I made a phone call to get a part for my truck Cab , the sales guy told me on the phone that they had some in the back that would fit , next day I showed up to their shop and the guy that served me said they didn't have them in stock ,that was a waste of time. So if you go there make sure they have them in stock ,make sure the person you talked to goes and check.

Astonished at the current rating of 4+ stars.. was expecting 1-2 stars. Walked in here to pickup accessories for sport / recreation gear, it was 4 Action Employees to 2 customers myself included. Waited well over 10 minutes, requested to speak to sales, was literally ignored. Had to walk out / leave the store. The worst customer experience I’ve had to date. Went to a competing location, spoke to them about the treatment from Action and they said they hear this all the time.

Fantastic service! The staff were friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. They had my vehicle in and out on time as promised. On a surprise note, I didn't realize how many cool things they had there for not only trucks. It is totally worth a "pop in" to check them out.

I have been to Action many times and the service is always the same. I don't know if it is just my luck that I get the worst parts advisor or if they are all that way but I always feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. I am the customer and their job is to help customers find what they need. Me and my husband went in today looking for a part and the parts advisor ignored us for 5mins then treated us like he couldn't be bothered to help us. I personally hate going into this store but it is the only decent truck accessory place around. Maybe they should learn how to treat their paying customers better since without them they would be out of a job.
