Went in to get my oil changed. The guys were great, but I can't help but feel like trying to get upsold 6 times on a truck that isn't even a year old seems like a bit much. Then after saying no to all of them, you get charged for two unrealated 'courtesy services' One again, the employees here are awesome. I don't know if it's managerial protocol, but if I had a grandma that knew nothing in regards to vehicles... this would not be a palatable recommendation for me.

The staff here. A few of them anyways are fantastic people. The ownership.... not so much. I mean of you're in a jam for an oil change they are about as good as any other oil change place. Just be prepared for the upsells and suggestions for services you don't always need. Reality of it is its expected. Top down. Micromanaged staff. Personally ill make the trip to EZ lube in Langford. It's a great shop and respects you when you say not this time.

Excellent service. I've been going there for over 3 years with my Chevrolet Cavalier 2004 and never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to. Injector cleaning, gas filter are all things that need to be done at one point or another and when they did, the car ran much better and I get a great gas mileage. Sorry to hear about other clients bad experiences, but I never even once been disappointed.

This is a busy shop, staffed by a young, energetic bunch who are putting in a good effort. However, they need better supervision and probably better pay. I required an oil flush and change; when I rechecked my oil after driving 150kms, it was already quite dark- this doesnt add up on a full synthetic change on a modern, well maintained vehicle. To compound my doubt, I was assured my tire pressures were checked, and after rechecking after the 150kms found the tire pressures were remarkably low in two tires and different in all four. Lastly, I was not emailed a receipt and itemization of service even though my email was supplied to staff. Beware.

I know little about cars but I found their service to be good and the people working there are nice. I've got my oil changed there 3 consecutive times over the last couple years and I have no desire to go anywhere else at this point. Sit in your car, have your drink, listen to an audio book and just relax as they do their thing.

I came later in the afternoon for an oil change, and fortunately there was no one in front of me so I was able to drive straight in. Brandon and Brad got to work on checking my car immediately while others did the oil change. They were friendly and efficient. It was great team work. They let me know that a reminder would be sent to the email before the next anticipated oil change. It took no time at all for the oil change. I highly recommend their service.

Best oil change experience ever! Not only were they fast and professional, but they were funny and friendly too! There was a tall handsom man with great teeth and a man bun, his name was Andrew and he was the man giving me details about my car. He told me that my truck was using 40% more gas then it needs to because my injectors were clogged and suggested a few different injector cleaner options. I trusted his opinion and I purchase one of the cleaners. There was a french or pollish man who was helping in the pit below who was doing the dirty work down below who was super knowledgeable and funny! There was a greet fella with tattoos on his neck whom was more accomadating then most servers at a resutarnt! Attention ladies if u want good eye candy go to the saanich location!!!

The manager went out of his way to view the issue with my vehicle. They were able to accommodate facilitating my vehicle until tires arrived. They go above and beyond vehicle service with a tire installation program. they accepted my honesty and ordered and installed my tires prior to payment so that one I arrived I was able to make my payment received my keys and drive away almost immediately. All workers were very efficient and assisting me in all matters.

This place went above my expectations! Firstly they were so helpful with addressing the issue with my car. They were just doing a fluid check on my transmission and they were treating me as a paying customer. Some of the best staff around there really friendly staff! Upon checking my transmission pan they informed me I will need a new one when the transmission fluid change is done because it was damaged along the gasket line. When I went back to have my service done about two weeks later again the service was great! They noticed my oil filter gasket wasn't sitting right so they checked it and ended up replacing it because the gasket was stretched. What I also loved about the service here was they showed me exactly what happened to my pan. It really makes me comfortable knowing that they will show anyone anything that's not right or needs replacing and then make it right. Not just another shop trying to make a buck $$$ off you! I was told about 15-20,000 km's before bringing my car to this Mr lube that I would need a new transmission eventually because my gears would slip from time to time. I couldn't check my transmission fluid because mines a sealed unit. So I brought it to a transmission shop (trusting them) they discovered that my car wasnt slipping anymore but they pulled an "error" code from my car saying " tranny problems." They just told me that they reset my computer and sent me on my way. They didnt state that they checked any fluids or anything. Thankfully upon my fluid change at Mr lube they was just normal shavings in my pan. So my transmission is fine but my fluid should have been changed long before I ended up there. I dealt with Craig, and one of the Brendens aIso I think his name was Josh? Anyone at this business is great! Thanks guys for the awesome service!!! I highly recommend this Mr lube to anyone!

BEWARE!!! I had a tire puncture that needed repair. They called me an hour later saying that another (second) puncture was found and that tire was beyond repair. Both punctures were in the middle of the thread so I didn't see a reason why this would be the case. Either way, I took the tire to Canadian Tire and sure enough, no problem. I am also pretty sure I went in with one puncture but there is no way to prove it.... If this is not a scam than at least a gross incompetence.

I came in today with my car struggling to start, thinking I would have to visit a garage and have a pricey garage bill. The guys diagnosed the issue and fixed it for faaar cheaper than I could’ve imagined. They also saved me from a near death experience when they pointed out an issue with a front tire. What was meant to be a 15min oil change took an hour and a half as they shuffled me from line to line not knowing how long each of those jobs was going to take. It would have been good for customer loyalty to have offered a 15% discount for my time, which I actually suggested but it fell on deaf ears. Sorry guys you lost a customer.

I’m not sure what was going on at Mr Lube today, but the service and timing was not to the usual Standard at all. I arrived at 10.03am to have winter tires put on. There was one car ahead of me, already in the bay, and no one else around. A truck had just dropped off some tires. There were 5 staff I noted doing different things. I was told the wait would be 20 minutes. Puzzled, and not offered an explanation why, I agreed to wait . I had to ask for a news paper. I had the coffee I had brought with me, but mine was offered for 20 minutes. While I waited, I saw one staff occasionally work on the vehicle ahead of me, while the others tended to tasks around the shop. No one seemed rushed. It was cold in my car and I was told not to run my engine. At the 20 minute mark, someone offered me coffee. I asked what the delay was. I was told the staff working in the car ahead of me had experienced some issues but was almost done. I asked why I couldn’t be placed in one of the other vacant bays, like previous visits. I was told they only had one operational bay. At that point the owner of the vehicle arrived to take his vehicle. I was then directed to use the next bay (again puzzled because of what I was told earlier) and work began. It has been almost 40 minutes to change my tires. Over an hour in total, and other vehicles have come and gone around me. Again, I am mystified given I was the only other car here in arrival. Certainly not the service I am used to here, and it would be good to speak with A manager about my experience.

Scammed me on the transmission fluid change. Upsold, and service not rendered, as 5,000 km and 10,000 km later my usual mechanic noted major discolouration in fluid. Perhaps shoddy equipment, perhaps malice. Would not trust in future.

What separate this place from any other of only oil change but business in general is Service. This place is a 5 star place for there service alone. I'm a small business owner and know how important service is. I was blown away from one particular employee. The gentleman name was Jamie (mr mancity) He's fun demeanor, recommendations, and over all English football conversation was a absolute pleasure. It's guys like Jamie that make small business flourish. To bad he can't cut hair. Really happy with the service and the free coffee, and newspaper is always a nice touch. Won't go anywhere else . I came in the morning of my road trip with a screw in my tire. They were very fast, and ended up finding out the the screw wasn’t puncturing my tire. They filled all my tires and sent me in my way without charging me anything! Will definitely be back next time something goes wrong with my car

Don't Trust this guys. Bad work practices! Wife got an oil change done here since I was out of town and when I came home 2 days later I thought it sounded funny. Sure enough they put extremely little oil in. I drained a total 1.5 L out when troubleshooting the problem. It should have been 5.5L. I approached the manager with questions and he just ignored me. The cars dip stick is abnormal (mini cooper) and the new oil is very hard to see on it, but that is no reason for the worker to be dumb enough to put just 1.5 L in. For 2 days the engine ran with little oil which forsure caused damage, but it is the type of damage that I will only see down the road when the engine doesn't last its' expected life.

The service was great and they checked a bunch of things for me that I was curious about since I drive an uncommon type of vehicle and tossed in some extras as well. Glad I went to them today!

For anybody considering using Mr. Lube I recommend you be very careful and not let yourself get sucked into their sales tactics. Furthermore I would shop around comparing prices before you go there. Even for a simple oil change. I took my car to Mr. Lube yesterday to get an oil change and they charged me $100 when the Mazda dealership charges only $73.00. For that simple reason I will no longer use Mr. Lube. They told me I needed the premium synthetic oil when I only needed the synthetic oil. I called the Mazda dealership after and they confirmed that I only needed the synthetic oil like stated in the manual. Essentially I was up charged unnecessarily. Whether or not they had the best intentions in mind or just flat out lied to me , they were wrong. They will probably try and convince you that your car needs some other services done at that time. I recommend you come back another day to get this work done and not just agree on the spot. Think it over and do your research and don't take their word for everything. I am sure in many cases the work is not absolutely required at that time. They have very good sales tactics and I am just saying be careful not to waste your money there. For example if your car is running fine and they tell you that your car needs a fuel injection cleaning which will cost around $150.00, I would decline and just go to Canadian tire and buy a $5.00 bottle of fuel injection cleaner. Overall the service is pretty good however I am really frustrated I wasted $25.00 and almost wasted $150.00 on a fuel injection cleaning I did not need. I am glad I took a minute to think it over and decided to decline. I will not go to Mr Lube again unless I am in a real jam. They overcharged me for a simple oil change. I hope this helps and don't forget that almost any car / engine questions can be answered on the internet. Have a nice day, Mike

What can I say? Craig and his team went above and beyond for us today. My elderly mother was having car issues....so we made an appointment for her last Friday at Nissan for Monday (today) at 130pm. Her check engine light was on. They quoted us one hour tops for $139. I was going to cover the costs for her as she is a pensioner. She dropped the car off and was willing to wait. They told her its gunna be 3 hours at $166 an hour. Sent her home, to Esquimalt, in a cab but only covered $15. When it got to $18 she had to ask the cab to pull over. She then proceed to walk. She called me and told me what happened. So I called Nissan for some clarity and was hung up on before even talking to anyone about my concerns. I went to Nissan and took her car to Mr. Lube. When they ran a diagnostic test FOR FREE....topped up her fluids and her car was good as new. Amazing customer service and super friendly. Highly recommended . Thanks guys (and gal) you truly are the real MVP's

I have never had a bad experience at mr lube, I have an absolute beater and I appreciate that they never make me feel bad for the state of my car, so I always go there for my oil changes and small car maintenance things. they offer good service at a good price, while also being quick. They give you coffee while you wait and clean up your car, very old school, classic customer service vibes. Today I was especially impressed as they gave me some windshield wipers for free because I had the wrong ones on. Overall great business model

I called to see if they would be able to take a look at my car if I got a tow truck to drop me off. Instead, they ended up coming to me and fixed my car where it had broken down. Our rear tire popped on the driver's side on Saturday night and we didn't realize it until around 4pm. All the shops were about to close. We called over 10 tire shops that were still open and this Mr. Lube location was the only shop that does first come first serve for tire changes. They even had tires in stock that we need! Every other tire location said that the earliest they could fit us in was Monday, so we'd have to take time off work to get it fixed if that was the case. So glad we found this location and the service was great. We hung around for 20 minutes while they changed out both rear tires and the service was great! Definitely going back there again.

My experience at Mr. Lube on June 9th: I opted for a transmission fluid service in addition to my oil change. I had never had a transmission fluid service and was unfamiliar with the process. I was served by Josh. Several times during the service, Greg rudely interjected to correct information that Josh was either giving to me or to the oil changers. The interactions between them were unprofessional, with Josh rolling his eyes at several of Greg's interjections. At one point, Josh told me that when I came back in three days to have my fluids checked, I had to make sure that I had driven the car for at least 10 minutes. Greg then interjected and told me that it was not 10 minutes, it had to be at least 30 minutes if a proper check was to be done. Josh responded to Greg by rolling his eyes and mumbling, "whatever.” Near the end of the service, while I am making my payment, and between Josh yelling things to the other workers, I hear him say something about how ‘when you go out, you won’t be able to make the turn, so you need to turn around and come back.’ When he said this, I looked out front and saw an exit from the parking lot and assumed he was giving me instructions on how to exit the parking lot. I had never been there before and being unfamiliar with the parking lot, I didn’t give this much thought. Josh then went over the paper work with me (at lightening speed), and gave me my receipt and told me to have a great weekend. I assumed this was the end of the service and drove away. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from Greg. The call went to voicemail and I checked the message. Greg said in the message that the service was not complete and that I needed to come back. He also said that returning now was preferable but I could also come back tomorrow morning. Upon receiving this message, I turned around (now rush-hour traffic). After 10 minutes, I received another call, this time from Josh. I answered the call and Josh told me that my service wasn’t complete. I said, yes, I’m on my way back. He then said something about how he didn’t understand why I drove off and I responded with how it was not made clear to me that the service was not complete. Now, instead of responding with an apology for the misunderstanding, Josh laughed and said "well thats why I told you to turn around and come back”. So at this point, I am agitated. I pull up to the back area of Mr Lube, and Greg waves me in. Again I am expecting an apology for the misunderstanding. Instead, I get another chuckle out of Greg and something about how he can’t believe I drove off. This is when he tells me to pop my hood and I discover that it was not closed completely by Josh. This is when I tell Greg that this is terrible customer service, that I was expecting an apology for the misunderstanding and not arguments about how I should have known that the service was not done. Greg then argues with me. He tells me about how great their customer service was because they called me back when I drove off because my service was not finished. I am then tired of arguing with Greg and he decides to get a few more quips in before dropping the matter without giving a single apology. When I ask Greg about the confusion between the 10 minutes and 30 minutes driving time (for my fluid level check in three days), he tells me that Josh 'doesn't really work here, he just does some stuff at the front' and so I should listen to his advice of 30 minutes. The customer services was atrocious but I am even more disturbed by the negligence that Mr. Lube displayed by not warning me in either phone call that my hood was not closed properly. What if I had been on the highway? This is completely unacceptable and definitely not the standard you expect a business to be operating within. I will not be returning to Mr. Lube.

Today,21-Nov-2021 i visited Mr.lube 3388 Douglas St, Victoria, BC V8Z 3L3 I had a nail in the front tire of my car, when i just entered, one person asked me whats the problem, i told him i see nail in the front tire & tire is not flat, he told me to come in the queue where i was waiting for 1 hour. when i was in with my vechile, he told me since the nail is on the inside edge, we do not have sufficent tools here. So we cannot repair it, so my one hour was wasted in cold Sunday evening. So this means if you see nail in your tyres on the inside edges, please don't visit Mr Lube, please go elsewhere....

This place is the place to go! I had broken dow in my 92 YJ jeep, the clutch went on it just across the street from them. This was the second time my car broke down that month, so I was a emotional mess in my car not knowing what to do. so I called my mother, who then called them to ask them to assist me with my car. In total rush hour traffic, 3 guys from Mr.lube walked through traffic to come help my emotional mess and they pushed my car through traffic (very dangerous), to Mr.lube and took a look at my car to tell me what was wrong. They came to the conclusion that it was my clutch, which Canadian tire had/tried to fixed a month ago. So with it being the exact some thing as before it was still under coverage, thus I took it back there. But Mr.Lube did all this work and also risked their lives and they didn't even charge me! They just sent me on my way and wished me good luck. Great guys there! supper helpful and gave me lots of information. If I ever need anythings done on my car, they will be the first people I'd go to for an honest answer. Thank you!

Three eemployees approached me one after another. the first one said it will cost me $36 and I agreed, for the next one it was $45 and finally they charged me $ 79. I had very bad experiences at this Mr. Lube. I got my Engine Oil Changed the tech tried to tell me there was something wrong with my battery which was total BS and tried to explain the problem to me saying it was a bit complicated especially for a woman. The staff tried to aggressively sell me a new battery and saying that if I didn't get a new one my alternator wouldn't last more than a month. That was in December. It is now June and my car is running without a problem. The tech helping me also told me that if I reviewed him on their Mr. Lube website he would get a bonus whether the review was good or bad. That is pathetic. That was a bad decision to go “Mr. Lube”.

The customer service was good, although I feel like they overcharge for a lot of things. I got my coolant flushed there, went to go do it myself tonight just to find that the petcock was tightened so hard that it had actually broke, so that's pretty disappointing. But the oil change went smoothly, water in my car while I waited was much appreciated. If you want an easy oil change this is the place, but I wont be going back for anything else.

I was looking for the hours for Mr. Lube and came across these really bad reviews. First off I am not related to anyone or work for Mr. Lube etc. I have taken three of my cars to them over the past 20 years and have never experienced any of the problems these reviewers have indicated. I just have the oil changed and have never been talked into buying anything else. I am really surprised at the comments about the staff been rude or aggressive because I have never felt that way. I am a senior lady and have always been treated with respect and kindness. I have never been 'talked' down to because I was a woman (they would never get away with that with me!) I just go and have the oil changed etc. My battery needed replacing once which I was not surprised at and that was it. I definitely would continue to go there and recommend them to friends. I certainly appreciate the convenience of not having to leave my car for hours at a shop. One last thing I do note however is the really bad comments are from two or three years ago so maybe management has changed since then.

Went there for an oil change and they recommended change the differential fluid. Afterwards there was a growling noise from the rear. I brought it back and they said they didn't put enough additive in. So they redid the job, but again the growling noise. Then they said it should have been a different additive so they changed it again. Toyota said it didn't need any additive. Mr Lube said Toyota is lying! Oh god. Will never go back there!! Took it to Toyota and I'm happy now.

Honest and prompt work done. I had my engine light on and I dropped by to run a quick check on it. It was nothing major but I had another issue with steering oil. It was leaking a bit so they filled it up. Everything was done for free because they said they didn't do any major works.... love that place!!

I am from out of town visiting my father. My car failed to start 3 times at different places throughout the morning and I had to get my father’s neighbour to come and jumpstart my car each time. I was frustrated and worried but this neighbour suggested that I talk to the people at Mr. Lube who happened to be at the plaza where my car was. They were very busy but I was not ignored. Brandon greeted me with a smile and listened to me explain my car problems. He said that I could drive my car right to the back where they could test my battery. Immediately Liam showed up and told me my battery was indeed failing. He did not pressure me into any service with them but because of his pleasant non-intimidating demeanour, I chose Mr. Lube to just put in a new battery. Liam worked on it right away. I left feeling happy and relieved. Thank you for your courtesy and efficiency.

Two weeks ago I left a review about the poor service received at the Douglas St Victoria location. Customer Service left a comment to provide more information to them. I did so, and I haven’t heard back from anyone. What is more telling is that my partner is there today to get his tires done - and the same experience is happening to him. He’s been first in line for nearly 30 minutes, with all staff middling around doing anything but serving the people in their cars. If Mr Lube doesn’t want to prioritize tires (even when there are no Lube clients), they shouldn’t offer the deals. Very poor service at Victoria location.

Had to change a badly rusted fuel filter while doing a vehicle check-up. Upon testing the fuel lines failed but were completely fixed at no additional cost despite the manpower and parts it took to fix it. Very courteous and polite the entire time. Today went in for an oil change 2000 km early because 6 months had gone by, and my owner's manual says one should change the oil after that length of time, regardless of how far you've driven. The technician, a man named Gatlin, inspected the dipstick and said the oil looked great, and that he wouldn't recommend changing it yet. He checked the other fluid levels, topping up a couple, and inflated my tires, all for free. He could easily have had me pay for an unnecessary service, but he was honest and helpful instead. Customer service like this is how you build a loyal clientele. Well done!

Total 5 star experience. I obtained a transmission flush from Mr. Lube in Vancouver after which my overdrive no longer worked. I took my van to Mr. Lube in Victoria and the owner Mark and staff looked at my invoice and said, "$140 for a 6L transmission flush doesn't make sense. It has to be closer to 12L and the colour of your transmission fluid is still kind of dark so obviously the other shop didn't do a full flush". The other shop also put in my record "Vehicle requires coolant flush/refill" but then Greg, the Assistant Manager, conducted a PH test on the fluid and said, "It's totally fine: 8.5 out of 10. Will last you three more years at least." So this shop in Victoria not only saved me a bunch of unnecessary bills but also gave me a sweet discount to make up for the poor service from the shop in Vancouver even though they're not affiliated in any way except as franchises. Plus super helpful and genuinely interested/interesting staff.

I went for oil change twice n both times they did not change the oil filter but charged for them .I was watching all this because from last time m suspicious if they change the oil filter. Yesterday they did not change it either . I am not going here again. Be aware and make sure they change your oil filters and you dont get extra charged

As an oil change and fluid change shop they're efficient and reasonable for sure. Unfortunately I had to have a flat fixed here, and instead of removing the weights currently on the wheel and rebalancing, they just added more weights to offset the ones that were already there...this is a terrible practice. It shook pretty awful, so I broke down and took it in to a tire shop and had it rebalanced.

While on a weekend trip to Victoria, the day before I was to go back to Vancouver, I ended up with not one but TWO flat tires on my right side due to road shrapnel. It was a Sunday, so not many tire shops were open. Josh at the Douglas St., Victoria location, told me he could not repair my tire because even if repaired, the tires were too old to be safe (I had already begun this but hadn't replaced them yet). He told me that he could order new tires for me that would arrive the next morning, but was honest that they may not arrive early enough for me to make my 11:00am ferry back to Vancouver. He said if I could find some tires somewhere else and buy them that day, that Mr. Lube could install them the next day at 8:00am. I was able to buy some tires at Canadian Tire, Gordon Head, just before they closed at 5:00pm! I went to Mr. Lube the next day and was in the repair bay at precisely 8:00am. Liam explained he was the only tire changer on staff that day, and he would try to get them installed in 1 hour. He was able to get the old tires off the rims, put new beads on my rims, put the tires on my rims, inflate, balance and mount them in under 1 hour: I paid and was out of there at 8:55am. Made my ferry no problem. I really appreciated your team's honesty, problem-solving and effort. They are humans who care about fellow humans.

Absolutely pleasant experience! I went driving around to 3 tire shops who would not make time to fix my leaking tire without making an appointment or leaving my car for hours. Unfortunately for them I found Mr Lube. I was greeted with friendly service and they made time for me right away. I soon found out the tire is not salvageable due to the leak being too close to the sidewall. They quickly assessed the situation and came back with my options for purchase. I then phoned a competitor right there and Mr Lube quickly matched the price. Although I'm out of pocket money I wasn't expecting to spend, I'm not one to go cheap on brakes or tires so I feel just fine. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service. To start off, I've been working on cars for a couple of decades on my own. Here's what happened when I took my car in for a simple oil change. I took my 2009 Infiniti G37X coupe in for a oil change as Mr lube came up as a location that used Mobil 1 oil, and I was in a big rush before a wedding and I didn't have time to change the oil myself and get cleaned up. The transaction started well enough, free coffee, news paper, all very nice. Service advisor scanned the vehicle and suggested an ATF replacement as well, as the car had not had that service for 110k or so. I agreed, as much as I would have done it myself, not having a lift available to me, it meant levelling the vehicle on jack stands, etc which was a pain. The service was completed and after a $500+ bill, I left the bay. Trouble started as soon as I pulled out of the lot, as the gearbox seemed to "slip" when turning corners or coming to a stop. Knowing any transmission problem can be a fairly major issue, I turned around right away, returned to the Mr Lube location and spoke to the staff and assistant manager that there seems to be a problem. Their first response was "we're not a transmission specialist so we can't help you"... And well, that's fine, but they also recommended I drive it as is for a week to see if it "works itself out". So I figured, I'll drive it for a week to figure out exactly the issue. Now keep in mind that most newer vehicles these days don't have a dipstick to check the ATF levels anymore, so short of lifting the car level on jack stands, and checking the ATF drain plug itself, not something I could do easily. So I drove the car for a week, and noted that under braking loads or cornering forces, the transmission would slip out of gear. With this in mind and the fact that the fluid pick up filter on this particular vehicle is at the rear end of the transmission, I concluded that there was not enough fluid in the transmission to keep hydraulic pressure. So, after a week, I went back to the Mr Lube location, and asked to speak to the manager. I advised that I think there may have been a mistake and not enough ATF fluid was put back into the transmission. Now of course, I had to go to work, so I left my keys and car there to have them check the ATF level and see if it was low. I returned after work, and the manager assured me that they had checked the ATF level and it was ok. I thanked him for checking and left. Still with the slipping transmission and all. I ended up taking my vehicle to the dealership, where they confirmed my suspicions. The transmission was short by 4L of ATF. Now here's the thing, I understand that they are not a transmission specialist, and it was my fault for believing that they would be qualified or have the knowhow to change the ATF in my car BUT, I gave them 2 separate opportunities to check the levels, and instead of checking, the MANAGER LIED to me and said they checked it. A 4L difference is a huge one and it's hard to miss. I can guarantee that I will never step foot in another Mr Lube location, no matter what and you should be well warned as well. Tbh, I think in a pinch, get your oil changed there, that's fine, but anything else, just have someone who knows what they're doing fix it. And to the manager of that location, please don't lie to a customer, that's just rude and insulting, especially when we came to you with a solution. Also, if you don't know how to properly complete a service, just don't suggest it. Maybe remind the owner to have that service done somewhere that knows what they're doing instead. Rant over!

I have gone through various places like this but I have to say, I was totally impressed with this joint! Firstly, this place is considerably more busy then the other places. I asked for a few places for prices and they varied from $75 to over a $100. I paid $62 as listed there are enviro fees and taxes extra Secondly, as I patiently waited, I was brought out a paper, water and an information card. Then he washed my windows, sprayed silicone on the door hindges and then ushered me into the garage. It is sort of like an assembly line process. A lot of check, clear, okay being said. As one reviewer said there was bickering between staff members, I didn't have any but would have dreaded hearing it. I will end with, it is super easy to find faults. I found out of visiting these fast food type Lube Joints, this was the best so far.

My first experience with these guys was in 2016. Then, I thought Canadian shops are well regulated and as such always act ethically until i met a young man who told me he left auto service shop because he was done with scamming unsuspecting customers. I took Nissan Altima to them for oil change but ended up spending over $800. Being a new guy in town who did not know the trick, I paid to the last cent. I later realized that I had been defrauded. I promised never to visit them again and i kept my promise until sometime in February 2020. I needed to do an oil change. This time around i was very vigilant. They wanted me to remain in the car while they do the oil change but I refused and stepped out of the car to monitor what they were doing. In less than 3 minute, the service guy was done with oil change. I became suspicious and went to touch the oil filter but found that it was very hot. I protested and accused of not changing the oil the oil filter. The service guy became angry and said it was the heat from the engine that heated the filter up. But I insisted that the heat from the engine would not have made the filter as hot as it was. At this point I requested to speak to the manager. The guy went to speak to the manager but the manager did not grant me audience. After meeting his manager, the service guy decided to change the filter. This guy who had been super nice suddenly became hostile; asked me to move away, and not to come back if I knew I would not be satisfy with there service. That shop is full of fraud and scam. Do not visit them if you have an option.

Gave me a good quote for swapping out tires on the phone but then tacked on a bunch of extra charges with the invoice. Ended up being the same as if I went to a professional tire centre. Worst of all was that three out of four of my tires ended up having slow leaks because the worker didn't install the valve stems properly. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

I pulled up without an appointment and sure enough, they were ready for me! This was my first oil change (in too long) and Brett helped guide me through all the questions I had. They thoroughly checked my car and I could see on screen everything they were checking. Though I came in for an oil change, they also suggested that I replace my Fuel filter, and Josh (who I recognized from my high school years) even took the time to show me why it was important and what my filter looked like. For someone who knows little about the car I drive, this was above and beyond for me! They also informed me that I should look to replacing my front tires before winter, and filled up all my fluids. I was in and out in what couldn't have been more than a half an hour, they were incredibly fast, and they had communication methods that clearly worked very well. Having worked in fast paced environments myself, I can confidently say that whatever these guys are making for a wage, they deserve more. Thank you to the staff that helped me today!

Today I finally decided that I need to at least get the windshield wipers with the $15 off offer. I was so glad I stopped by. Not only did they told me honestly that I have 2 more months before oil change is required, they also replaced my windshield wipers for free as long as I promised to give them a 5 stars review afterwards which I am doing now. I kept telling my son they do good jobs and take care of my vehicle's needs as required. I am telling Victorians that they do very good jobs and really take care of customers. I have many horrible experience with car services including I believe purposedly wreck my car to create work for future visits although I can't prove it of course. Wish they expand more of their auto services including any car services that would be ideal. This is exactly what customers need, honest direct communications and work when it is needed. I highly recommend this company customer's service which is what it should be.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Swindled my husband over $200 and destroyed our car. "fixed" the radiator by replacing it, but not reattaching a hose, causing it to fill with air. Now the fan may not work. And when we asked for a refund, we were told we'd need to take it to another mechanic to have a second opinion... that it may have a problem. Yeah, I'd say when a car overheats in less than 10 minutes I'd say there is a problem!
