I have used Derek’s limo service a few times and each time the TV didn’t work and Jaime is the ONLY driver they have that would make this company be worth using.The last trip we had no privacy, the lady driver was RUDE and I paid extra for a ten minute stop but she takes a hour detour. She complained the whole time that it was her day off and then went to my Nanny and spoke negatively behind my back. I have given them thousands of dollars and just cancelled a trip to avoid the negativity and unprofessional ride. Very unpleasant ride to take from Toronto to Niagara Falls and back unless you are specific about wanting the cars electronics to work and bring your own batteries in case they actually do work. Not worth the time or money, Uber SUV is cheaper and has far better service or there are limo services that actually do have working TV’s and Driver’s that appreciate they’re being paid to provide a service not excuses.

I have so many wonderful things to say about our lovely driver Derek, he was an absolute gem! My husband and I had gotten married over the May 24 weekend durring the pandemic. The whole ordeal was very stressful due to our wedding being rescheduled several times because of the pandemic. I am so happy my husband had booked Derek as our chauffer before and after. He had made this stressful engagement so much easier and more enjoyable. He is such a kind person, it was a pleasure having him as a part of our special day. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a luxurious limo experience for a fantastic rate! He is very easy going so if you have any special requests I'm almost certain he will oblige unless it is an absoueltly ridiculous request.

I booked them for a wine tour for my bachelorette weekend. The driver (Mike) was amazing very kind and courteous offered to take pictures for us and was more then willing to adjust one of our locations. It was record breaking heat that weekend and unfortunately the AC wasn't working. The driver did everything he could to help us and resolve the problem but unfortunately it was Canada day so all the mechanics were closed. Derek (the owner) went over and above and pulled out all the stops to make it up to us. He got us a new limo to go out later that night with lots of AC, and made sure we had anything we could possibly want out of the limo service. It was an amazing day even with the AC hickup. Thank you so much for making my bachelorette very memorable (In a Good way).

We used Prestige limousine for our wedding yesterday and we were so impressed. Our driver Randy went above and beyond the whole day! It was one of the hottest days of the year and Randy followed me around with an umbrella during pictures so I wouldn't get burnt. He must of been so hot but never said a negative word. He held on to the bridesmaids things so they wouldn't get lost and even ended up in a selfie or two! He was like superman and seemed to always be in the right place and time to lend a hand! Our wedding party raved about his service all night, can't say enough nice things about him! The limo was nice also lol! I hope he enjoys the wedding cake ????

Was really easy to book and confirm. We we're a bit late with getting to the limo after the wedding, though the driver was still calm and courteous and never rushed us, really cool guy! He mentioned at the end of the drive that he was also the owner of the company :) He also went above and beyond for us. We asked him if he could stop by a fast food place that would be easy for the limo to get through. We would have gladly walked it somewhere that was open but he actually managed to get the limo through the drive through of a McDonalds which was super impressive! All of this happened in the middle of the Covid lockdown and the driver was also following the rules put in place. Thank you!

CLEAN, FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL. Derrick picked us up in a brand new clean limo, he really went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! He arrived 15 minutes early, helped us with our bags and kids, and he was waiting for us at the door when we landed. It was the cleanest limo we have ever been in, even the luggage area was vacuumed clean! We highly recommend Prestige Limo.

Driver of Sprinter bus resorted to high beaming a driver in front of him for several minutes because he didn't like that someone merged in front of him entering a construction zone on the 403. I'd expect this from a teenager, not a "professional driver". Not a great way to represent your business.

On our return to toronto airport we had a mini tour of niagara on the lake and some wine tasting along the way. Being from Saskatchewan, we did not know the area, so we relied on her local expertise to stop at the most amazing spots for photos etc. Excellent service and would definitely recommend this company, as their customer service was excellent right from the point of booking to the time the limo drops you off at the end of the day.

What a stand-up company! A close, palliative, friend of ours flew back to her homeland of England with her three children last week, and we decided to send her off in style. Not only did Prestige Limo offer the best prices in the Region, but the correspondence with Shelly was exceptional with her prompt and detailed replies to each of my questions. Our limo driver, Derek, was such a gift that day. His charming and compassionate nature lifted everyone's spirits and made an otherwise very somber event enjoyable. He surprised us with his talented photography skills as he captured special moments of us saying our final farewells. He was great at addressing the group of friends who gathered to see us off, saying a few words on our behalf when it was too emotional to do so ourselves, and graciously advocated for our friend throughout our journey to the airport, including securing a wheelchair and requesting permission for us to escort her into the airport with all their luggage. We could not have asked for a better chauffeur that day. Thank you, Derek, Shelly, and the rest of the staff at Prestige Limo. We are eternally grateful and will highly recommend your services to others.
