This is the BEST car rental you will ever rent a car from. Please read the entire story!!! On November 10, I was involved in a minor car collision that left me in desperate need of a vehicle. Keep in mind that this is a long weekend due to a civic holiday, therefore I was not able to rent from any big box car rentals as they were not open. Amazingly, the Apollo Rent-A-Car was open on November 11th, despite the fact that it was a Sunday and a holiday. I had called in and told the owner I needed a car for 3 Pm on November 11, the owner and operator was very kind and understanding on the phone. The owner even called me when he was faced with an emergency , and he had to leave early, I was fine to come early. Great heads up! Now this is great customer service! Now upon arriving at the rental: It literally took me only 5 minutes from entering the store and leaving with a mint condition vehicle. Very efficient and great customer service again. To top things off when I drop the vehicle off on November 15, he even offered to drop me off at my destination before taking the car back! This is insanely great. To make it clear, I have not gotten this service before at any other rental! Now for the best friggin part !!! I happened to forget my stuff in the trunk, the owner called me immediately upon discovery and I was quick to get my things back without anything missing! This business owner is the pinnacle of great customer service. Anyone working in the customer service field should take notes from this business owner! The service is great and convenient. I usually book a week in advance and haven't had any issues getting the car I want. The website is very easy to use. Also whenever I call customer service, the representative is helpful and friendly. I would recommend Apollo Rent A Car if you need comfort, clean car. Whenever need to move you and your loved ones.

this guy is dishonest and untrustworthy. Tells you a lot of lies about availability of cars and will take your money off your visa overcharging you without your permission and he has poor customer service.There is no representatives answering phone but him so the other guy who posted the positive review about customer representative is good must be his friend or connected to business. They have 3 or 4 cars.office is like a box that fits only one person in it. Bad business can't be trusted.

Worst experience ever. Robbed of my hard earned money. I won't recommend anyone to this place. I rented from this place thrice and every time for more than 2 weeks. Customer loyalty doesn't mean anything here. I am leaving this feedback after trying hard to resolve the issue but he is very arguing and unreasonable when it comes to overcharging his clients.

The worst place to rent a car! Total rip off. They charged my visa almost 2 months after I rented a van without even notifying me. I called and asked what’s the charge for…. The guy was so quick to say it’s from the 407 ticket without even asking my name or any other information. The whole point was I didn’t use 407 the time I rented the van, 407 was out of my way. Stay away from this place! Im filing a dispute with my bank. In response to owner’s comment: There was never a proof being sent to me as he claimed there was. Big liar!!

This car rental service is a sham, poor customer service, owner is very fake and unfriendly, will try to add large charges to your account, cars are small with outdated features and are old and rusted , not maintained ,and unsafe. Not recommended for renting and place of office is one booth like space and its reflective of the owner 's cheapness and his care of and types of vehicles renting. I asked to rent an SUV and he offered 200 km free with $55.00 per day of a vehicle he drives daily and his unlimited km is limited and he tracks the mileage use to see how much driving you do if you get him to agree to unlimited mileage, crazy. Don't rent from him he has two to three cars not much of selective options, you sign an agreement to be responsible for collision damages of 1000 deductible and you are responsible for tire replacement and he takes big charges for insurance and provides no roadside assistance , Beware

I rented from this place and it was not a good experience, engine light was on all the time along with check car for maintenance and when I called Srini who is the person who completed the rental application he didn’t want to change the car and was very argumentative. He is arrogant and cocky don’t rent from this place . They care more for your money than providing good customer service and they post fake reviews using google

I booked a mini-van one month ahead and the owner calls me one week before going to the USA saying that there's no more minivans available so I highly recommend don't going there.

Don"t rent from this car rental agency.The service is very disappointing and the owner treats you like dirt as a customer once he gets to charge your credit card and signs you up. He will phone you always asking where you are with car and how much mileage is on the odometer and complain about the mileage. The cars are not being care for , smells like weed and dirty diapers in car and he puts cheap air fresheners in them to try to mask smell and cars are not clean. cars are all dented and scratched up too

My boyfriend and I have had the pleasure to rent a couple of times now with Apollo and had a pleasant and satisfying experience every time. Srini and his staff are wonderful to interact with and they deliver great service. its pathetic when a rental car agency writes their own reviews as shown on this review site : srinikethan balasingham is the owner and in the reviews on this site he writes a very positive review masquerading as a customer and gave himself 5 stars and posted it with his own name , such fraud should be punishable by law but it makes sense as he is just a scam and the cars are not what he advertises. This is not a mainstream car rental but the car was clean and nice. I did get a fraudulent charge on my credit card the same day I rented . I cannot confirm if it's directly related to this rental place but it's the only credit card purchase I made that day. Trust your gut .................

If there is a negative score I would have given it to this car rental agency. So disappointed in their customer service. They don't have any respect for their customers. I called Apollo in afternoon, they said they are open till 7pm, and I confirmed if car is available for next weekend, and if cash is accepted. I wanted to go personally and book car. When i reached at 6:15pm the shop was closed, I called them. The same person picked up, said yeah yeah we are closed, because I had to go somewhere. I requested him to come back and make my booking, as I had specifically come for this only. Then he said car is not available on the dates I specified and that they only take credit card. I repeatedly said that I called earlier and you said car is available and you accept cash, all he replied, sorry I can't help you. Worst experience ever.!! Never Ever Recommended !!!!
