Just freakin' amazing is the service from James and his staff. James came to the airport at 12:30 am to pick me up. I mean, who else does that?! I know! No one. The service is OUTSTANDING and James and his staff are so friendly, helpful and again, just amazing human beings. I was a bit skeptical at first because, like I said, no body does this level of service. The vehicle was great and I did need a boost one day and Kelly came by and did it free of charge. It was the easiest place to rent a car in the city. Less documentations low credit limit requirements all makes it easy. The owner of the agency is very welcoming and kind. I have rented from Easy rent Auto twice now and I have had great vehicles both times. First time was a jeep and I never drove one before and ended loving it. This time I rented a Micra and enjoyed this zippy cute car. Both cars were in excellent driving condition. The owner James was the most understanding ,personable ,kind and understating businesman when I spoke of my confusion on how to go forward with my choices of repairs or sell the darn thing.The quotes I had for repairing my car was absolutely crazy expensive. He understood my delima and helped me by offering his wisdom. It ended up that I took his advice to call the dealership and interestingly enough they were the lowest. Now if your a female it's hard making these types of decisions and I valued his wisdom and greatly appreciated the advice. I had the Micra Nissan for 7 days waiting on my car and had no issues it was a perfect ride for getting to work daily. Due to the covid19 pandemic there was no shuttle at Ford so luckily enough the owner of Easy Rent gave me a ride to the dealership . My bill for my rental was very inexpensive compared to the bigger companies in the city. You get the small town personal service with this company which you don't get with any other companies. We all rent cars for different reasons but mostly due to accidents or repairs and it's a pain in the butt and your rental shouldn't be an added pain... If you rent from Easy Rent you won't be sorry and will drive away with a great experience that won't empty your pocket book. By taking James' advice my bill at the end of the day at the ford dealership was NO CHARGE due to a warranty they offer on this repair so without James' advice I would have paid another mechanic the high end quote that I couldn't afford. He is very occupied but I can tell he tries to respond to everyone as they have, in my impression, minimal manpower running the business. Really good deal with the cube van. Can be a super helpful guy but the last experience I had was ridiculous. Ended up renting me a car with expired registration. We received the ticket and fine and now he has blocked my number so further contact with him is not possible. Avoid this guy unless you're super desperate. Edit: since writing this review we have gotten a response from the owner in the form of harassment because he wants me to take the fair review down. only contacted us back after I left a review. Denies blocking us but now finds it convenient to put into words that he doesn't wanna take responsibility for the ticket we received due to his negligence.

Great experience! Very flexible. James had secure bike parking for me at a very bikeable location. The only car rental place I know of that lets you stow your bike safely while you're using the car. Prices were great. The only Canadian-owned car rental in YXE I know of, and it's Saskatoon based! Support Local.

This year is a special year for my wife and me as we celebrate both our 25th wedding anniversary and my wife's 50th birthday. I was able to surprise my wife by renting the exact same 1963 Cadillac convertible that we used for our wedding day, 25 years ago! We cruised around a bit, went out for a nice meal with a few other couples and ended the evening with another surprise, arriving home to a birthday party. Pickup and drop off was made very easy by James and Cal and the car was just as we remembered it. What a great way to spend a special weekend, thanks guys!

There is a $500-$2000 deposit that is not mentioned at all on the website or over the phone. When we got there the guy kept asking exactly how much cash we have in our pockets. When we told him we have more than enough, he kept insisting to know an exact amount. We refused to tell him but he kept circling back to it. He was clearly trying to scam us. He then mentioned there's a deposit (which had never been said before) of $2000. When we were clearly unhappy with that it, he let us know about $1000 deposit options, then $500. He said it's in case we get in an accident, but we also need to pay $10/day for daily insurance which would cover any accidents. It is all just a clearly poorly put together scam. EDIT: LOL you can see I've reviewed plenty of businesses, good and bad. Also what name did you look up? You have no idea who I am. And now the business owner is harassing me via text, I have screenshots

Called for a rental, they didn't have what we were looking for. Offered us a deal on the rental for next size up, but recommended that we would lose the savings, because of the cost of gas in an SUV. Gentleman on the phone didn't want to lose the rental, but recommended we go with a quote we had received from another company. I went to 901 1st Ave N to rent a car today. I entered a building and checked out all business premises in a map of the building. I didn't see Easy Rent Auto at all. I asked someone in the building and was told that the car rental company has been out of the business. I made two appointments online and never got any message reminders. Hi That was a great experience to rent a car from easy rent auto , I chose my car and drove away in 10 minutes I called James on Christmas Day and he just shows up , filled up the the form with my name and address and after 10 minutes I was on my way I really appreciate his help especially on Christmas Day

Would absolutely recommend Easy Rent Auto to anybody looking to rent a vehicle in Saskatoon. After having issues with several other rental companies, a quick Google search led me to Easy Auto Rental. I spoke to James and was picked up from Saskatoon airport within minutes. James was very helpful and patient especially as I spent over an hour on the phone with my bank after experiencing credit card issues. Friendly owner BUT... Went to the location provided on google (provided pictures of location), they had never heard of this car rental company, which left me a little skeptical. Called the company and ended up meeting with the owner in a random parking lot. He climbed out of the car and smelled like he had just toked on a doobie. What you do on your spare time is your thing but knowing you obviously drove under the influence to meet me is not COOL! I was interested because the price advertised online was very reasonable. He told me that price is for the other trucks not the one I needed. Reading the reviews online made me realize thats the only moving truck he has in Saskatoon. I had phoned a week earlier for some quotes, he claimed no free kms, and they charged 89 cents per km, then when I met him in the parking lot he claimed . 25 cents/km. I attempted to barter with him and he claimed he couldn't lower the price at all cause he had to survive in this world. So I said I would keep shopping. He texted me 30 minutes later claiming I should let him know what the competition is offering and he could do something with the price. I ended up booking with the company who offered me a reasonable price immediately. I completely understand people have make a living in this industry, but blatlently trying to rip me off cause you think I dont know any better is repulsive!

The service was exceptional. The owner picked us up from the hotel and drove us back after our visit in Saskatoon. They took a cash deposit and my credit card was not required. Overall, enjoyed the service and would use them again
