Logan was great! I had an incredibly bad day, and he made the rental process relatively quick and easy, and found me the best price, as well. My own car was repaired quicker than anticipated, and the return of the car was quick and easy as well. Highly recommend!

I've rented from hertz a few times in the past. Always great vehicles, reasonable prices and great customer service (told me to call him even after hours if need be). I recommend simcoe hertz and I'll be picking up a truck next week .... thank you .

I would give 0 stars if I could. Picked up the car in Erie pa to go to Washington DC, car broke down in DC, we were told we would get a ride to Reagan to get a replacement & that the replacement would be ready, first the guy that towed the car had no clue where we were, it was a fiasco for him to find us, then we have to take an uber because of course they didn't get us a ride, we get to Reagan & their is no rental immediately available, we sit for idk how long & have to spend money to stay another night. Horrible horrible company, I'm glad they're going bankrupt & can see why.
