Platinum limo in St. John's. Do not use this service, he refused to refund me, follow his own policy and the agreement we had at the time of purchasing this service. Due to my fathers passing, I had to cancel this service that I had booked for the wedding. At the time I booked the service, there was a non refundable deposit of $500 to book the date of August 12, 2017 and another charge of $1800 to pay in full for the service, total of $2300. If at anytime there was a cancellation, the deposit of $500 would be lost and the remaining $1800 would be refunded. This was the terms that were agreed too at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, the terms were broken when platinum limousine did not issue a refund. I have asked them multiple times to make things right and to give them the opportunity to decide the course of action they would like to take before I post anything on social media. However their only response was a phone call to myself involving lots of yelling, derogatory language, and comments of how they do not care about my father's death. At that time, I will be honest, I felt like doing the same because of the hurtful and outrageous comments that were being said to me over the phone and being so close to dads passing, but I did not. I gathered myself and tried to talk to the person and before I could say anything, they hung up the phone. I felt like calling them back but realized that there is nothing I could say to this person that would resonate with them because they could not talk to me as an adult in our previous conversation. I am still blow away from the whole experience, which is why I want everyone to share this post or talk by word of mouth with family and friends to let them know what has happened here, so you or your loved ones do not fall into the same situation as myself and Felicia Collins.
Thank you all for reading this and please pass this on to others. People have the right to know what happened here.
