Extremely upsetting experience. An expensive lift chair was on order, with a sizeable non-refundable deposit required. We knew there would be a delay. However, as health declined we contacted the store to see if there was a build date on the horizon. At every call, we were assured that “Ashley” would email the company for information and “would get back to us”. It did not happen after any of the calls - not even the courtesy of a callback to say she didn’t have any new information. Finally, when I called to cancel the order, I got to speak to “Ashley” in person. She was abrupt, aggressively defensive of their company policy and in short, rude. I understand completely the current business atmosphere and the frustration of not being able to provide your customers with their orders in a timely fashion. But this store at no level offered similar understanding of their customers’ equal frustration. They were simply cold, distant, and self-protective. There are other wonderful outlets for mobility needs in Saskatoon. Go to them.

Dennis at Golden Mobility, and his team of technicians pulled off what the others said couldn’t be done. They installed a wheelchair lift in our vehicle several years ago that fit MY needs, but not manufacturer’s recommendations. And whose interests should be served at the end of the day? And speaking of the end of the day, last week we were in getting some work done on a wheelchair, and I lost track of time. Shane stayed late to finish the installation and allow me to oick up the wheelchair, instead of having to make another trip to the city. These guys epitomize excellent client service. You should buy the stuff you need from them.

Service was terrible and very impersonal! They assured us the scooter would be fixed extremely fast and that the parts would only take a few days to get there, and that it would only take a few minutes to install/repair. The parts were late and the company offered no explanation, apologies, or sympathy. Instead we were met with sarcasm, attitude, and a complete lack of customer service. Then when the parts did arrive (over a week late) they were not in any hurry to install them (Had to wait and additional 4 days). We were again met with attitude. Making us to feel as though we were inconveniencing them. Almost like they were the ones with mobility issues and the major life inconvenience of not being able to leave the house and/or complete the daily duties that require a pair of able bodied feet and legs. Then after the scooter was finally fixed and in good working order, they didn't even offer any assistance in loading the scooter into our vehicle. This is not quality customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Sincerely, A dissatisfied customer
