My partner and I rented Josey Wales for a week and had an amazing time travelling around the National Parks in BC and Alberta. Jeff takes fantastic care of the vehicles and is incredibly knowledgable about these regions, providing us with plenty of advice. Me and my father rented Van Gogh from Jeff for a week, drove it from Vernon up to the Revelstoke, Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper, Clearwater and salmon arm. We had a fantastic trip and Jeff’s retro vans really add to the experience, complete with playlists of 70s and 80s rock classics to cruise along to. A great way to see the beautiful mountain passes of B.C. and Alberta. The freedom of the van was perfect for the type of trip we wanted.. adventure and road stop hikes, waterfalls, campfires, bike rides etc. Everything was in great working order considering the age of the vans. Jeff maintains the vans very well and we were very confident we would not have any issues. Jeff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the vans. Great service and a modest price compared to bigger RV rental companies. I would recommend a Vantastic rental over an RV rental for the handiness of size and convenience, it has everything you need and most of all it’s way cooler than an RV or one of those silly spray painted wicked campers.

Recently bought a van from Jeff and it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with him, he was extremely helpful with everything, I bought the van empty with just a floor in it so I could build the interior myself and Jeff let me use all his tools for a few days so I could work in his garage and get started with the build, he also helped me out with a few things, advices and tips. Gave me a bunch of extra stuff that I could use with the van. Really appreciated his help and hospitality, kinda felt like I had know the guy for years. All round great and trustworthy guy and he's got some awesome rental vans. Could always hit him up if you looking for one to buy too.

We hired Easy Rider for three weeks for our road trip around the Rockies. Jeff dropped the van to us in Vancouver which was really convenient! The van was fully equipped with absolutely everything: cups, plates, spices, pots and pans, blankets, outdoor chairs, bear spray, sunscreen, axe for chopping wood - the works! There was plenty of space to store our gear and food. Jeff gave us a hand with our itinerary which was really valuable. Honestly if you are contemplating whether to use Jeff or not, do not even think. I can not highly recommend Jeff enough. From the very beginning Jeff was extremely helpful. Down to helping with general concerns, questions, ideas where to go and what to see. Also given his own personal opinion and experience. Jeff was always available on the phone if any issues that happened with the car. Including getting us on the road ASAP is there was any issues. Van Gough was the Van my partner and I rented and lets say at the end of it we where that happy we wanted to buy it. Best experience that my partner and I will never forget

My partner and I rented the Easy Rider camper van for one week and had a great time cruising around the Rockies in it. The van itself ran very well, even when climbing all those mountains, and was really fun to drive. We got lots of looks and compliments on it too, quite the conversation starter! It is a 1981 though, and as one would expect it did have some quirks. Nothing causing any real issues though! Jeff was super easy to work with, a really friendly guy, and even gave us some great recommendations for our road trip. We booked it super last minute and he was very accommodating. We appreciated all the amenities Jeff had thought to add to the van, from an axe to cooking supplies to bear spray. Would definitely recommend Vantastic Rentals for your road trip!

Can highly recommend Jeff and his campers! We had the 'Van Gogh' Camper for a nine day trip through Banff and Jasper national park and everything we needed was in it. The camper was fully equiped and whenever we had questions, Jeff was there for us. Especially all the personal items in the camper were great (and we never had that with big rental companies). We did not had to buy anything extra, because everything was in it (maps, CDs, spices, bedding, towels, kitchentools, and so on).

Highly recommend Vantastic and owner Jeff. From our very first contact email through the rental process, orientation to your campervan, Jeff provides amazing customer service beginning to end. Jeff was punctual & proved to have a vast knowledge of the area & guidance on "must-see" locales. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour loop in reliable Josey Wales outfitted with everything we needed in a "home-away-from-home". Loop was Kelowna/Vernon to Mount Revelstoke to Golden, Lake Louise up the icefields highway visiting the Athabasca Glacier and Bow Summit to Jasper and Lake Maligne back through Yellowhead Pass into BC again down to Kamloops, Merritt, Okanagan/Peachland and then back to Kelowna/Vernon. Jeff was great - the camper was ready when we arrived, and he was very understanding when I was a couple of hours late with drop off (I underestimated how long it would take to drive a couple hundred k on windy roads). The little extras in the camper were very appreciated - camping chairs, bug spray, wipes, toilet paper, even sunscreen! Everything worked. The camper is old and my kids were shocked that there were roll down windows and no AC but I loved the whole 80s thing. Campers are well looked after and unless you are a glamper, you will enjoy your rental!

We took the Malakwa Van for a two weeks trip across Banff and Jasper National Park and were absolutely happy with it. Very spacious and it comes with everything you might need on your journey from pan to sleeping bag. Jeff also gave us a lot of information on where to go and where to stay which helped us a lot in order to decide what‘s the best route for what we wanted to see. A lot of good hiking trails and other recommendations. Shoutout to Jeff, very easy to handle, would go for it again.

I rented the Easy Rider Van for a 3 day camping trip in the beginning of June. The van was well equipped with everything I needed and even more. It was surprisingly roomy and very comfortable. We had an issue with the battery and Jeff quickly addressed and fixed it. I found Jeff very easy to work with and hope to rent a van from him again in the future.

The Van did a great job and we had a really beautiful trip up to the Canadian Rockies. Of cause, it´s a old car and you have to like these kind of things, so don´t expect all the conveniences of a new one. The RV had brand new tires, a new fridge, a good heater, a place to cook and a really good radio with USB support for phones. Jeff was friendly, helpful and quick on the phone for any question. Also: There was a great music selection in the RV - perfect choice for a 1977 Chevy;)

My husband and I rented the, Easy Rider, for our 28th Wedding Anniversary. We parked it at Swan Lake Campground for three days. It was nice and cozy. We were parked right near the lake and it was a great experience! The van had two plastic wine glasses which we thought was a nice touch. My husband especially enjoyed the fact that the front passenger seat spun around so we could socialize better. A big thanks to Jeff for all his help in making our anniversary so special.

Rented the Malakwa van for five days last week. It was my first time renting a RV/camper van and it was super easy. Jeff walked me through the vehicle and was very helpful over text when I needed to relight the pilot light for the furnace. I was grateful to have a toasty, dry, and comfortable place to relax and sleep.

We rented for a week long trip to Texada island. When we ran into a mechanical problem ( the malfunction of a brand new fuel pump) Jeff was right onto it, organising and communicating from a distance. He was truly great and very supportive. The rest of our journey was hassle free. The van was well equipped, and a fun drive. Lots of comments and honks from other vintage vans! Altogether a great experience.
