I've had to rent a lot of vehicles over the past year because my 2018 / GM Chevy breaks down every month all across North America, and this was one of the best rental experiences, even though my rental was another Chevy.

AVOID. THEY DON'T HONOUR THEIR OWN RESERVATIONS. We reserved a small compact car one week ahead. On the way to pick it up, enterprise called and offered us a truck. By the time we got to their office they had given that away as well. Our reservation meant nothing and we had no vehicle and a wedding in Saskatoon to attend in 5 hours. WORSE THAN USELESS.

I rented extensively this summer with enterprise and their professionalism and fleet of vehicle are top notch.. Clean and maintained cars with hassle free booking process (both online and at the site). BUT... only thing that took away a star is not related to this specific location but rather for Enterprise as a company. Their surge pricing this summer has been staggering and skyrocketed like never before.. i started off renting a compact SUV back in May at $33/day which climbed up to a whopping $80/day in a month. That stayed as-is even today.. Prices should be a bit more fair.

Terrible company. They take a 300 dollar deposit for your car but don't give it back until WEEKS later. It's 2021, when you stay at a hotel you get your deposit refunded at check out. Everywhere Else gives a direct refund instead of mailing a cheque 7-10 business days after returning the vehicle. Then you wait another 5 business days for the cheque to clear. I wish someone would have told me how ridiculous this procedure is before I gave my money to this useless company.

Avoid dealing with this location if possible, employees will lie and steal your money, lie about drop off time, disregard customer concern and lack professional customer service skills. The manager is a bad role model for all staff, if you call this location expect to be placed on numerous holds for extended periods of time.

I had called tuesday to book a car on friday at 16:30. The reservation was for a ''full size sedan'' and they reserved keys for me for a Ford Fiesta. In addition, the car given to me had a very weird smell in it. The little pine tree hanging from the mirror there smelled literally like pot. I told the clerk and he seemed not to care and told me to toss it by the window when I would leave. Also, I arrived at 16:45 at enterprise and got my car at 17:45. Price is good, service needs to be better.

The vehicle i rented was amazing, the service was decent. Would of been nice to know right off the bat that they don't do direct billing with SMI but that was my bad. So had to pay out of my pocket. But other then that i really enjoyed the service.

I rented a couple of trucks for a total of 7 weeks. I had some issues with one of the trucks. Bree was great to deal with and set me up with a different truck right away and straightened my bill out for the few days I had that truck. She went over and above which most companies these days don't. Will definitely rent from them again.

Nov 22, while in Regina, we had vehicle trouble and needed to arrange a tow. Enterprise treated us so well as we booked a vehicle with them to get ourselves home. They picked me up while my husband continued to wait for the tow truck. When I arrived to their business they were empathetic about my day, reassured me that they had a great vehicle all set and made me feel like they cared about me. I had booked a car a week a week in advance. The day I picked up the rental all they had was an SUV. Not very practical for fuel economy cause I was headed to BC for the holidays. Inside of the vehicle wasn't clean! The vehicle wasn't fueled up and had summer tires on. And then was charged 95 dollars a day rental fee. When it should of been 50 or less! Been waiting for management to call me to go over bill and they haven't called. Pre booked a car the day after I left cause I thought the price was hi. And was quoted almost 300 dollars less then what they billed. The air port charges more for Air port fee's and I believe the scarth location is adding that to the customers bill. And pocketing the money. Definitely would not rent from here again!

Try to rent commercial truck and got worst experience. They don't value their words. Enterprise When I the car, it had Windshield crack and No winter tires. Even SGI extended my rental, 1st time they said we got it, next day called them as car was skidding and poor performance in winter driving. Now she told me oh you need to return the car, so have to jump back and forth between SGI and enterprise. Jan 9th : I started the car and says service required -2000 km engine light on. When I called them nothing is available till Thursday. Just because enterprise did not service the car, I have to suffer for 3-4 days. Very fraustrsted situation. I already dont have my car and rental one got engine light on. Dont rent the car from this. Only positive thing is Allan- the pickup guy is very nice. 2nd update : NEVER RENT CAR FROM THIS, IF YOU GOT ENGINE LIGHT THEY WILL SAY YOU CAN DRIVE YOUR CAR, IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU THEY DONT CARE. ONE REP. TOLD ME THIS OVER PHONE. ENTERPRISE PROVIDES NO SAFETY. WHAT IS GOVERNMENT DOING ? ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst customer service I have experienced, specifically the Regina Albert Street location. I have had a positive experience at other Enterprise locations with organized, friendly staff. However, this is NOT the case at the Regina Albert Street location. There is a large disconnect between enterprise branches. At the pick-up location in Saskatoon, I was told not to worry about a dent in the bumper and stone chip in the window. However, the day after I dropped off the vehicle in Regina, I was informed they found a dent on the car and I was responsible to pay and fix it. I had insurance through my credit card company but still needed to pay the enterprise deductible fee of $700… After being told they would call me back the same day with more information, I waited two days with no word from them. I called them back just to learn they were charging me for the car. Needless to say, this was the last time my company and I will be renting from them.

Recently (a couple of weeks ago) I rented from enterprise rent a car at this location. I reserved online a compact car with cruise control. Initially I was told over the phone that I could receive a compact car with cruise control for the rate of 16.99 per day, but needed to arrive early to get a car of my choice. This was the second time I had reserved a car at this location. The first time i didn't even get cruise control on my rental! I arrived at 8 AM shortly after they opened and the only car they would rent me was a corolla for 19.99 per day (a class size larger than I wanted to pay for) and for more than I wanted to spend. While looking over my Corolla I was to receive, I noticed a nice little blue Fiesta with sunroof that was loaded and would have suited my needs perfectly, but the agent did not let me rent it as it was "reserved" as a courtesy vehicle for one of the Ford dealerships as a customer car. Misrepresentation? Once in my rental, I noticed the seats had ground dirt in them, and the mileage was well over 45,000kms (clearly this car was finished service long ago). The tires were mis-matched, and there were cobwebs attached to the mirror despite being sprayed down by the wash bay attendant. Obviously this car hadn't been rented in a while. Overall the car performed ok. Once I went to return the vehicle, I noticed that there was a noise near the front wheel every time i went over a bump. I hadn't noticed this during my rental since I mostly had the windows up to keep the car cool while on the highway. Maybe this was the reason why this car wasn't rented out recently? If so, arent' they endangering my life as well as the lives of my passengers, especially since I was to drive it on the highway? I initially thought I was getting a deal on the car, considering Budget was astronomical in price, despite booking 6 months in advance. But I realized that this was not so much of a deal after all. Will I rent from them again? probably. Not because I enjoyed the experience or the car, but because they are the most reasonably priced car rental agency I can find in Regina. Or better yet, I can just stop travelling to Regina altogether.

Service is very bed comparison to other rentals company .Recently my car is stolen so I lost my wallet also so first of all one guy told me that you can’t get the rental car after that other guy give vehicle on my friend’s licence and I have auto package but today they told me your insurance company paid for only 8 days but I talked to my insurance company and she told me that you get rental car for free from anywhere. So this guys has no enough knowledge about the rentals car so I prefer that people will take their rental vehicle from another rental companies because service is very worst and also one guy talked very rudely and he hasn’t enough knowledge.

Rental was a Ford Fusion Hybrid while my own vehicle was being repaired. Service was friendly and shorter than I expected. No orientation except that I had to step on the brake while starting; everything else I had to figure out on my own. But that was the fun part learning about all the electronic gizmos and driver assist modes. When I turned in the vehicle they gave me a courtesy ride to pick my vehicle up (just 2 km away).

I did not discover until 2 days after I had returned the rental car that I had left my prescription sunglasses in the console of the car. I imagined my sunglasses far away and never to be seen again. I went back to the rental office with little expectation but went ahead and described my sunglasses and the case they were in. Apparently Sanjay had discovered them and put them in his office because he thought they were expensive and someone may come looking for them. He disappeared momentarily and returned with my glasses. There drivers are so full of crap. They asked me if I needed a lift to there office, and I said that would be nice. Nearly two hours later, the office called back saying that the driver went and no one was home. I said I was waiting home the whole time. The lady on the phone said the driver went and your roommate said you were not home. First of all, my roommate is out of town. Secondly, how did they know the person was my roommate? Now, I have to wait another hour for a driver to pick me up. I would rather go elsewhere if they didn't tell me they were going to pick me up from my place.

DO NOT PAY FOR ADDITIONAL INSURANCE ON THE RENTAL IF YOU HAVE COVERAGE WITH YOUR PRIVATE INSURANCE FOR RENTAL VEHICLES. The representatives at Enterprise do not tell you that if you have a package policy on the private insurance it covers you for insurance on the rental vehicle you are driving as well!!! I called the manager Hailey today as I do have such coverage with my private insurance and they did inform me to look into such to not pay for the additional insurance. I feel that is stealing from the customers. She did not credit back my insurance. All she said that you have the option to get additional insurance and it is not forced on you......well no it is not, but you would not be smart if you did not cover yourself.

Brutal past experiences. Tried double charging me. Said they were going to pick me up and never showed. This was October 26 2017. If you ever ask for a pickup I bet its 10 minutes away. The roadside assistance is a brutal waste of time. As i was sitting on the highway they rather ask me about my email to send me a survey than actually send a tow truck. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANYS you most likely have insurance with the credit card company. Dont let then rip you off. Check your reciepts. All these complaints are from seperate rentals so be warned of this location. I will also add. I have rented without troubles as well. I have more to share trust me

Booked a vehicle. Used a KOHO visa that I’d used at other locations without any issues. Other locations had no issues renting me two separate vehicles for over a month and a half and taking $2900 of my money. But this location did. It’s absolute garbage. Enterprise just lost my business forever!!!

You see, they know how to *take* the reservation, they just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.
