I would have spent hours finding cars visiting dealers websites, booking test drives and basically roaming around the whole city for weeks. All that was done for me by Vinn teams amazing car experts. They started with identifying my needs and finding out the best car for me, not the best for commissions. They then went ahead and searched for dealers around me who had those vehicles in stock and booked test drives for me. Not only this after I had chosen the car, they even helped me select the right packages and telling what I won't need. All this for no charges from me ???????????? I am very impressed with the quality and service that VINN Automotive offers. They have a very modern website that enables you to quickly find a vehicle from local dealerships across Canada. Once you have chosen your vehicle, you complete all the required paperwork on their platform (which saves you hours later on at the dealership) and book a test drive. If you are happy with your test drive, all that is left to do is pay for and insure your new vehicle. In my opinion, this is a game changer. I love the security and added benefits that you receive from purchasing a vehicle from a dealership (ie. car detailing, oil changes, vehicle history, hotdogs, etc), but I hate the process and extreme waste of time that is spent in their tiny office filling out paperwork. Thank you VINN Automotive for giving me the ability to purchase a vehicle online, from a dealership.

During the search for a second vehicle I found a used BMW 328i on VINN. The site was easy to use, from the search results to its checkout process, which lead me to find a used BMW 3 Series from Eagle Ridge GM. I filled in my info and VINN confirmed my appointment time at the dealership for a test drive through the website. The dealership was aware of my order and the salesperson Shawn York was very friendly. I was nervous as I usually leave the test drive for my husband. However, I enjoyed having a part in this process as VINN worked with me to reduce any friction. The other paperwork was promptly executed on VINN and I was on my way home! I was very thrilled with our purchase. After an unsatisfying call with my long-standing car company dealership (I'm a loyal customer but apparently in the current climate, that doesn't amount to much and they can't do anything for me vis-a-vis a new car), I looked online for some way to compare cars to find an alternative to the car I have. I found the VINN website and put in a few of my details. I didn't know exactly if the website would help my situation (wasn't sure if it was only for buying cars, for example, when I want to lease) but within a short time I got a call from one of the VINN reps, Nikko. I was surprised and skeptical that this would be something to help me. However, Nikko was super helpful in listening to my car situation and what I needed. He indicated that VINN can help to search for cars at dealers that fit my needs and then connect me to them. This was an organization I was not aware of but am hopeful that it may help me sort out my car search! Nikko was great at capturing the details of what I need in a car and then making a plan to search for options for me. I look forward to next steps to find my next car! When I decided it was time to trade in my vehicle I was dreading the car-buying process. My past experiences with buying cars have not been the best as I find car dealerships and salesmen intimidating and the long hours spent at the dealership just add more stress than needed to the overall process. That’s why I decided to check out VINN. VINN acted as a one-stop-shop for me to find my new vehicle and begin the trade-in process all from the comfort of my own home. I picked out the vehicle that I was interested in, filled out my trade-in information, and booked an appointment for a test drive. The next morning, I received a call from Jeff at Westwood Honda regarding my interest in the vehicle and with a few questions regarding my trade-in. While on the phone with Jeff, I put down a $500 deposit on the vehicle and he informed me that the vehicle would be detailed and ready to go upon my arrival to the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership a few days later, my new car was waiting for me and Jeff met outside for a quick test drive. After I test drove the vehicle and knew that it was the right fit for me. I went directly to the finance office and then to their insurance department. They already had all my information and the paperwork filled out, so I was in and out of the dealership in as little as an hour. Using VINN allowed me to actually enjoy the purchase of my new vehicle!
