Took my car in for its initial estimate. I was received in a friendly and courteous manner. Darcy, the estimator, appeared to be very thorough. Nicole was very informative and willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. When they hear back from my insurance company I am to hear back from them re a booking time. More later...... Later.....picked my car up when promised. Looked good and service was friendly. Enterprise rental were to pick the rental car up at Autotech. All smooth to this point. Next day....getting ready to go on holiday. Oooops! Passenger door would not open from inside. Okay, gotta go back for warranty work. Received in friendly manner, technician gone for the weekend....could I come back on Monday? Nope, heading out on first ferry tomorrow morning. Okay, we will take care of it for you. Estimator and manager get right to it and it is ready in short order. Thanks team! Talk to the technician on Monday, please! He owes me lunch for having to make a special trip across town to take care of business. Later yet....checked under the hood to make sure all is well for tomorrow's trip. Oh my! Engine compartment is covered in fine dust from the sanding that was done on the adjacent fender. An hour later I had it dusted, washed and dried. Maybe she's good to go now..hope so!

So get this - I got rear ended. I spoke with ICBC and they recommended I take my car to this company for repairs. I took my car in on a Wednesday and got a brand new loner car. less than 3000km's on it. I get a call at about 230pm the NEXT DAY saying my car is ready to go. Excellent service.

Last week I parked my car outside of the CSN shop, I came back later, and someone had smashed my car window. One of the guys came out of the shop and told me that he was happy to vacuum up the glass and tape the window until I got it fixed. The whole thing was very upsetting and had become more upsetting for me after calling around a few places to see how much a repair would cost. I when to pick up the car an hour later and the guys at CSN Auto Tech graciously informed me that they wanted to fix my car window for free !!! No strings attached. They had a new window installed for me the next day. This was something that I was not expecting and am so so grateful for. The guys at CSN Auto Tech were extremely helpful, compassionate and friendly. I would recommend CSN Auto Tech to anyone :)

I just wanted to take a second and tell people about my experience at CB Autotech. When I was driving there to drop my truck off from a small "oops" I realized I had a nail in the tire. They are going to take the tire to the tire repair company and get that done for me while they have my truck. This service is above and beyond and I can't say anything but thank you and let other people know about the experience I had. So if you have an "oops"? I was given a loan car over the weekend until I heard that I wouldn't be driving away with my car. Just picked up my car yesterday after major surgery,beautiful work,paint looks factory and is blended perfect.They detailed the interior,and the car was just spotless.I can honestly say I was not in fear of covid one bit the car was so clean.The shop manager mike w. was amazing.When I first brought the car in,Mike took my damaged car down into their shop and fixed it so the door would open and close free of charge before any talk of how much their estimate was going to cost Iwent into advanced for an estimate just before,and I gotta say I didn't feel the love I felt at csn collision. Disclaimer: I don't usually write reviews. But I had to make an exception because of my experience. I had a minor accident a couple of weeks ago. I had used CSN before and was happy with their work. I am a "return customer". They were very good before (I guess that's obvious or I wouldn't have gone back), but they were FANTASTIC this time. Everything went so smoothly! The gentleman who I dealt with was courteous, respectful, calm and very professional. He took tons of photos, measurements and explained the complications with the damage. He told me what to expect with regard to fixing things (they would try to repair part of the damage instead of replacing one of the parts-which would have saved the insurance company a bit of money-but if they couldn't guarantee the work they would have to replace the part instead). What really struck me about this was that this man who is responsible for dealing with the paper work and the people obviously has a great deal of respect for the quality of work and the decision making capabilities of the people who are actually DOING the work on my car. He said he would get back to me as soon as he knew when the parts would be available for the repair. When I heard from him only a couple of days later he spoke well of the business he was getting the parts from, saying it certainly made his job easier that they were so punctual (sharing credit is rare these days...impressive). The work was done quickly and beautifully. I got my car back looking a LOT PRETTIER-inside and out- than how I dropped it off to them (THANK YOU CSN!), and everything was painless from start to finish. TERRIFIC service and EXCELLENT quality of work. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Every individual I dealt with at CB Autotech was pleasant and friendly beyond what I would have expected. My vehicle was in for an ICBC claim and as I dropped my vehicle off a clean courtesy vehicle was provided for me within minutes. I don't think I spent longer than 10 minutes in the office during the entire experience and my vehicle was ready in under two business days from when I dropped it off (front bumper and fender replacement). I highly recommend this business for any of your autobody repairs!

About a month ago I was rear ended on the highway. Moments after the accident it was recommended that I take my vehicle to this auto shop. With a racing heart, and anxiety as high as the sky, I gave them a call. They were able to squeeze me in within the hour, which was a miracle considering it was a Friday afternoon, just before closing. The staff were beyond amazing. They calmed me down from a place of panic and I believe they truly cared about my well-being, on top of the state of my vehicle. I knew right away I was in good hands. I left that day with a very nice, clean loaner vehicle. They were great at keeping me updated through the timeframe of repair. I now have my vehicle back and it’s easy to forget I was ever rear ended, due to the flawless job they did fixing it up. I highly recommend CSB CB’s auto shop!

No star these guys are so unprofessional and rude! Took my car in for a minor front end repair and head light change and left with a rad hose that was loose and spewing antifreeze throughout my engine they told me it was a head gasket although it got repaired by my mechanic by tightening the hose my cost $130.00 Then my air conditioning doesn't work I have that fixed and it was a loose connection and broken o ring loosing all my coolant into the atmosphere, repair cost $300.00. All of these problems within 2 inches behind the headlight they replaced, worst part is they said it was all a coincidence and I just wanted then to pay for maintenance on my car! They denied everything as if I was crazy said they didn't do anything mechanical ...although I was charged $ 90.99 for mechanical, These guys are going to see me in small claims court they are impossible to talk to ..like pit bulls.

They damaged our car and tried to cover it up. Once confronted we were told they would make it a priority have it fixed for us in a day. Instead it took 4 days to finally get our car back. Every time we had a question someone was either on lunch or had gone home early. They have inconvenienced us more than once and I would not recommend them.
