After a hit and run I was recommended to this garage by ICBC. I could not have been happier with Parker’s. They took care of all the details from assessing the damage to organizing a rental vehicle. All I did was show up with my damaged car, pick up the rental car, Bring it back to pick up my newly fixed car. I was especially impressed by the extra details such as the car wash and detailing - and the car was done a day early. Staff were super friendly and very organized. Very happy customer. Highly recommended.

Had an insurance claim and they took great care of me and my car. You can't tell there was ever any damage and I was especially impressed at how good they were at spotting all the dents from the incident that I never even realized were there. A lower quality place might not have noticed a couple important ones that would have led to some leaky seals.

I recently brought my car to Parker's to get repaired. It all started smoothly but had a very bad experience at the end. Here is my experience: I went to Parker's to pick up my vehicle and drop off my rental car. This Older lady greeted me and asked me if I have time to drop off the rental car at the car rental place. I told her that I don't have time, and asked her to call the rental company to pick the car up. As I was walking around the car, I noticed some scratches on the door and some chips on the tailgate. I simply can't recall I have ever seen them before. I told the lady that I think there are some damages on the car that wasn't there when I dropped it off. She went to the back and called a guy from the shop to talk to me. As I then discussed the issue with the guy, and he told me that there are pictures they took when I first came in for the quote, so we can compare. We agreed to check the picture to see if they are old damages. the problem was that the camera they used were really awful. After some comparison in front of the computer, I wasn't convinced that the chips on the tailgate were old damages as the picture only show 3 shadows but there were 30 chips on the tailgate. I proposed that I take a picture from distance with my phone and compare to the image to see if the three shadows match the pattern of some chips on the tailgate. The guy agreed. Just as I walking out to take the picture, this old lady came to my face and told me that she had checked and determined it's old damage; and told me that i am determined to find some thing and asked me to leave, and told me that I should call my insurance company if I am not content; she sold me that i have too much time on my hand and I should go drop off the rental car by myself. In the end, I agreed that these are old damages but I don't think I should be treated this way. I honestly never noticed these damages and I think I deserve the 10 mins to make sure that my car was not damaged. I pointed out that i didn't appreciate her comment, but she never apologized. It wasn't the biggest repair job, but they still billed a couple of thousand dollars. This is how they treat their customers!!! Victoria has a lot of good body shops, and I have no reason to take my business here again!!!!

Everyone was kind, courteous and professional, 10/10 so happy with the work they did! The guy who took a look at the damage on my car from the accident when I came in also gave me some advice for dealing with paint chips and some preexisting door damage. When I picked up the car they had tidied the interior - there was a bit of a dust layer on my dash when I dropped it off and I did not expect it. They communicated delays due to supply by calling or texting and had a great set up to drop off and sign paperwork with the ongoing COVID pandemic. Thank you all so much!

On the surface it looks like a decent business. However when it comes to actual service they a void of any decency. They damaged my car light during repair and did not take any responsibility. They had no communication with me for the work they completed. Did not call the insurance company to discuss the repair so I ended up to pay for an accident that was not my fault. Be careful doing business with them.

Got my car rear bumper repaired (paintwork), and now it looks new, work was done before committed time, which is excellent. But i think it was so expensive as per the work. I am not sure because this is the first time i went to get something repaired from a body shop, and that too through ICBC, so technically i have not paid anything. But still. I wish i will never meet with any accidents, they could be so expensive for your pockets. Thanks ICBC.

In my previous profession I ran a body shop for 21 years so I always get friends asking where to take their vehicle. I have yet to hear of anyone who's not thoroughly satisfied with their work.

Flawless bumper and rear side panel replacement on our 2021 Subaru Outback that someone "very nicely" scratched and took off. Parker’s repaired the side of our Fiat 500e, that was damaged by a deer collision. Multiple dents and scratches were repaired and parts replaced. It is impossible to find evidence of the repair. Excellent work. Efficient service. Highly recommend.
