0 stars. Too lazy to come to the office and give us keys to the vehicle. Pathetic business, cars were filthy dirty inside, and the guy on the phone was unapologetic about the situation. He guaranteed us a vehicle, we showed up and no one was there. I called and was told they didn’t have a vehicle. I was staring at the caravan he said was available.

Walked 4 miles to this place after reserving a car only for the owner not show up and after calling to see where they were, they refused to come to drop off the keys to the car. Hope they go out of business.

I called and emailed the company using their contact information on their website and they never responded. Maybe they are out of business or something but it is always a let down when a company doesn't get back to you. Update - 6 months later and they still never respond to my question or bad review. Not sure if the business actually has any online presence (although they did no answer phone calls or messages either) - I would be cautious if I was do to business with them.

I want to thank the guys who helped me out today. I rented from another AVIS office, and had someone back into me with a trailer hitch. The guys helped me get the car back into shape for the work I needed to do, quickly efficiently and with great attitudes! Thank you again for your help!

Wonderful small town car rental!

Reserved vehicle agreed time to pick up. No one showed up. Called they decided not to show up. Office is a back door in a small building dirty unsafe very bad experience
