The rates are very reasonable and the staff was way more than friendly. I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. Very content with the service and the quality of the cars as well. Ask for Ehsan when you go there, he is the man!

Fantastic service at this location . it’s a little out of the way from the airport .. but if you’re renting for a week or more then it’s well worth taking the cab or Uber to this branch .. ( my Uber ride from and to the airport was under C$ 30.- each way .. ) the manager / agent Mr Ehsan Ahmed does a great job . he is kind, likeable , efficient , accommodating , and courteous .. I went with my confirmation # and guaranteed rate to pick up rental vehicle, and the clerk insisted that my fee would be 20-30$ higher. It took a call to his manager ( who I had to wait 15 minutes for to show up) and my insistence on calling Hertz customer service for that issue to be resolved. They tried to tell me that I could wait to be credited the amount after I dropped the vehicle off! The car was horribly smelly with cigarette smoke, but the clerk waved it off saying the detailers sprayed it. It was only after I insisted on an inspection and took pictures, that he marked previous damages on the rental agreement.He locked the office door and disappeared right after giving me the keys, so I couldn't get a nonsmoking car. Had to endure the stench and drive the highway with the windows down when it wasn't raining. The office was locked tight well before the posted closing time and you couldn't reach any by phone- "mailbox full". The keys don't fit in the afterhours Dropbox. There are other issues- enough that I don't trust this outfit and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Came in last minute to rent a car for the weekend. Ended up driving away with a 2018 Toyota Highlander which was such a roomy vehicle and clean and all for a great price ! Terrible customer service Someone rented a vehicle apparently under my name, I guess they don't check drivers license, whenever it was hacked my credit card info and they still let them rent a vehicle and rack up a bunch of charges and now I keep getting a bill sent to my house for $4400!!! . Tried calling this place multiple time, tried Facebook and Instagram, emailed etc . Not one person is trying to help or answering back . Maybe someone will respond to this.

Very Impressed !! After booking my rental at Hertz, Woodbrige location I had to call in to make a change. Some issues arose and it was dealt with immediately. They were very apologetic and provided some financial compensation for the trouble. I was very impressed. I was very quickly served by an assistant with a big smile and a friendly and helpful attitude. I received a slightly bigger car than I had booked, which was perfect for my needs, and basically brand new. The assistant got quickly through the paperwork, helped me with a couple of questions, showed me all the car's features, and sent me on my way with a wave & a smile. I would like to thank you for being a pleasure to deal with, pleasant staff and the no nonsense fuel policy. See you again very soon!
