Purchased my first new vehicle at this dealership in 2016. The transaction went very smooth, and I was given everything that I wanted with an added bonus of a very good deal on my 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad. Purchased a 2nd vehicle, 2019 Ram 1500 Classic, and traded in my previously purchased Journey during the sale. Did not like the salesman's "we're not making any money on this sale" approach at all, but I don't think he works there anymore. Service at Twin Motors has always been very easy to talk with about any issue that I'm facing with my vehicle. If there is an issue regarding a recent repair or visit, they are quick to come up with a solution.

I was not satisfied with the results from the mechanic who worked on my Jeep. He confirmed that the rattling noise was fixed, however, upon driving it over the first bump on the road, I still could hear the rattling sound. This suggested to me that he did not take it for a test drive after he completed the work. When I returned and brought the mechanic for a ride in my Jeep, he could clearly hear that the problem was not fixed.

Had power steering hose replaced six times under warranty and when warranty ended they charged over 500.00 to change it again.It failed again and had aftermarket hose installed at Thumpers.No problem now five years and counting.Worst dealership in this Town that I have lived in for 45 years...

Early last Friday morning, I was ready to drive the last leg of my journey home to Gillam, when my Trailhawk wouldn't start! I wasn't sure if it was the starter, alternator, or what was wrong! Despite having a very busy schedule the service department squeezed in my Jeep, determined I needed a battery, made sure my alternator and starter were fine, and had me back on the road to Gillam by 11:00 a.m.! Staff was friendly, understanding and SOOOO helpful! I will definitely use them in the future for regular maintenance and service to my Jeep!

Called a just before closing and left a message that I lost the power steering in our caravan, the service center called me back after closing time and set me up with an appointment the following day. I continue to receive service above and beyond what is expected from the staff at twin motors

Our truck was in for warranty work after finding we had low traction control. Found out our engine block was defective they set us up with a rental well we waited for parts. After 2 months of parts coming in defective from the supply company the service and automotive mechanics finally got a good part in and fixed it up in no time. They also found a few other things that needed to be repaired so they fixed those well we waited. When we got our truck back it was beautiful just like we drove it off the lot for the first time again. They washed everything from the inside of the engine to the entire and the outside. I honestly didn't even recognize my truck with out all the dirt thats normally on it. The service department was great too constantly informing us with updates of where parts where and where they were in the fixing of our vehicle. I would recommend this show to anyone looking to fix there vehicle.

Service department is great. I had so many problems with my vehicle a few years ago, and the person I dealt with almost on a biweekly basis was professional, courteous, and very understanding of my frustration. She made a horrible experience a lot better because she went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. I have since bought a new truck from them, because I know I will continue to receive nothing but the best from them.

Had to take my new car in for the same reason more than four times still not fixed although it's still under warranty. Can't figure out what is wrong. Front desk and courtesy shuttle drivers are kind and friendly but workshop people knows nothing about the cars they should be fixing.

I’m relatively satisfied with my experience; however I am quit disappointed in the fact I will need to replace a manufacturer defect on my own while the defect is not of my doing and the company representatives out of Twin City Motors feel while under warranty they can replace the seal cover for the AC and after the warranty it will be my expense. That does not sit well with me. Other than that it’s been ok
