Was looking for a place to replace my windshield that had side to side crack from a summer road trip. Read the reviews and they were open on the weekend which was much better for my schedule. When I made the appointment, the fellow was great and I was in within a week. Repair was done same day, vehicle was left clean and staff were all great to deal with and very friendly and helpful. Bonus free coffee offered while waiting! Will definitely be back when the need arises.

Replaced the windscreen on my Mercedes C400. Couldn’t recalibrate my cameras, but they still seem to work fine...best price i could get and certainly did a great job as i cannot tell it’s been replaced. Car came back clean and in great condition.

Had a windshield replaced, and my lane departure warning system stops working. Told me it should recalibrate itself, which never happened....now they say it's my camera.....was working before the windshield was replaced! Phoned the manager twice within a two week period, never got back to me both times. Went to Speedy, they said on my vehicle it "doesn't self calibrate, and needs to be done manually ! Unfortunately, now I have to pay over $200 for them to calibrate it, when it should have been done when the windshield was installed.

Amazing! I called on Saturday afternoon because our rearview mirror just fell off. Benjamin answered the phone and when I told him our problem, he said they were open till 4, "Come on down". We were greeted promptly despite the fact that Benjamin was busy fixing another client's vehicle. We did not have to wait long; he took care of us and had us on our way in no time. Very pleasant experience; friendly and efficient:)

Well ... they did manage to put the window in and did an OK job but I wouldn't go back. The gentleman working the front counter was a bit off-putting and was lacking in the customer service skill department. Most of the broken glass had been vacuumed up but I had to stop at the gas station on the way home to finish the job. In addition they did not bother to reinstall the factory wind deflector which they had to remove to put the new window in but instead suggested that I'd have to book a second appointment and bring the vehicle back again. Not happening. I was feeling sentimental and chose a long time Victoria company rather than one of the chains. Next time I'll give Speedy a shot.

I had my side window regulator break in my car and wouldn't close. With the crime and potential rain, it was urgent that I get it closed. I started calling around to different glass shops in the area. One was very conceited, said I could bring it in but probably wouldn't look at it and wasn't even willing to help, another was busy but referred me to a different one then they referred me to Capital. Capital said they would make time to help me close it the next day. I managed to get it closed after getting off the phone so I called them back to let them know and booked an appointment for when they were free to look at the issue in depth. I took the car in for the appointment and they looked, called the manufacturer for me, and determined that it was a warranty claim. All in an hour! Great service and great staff. I'll highly recommend them!

I called about a leaking rear window on my 2002 ford f-150 and Rick told me to come by to get it looked at. Rick quoted a very reasonable price and I got it fixed. They had it for a day and kept it overnight due to more rust then expected. Picked up and leak is all fixed. They were very knowledgeable and very professional with everything. I would highly recommend them for all your auto glass repairs!

I just needed some small-ish custom cuts of glass for an antique window in redoing for my wedding decor and I didnt want to spend much. Capital Glass got me 10 pieces of custom cut glass for a VERY reasonable price and it was super easy to order over the phone with them and pick up curbside during all this COVID19 pandemic. Very please and super excited to finish my project now! I was super worried the glass would be the most expensive part of this DIY and it was not at all! Great price. Great service. I will come back here for future glass needs :)

My vehicle needed a replacement windshield due to an accident earlier in the week. I spoke with Chris later in the afternoon on a Thursday and he was polite and helpful and was able to get my car in the very next morning and have it fixed that day - in time for the long weekend. Not to mention, his price was the best of all the places I had called. I will definitely return here next time I have auto glass needs and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

After spending an hour looking around at several glass places I finally found a place that was able to fill a chip in my windshield. Most places weren't interested in attempting the repair on my Tesla, due to complications that could come up. The repair looks 70% better (they never get totally fixed), and the cracks seem filled. Customer service was top notch, I walked in and got an appointment right away. 30 minutes later I was driving away happy, and the bill was sent directly to ICBC. I believe the manager's name is Bob, and he was very friendly. Thanks to the crew at Capital Glass!
