the older front rotors never rusted but the rear did and he said he didn't know. I am not a genius but it is obvious to anyone, except the service manager, that inferior rotors were installed on the rear brakes. A word of advice to the service manager. Keep your mask on when you are talking to customers. Even though I was wearing mine, he should have been considerate enough to wear his. Last time at this dealership.

I drove off the lot with a brand new truck told I was to come and pick up the truck everything is ready to go...so I do and drove for a month only to find out I've been driving with no insurance even though I have plates and sticker and everything...but my insurance company has no idea about my truck..how could they let a family off the lot in a new vehicle knowing there's no insurance on it.?
