I have used this facility and their services for many years and they have always provided me with consistently great service. The manager has done a great job with hiring as all the staff there have been top notch. If they did not know the answer to my questions they got back to me promptly and professionally. Highly recommend either location as I have used both.

Girl at the front desk was real nice when I asked them some questions about whether or not my stuff would fit. They showed me a few sizes and gave me some advice on how to do this whole storage thing. Glad I went there.

When I moved back to Victoria I needed a storage facility. I walked into Target storage due to the fact they looked like a large facility and well maintained from the road. Upon entering the office I instantly felt like I was intruding on the staff. The manager told me over his shoulder (not looking at me) that they were almost all full. After that he totally ignored me. So if you want service like this be my guest and use this place because I never will. Plus the office looked like crap so you can figure the rest of the place will be the same.
