Latest update: Not at all the same experience. As during the payment, I was told that I would get substantially low km's than what they usually gave beforehand and hence pay for surcharge kms. If there are limited km's on certain cars, then the customer should be made aware of initially. The car that I booked was hybrid and owing to a fault in the key/lock, at the last moment, and in the rush we had to take another car. Albiet we weren't made aware of the km's ever. I would have been happy to continue if I was made aware of it ahead of time. As a repeat customer, I expect that the company knows the mileage I usually go for. Apart from this surcharge, everything else was taken care of nicely, and I wish to continue in the future if I am clarified about this mishap, as a shocker in the bill isn't easy or welcome for customers. Old review: These guys give the best deal hands down. Had worst experience at airport. All the other sites which claim cheapest rates just fool you when you go to the counter. Here plain and simple, you get unlimited miles and good condition cars, great service, always honorable. Must use their service. Ask them and they'll help you.

Beware guys! These people run a insurance scam business and once you got trapped you are done. When you rent a car they will offer you an insurance of $20 per day with $1000 deductible and that won’t cover the windshield damage! I rented their vehicle and I had no clue how their car got a scratched. However, I took the responsibility as it was my fault as I didn’t do the inspection properly and I actually took the car later at 11 PM. Then the guy in the counter asked for $900 for a simple scratch. Look their deductible was $1000 and they asked for $900. Clearly understandable what sort of insurance they are providing. Then they talked to someone in the garage in their own language which I had no clue what they said and then they made me pay $300. I couldn’t even check other places as these guys were not allowing me. I have a attached the picture of the scratch. Rent from Enterprise. They may charge you more but they won’t scam you for sure!

I definitely have to rate this company 5 stars, as my experience with them was very positive and very professional. I had a reservation with Enterprise - big mistake as not only their service was terrible but their rental vehicles were limited and dirty inside. GForce came through and I got exactly what I needed and the vehicle was clean and they even threw in extra km for us at no additional charge. I will definitely be renting from them again. Way to go for the small businesses!

I was stuck a half hour before closing of all rental places, Jay was my saviour when he agreed to wait for my tow truck to drop me at his rental after 9:30pm!! I will give this place one star for friendliness but nothing else. I rented a car through my mechanic and they gave me a car that had the front bumper broken and taped. The car smelled marijuana. I almost threw up... I had to vacuum the interior to get ride off the awful smell. But no much luck. There is absolutely zero consideration to the customer. I will not really recommend this car rental place at all. Unless you are into weed.

Be careful of this rental company. They do not disclose all damages during the inspection and will blame the customer for not doing their own inspection prior to renting the vehicle. I had first hand experience. Got into a car accident and was referred to the rental. Drove it home and drove it back the next day. Did the inspection with the sales agent and said all was good, so I left. About an hour and a half later, I receive a call accusing me of causing damage to the vehicle. Very shady business model. Be careful everyone.

staff was friendly, service was quick, I phoned and requested to rent a Ford Escape but since the car needed repairs I was given a Hyundai Santa Fe instead with no extra charge. The car was new, clean, super comfortable to drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our two day holiday!

Recently was looking to rent a cargo van for production use and the employees were really great with giving us the information we needed and letting us know when would be the best time to book. They were also really flexible with the times of return and pick up not to mention the cost compared to other places was great!!! We like that the car didn't come with so many logos all over as well and will be looking to rent again from G Force. :)

Pathetic experience. I had to rent a car from here coz my car was at garage. Instead of providing me with a car which is of same level as my owned car, I was provided with a small car with no winter tires during February. I was promised a bigger car the very next day but that did not happen for next 3 days. Above all I don't know the details about their invoice to the insurance company which I think they should have run by me to make sure that they do not over charge. Further after a month, they charge me a $15 admin fee for using 407 (over and above toll charges which I agree to pay). I did enjoy a single minute dealing with them. They are here just to make money without providing good service.

Great experience after I was left high and dry from their competitor. I rented a car from a big competitor - I had a reservation and came on time to pick it up. They were overbooked so I had to wait 3 hours for a car. then they offered G Force Car Rental as a back up plan so I took the offer. G Force's rate was very competitive and because I rented the car for longer than a week, Jay was able to give me a deeper discount. He is very friendly and professional and would recommend using his company again. Thank you Jay for saving my vacation :) Your car was equal to what I would have rented and was clean and in excellent condition. The paperwork was quick and took me 10 minutes to get in and out. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE, THEY ARE RUNNING THE SCAM, I had very very very very bad experience here today, If you take a car for a day for $44/day it going to end up at $60/day when you return the car, they have tones of extra charges which you know only on return, Even if you are 30 minute late they will charge you almost double of the amount, Horrible Customer service, Ugly smelly uncleaned cars, Unprofessional staff, Just avoid going here, Go enterprise or discount or any reputed car rental business because you will pay lot more then agreed amount. Just avoid taking rental from here.

Rented a 16ft cube for a move to Montreal this past weekend . Returned a day early. Had some vehicle issues discussed with owner and they were fair and responded quickly to my concerns.
