This parkade is large and has many spots. It features on-site security and has an elevator to assist you to upper floors and multiple stairways. It's lit up to ensure safety. HOWEVER, you don't want to break down in here... it's not very friendly to negotiate in when things go south!

Decent parkade. Never had any issues here (apart from the elevator being out of order sometimes). First few floors are 3 hour parking, upper levels don't have a time limit. First hour is free.

We parked here overnight thinking it would be cheaper than the empress. We were sadly mistaken. We were given an overnight ticket for 16.00. When I pulled up to the window I didn't see the ticket on my dash and the both guy came out and removed it. I asked him what it was and he said "air mail ". He wouldn't show me the hand written ticket. He was super rude and snatched my credit card from my hand and used the tap option. He did this before he explained the 30.00 parking bill for under 12 hours of parking. We had just spent of first night in Victoria and felt ripped off. He was caucasian with tattoos and piercings. Super rude dude. Needs to learn manners and how to speak to customers.

My parkade! Is it always busy and hard to navigate? Sure, but it's cheap/free and right in the middle of downtown! 4 stars because I had a minor accident going down that fateful spiral when I was 18 and messed up my dad's car, but that was more on me

Decent size parkade. You can usually find parking here unless there’s a special event downtown. The levels are color-coded. The elevator usually smells like urine and I usually take the stairs if I am feeling able bodied. The view from the top is spectacular. There is a musical attachment on the stair railings on the back side which are fun for children as well as adults.

You want me to rate a parkade? Ok. Pro Tip: go to the top level and check out the view of the city's roof tops. You can see a lot of history. I took quite a few remarkable photographs. Also, my parking spot was one of the best parking spots I have ever experienced! I mean I pulled in, shut off the motor, and literally didn't have to worry about anything else.

Used a handicap space which is at ground level and there are a number of them. First hour is free and you can prepay before getting back into your car. This parkade has good central access to many downtown stores and lower Johnston St., Yates, Government St and short walk to the Bay Center.

While it's often a busy parkade I love the first hour is free in all city parkades, so often come here. It's close to lots of shops. Great in the evenings if you're coming downtown for dinner/meeting friends!

Good parkade for long term or short term parking in the downtown area. The one thing I wasn't too fond of was all the people drinking in and around the parkade on weekend nights. Being located right near the heart of the Victoria night life it is easily visited by rowdy people looking to have some drinks out of the weather. There is security at the parkade but I imagine they can only do so much. Overall I still felt safe leaving my vehicle there overnight and all day, and will definitely be using the parkade again.

Seems to be the cheapest parkade around. The counter at the entrance is helpful for letting you know whether there's spots available inside.

It is adequate. Entrance displays spots remaining. Good location for walking. Reasonably priced. Express pay does bit appear to be of benefit unless I missed something. You still need to wait for everyone who didn't express pay.
