I was very well taken care of by Advantage after I ran into a real mess. While enjoying my rental I was hit by a deer on a dark country road. Go figure! Unfortunately I had not taken out any insurance, because I thought my credit card company had me covered. Well it didn't! Ouch! Oh well, I returned to Advantage the very next day, and was greeted by Marc at the kiosk. He was very accommodating and really helped me, as did Coung, Derek and Edwin of Formula Honda, where the kiosk was placed. They are all really great guys. I was then put in touch with Rachel at the Advantage main office who was exceptionally helpful as well. The very first words she asked were, "Are you okay?" which was very reassuring in this hour of need. I was naturally very worried about what I would have to pay in terms of the damage to the vehicle, and so I had spoken earlier to a couple of body shops and received estimates. They were reasonable, but I really needed the best price possible. Anyways, I then left Advantage not knowing quite what was to happen next. That's when Rachel really shined like the angel that she is. What happened was that I got a call from her a couple of weeks later saying that the car had been fixed and that the bill was about twenty five percent cheaper than the best estimate that was provided to me. AMAZING!
I have to say, I never felt from the moment I brought the car back, that I was being taken advantage of in the slightest. Rather, the advantage was on my side and that is not something you experience often with large corporations. They really care and they really know what they are doing.
