Worst service, Poor staff..... The main thing that pissed me off is ... They deduct money from my account even thou my is covered by insurance company. They just deduct money and did not give back........ Worst place in my whole life.........

I used this company because advice from the tow truck driver who towed my car after an accident. They came and met me at the collision centre in Whitby with a brand new Toyota Corolla in perfect condition. They billed the insurance company directly. I drove it for two and a half weeks until my insurance company decided to write off my car and give me money towards a new one. The best part is they came and picked up the rental from my home free of charge and I live in Cobourg! I'm so very grateful to have had the help from this company in my time of need!

Initially, I had some serious service issues with the front desk with regards to retrieving some important items I had forgotten in the rental vehicle but the manager was able to reach out to me directly and have them delivered to my house. Amazing!

My first time renting a vehicle, my experience with Millennium was simply flawless. Being involved in a motor vehicle accident, I was already stressed and overwhelmed, and as soon as I needed a rental, with no hesitation and with full relief for me, Eric was able to drop the vehicle off at my residence at no extra charge, he explained the full rental agreement to me, and was very respectful, patient, and helpful. I got a brand new SUV, very clean, and comfortable. Special thanks to Mubina and Shannon as they were both very polite, accommodating, and professional every time I called with a question/concern. I can wholeheartedly recommend this rental company to others, and will definitely be returning in the future when I need a rental again. Thank you to everyone at Millennium!

Needed a rental for my elderly father as his vehicle was in the shop. I reached out to Millennium and they were able to deliver the vehicle to my dad's house and pick it up from there when he was done. They also took the time to go over the vehicles features with him so he was comfortable driving it. Above and beyond does not do justice for this type of service!

Terrible. Shady. Not helpful. Nothing but issues and problems. Oh and make sure you bring it back with more gas then you got it bc even if you bring it back with same amount, they will say its not and make you get gas. Worst experience ive had with a rental car place ever.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! So I was on my way up north to go camping for the long weekend when my car got into a smash up with a dog. a tow truck driver came and seemed very helpful! he set me up with this rental company and they brought me the car and everything! Knowing Im not from Toronto they said they would be ok with picking it up from me. well tommorow i am able to pick up my car so I called this company to arrange for a pick up and they said it was too far!! I am soo mad! For me to drop this car off it would require me to waste 4 hours out of my time and a tank of gas on my dollar to drive it back as well as another tank of gas to have someone follow me up so i can get back! I am NOT impressed with this service! Worst part is it is my first car rental experience! I hope I never have to experience this again!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5 thumbs down!!

Once I had to do a business with this car rental and I found that their business was full of hidden tricks and dishonesty to rip me off. Please do a favor to yourself and spend more time to find a car rental with more standard practice. My car insurance company knew them very well and my agent helped me get out of their traps. I am talking about a couple of hundred dollars. If you do pay attention to my advice, no never regret. You had an opportunity to proof the high quality of your service once and you totally failed and I leave it to people to read my review and still take a risk of having the same issue as mine if they are not trusting my words.

Horrible company! They ended ripping me off for $1,200. I had gotten into a car accident and my insurance company was giving them a hard time about how long they would cover my rental for. The last conversation I had with a Supervisor was to call me if they wouldn’t cover it so I could fight with them...heard nothing. 15 months after the fact, they charged my credit TWICE for a total of $1,200. That is completely fraudulent and they claimed it was because my insurance company didn’t cover it...the woman on the phone intitially couldn’t even explain what was going on. I ended up having to report my card stolen so they wouldn’t have my card number - they clearly just charge cards without notifying the cardholder. They are completely clueless and I would stay as far away from this rental company as possible. As a consumer who gets into a car accident, you get taken advantage of by everyone else involved - rental, tow truck and body shop. On top of it, when they dropped the rental off to me, there were condoms found in it...

Called to ask for a replacement because the rental they gave me had the oil light come on 2 weeks into having it. Person on the line wasn't the friendliest and just said to reset the light... Wouldn't the light have been reset when the oil was changed, why would I have to manually reset it.. the light should indicate an oil change needs to be done...light wasn't there when I got the car meaning oil change must have been done not too long ago or at all.. Ok, so the light comes on 2 weeks into having the car.. means it needs another oil change... But nope, person on the line continues to say they just need to reset the light... I don't want to be liable for any damages this may cause the engine. I drive and deliver Amazon packages in the car daily so there is alot of km being accumulated so you can understand why I'm quite concerned... Oil life reads 5% at the moment for the last 2-3 days.. started at 15%... You told me to continue driving in it, so if anything does happen to the engine from this, it's because I was told to keep driving it by you guys...

The worst ever experience, be prepared to be threatened, they are professional looters, millennium car and truck looters , guys never accept these guys when your tow truck driver tells you their name, plus they invented a new rule called the steering fees which will be directly imposed to you if you plan to change these guys, my o my intention is to keep anyone out of this fraud

I would definitely refer this rental service to everyone I know. I previously got a rental from Enterprise and they put a $500 hold on my cc, whereas Millennium didn't! They had dropped off my rental to my house, not to mention it was very clean. The car was picked up from my house aswell! Amazing staff, would definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend this rental company, they went above and beyond to help me out of a jam when i was in a collision on the hwy. Showed up with a vehicle helped me and my kids get home. Billed my insurance company directly and meet me at the collision centre when my car was ready. Great work guys

Best service ever! Clean brand new F150. They came all the way from Scarborough to the west end during rush hour in the middle of an ice storm to fix the tire. I would definitely recommend there service to anyone and will be a return customer in the future.

This is by far the worst company my wife or i have dealt with. My wife was in an accident and were given this rental. The car smelled like smoke. So we gave it back to use another rental company. They came with another car which our insurance company told them we didn't want. They only came with one driver who said they will go to the shop to get somebody else and pick it up in an hour. 2 + hours later and they haven't picked it up. They took the key so couldn't move the car. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company.

Had a car delivered to me at the collision reporting centre, was advised they needed my credit card, just in case I had any 407 bills or parking tickets. Nothing else will be charged to my credit card as it's covered by my insurance. one week after and my credit card is billed $813. After calling them, am told to go deal with my insurance company and the statement is in the mail. Very unethical way of doing business. Will never deal with this company again.

I was so thankful to be able to get a replacement car within a smooth process of about 20 minutes. Would for sure recommend this company to anyone who is stuck in such a situation like I was.

Had a tow truck driver pick me up off the dvp, very helpful fellow. Helped arrange a rental while my car was being fixed, suggested this company. Told by the rep that the rate I would be charged was going to be 35$/day for a sub 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Got a call informing me that my budget for insurance would be up tomorrow (the 12th af the time) for rental (this seemed way ahead of what I should be allotted. The owner contacted me, and made the extra days I needed fit in the insurance budget, and was very helpful. Would recommend.

I used this rental company for the first time today. I am so impressed with their service. Eric was very friendly and patient. There prices are cheaper than any other company I have used. I was upgraded into a beautiful and clean car.Eric dropped the car right to my front door within 30 minutes of our first phone call. He took the time to show me how the car works as it’s different from mine. I would most definitely recommend this car rental company.

make sure to read the fine print. reps will tell you one thing then charge you extra as per the agreement. using the 407 once cost me 67 dollars because there's a 50 dollar charge that the rep did not tell me about when i asked him point blank about during the pickup. EDIT: They refunded the charge so i've revised to 3 star.

The service is excellent and the staff are really helpful and professional.My rental was dropped off to me in Brampton and they were even kind enough to picked it up. Very professional staff. They had given me a 2017 Dodge grand caravan for my rental at first (which I was fine with) But switched me out to a 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport edition within 4 hours, because they were concerned that the car was too big for me. Talk about consideration. Had a blast driving the Hyundai and staff were extremely friendly when I called in to ask some questions and to extend my rental. They also gave me a lift to my body shop to collect my original vehicle. 10/10

Would give this company 0 stars if possible. This rental was brought to me by the tow tuck driver that towed my car after the accident. As it was late at night and I wasn't sure what to do I accepted the rental. They even gave me the rental without a drivers license on me. At that point, I should have known not to take the rental. I spoke to my insurance company and they advised me to switch rental companies to a preferred TD rental company (enterprise). I returned the car two days later and told them I had another vehicle. Two weeks later, I receive a $400 charge on my credit card for a two day rental on a Hyundai. The girl who I spoke to informed me that my insurance did not cover the rental as per the rep she spoke to and that because I switched rental companies they were charging me a "steering fee". I told the girl I had the legal right to change rental companies to which she responded "Did enterprise give you rental at 1AM?". I am still unsure the relevance of receiving a charge because I decided to switch rental companies. Clearly the steering fee was charged because they were not able to milk the insurance money as well as the money they paid to the tow driver for referring me to them. I told the girl on the phone that I was covered for rental (I called my adjuster again to confirm) and to contact my insurance adjuster and she refused to even take her number. The girl was extremely rude - never in my life have I received such bad customer service. Not only did she yell at me for switching rental companies, she hung up on me after I asked for an invoice. I will be getting reimbursement from my insurance company, but I just wanted to advise anyone thinking of doing business with them of their unethical business practices. A claim to the better business bureau has been made. This is the last thing anyone should go through after an accident. FYI - I've had my rental with enterprise for two weeks now and have had 0 issues.

This company is so unprofessional and can never seems to do anything right. I got an insurance rental from this company almost 2 years ago before Covid pandemic hit. I returned the car safely after 3 months of rental due to some hanky panky and shady deal with their collision repair centre on keele. To my utmost surprise, they sent a 407 charge in the amount of $134.73 to collection agency without sending me a bill or requesting a credit card for payment causing my credit score to plummet by 49 points. This is a big drop caused by their inadequacy. Totally unacceptable. If i could give this company zero rating, i would in a flash . Dont rent from this company unless you want them to ruin your credit with random charges without notifying you. I rented in August 2019, they had enough time to send me a bill in the mail or call me to demand payment. These are the kind of companies that has no regards for peoples hard work and will just ruin your credit for flimsy charges which is due to their incompetence. DO NOT RENT HERE PLS ....SHADY COMPANY NOTE : I have attached a copy of the rental agreement ,Just in case you want to say you csnnot find my name in your database as usual.
