I have rented trailers multiple of the years, this year seems to be the worse yet. Which will cause me no longer to use them for trailer rentals as we have had 3 issues in the last month and a half of either double booking leaving me without a trailer a trailer and only finding out when I come in and leaving me searching else where. I will NOT be using there services again.

I've dealt with Flaman on trailers and farm equipment and parts. Also rented equipment from them, sometimes the equipment isn't there but that's not their fault, it's the guy who rented it before me

Not cheap by any means but they have available what others dont almost always. Cant argue when they have what youre looking for, and you get what you pay for.

Terry is amazing! He got us set up with a trailer, and made sure it worked properly before we left the site. 10/10.. A+++ 100% recommend coming in and talking to Terry if you need to buy yourself a trailer. You will not be disappointed

Horrible experience and very poor customer service. We rented a post pounder and it quit working, the staff were of little help when I called.and Said it was our responsibility to get it back and offered no help. They did not have a replacement machine so I re booked for two weeks away. When we showed up they didn’t have us booked. ???? Update. The manager got us a unit and offered us a credit for a 2nd time use which ended up being helpful. So I amended review to 4 stars

I was impressed with Flaman's trailer parts/ service department. A few month's back, I had a trailer in for repairs, and they fixed a couple other small items at no extra charge. Recently, I purchased parts to redo the lighting on my trailer and their parts guy was very helpful and walked me through the project.

I would give a much higher rating except their gate sign says open at 8 on Saturday. Nobody showed up til 9. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!

I am a farmer from ND and had a need for some flighting sections. I was told they were on back order in the states and it would be months to receive. Rob Ermel was extremely helpful and timely for getting our parts packaged and delivered. Great customer service!

There in it just for the money they were extreamly rude when I called to complain they put me through to someone who didn't even work in that department who had no idea what he was doing eather they had no manager on staff they failed just completley failed and the worst part this was all because I wanted to only take the trailer for one day and they wanted me to take it till Monday

Worst service I have received from a company across the USA or Canada .....Took 5 weeks and numerous calls and emails to get a simple screen from them that they said I would have in a week. Sent the wrong one twice and messed up the shipping twice. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

The young guys that work the counter and the yard are probably some of the best for customer service I have seen in years around Saskatoon. Unreal the helpfulness and knowledge. I love the reliability of their rental trailers and selection of water tanks and fittings. Keep up the good work!

Terrible customer service. We haven’t rented from them for a couple of years and we finally decided to try renting from them again and they flat out charged us double what we were quoted. No resolution. Treated rudely.

Terrible customer service overall! Tried to rent an enclosed trailer to haul a car with. Was told they do not rent to anybody if you do not have a 3/4 ton truck. We have two vehicles that have a towing capacity of 8500lbs and one with a towing capacity of over 12,000lbs. Both are equally capable to tow that enclosed trailer safely and legally! But they will not let us rent their trailer because our trucks are 1/2 tons. Which I think is bogus. Most people have half tons not 3/4 tons. They are losing out on many customers on their bogus regulation that is not government regulated either, only for their company! Our camper we haul every summer is bigger than that enclosed trailer and we safely and legally tow it and have for many years. Get a grip flaman!

The customer service is one of the worst in Saskatoon. You can call for parts and be told they are in stock. When you get to the store there is none in stock. Do not expect a call back from them either.

Had a trailer issue late at night while coming through Saskatoon. Had to stay the night. Was super happy Flaman was open at 7am. They had parts in stock and Randy was able to squeeze me in right away and get my trailer fixed! Thank you to the Service and Parts teams!
