Took my 2018 Nissan Versa to the dealership as a piece of the trim had come loose. They charged $130 for the part and then told me it would be 3 weeks before I could get an appointment to have it installed. I drove to Boyd Auto Body, went in and asked if someone could take a look at my car and let me know when it could be scheduled for an appointment. Martin came outside, asked for my keys, drove it around to the back, 5 minutes late I was driving away with everything done. No appointment, no charge and it looks like I drove it out of the factory. Thank you very much Boyd Auto Body, I remain an extremely satisfied and loyal customer.

The team at Boyd's was so incredibly helpful and kind. My car widow was smashed while parked downtown Victoria. I brought my car into Boyd's the day of the incident and within 45 minutes they cleaned out all the glass and rain from inside my car, taped up my window and ordered a replacement window to be installed the next morning. The team made the whole process so easy. In less than 24 hours, I had a new window installed. Thank you so much for making a bad day a lot better.

Just got my truck back after an ICBC repair. The work done is excellent and I am embarrassed to admit that the vehicle is cleaner than I have kept it over the last number of years. A complete detail of the truck was performed to remove all traces of dust post repair. Having had two very disappointing repairs from other body shops on other vehicles over the last decade in Victoria, I can highly recommend Boyd as they have exceeded my expectations and l am very happy with both the helpful and friendly staff, and the excellent quality of the work.

The Victoria John St. Boyd location recently repaired my Q50 Red Sport. The Infiniti candy red metallic paint job is pretty technical, so it needed to be very high quality work to match the factory work of my 6 month old car. I am happy with the whole experience, which went seamlessly from estimation to completion. I can't tell the difference with the factory paint. They arranged a rental car with Enterprise and dealt with the insurance company (FYI Boyd was on their list of approved repair shops). Everyone in the office was friendly and efficient, and clearly work as a team. I found Boyd very easy to work with and the results were perfect.

BEWARE OF THIS AUTOBODY SHOP! Very bad experienced here. If you want SCRATCHES all over your car please come in this shop. THEY DON'T CARE & A LIAR... THEY SAID THEY NEVER USED A BRUSH FOR MY VAN & I SAW IT WHAT THEY ARE USING, IT'S A F**NG BIG BRUSH. I don't know what's in their mind, 3mos old bnew van with a shiny black paint & used big brush to clean my van after fixing the bumper. Even the bumper they fixed have scratches. REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE IT WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IN MY VAN. Even they detailed my Van you can still see all the scratches specially the exterior plastic. NOT ONLY IN EXTERIOR BUT ALSO INTERIOR SCRATCHES!!! They said it's FAIR and & they can't do anything to fix my van.

Sooke Road location have used before and thought of it as my "go-to". Until last time. Not only did I not feel welcome, they did some minor mechanical on their own which was done improperly and sloppily. This led to major issues on my car which they blamed on a minor pre-existing issue which had been addressed already. (Ford agreed that it was likely the improper work done which hopefully won't lead to a blown head gasket ) They also weren't forthcoming about who did the work, and when we tried to discuss the issues with them to pinpoint where it was coming from, before we knew what was going on, all we got was "not us, not us" with no chance of dialogue. I've taken my car in twice now - one for a difficult issue and one for glass replacement - and everyone there has been extremely helpful, kind and informative. (drumroll) IC-frikkin-BC! Almost set me back to a date that just couldn't work, because reasons... but not only did he iron out the wrinkles, he got the parts ordered, the claim through, and my rig fixed in what has to be a record time. Every single person I dealt with on the phone and overheard working on things in the background, were completely professional, knowledgeable, and well... fun to talk to lol. Really good place to get your car fixed after a smack. The staff are prompt, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, The final price was what the estimate stated. Work was great and the price i was quoted was way more reasonable than others id checked out in town. I did let on that I already sort of knew the price of replacing the window having done it already a few times before so that may have resulted in them quoting me a lower price than normal but the other two places id gone to for quotes didnt pick up on that and quoted me exorbitant prices. Very happy with them and their work.

Peter was absolutely amazing through the whole thing! He helped me out immediately giving me a quote right away with no wait at a reasonable price. He was also very kind unlike other places I went for a quote making the stressful situation of car repairs way better. The repair it self was superb; the paint match is flawless, and replacement parts so perfect you would never know there was an accident. They really go above and beyond as they even vacuumed the inside of my car, and when I was running late to pick up my vehicle and they had no problem waiting the extra 5 minutes after hours. Needless to say my car looked way better inside and out when I picked it up. To say Boyd’s has exceptional service is an understatement, Thank you guys so much!
