Had my car taken in for scheduled service. The free valet service of picking up my car and bringing it back was a very unexpected surprise and very welcome one at that. They did a thorough check of the car, found some things that I wouldn't have and resolved them as well as performed all of the service I was expecting to be done. The final price was a lot higher that I was hoping for but I understand the price and cost that new tires bring to the mix. Overall very satisfied.

When we made our booking staff said they could service our dodge van . After taking the day and effort to make the booking time staff said they did not have the equipment to work on our model once we got there. Recently purchased a 2020 dodge durango GT from Rose City Chrysler. I dealt with Mark Matthews and he was very attentive, helpful and an overall great person to deal with. I live in the Ottawa area and drove to Welland to pick up the vehicle and bring it back in a day. Mark arranged for everything to be set, including trading in my past vehicle, safety and licensing. I am a very particular person and had a concern about the vehicle when I was there, Mark and the team at Rose City definitely came through and looked after what I wanted without a second thought. When we went we did business with Annes when I was here, he was very pushy and didn't say much about the cars he seemed angry or annoyed when we talked. When we didn't get a car he proceeded to spam our phone calling 3 times in just one day with no answer he kept calling we called back maybe 3 times then yesterday he left a voicemail where he offered a deal, naturally we were curious so we called back this morning and the deal was If we refer him to people wanting cars and he pays $100 to us for the sale. Pretty desperate If you ask me. He can't do his job so he is willing to pay for someone to do it for him. This is pathetic business If you ask me. And If you are desperate for money or desperate to have your phone hit up all the time this is the place for you.

I purchased a 2018 Jeep with the gold bumper to bumper 5 yr warranty package. I only have 40,000 kms on it to date. When I went in for one of my first tire roatation/oil changes they FORGOT to tighten the lug nuts!! Then my key fobs start acting up which ARE covered in my warranty. Well Chris Ross tried to charge me 360 each for them! Not to mention, in the middle of our conversation about the key fobs, he gets a personal call and walks away so I had to repeat everything to the next person who again tried to tell me my key fobs were not covered. I did end up getting it covered and Kieran from the sales department actually confirmed to me that they are definitely covered but still never called me back like he said he would to address my concerns. Anna from the front office also has yet to email or call me back from last Saturday....thanks again for making your customers feel like an inconvenience!!!

07 libert had problems for 2 months brought it to a different shop that didn't help. Took it to them and after much searching they found and fixed my jeep. My mechanic named Chris was amazing. He kept us up to date on everything and explained it all as he went. In the end it was less expensive then the first quote and everything is fixed. I will never bring my jeep anywhere but here. The treated me wonderfully and I am 100% pleased with the outcome.

Poor service. Spent an entire day waiting for an oil change, extra work performed without any contact, lack of communication between staff. Forgot to inform shuttle driver that we needed to be picked up. No apologies given when concerns and frustrations brought up. No emails or phone calls to either manager returned at any point. Will make the 30 minute drive to Grimsby to have work done.

What an awsome experience at Rose City Chrysler! I have purchased plenty of vehicles over the years, I did my homework, and I was anticipating a grind like it ALWAYS IS. I had been looking for about a week. I was all over the place - Hamilton, Burlington, Grimsby, St, Catharines... I looked at plenty of vehicles and I had things narrowed down to 3. AND then I came accross Craig Robertson @ Rose City Chrysler in Welland - THE FIRST PROFESSIONAL I MET! Rose City had exactly the truck I wanted, I got a good demonstration of features, I drove it and told Craig I'd be back the next day with my trade, I also told him what my budget was - it was definately stretch on the truck I had selected, but nothing ventured nothing gained. Just as I expected Craig was ready with the numbers and although it was a tad higher than my "budget," I know A GOOD DEAL WHEN I SEE ONE! And it was truly that easy. I cannot remember when I had a better experiece buying a vehicle. Lucy Carpenter in the business office was great - she was professional - took the time to understand my needs and made the business side of things A LOT OF FUN. Lucy got our paperwork in order, licencing etc., and scheduled delivery so I could have the truck for the weekend. I arrived 15 minutes early - everything was in order, the paperwork, plates - SPOTLESS INSIDE AND OUT AND GAS IN THE TANK! Absolutey awesome experience! I had a wonderful experience buying a used car from this dealership! The model I was looking for happened to be in their used inventory, and once I reached out to them the communication was amazing. My test drive visit was great, and my sales guy Kevin was very honest and upfront about the features of the car. Very disappointed in the service department. Brought my Journey in last week. I knew there was a problem but not to the extent they said. However when I brought it in Sunday night there was no service light on nor was there any shaking. I refused the work dur to the outrageous quoted price, so when I picked it up I drove it home and it had a major shaking and the engine light came on. Also I was charged 144.00 just for it to be looked at, I just bought the car 2 years ago no mention if any warranty was still available. Unfortunately due to this I will never purchase a car at Rose City again and I may even question purchasing a Chrysler Dodge product again.

Terrible Service! ???? I took my car in for a tune up and they recommended a " Peace of mind inspection" for an additional $32.95. They claimed it would look the car over thoroughly and advise me of any potential problems. A tire rotation was also performed. In spite of having the tires in their hands for the rotation and the extra cost inspection, they failed to check the tire pressures which I discovered afterwards were considerably over inflated - causing a harsh ride. During the course of the service they said a road test was performed (really?) , and still the overly inflated tire pressure was not noticed. Having recently purchased this car I was not familiar with its normal ride and behaviour, so I took it to the people who built it. Big mistake. Customer lost!

Purchasing a car here is a great experience. However, the service department leaves a lot to be desired. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was on hold for over 15 minutes and ended up hanging up. I called back later and again was on hold for about 15 minutes before giving up. Ended up leaving a voice mail to make an appointment I went in for my scheduled appointment. I decided to wait as an oil change shouldn't take long. I was in tge waiting room for an hour and a half before i walked out to ask how much longer it was going to be. The rep looked in the system and said it shouldn't be much longer as almost everything was signed off in the system. I pointed out that my truck was sitting out in the parking lot so not sure how they were still wotking on it. Turns out the truck was done and i was able to leave

They will lie to you and say that it's a temperary car and that I could exchange it with a different car that I find within the next 3 months. The next day after purchase, car broke down and they refused to fix it. I suffered several fall getting out of the car as well as several concussions. I found a vehicle within a week and they refused to keep their end of the bargain. I will never ever do business with them again! So unchristian like! I got rid of the car a few days later. Took my van in for an oil change. What followed was, something out of a movie script. During the day, I received two separate phone calls from the service department detailing deficiencies they, "found" that needed my attention. 900$ later, I felt I had been scammed. There was nothing obvious drawing towards these unseen flaws. I wrote the service department a letter detailing this experience. They didn't respond. Yet they continued to call me for periodic check ups. Three separate times I had to request my removal from their calling list. Rose City Chrysler seems eager to take your money, just not justify it when serious questions are raised. Stay away from Rose City Chrysler!

Will NEVER return to Rose City - ridiculous up selling of unnecessary, expensive services that probably catch a lot of people unaware. Had Rose City do an oil change for me, and they recommended a number of unnecessary services but made it sound like it was a recommended service interval based on the mileage of my vehicle; checked the owner's manual later and they're not even listed as necessary. Also added several fees onto my bill of stuff that they made sound like they were just going to "throw in" to the service, never once telling me they were actually going to cost X amount, etc. Very dishonest and misleading. If an otherwise unsuspecting customer would have said 'yes' to everything the service advisors were saying are necessary it would have cost over $1,000 - for an oil change and a bunch of unnecessary services! Go get second opinions, and steer clear.

I am very disappointed in this dealership. We have been asking for an appointment to fix rust on our 4 year old vehicle that we bought because we were told the problem with rust on the Dodge caravan had been corrected. We would not have bought it otherwise. We also got about 1500 dollar added part that was supposed to stop the rust, which my chemistry professor friend told me is a scam. I asked for our money back on that scam but we were assured that it would work. The rust has bubbled up so we asked that it be fixed but we also know that it will likely come back. We phoned to get it fixed more than 2 weeks ago but they have not returned our calls and now by tomorrow their warranty is up and we are still waiting. We are still waiting. I complained to head office but they said there was nothing they can do even though they assured me last week that the manager would do something but he has not returned our calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I had an oil change Thursday Apr 22. When I got there an employee who was standing behind the counter playing on the computer completely ignoring that I was there until I acknowledged him to which he replied "someone will be with you soon". Than another employee came in asked if I had been helped to that I responded NO! At least the second employee wanted to help and treated me with respect. Also, the first employee couldn't be bothered to wear his mask properly. Having his entire nose sticking out. I was considering calling public health on him because we are still in the midst of a horrible pandemic and he thinks it's ok to put peoples lives and health at risk. To say the least I was completely unsatisfied and will likely find somewhere else to get oil changes.

Call to book an appointment for my first oil change was quoted $89 plus tax when I was done costed me $122 and I asked why so much when I was quoted $89 plus tax and I was told that there's also $22 labour on top of that well I think I should have been informed that when I called 2 book the oil change so I paid it. So then someone comes out of the office and offers me a $15 coupon I said just add it to my file and I will use it next time and walked away little disappointed considering I spent $49,900 less than six months ago on the truck from them ps dont think ill be back for work done on my truck

Well that’s how this dealership tries to make their “sale.” I inquired online about a vehicle, and the lady was really polite and I ended up giving her my contact information. They emailed me right away which I received while I was working. They then called me and I didn’t pick up as I was working. So they then called me again right away. I still didn’t answer. They called me a total of 9 times in the span of a week or two and from a different number as well. They also texted me telling me to call them. Keep in mind I never answered once. Unfortunately due to the covid chip shortage I had to wait 10 months to get my vehicle. My car also sat in "ready to ship" status for multiple weeks before arriving at the dealership and being ready to pick up. That being said I was never pressured into renegotiating my trade-in value despite me putting a healthy amount of extra km's on it during this ten month period of time, which I appreciated. Also, the sales associate a dealt with (Kurtis) was very pleasant to interact with. If it wasn't for him the experience would have been a far more sour one. After finally getting the car I got to say, I do love it! This experience could've been 5 star if the delivery was more timely after its status changed. I don't fault Dodge for the transistor shortage. However, they did have it ready and didn't ship it until there were multiple escalations from the dealership to get it on a truck and delivered.

He had made a video of our car and how everything worked so he could properly clean the vehicle before we arrived. The car was disinfected, ready to go. Disappointed in the level of customer service at the dealership. Stopped in to look at couple new vehicles and have a potential trade-in assessed for value. The salesperson was very chatty and seemed fairly knowledgeable. He advised he would have prices the following day if he wasn't too busy due to a sale but committed to 2 days later for sure. Seemed odd that a dealership was willing to wait 2 days to try and earn our business but we weren't in a hurry to make a decision so we waited. Three days later no pricing, no contact at all, so we followed up to inquire. We were very disappointed when the salesperson not only didn't have pricing ready but needed to be reminded of the whole interaction. Clearly they have more customers than they need or want and fortunately there are many other options and dealers that are willing to put in the effort to follow up.

I took my car in for servicing , wheel alignment and brake check .The work was done within the time frame suggested and the price was what they said it would probably be. Pandemic protocols were in place. I have every confidence that they are not only competent but also trustworthy. There is a rust issue yet to be resolved but that involves a decision not in my dealership’s jurisdiction so that is why 4 stars.

Worth the drive to Rose City Chrysler in Welland, Ontario! My spouse and I have been living in downtown Toronto and were in the market for a pre-owned car from 2019/2020 with low mileage. We had spent a significant amount of time researching what we wanted and visiting different dealerships in the city, only to be met with poorly cleaned cars and disengaged or aggressive salespeople. We were feeling discouraged, but then we saw a listing at Rose City Chrysler for the exact make and model we had been searching for, listed almost $2000 cheaper than the Toronto dealerships we had been visiting! The mileage was also about 5-10k lower than any others we had seen, and the pictures looked absolutely pristine. As Welland is a bit longer of a drive from Toronto than our local dealerships (but really not that far), we reached out first to inquire about the listing. Craig Robertson answered our questions, and even took a video of car on his phone to confirm the essentially brand new quality the ads pictures displayed. We quickly arranged an appointment to drive up the following day. Upon arriving, we were greeted with the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff at Rose City, and again had the pleasure of going through everything with Craig. This was our first time purchasing a car, and it was honestly a seamless and stress free process, and a day and night difference from the experience we were having at the dealerships downtown. We would absolutely recommend Craig and Rose City for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle, and fully intend to return in the future. Last week I called the parts department and spoke with Randy, he was nice and knowledgable. I ordered a couple gaskets and o-rings for my forever broken eco diesel ram. Today October 23 I went into the dealership to pick up my parts. The parts department was unfriendly and couldn't find my parts, after two different consultants they finally found them, no big deal just confusing as a parts department that sells parts should know where the parts are. I left the dealer and started repairing my truck. once my truck was completely disassembled I found that a o ring I had ordered and paid for was not actually in the package. I called the parts department once again and got the manager on the phone as randy had already gone home for the day. the manager was rude unhelpful and had no time for me or my problem. as a fully licensed automotive technician that has several years of dealership experience I could not believe how I was treated. i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND WILL DRIVE FURTHER FOR BETTER SERVICE.

Ironically, the car I was already driving was dying fast.The timing could not have been better!!! I always keep in mind that the dealership does not manufacture the vehicles, but is responsible for the routine maintenance and brake down repairs etc. like my recent transmission issue. Good and great service would not do justice to my recent experience, the word phenomenal customer service comes to mind, and this is across the board from service manager to the workshop, but an extra mention is my dealings with Chris Ross, his devotion to keeping you up to date on status, progress on your vehicle is commendable, he does what he says he is going to do.
